We ended up with a weekend trip down to the southern coast and stayed at a hotel right next to the boardwalk. Well we had so much fun. The boardwalk area was beautiful, as was the beach. It had a great atmosphere in the evening, plenty of places to eat, some live music and even entertainment. The morning I went out and got a great view of the sunrise over the sand and water, so naturally I took a few photos. I highly recommend going there.

This is the perfect place to spend time with friends and family! So much to see and do, with the food options along the 2.5 mile boardwalk as well as live music to keep you entertained! You can rollerblade, jog and walk, even renting bicycles, scooters and pedal bikes/carts! The beach front us absolutely gorgeous with opportunities to bask in the sun, play volleyball, swim and collect seashells. Life guards are on-site and there are many public restrooms along the boardwalk. A little bit for everyone!!

Free and fresh views of the beautiful beach! Lots of tourists and people watching. The boardwalk is clean and well maintained with shops and restaurants. I spent 2-3 hrs here. Keep up your step count, bike, or find a place to eat! Lots of choices.

Hollywood takes true pride in their beach. It shows in the cleanliness and the events being held as well. My husband and I made it to their Holiday Light Parade.... That was a pleasant unexpected surprise too. This place holds a special place in my heart. 💓

Such a fun place to stay! The broad walk has a lot of choices of shops and restaurants as well as music at the Hollywood theater some evenings. It was very clean and felt very safe to be out, even after dusk. The beach was combed daily and very clean as well.

If u get here and the water is calm make it your beach day!! We have been here 6 days and the first 4 were stunning. Today and yesterday the water is rough! And seaweed has washed up on the shore! Wish we had done our day on the beach sooner! The boardwalk is THE BEST you will find!! So active in the evening as well! It is lit and has restaurants, gift shops a wide walking and bike path for 2 miles. Wide beach.
