How BLVD Helped Bring Luxury Back to Chicago’s Restaurant Scene | Eater Chicago

"Founded by first-time restaurateurs Kara Callero, Frank Callero, and Steven Zaleski after discovering a long-vacant former nightclub in Fulton Market in 2015, this bilevel, high‑ceilinged space was transformed from “half decayed” into a vintage Hollywood–glam destination by designer Karen Herold of Studio K Creative. Drawing on 1950s Sunset Boulevard and Hollywood Regency references, the team incorporated Art Deco touches, curves, gold and metallic accents, plush velvet booths, mood lighting, intimate niches, and a dramatic ribbon-like grand staircase cut through the second floor; even the women’s bathroom was styled as a boudoir with an ottoman and multiple makeup tables. Praised for balancing sceney glamour with restrained sophistication—favoring curated showpieces over overdone ornamentation—the restaurant became Chicago’s 2017 poster child for midcentury luxury and glamour, won Eater Chicago’s Design of the Year, and generated major pre-opening buzz on social media. Its emphasis on design often drew diners before the food and beverage programs were fully known (the opening chef was replaced within a week), and the project helped cement a return to special-occasion, luxe dining in the rapidly evolving Fulton Market/West Loop area." - Daniel Gerzina

I had a wonderful time seeing the strings horror movie Screams. The food was excellent. It came out fast like 5 minutes. Was surprised at super fast ordering of food and taste . I enjoy this experience for Halloween. I would love to go again next year. The only Down side probably would be the office style chairs was hard to move in. I would have gave you 5 stars but your company block me on FB for no good reason. this makes it hard for me to find out about shows I would like to attend like this show. Thank goodness for discover dupage website. Once you decide to remove that block I am willing to switch my review to a 5 stars.

Went to see Wicked for good last night. Great drinks🍸 the bartender even went into the back to get the stirs for wicked. Food was yummy as always! Service was fantastic! They had fantastic characters! Shout out to them 🙌 we got great memories together 💖💚

Google
Very friendly staff. They theater was roomy and clean. Food was very good. Very quick when we ordered food and wait staff was very attentive. Very reasonable prices for food and drinks. Great place for group get together or with your family. I definitely would highly recommend.

Google
I visited the BLVD Theater this past weekend. Love the decor and the historic atmosphere. The staff was pleasantly nice and very welcoming. However, the food was less than stellar. I ordered the polish and it was not as advertised. The grilled onions were dry, there was no mustard as promised, and the bun was broke at the seem. Also, the cheesecake tasted like rubber, seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, and didn’t have the toppings, it promised. If the food was better, this place would be hard to get into because the ambience is very nice. Hope the food gets better

Google
I’ve gone here a few times growing up and always enjoyed it. The staff is kind and very accommodating. The food is priced decently and so are the tickets. Although sometimes I find it hard to eat because the height difference of the table and chairs. Overall, I really like it here and enjoy coming here often.

"Walk of Fame, here I come! I had an absolute blast at Hollywood Blvd cinema! The movie was lit, but let's be real, the real stars were the food and the vibes. Their Chuck Norris Chicken Sandwich and adult drinks such as topical Hollywood are great! The nostalgic decor had me feeling like I was in a classic Hollywood flick. If you're looking for a fun night out with friends or a date, this is the spot. Can't wait to come back and do it all again!" All the bartenders and wait staff are always welcoming me back.

let me paint you a picture. my girlfriend and i have been to hollywood palms before (idk if they're related or not but the vibes of the theatre are very similar). good food, good vibes, good seating. this is not that. when i say "bad movie theatre seat" you probably picture one of those old fabric red folding theatre seats. what you most likely don't picture, and what we discovered when we walked in our theatre, was desk chairs. actual rolling office desk chairs. i felt like i was at a work conference. not only were there desk chairs in a movie theatre, but the desk chairs were awful. they were all broken and wobbly and the one my girlfriend had wouldn't go up or down (again, a strange thing for a chair at a movie theatre to be able to hypothetically do!) so she was just a little bit short for the high top the entire time. you would also think that perhaps a theatre with food would have little tables or trays attached to the seats. not strange high top desks that again, made you feel like you were at a work conference. god awful chairs aside...if you're going to serve food, you should cook it. that wasn't our experience. first, our onion rings were just rings, no onions in sight. just chewing on stale ? deep friend dough. i didn't know there was a way to screw up french fries so badly, but they found a way. they weren't so much french fries, more soggy pieces of cardboard that crunched in the places they shouldn't have, and were soft in all the places they should have been crunchy. every single piece of food ingested left a bad aftertaste, which of course caused for a really great viewing experience!! now for the actual entrees. my chicken tenders? dry and kind of cold but also kind of warm. that seemed to be a theme, because my girlfriend's steak quesadilla was the same! ice cold and soggy, but somehow still warm in the middle. it was like she had a limp stale quesadilla that they took out of a forgotten cabinet and threw a few pieces of steak on it that seemed to be freshly taken from the cow, painted grey, and slapped onto a tortilla. finally, the garnishes! thank god they remembered it! the quesadilla was topped with a few scattered tomato cubes that looked as if they had been thrown on the plate from across the room. perhaps while wheeling past on a desk chair. in short, at the end of the day i'm really just shocked and confused on how so many things can go wrong for a company that is still open. i guess i understand why we got these tickets for free at a school involvement fair. the one star is for wicked.

Google
Service was good, but the theater we saw Wicked in seemed to have no heat on 11/28/25, 4:00 showing. I wish I brought my gloves. Movie would have been much more enjoyable if we weren’t wearing our coats and still freezing. Even the men were in coats and were cold for reference.

Yelp
Immerse yourself into Hollywood History. I enjoyed seeing the decorations and the posters. Ticket prices are reasonable, what they get you on is food/drink prices. They are usually short staffed. For example, getting someone at the ticket counter. (I like coming here when I have a b1g1 free voucher). Don't expect high quality food. Nothing fancy. Order an icee and get a knock off slushy in a soda cup. They used to have pitchers of long island ice tea or different martinis on the menu but I didn't see them anymore. However, extensive craft beer menu (including n/a options). They serve Pepsi products. (And soda servings are huge).

Yelp
Management tried to get me to delete my negative review and tried to say they didn't have a "Diane" working there. Well I found out her name is DANA and she smelled awful, the food and service was awful, and this business is awful. AVOID at all costs. Go to amc, at least they have recliners and people who don't try to sweep their terribleness under the rug.

Yelp
I was there for comedy night. I had a great time. The food was tasty and the comics were hilarious. I can't wait to for the next show.

Jane S.

Yelp
We went there today to watch the new wicked movie and the heat was not working in the theater. As consolation, they offered hot tea, hot coffee or hot chocolate. But for a two hour movie, we were just freezing.Even my toes were freezing, and they didn't tell us before we walked in.And sat down. It must have not been more than 45degr in there. No, discount on the food or drink either. I asked about space heaters, and they said, oh, those aren't working now, either. That didn't make sense. One lady walked out, which is what we should have done. And gotten a refund, but we had people coming from far so we sat in there for the movie. We decided never to go back to that Theater again, winter or summer. Terrible customer service.

Marta S.

Yelp
I live about 30 minutes away and have never been here before. I came for a comedy night and it was amazing. I'm a huge old movie buff and the atmosphere, plus the live show really made it a unique experience. I can't wait to come see a movie here. It's so fun!

Yelp
It was our first time going here and this place was pretty sweet. The food was pretty great. They had some clever names for the food choices. Also, I love the classic film memorabilia.

Tony N.

Yelp
First of all, I tried to make my concerns known, but was only allowed to send a "brief" message via their company website - guess I'll put it all here! First of all, the environment and theming of this theater is great, and is definitely the highlight. However, I will NOT be coming back to this theater unless it's for a movie I've already seen multiple times, since there are several experiences that disrupt the movie-going experience. First, they do not notify you when purchasing a ticket that you will also be required to purchase something to eat/drink while in the movie. This means every single customer has to be bothered while the movie starts by putting in an order. Then, our food (which we ordered at the very start of the movie) did not come for an hour and a half, and was TERRIBLE. They also force you to tip at least 15% for service that is also terrible. Then, to top it all off, throughout the ENTIRE last 30 minutes for the movie (arguably the most important part), the servers go around to every customer and make them pay. Not only does this mean you're distracted yet again from the movie, but you get to HEAR everyone pay out; and I'm not just talking about voices, because this theater also has a little payment machine that LOUDLY beeps every time someone pays. So, during the murder mystery movie I came to watch, while the literal mystery is finally being explained, every two seconds it sounded like a microwave was going off and I was distracted by a high-pitched beeping noise. When I spoke to a manager about this experience, he simply smiled and said there's nothing they can do about it, because the sound can't be turned off and they cash out during the last 30 minutes. NOTHING you can do? Here are multiple things that would easily solve this issue: 1. Buy new payment machines. I've been to plenty of places that don't require sounds when paying. Get the little white square! You're already using iPads. 2. Want to save money? Put tape on the freaking speaker of the machine so it isn't so loud. Or, open them up and cut the wire connected to the speaker so it doesn't work at all! 3. Don't make people pay during the last 30 minutes of the movie! Every single person is REQUIRED to purchase something, so either go around during the CREDITS, or have people at the exit to checkout customers. There is no reason we should be interrupted during the movie we already paid for, just so we can pay even more money to the establishment.

Kacper W.

Yelp
This was one of the worst movie theater experiences I've ever had. First off, they forced us to buy something before we could even watch the movie. Like seriously? You can't just buy a ticket and sit down you have to purchase snacks or drinks or they won't let you in. That's ridiculous. Then, when we finally got inside, the "seats" weren't even real theater seats they were office chairs. Wobbly, squeaky, uncomfortable office chairs. It felt like watching a movie in a break room, not a theater. To make things worse, they didn't even turn off the lights all the way. The whole time there was this bright glow that totally ruined the atmosphere. It felt like they just didn't care about giving people a proper movie experience. Honestly, save your money and go somewhere else. This place doesn't deserve your business.
google avatar

Maddi V.

Yelp
I love local businesses, and this is definitely one of a kind. With movie memorabilia everywhere, this is a film lovers paradise. The concessions - and popcorn, in particular - were great in terms of selection and quality. I'm taking off a star for the uncomfortable chairs. It seems like they bought hundreds of mid-quality office chairs a decade ago and haven't replaced them since. While this won't be my go to theater, it is a nice novelty and I'll go back for special events!

Heywood M.

Yelp
I was skeptical. Basically a clone of Alamo Drafthouse I was told. But wow. Solid food. FAIR PRICES ($6 movie tickets in the middle of the day on the weekend!) Funky and fun theatres (I peeked at a couple other ones. I was in the Star Wars one which was great). The entire building is a shrine to movie-going and someone who loves films must have decorated it (the Hitchcock alcove was hilariously done! Love it.). The chairs are office chairs and rolling and super comfortable. It wasn't a perfect visit and I ought to give it four stars (side salad came. With no dressing. And a spoon. But the server pretty quickly remedied that) but I'm giving them five. Great attitudes. Great spaces. Fun.

Yelp
The cinema has gone down hill. The chairs need replaced . The food is just ok nothing great. We just watched The Roses it was a good movie, but we had to listen to the audio from the theater next to us also. The servers was the only good thing about our visit. He was very nice and checked on us several times. Wont be going back for a while

Ken J.

Yelp
Haven't been here in years, to no fault of theirs, but having revisited this week I noticed many changes all for the worse. The place needed a serious cleaning/paint job/ refreshing. Many light bulbs out throughout, doubtful if changed ever. The men's bathroom had urinals covered with large garbage bags. The room stuck of sewage. Food was overpriced and mediocre at best. The service was terrible. Doubt we'll go back. What a shame.

Jerdani K.

Yelp
Turn the lights off !! Or lower them for the love of god, I love this theatre I come 1-2x a week always supporting

Gina D.

Yelp
Went to see Bugonia, which i already bought tickets for weeks in advance. Lathimos is my favorite director so I was very excited and drove 40 mins to see this film. When I got there I was informed, for the first time, that there was a mix up with the studio and that they were not showing Bugonia until next weekend. I under that is not the theatres fault, however I dont think it would be too much to ask for the theater to send an email to those that already purchased tickets that they were no longer showing it. The folks working there didnt seem to care or be bothered by this at all. Terrible customer service.
google avatar

Donna C.

Yelp
I am attending a movie at Hollywood Boulevard. I have food allergies and I was not allowed to bring my food in. So I'm standing in the hallway eating because I haven't eaten anything all day. The manager was extremely rude.. This is a ridiculous rule. There should be exceptions for people who have allergies I will not be coming back here ever again. The only reason I came is because the Amc we had tickets for was out of power.
google avatar

Steve B.

Yelp
This place is cool. You can order food while watching a movie. It's not the ritz, but You can get a burger or nachos etc. There is a full bar and a Jack 'n coke slushie machine. Go see a movie.
google avatar

Malissa V.

Yelp
I honestly don't know how this theater is still around. I understand the concept of decorating with movie themes and memorabilia, but it's super dark, dingy and outdated. The concept of sitting in an office type chair for a long movie is just not comfortable anymore. Luckily our theater wasn't packed, so it gave us some space to spread out. Even though there was enough space between us, anytime someone moved in the chair or got up to go to the bathroom the chair rolls or bumps into you. The food: horrible. It tastes old and stale. We ordered the Bill and Ted nachos, popcorn, a fountain soda, and a few drinks. I was excited to have some chips and cheese, but when the nachos arrived, the cheese sauce was cold, and the chips tasted stale and had this weird aftertaste. Definitely didn't have more than one bite. The popcorn had the right amount of butter but tasted old and burnt. I ordered a Pepsi, and it tasted like a diet pepsi, so I asked for Root beer instead. That was decent. Our waitress never came back, so my friend had to flag someone down when she went to the bathroom, once she came back, we just bombarded her with more drink orders because we didn't know how long before she came back again. This time I switched to a fruit punch and instantly regretted it. The price of the ticket and the well-made alcoholic beverages are the reason why 1 star was given. This theater may intrigue many others, but it's just not for me. I prefer to stick to AMC

Diann V.

Yelp
I ordered the sweet potato fries, and they were delicious. The staff were friendly and service was good. The theater is like no other, it's one of a kind, with all kinds of movie memorabilia. It is worth a trip if you don't live close. The place was clean the bathrooms were immaculate. You have to at least once.
google avatar

Sally L.

Yelp
This theater is a very cool theater. It have a lot of interesting decor everywhere. Each room have different themes which surprises me everytime I come here. The food is pretty good. I ordered the taco salad and it is pretty decent. The portion is pretty big for me. The price is good since we always come watch a movie on a Wednesday night. It is $5 on Wednesdays. If you have a coupon from a local coupon book, it is buy one get one free which is a good deal. The service was good both time for us.The waiter always comes back and ask if we want drinks refill or if we wanted to order more food. For me, the women's bathroom was clean both time that I was there. The only thing I didn't like was the office chair. I wish it is a recliner chair like the other theater.

Ben G.

Yelp
Food is fantastic, the service is always on point and excellent, and this place just LOOKS amazing. It's like stepping back in time into the golden age of Hollywood. They really nailed the vibe and ambiance.

Tracy O.

Yelp
The food we ordered 2 had hair in it and the other did not come with anything but beef and cheese- these were the tinsel taco salads. The waiter was very apologetic. I appreciated the apology but that is no excuse when you get served with hair in your food. I understand this can be busy but on the clears I have been coming here the service and food have definitely Gone down hill. If you decide to go to the show eat before you come the foods is terrible and not except able. Very disappointed my night out with my daughter and her friend was ruined! Very very disappointed Tracy
google avatar

Maronda H.

Yelp
I haven't been here in many years. My cousins wanted to come here to see Black Panthers. It looks like nothing here has been updated. Everything looks so outdated and old. There is no customer service to check in your movie ticket. I guess all movie purchases has to be done online. You have to now scan in on your phone and get your tickets printed out. We located our seats and someone was there to assist us. Menus are placed on the table for you to place your food/drink orders. They really need to update the chairs. My chair was broken and wouldn't go up every time I pulled it up it slide right back down. I like how everyone is respectful during the movies. The assistance were kind and attentive. I ordered the chicken strips which came with fries. I asked for ranch sauce but instead got sour cream? Just update everything here the decor food and drink menu. It has a very old kick back look. I know sometimes it is hard to make changes. But Hollywood Blvd Cinema needs a full make over.

Amanda M.

Yelp
If you want to scare the crap out of your small kids feel free to take them here. Very creepy pictures and dolls everyone. Food is disgusting and the entire place felt very dirty. The office chairs you sit in aren't the best. Very creepy vibe from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave .

Yelp
12/13/23: Update: If you're signed up with the newsletter, you'll get a birthday gift for 2 free movie tickets anytime during your birthday month. For some reason in this digital age, they won't accept it if you don't have them printed out on paper. Recommendation: get with the times and update it so that you can use them digitally. Minus 1 star. Also the office chairs need to be fixed so that they're not leaning back so much. Food tonight was pretty good and the server was great. I'll add 1 star back. Mushroom burger was succulent and cooked just right. No toughness or dryness. Spinach and artichoke dip with garlic bread was wonderful. Garlic bread was warm and soft. Dip was warm, with the garlic bread it just melted in your mouth. Overall I'll give it a 3.

Yelp
My wife & I moved into the area recently and decided to check out a movie here one night. The pricing is pretty good considering what other theaters charge and the staff is friendly & attentive throughout the night. The theater could probably use upgrading - the seats in our theater were reclining office chairs and in pretty rough shape.
google avatar

Brandon Z.

Yelp
Never been to one of these before - this was our first visit. Really liked the ambiance and decor. The museum area afterwards was pretty cool. Didn't explore the food too much - we just had sodas and popcorn. Popcorn bowl was pretty large. Friendly prompt service as well. Only thing we didn't like was the seating setup - seemed like they were office chairs and weren't all that comfortable. A different arrangement/setup for seating would've been better.

Ben D.

Yelp
The theater is extreme old. When I complained I was told management was informed and would turn the heat up. After complaining three times I asked for managers name. I was told he was not allowed to give out his name. By now we are half way through the movie. Bad management and customer service. When the movie is over I will try again to speak with the manager.

Yelp
Hollywood Blvd has been a theater I've been going to since I was a kid. Always wonderful times filled with smiles. I really like this theater and always will. My favorite food on the menu was the Freddy Fingers but wanted to try something new and tried their Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was ehhh, the people I was with also said the Freddy Fingers are going downhill. They don't make them the same, precovid times. I definitely plan on coming back and also hoping the food gets back to how I remember them. The quality! Also, our server was nice & helpful with explaining things, which is always much appreciated. Thank you Hollywood Blvd for all the great memories & everything in between. I plan on coming back soon! Personal Review: 9.1/10 (overall)

Yelp
Since my last review was over eight years ago, you can see I haven't been to this theater in quite a while. I forgot I rated it only two stars last time. The only reason why I went this past Saturday is because the theater is near my mom's house and we were going to see Oppenheimer, a three-hour movie so we wanted to get some food while we watch the movie. The movie we went to was in the Wizard of Oz theater. I cannot believe the patrons are still sitting in office chairs at a 12-inch counter to try to eat at. Why hasn't the theater been updated like the Hollywood Palms? I get it different owners, but still. There is no call button for service so it's hard to flag down the staff. The office chair was at its highest setting and still I needed a booster seat so I was higher to be able to eat at the counter. I'm 5 foot 4, not that short. The volume in the theater was ear piercing, yet the quality was terrible as patrons were saying they needed closed caption. When I took my elderly mom to the bathroom, it was so gross. The floor was wet. The trash bins overflowing and there was a lack of toilet paper in the stalls. I had to go on a hunt to find toilet paper and a stall so I could give it to my mom. I gave this theater a star for the tasty pizza. That was the only plus about our experience.

Yelp
Place is going downhill, however I think that's to be said about most movie theaters these days. The bartender was lost and couldn't figure out how to make a simple drink. He made one for my wife and had to follow a recipe, come on a little memorization and not making it so obvious. Carpets are falling apart and the place was empty.
google avatar

Mud B.

Yelp
Food is only ok. Service is spotty. If you want a casual place to see a movie for a decent ticket price is ok. The thing that makes it special is all the special showings and appearances.
google avatar

Rebecca F.

Yelp
Review is from 2016. My friends and I came here almost every Wed (company free ticket pricing). It is a relatively small theatre but the selling point is definitely the dine in experience. Each theatre has a theme to them (see pics). While the food is not particularly great (I mean what do you expect from a movie theatre) the selection is there. You have the standard popcorn, candy, soda, but also chicken fingers, fries, beer, etc. Just keep in mind that if you do want to order something, you will have to be in the theatre on time because right before the movie is when they come around to take your order. The seats are pretty comfortable and have recliners available. there are seats around tables if you know you are wanting to eat something more substantial with friends. Overall: very unique dine-in movie theatre
google avatar

Tara M.

Yelp
My first time at this movie theater. I decided to bring my 15 y/o son to see ghost busters on opening day. I didn't know what to expect the inside was dim and as you walked thru the halls it was themed. Inside the actual theater it was outdated and the chairs were like office chairs on wheels that reclined but seemed like they were broken. We decided not to get food since we ate prior to going. It's not the worst but was worth a try.

Susan B.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE this place. Although the food is a little pricey the atmosphere is so impressive and adds to every movie. The staff are great and do the right amount of checking throughout the movie and letting you watch. Overall, just a wonderful experience everytime!
google avatar

Jasmine S.

Yelp
When we entered the theater the staff came quickly with menus and asked if we had any questions. On Sundays they have half off pitchers of sangria (which was delicious) and the good came out hot and perfect timing for the movie. It was a little cold for me, so feel free to bring a blanket. The ambiance of the theater is cute with different posters and figures on the wall.

Yelp
Last night was my first time ever coming to the theater. Usually we go to AMC. We watched the movie "Dog" with Channing Tatum and enjoyed our experience. The theater itself is picture worthy, and very cool. The minute you walk in the theater there is so much cool decor to look at and the hallway reminded me of walking down the street. Each theater room has a different theme. We were in the Cleopatra room, which was nice. We were kind of seated away from everyone which I did like and the waitress was attentive. Tickets were $6 because we were there before 5 PM. When you are there you have to buy something, it is a requirement. We each got something to drink which was $5 for a huge cup and some chicken nachos which were $15. The chicken nachos were good, but the chicken tasted like it came from a can and we definitely could have used more cheese on our chips. Especially for $15.

Lisa G.

Yelp
Never again! There used to be a great theater spot took my grandkids here there were four of us. My bill came to $185. Ticket prices were fine but the food taxes extra cheese extra onions extra refills extra everything was way over the top talk to the manager he wouldn't do anything about it. We didn't even get popcorn Never again coming here and the movie sucked. People behind us were talking the whole time.

Yelp
We used to come here often. Always liked it. Last couple of times were not great, but the last time was the reason for this review. Walked in, went up to the bar. No one of even in the room, but there were two people behind the bar. One older, heavyset guy in his phone and a younger woman. We asked for a bucket of beer, and I said can you tell me what bottles you have? He told me to scan the QR code. I said can you tell me? He said scan the QR code. Then he went back to just sitting there. The woman just looked at us. Really lousy customer service. Lazy workers.

Yelp
They are forcing a tip and makes you buy something and you can't refuse. Food is ehh. Ambiance is old.

Yelp
INTIMATE MOVIE DINING EXPERIENCE. Alot of theatrics, historical aesthetics in the lobby. Alcoholic bar. Wide variety of food options. The food portions are surprisingly great. I enjoyed the food undeniably. The movie theatre had walls full of history pieces. Very interesting information, It's worth a look. The screens are big, volume amplified, pretty solid set-up. The seats was the only con. They were old, not the most comfortable, and kind of wobbly.

Yelp
The website needs to be optimized for ticket purchasing. I shouldn't have to turn my phone sideways in 2024. The ticket prices are good though. The closed captioning device didn't easily attach to the tables and there was white line running through the middle of the device screen which is annoying. The chairs are sort of comfortable but there are too many in each row, especially in the middle section of the theater. The chairs are also very squeaky and my husband's chair was actually broken and leaned to the side the whole time. Can't speak to the food since we just had popcorn and soft drinks which were fine.

Yelp
Was really disappointed in this whole experience, I ordered the nachos with chicken but received it with no chicken. It was difficult to get the staff's attention but when I finally did, I told them I was okay with the chicken just being brought out to me instead of the whole dish being taken back. I waited and waited, my food got cold, and the chicken was never brought out. It wasn't until checks were being given out that our waiter checked on us but by then the movie was already half over. I should of received a refund on the meal but instead I got 4 dollars off. Wasted money on shitty food, needless to say I will not be returning.

Yelp
Still love this place. Food is always decent...especially the Grinch dip. Portions are smaller but most places have cut back somehow to stay open.

Yelp
The food is delicious assuming it comes out hot, the service is great especially if you get a great waiter or waitress , the ambiance is always a plus, I absolutely love the themes.

Yelp
Went to go see Godzilla x Kong for a matinee afternoon this may weekend, outside its 80+ degrees, but what surprise! its 80+ in the screening room too, the AC cooling of this movie theater (the egyptian themed room) is I guess not supplying any of that for customers, I wonder how long before that's now extra for moviegoers, well I can see why no ones ever goes to see movies anymore. Stay away or bring your own fan if you want to see a movie on the big screen badly. Between the pitiful service of not receiving what you ordered from waiters they have awful 10+ year old office roller chairs that creeak and are horrible to recline in. An all around dump of a place and an careening to dilapidated building to see a simple movie.

Yelp
This is the worst theater I been to , outdated , unsanitary seats and table also food is crappy and the worst part is you have to spend money for tickets and you have to buy their food if you want to watch movie in a crappy screen, when buying ticket on site no mention of "customers required to buy their ticket and food " in order to watch the movie , no sign but when seated and refused their crappy food and beverages they don't allow you to watch the movie , totally unprofessional place I would never go here again, worst experience ever including dealing with managers no wonder people don't want to go to this out dated and unsanitary and crappy screen theater, Never Again !!

Yelp
Absolutely terrible customer service!! The worse ever! No one answers the phone at the location. You try filling out the form online regarding a question, concern, and it won't let you submit. Simply want a mgr to call me back.
