Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, recommended by Eater Miami and The New York Times, offers a relaxed, retro-flavored boardwalk lined with mom-and-pop eateries, ice cream stands, and live music stages. The pedestrian promenade is ideal for biking or strolling, with direct access to a beautiful, uncrowded stretch of sand and a genuine local buzz. It’s a window into Old Florida, where independent businesses maintain the area’s laid-back, welcoming feel.

One of my all-time favorite beaches for a laid-back family day! Hollywood Beach in Fort Lauderdale has everything you could want—soft white sand, clear water, and parking just steps from the shore that stretches the entire length of the beach. The boardwalk is a dream: lined with cute boutiques, souvenir shops, restaurants, and beach bars, all running parallel to the ocean. There’s so much to do beyond the sand, too—public restrooms, a splash pad and playground for kids, and even a beachfront performing arts center with live music and events. Chair and umbrella rentals are available, and parking is usually super convenient, even on busy days. The beach itself is always clean, the water is beautiful, and the atmosphere is chill but lively. Whether you’re going for a family beach day or a morning stroll with a coffee, this spot is a total gem.

Took a day trip to the beach walk. Always a fun, family time adventure. You never know what you'll see. We got lunch at Margarritaville ...delish. and continued our day of snacking, drinking pina coladas from a pineapple, buying t shirts. It was a great day.

This beach is a perfect destination for families with young children! It offers a clean, wide, and uncrowded space, making it ideal for little ones to play safely. The refreshing breeze and gorgeous sand create a picturesque setting where the whole family can relax and take in the stunning scenery. Absolutely worth a visit!

The Hollywood Boardwalk holds a beautiful place in my heart. Many childhood memories and now endless memories with my own children. I am a man who enjoys culture, music, food, and people. If you enjoy "people watching", amazing and diverse food, stunning beach views, and live music, I massively suggest you come on a Saturday (when they're is a live band from 7pm to 9pm right behind the Margaritaville Restaurant and Hotel asking the beach). The crowd is mixed in regards to age, race, and locals/tourists. The energy is vibrant and welcoming. You get to enjoy food from all ends of the world: Argentinian, Venezuelan, Peruvian, Italian, French, American, Mexican, and so much more. You also get a see many cruise ships leaving the ports and heading out to sea. Sometimes, you might even get to see my old stomping ground and friends from the United States Coast Guard, with the iconic orange and white rescue helicopter known as the "Dolphin" or possibly one of our ships known as a "cutter". I will forever glorify this location as it has provided and will continue to provide me, my family, and friends with fantastic memories. Enjoy!

Hollywood Beach Broadwalk was the perfect backdrop for our honeymoon. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets while listening to live concerts, eating pizza, and savoring a delicious ice cream. Later, we relaxed on the balcony of our cozy rental house, sipping beers by the sea. At 5 a.m., we went out to watch the sunrise, and when the sun appeared, we walked hand in hand along the sand, experiencing a magical and peaceful moment.

2024/02 A nice walk by the beach. A lively area with lots of restaurant and shops in the southern end. Not as much in the northern end close to Hollywood North Beach Park. Lots of people just enjoying the beach playing beach volleyball, waking or just relaxing. Not too many people in the water then as the waves were a bit rough and the water was colder.

Great place to walk around and spend a few hours. There was plenty of dining options, shops to visit and quite a few bars. You even can get a cocktail to go and walk along the beach which is cool. We rented one of the big pedal bikes and did the whole thing, super fun!

Beautiful beach, nice boardwalk. The only negative was no convenient restroom in area near wherr we decided to visit. Found a one stall public restroom about a 10-minute walk away. Definitely needed to be cleaned better.
