Hollywood Boulevard

One of the most beautiful and famous places known worldwide, where you can see the names of celebrities actors and actresses on the ground, called the Walk of Fame.There are also many other beautiful places, like wax museums and more. I really enjoyed my time there, and I will definitely visit again!

Again, the piss and homeless were very minimal this last time visiting Hollywood boulevard. Typically there are a bunch of tents and Crack heads lining the street, but I barley saw any of them this past time going up to HOLLYWOOD. Typically I'd never go back and I hope that's true. Don't send me back boss. Ok Bye

Worth going to Johnny Rocket and their shakes are good. It's a nice place to look at stores and the Hollywood stars. However, ignore people in their costumes, you'll think it's a "free" picture but it's not. They'll ask you to pay them $20. Scammers.

It's fun to walk around Hollywood, you always learn something new. There are many shops, restaurants and interesting places. For tourists it's a good place to take unique photographs.

Nice place to spend some time searching and reading for your favorite star. Good shopping right there. Plenty of places to eat and partake for fun

Fun to walk the famous walk of Stars shop and look for your favorite Stars, but night time is full of drugs.

As tourist as it gets in LA! So much to see and do on one street that IS a tourist Hotspot. Offers for tours are on every corner, well, almost. Lots of souvenirs and eateries sprinkled throughout the boulevard. You won't get bored and looking for your favorite Hollywood star is fun.

Always a great time going there just to people watch and we went to the wahlburgers restaurant and it was actually really really good but you definitely going to pay 70 bucks for three people to eat

This is probably indicative of Los Angeles as a whole, because Hollywood Blvd is rampant with trash, homelessness, poor dining options and expensive hotels. It's not really a place for family, for couples or tourists tbh. Go to the Valley or the beach, you'll thank me later. Also, there are tacos, and every taco stand is overpriced and not very good.

People come from near and far to see the great Hollywood Boulevard. I suspect it disappoints many hoping to see the glimmer of a shining Hollywood street. However, you won't find that here, Hollywood is about creating magic in a warehouse. If you want to tangibly see fancy and richness, go to Beverly Hills. That being said, I LOVE cruising on Hollywood Boulevard and walking it once in awhile. There is so much fun to be had, even if it is a bit more gritty than the rest of town. You will see many of our unhomed while on Hollywood Boulevard. Kindness or if you can't be kind, simply ignoring is best. Don't bother arguing if someone cuts you off, or bumps into you. I saw a cowboy try to do this with one of our unhomed yesterday, it didn't bode well for said cowboy. And if you go to the 7-11, they may be blaring loud opera or classical music to keep people from hanging out outside. But even at the loud volume, it blends in with the hip hop & banda blasted by people selling on the streets. Occasionally, there is a band of unhomed people performing, as well. Last week I saw a person VERY into their puppet rendition of Little Shop of Horrors. Just mind your business as you walk past the security guard outside of the Church of Scientology still hoping random stragglers wander in to learn the wonders of the great Science Fiction author L. Ron Hubbard. Not sure Tom Cruise has the sanity rating he once did though. You'll also see the Hollywood Walk of Fame - stars past and present with sidewalk stars to immortalize their status. Most you won't know if you're a Millennial or younger - I sure don't! But Tupac got his star in front of Amoeba and near him is Dr. Dre! So there you go my fellow Millennial babies. You'll even find a bunch of tourist traps you might enjoy! Ripley's Believe it Or Not, the Wax Museum, old chubby men dressed as Disney characters, see a Disney movie premiere at El Capitan (they are GREAT), shop at the Ovation (they have everything), hope on a tour bus to see homes of the rich & famous, the Hollywood museum, a few weird pop-up instagram photog museum, catch a bunch of celebs on a red carpet at the Chinese Theatre and souvenir shops galore - there's surely something for everyone. I LOVE HOLLYWOOD BOULEVARD! I love everything about LA and that includes this beautifully imperfect street full of fascinating humans and interesting spots.

Who doesn't want to walk on Hollywood Boulevard? Who doesn't want to see the stars on the sidewalk? Everyone wants to go here! Because of the popularity, it's almost impossible to find parking around here! Beside that, also there are lot of people walking on Hollywood Boulevard, so it's hard to see the stars, even harder to take pictures of them. Anyway, I chose to go late at night, after dinner, so I was lucky enough to actually snap some pictures! The downside is that the movie theaters were already closed. I really wanted to see the Chinese Theatre! I guess, I have another reason to come back soon!

Hollywood Boulevard is where you get as close to the stars without seeing them in person. The TCL Theatre is where many Hollywood legends have their hand and footprints in cement. You can even put your hand where their hands where. Take a tour of the iconic movie house and see up close where the Academy Awards were even held. Walk along the sidewalks and see those famous stars. Your favorite is sure to be here. Visit the wax museums and of course, the Hollywood Museum where thousands of artifacts from decades of movie making are. See the famous intersection of Hollywood and Vine. This street has a lot of history and it's a photo-op dream, but it is also a tourist trap of high priced shops and food places. Parts of the boulevard stinks of urine and there are homeless people everywhere. Crime is rather high once you leave the area around the TCL Theatre, so be careful. But, this is an awesome experience and a must-see. George Vreeland Hill

If it was possible, zero stars. Nothing but scams trying to trick tourists who know absolutely nothing about LA. There are these stupid cosplayers dressed as marvel characters going around asking for pictures. They pull you aside and say, "how about a picture?" Nothing harm with that, right? Wrong. After the picture, they say slyly, "Picture plus tip okay?" You would think a few dollars, but NO! They freakin take $10 without even telling you about the "tip" first. At first my sister said our guardian didn't have any money and one of them took notice of my phone which had like a $10 bill stuck in there in case of emergencies and she said, "How about your sister?" And pulled me into the photo. My sister was stupid to let this happen and honestly, I'm mad. But be careful in LA and don't shake hands with anyone. Don't smile. Don't look. They'll take your money. And since two of them decided to be in the picture we had to tip "twice." Make that $20 down the drain. Should have said no but it was the first time being scammed and was pretty scared so we just paid up. Thinking back, I should have not given them any thing and walked away. This is the first time I've been scammed and the amount is not a lot for some millionaires but it's the fact that they just did it without adding in "tip" first. LA is nothing but a scam. Maybe I'm at the wrong side of LA, but never going back here again.

This store has everything you could want for souvenirs. As a plus, they have really nice rest rooms, friendly staff, and upbeat vibe. Great store!
