This is a pretty nice setup on the boardwalk. The food is really good especially the burgers. I had yucca fries as a side which was a new experience. The beer leaves a bit too be desired. The mango IPA was the best of the selections.

Nice location by the beach. The place had a dive bar feel as far as cleanliness. We ordered the whole fried snapper with garlic potato wedges and dumplings. The fish was delicious, the potatoes were undercooked, and the dumplings were decent. Our server, Karla, basically disappeared after serving us. She was nice but never checked up on us until we were ready for our bill. I'm wondering if a tip was included in the total since every other place does this but it wasn't listed, so we tipped more. Ended up with an $80 bill for a shared plate, appetizer and two drinks. Side note: there was a family eating there with unruly kids who were spraying customers with water guns. The parents could care less and I'm sure the staff didn't want to deal with this but something should have been said. The parents were also getting up from their table and using ours to yell at people down by the beach. I guess I'm saying this to explain what kind of place it is. Don't expect it to be relaxing.

The menu was a bit pricey, but for the location it's totally worth it. They do have inside seating and a bar as well! Highly recommend for the views. Great spot for locals or tourists. We stopped in before boarding our cruise ship and it was a fast/convenient spot.

We had a fantastic experience at Hollywood Brewery! The atmosphere was great, the food and drinks were delicious, and the service truly stood out. A special thank you to our waitress Carla — she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Her warm attitude made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

I got the po boy sandwich with garlic fries and it was super good. I also got the mango ipa which was delicious. Great view sitting outside. The service was excellent. My waitress was so kind. Price was decent.

With a stunning view of Hollywood Beach and delicious fish dishes, this is an excellent place to spend an afternoon. Our waitress was very attentive, and the service was outstanding! 100% recommend 🍻

We had a unique dining experience at this oceanfront restaurant that brews its own beer and kvass. We tried a few samples of each type, and it was an interesting tasting journey. The pizza was delicious, and the seafood was decent. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected allergic reaction to the shrimp, which caused my throat and the inside of my cheek to swell, even though I’ve never had any allergies before. Out of the four beers we tasted, only one truly stood out for us. The atmosphere is fantastic with the ocean right next to you, and the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making it a welcoming experience.

Stopped by this place a few times for beer and apps. Killer views. You are elevated and have a great view of beach and broad walk. Beer: very good 4.5 stars. Food. Average Happy hour: beer is a steal. Food reasonably priced. Service. Five stars. Girls are nice and attentive.

Headed to the brewery for Happy Hour on a Thursday evening. We sat outside and had a lovely view of the ocean and Broadwalk. Service was quick and attentive. We ordered a few beers, all of which were good, as well as the pretzel and avocado egg rolls. The pretzel was far too salty and I found myself removing almost all of the salt but the avocado egg rolls were really good though!

At the far end of the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, we were excited to use our Pub Passport with a visit to The Hollywood Brewery. As soon as we reached the top of the concrete steps, we couldn't help but notice the impressive row of shiny beer vats gleaming behind the bar's front windows. I turned to my wife and said, "This is picture time!"--the place had a vibrant, inviting energy. Every outdoor patio table was packed with people enjoying fresh craft beers and delicious food. We ventured inside the taproom, which was spacious and well-designed, with a full liquor bar and several of the brewery's beers on tap. The atmosphere inside was relaxed, small tasty menu and great brew--exactly what you want in a brewery. Karla, our server, greeted us with a warm and engaging personality, instantly making us feel like we were in the right place for a fun evening. Soon after, the owner came over to introduce himself and striked up a conversation about his fourteen years in business, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming. Based on Karla's recommendations, we ordered a Hollywood Wheat 4.3% and a RoadHead IPA 6.3% both were poured right in front of us and were ice cold and thirst quenching. Cheers to a memorable stop on the Pub Passport!

Best burger we've had in Florida!! Stopped by here as we explored the boardwalk. What a great find! They have a lovely patio facing the turquoise waters and white sandy beach. The service is very attentive and friendly. We had the Truffle burger and the Smoked fish dip with chips. The fish dip was new to us and we enjoyed this new food. It is a generous portion and could be a meal in itself. The real star was the burger! We ordered the Truffle burger which is served with sautéed spinach on the burger- again new for us - but wow!! This burger was so juicy and delicious- hands down the best in town! Looking forward to a return visit! - oh - the beer was good too!

The Local's lager is really good. It is a liter beer, it's fresh, crisp and really tasty, and under 5% alcohol. The main establishments are slightly north of this location of the Hollywood Broadwalk, so I always find a comfortable spot inside or out.

Beers by the beach! Several craft beer choices and a comfortable patio with an awesome view! The coconut shrimp was also tasty and a great companion for the beer. There was no wait during the Friday afternoon I stopped by. Check it out when you are in the area!

I've walked past Hollywood Brewing probably 500 times and never stopped. Then, I saw a recommendation on a local social media page and happened to see a Groupon. I figured "Why not?, bought it and figured we'd give it a try. We stopped after a sunny afternoon walk along the Broadwalk and planned to use the Groupon for some nice, cold beers. We asked the server and she stated the we were unable to use at that time, I believe because it was "Happy Hour." I didn't see restrictions when I purchased, but nonetheless we ordered 2 beers. Once the waitress realized that we did not want to order food - We never saw her again. We were there for every bit of 30 min. No offer for water. No inquiry as to whether we wanted another round. I can tell you that we did not, as the beer wasn't great. The service by this particular server, was horrible. I did see other guests receiving better service, although none of those servers offered to assist us. In the future, I'll continue to simply walk past. Each and every time. There are so many options on the Broadwalk, there's no need to settle for poor service.

Adorable place. Very friendly server. It looks like they have great deals on food, but unfortunately we were there too early for food (we were there at 11:30). Amazing view!

The service was very mediocre. The person in my party has ordered their food before mine and the waitress completely forgot about their order. we were so confused as to why and how she forgot. The person placed their food first and i put in my order 10 minutes after, the waitress asked if i would like to order anything else since the kitchen was closing, and e both replied no. 30 minutes later i got my food, the person who ordered before still has not received their food. at this point the kitchen has closed and the person still has not received food. we questioned waitress how long does it take to make pasta she said 8 mins so we were confused as to why it is taking 45 mins for pasta then. she still didn't realize she forgot the pasta so we went inside to the bar to request our pasta and we were told that the kitchen was closed. so of course we were upset. the waitress came back saying she spoke to chef and will get us our pasta. we finally got the food after an hour when it only takes 8 mins to make it. Lastly, food was okay but it could've been much better had the service been better.

Pretzel app was good. Grilled shrimp was delicious along with the sweet potato fries . Beer was good and the location on beach was a nice addition.

The food here is mediocre at best. The servers are too busy chitchatting and using their phones to care if you have what you need to eat or whether there is toilet paper in the bathrooms. Just plain Unfriendly. They just do not care. I have been coming here for several years. The current regime cares nothing about customer service. Don't get me started about the ridiculous benches they have. A lawsuit waiting to happen. This place has hit the bottom.

Food and beer were 4 stars but the location and views were like 10 stars. Burger was very tasty and cooked exactly as I ordered. Servers were attentive. A really enjoyable experience!

My fiancé and I went walking down the Hollywood Beach board walk and stumbled upon this restaurant. This customer service was top tier. The food was good, the portions sizes were great and you can't beat the prices. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I would certainly recommend visiting here over any of the big food chain bars. Lots of TV's to watch the games, a very down to earth atmosphere.

They do not sell the 6 packs to go like the sign displays outside. The hostess did not say sorry after I told her it was the reason I came inside the bar.

Quick service, quality food, and tasty beer! A trifecta! Came in on a Saturday night, grabbed a table inside. The waitress delivered menus, water and took our order very efficiently. Food was very good for what we ordered (po boy, fish n chips). Were they the best I've ever had, no. Were the better than average, yes! Easy and hit the spot!

This a great spot to eat and have a beer right by the beach. We enjoyed all the beers we tried in our flights. There was a nice variety of beers. My friend enjoyed his burger and I thoroughly enjoyed my tuna steak salad. It was SO delicious and fresh. Our server was helpful and attentive. I would definitely visit here again!

They were out of a lot of things so the menu was limited before we even had a chance to order. The bathroom had no hot water which made me question the cleanliness. It took time to get our order but at least the waitress warned us they were backed up by at least 45 min. The place didn't have that many people so I'm guessing they didn't have enough cooks. The Norwegian shrimp appetizer was good but the entree was not appetizing to look at at all when it arrived. The tuna steak sandwich was over seasoned. The grilled vegetables were greasy and salty. The beer was okay. I would've probably given them a lower rating but when my date left her credit card behind and only noticed the next day, they had kept it behind the bar waiting for her to come back for it. I give them the benefit of the doubt on staffing and food supplier issues but the lack of hot water in a dirty bathroom... Update: I appreciate the response from the restaurant. I did know the shrimp came head on. I had no problem with it. I've have this type of shrimp before. I just thought the angle of the pic make the shrimp look like it was smiling and thought it was funny. Now, on the other hand, waiting 30 seconds for hot water to come out of the faucet doesn't sound like that's how plumbing is supposed to work. I wasn't in a rush but when you turn a handle and nothing comes out and it makes no noise as if something is trying to come out then you give up and just use cold water. Perhaps you should've posted something in the restroom. Isn't hot water for hand washing a health code requirement?

Location is great, beer is good. Kvass was gross and low quality consider it was made there. Mussels were like 7 pieces and a small bread for $17.5. American restaurant you get like 30 for that price and nice toasted 5 pieces of bread. Server was amazing and kind!

Pretty great place. I had the personal meat pizza and a stout beer: both were great. The staff was cool and the overall vibe is very casual which I like. The best part about this place is the location: it sits right on the strand with great views of the beach and people watching up and down the boardwalk. Im not from Florida (from CA) but would love to visit this spot again next time Im in town.

We took a trip down to Hollywood Brewing yesterday because it was part of our pub pass. Based on Yelp, the views looked great and we have family in town so we thought it would be a good spot. It was fine, but that's all I can say. Not very impressed, it's definitely not your typical brewery, they have plenty of food but not enough brews. They do have beer flights, which I enjoy. Parking is horrendous cause of the beach - not their fault at all. Service was good, glad we came but not my favorite and don't feel like we need to come back. I did notice they give Togo cups for beer which is nice since the broadwalk is nice to walk.

Location was great - right on the beach. It was a slow evening - but service was great. Food is just average - had the coconut shrimp and pretzel appetizer. Pretty sure all out of the freezer. Ok for a quick snack off the beach but wouldn't come for a full meal.

Walking down the boardwalk we stopped in for a cold beer and a quick bite. They had lots of beer options and we sampled a few. We had the smoked fish dip to start, love the pita it was paired with get like in house made pita chips. I had the bbq chicken pizza, great flavor- dough was a little chewy but overall it was pretty good. My husband had the tuna burger and he really enjoyed it. You can't beat a view like this so stop by when on the beach for a good meal and cold refreshments

My friends and I popped in for a snack break after some fun in the sun. It's located right off the beach so great location. There's outdoor seating, but we went inside because we had already spent so much time in the sun. The giant pretzel is served with beer cheese and honey mustard. The pretzel was great, but how can you go wrong? The beer cheese was a little thick. And continued to thicken as it cooled. 8/10 The chips and guacamole was alright. I personally prefer thinner crispy chips, but my husband liked it. The guac needed some acid and salt. 7/10 The Korean BBQ wings were very nicely cooked. Very crispy, but the sauce was a bit vinegary. I liked it myself but some people may not. 8/10 Server was very friendly and attentive. If I lived around here and was coming over to the beach, I would pop in for a lunch snack again.

If you are looking to enjoy a nice breeze day and try a fantastic selection of craft beers, this place is spot on. We ordered fries and the Buffalo chicken wings. The wings were crispy and seasoned greatly. The fries had texture and were hot and fresh. The service is friendly and the location is great. Enjoyed the Beach views! It may be busy at times but the wait is WORTH it!

Environment is amazing, views are perfect, service is the best, and for a second best draft wheat beer in Miami!

So upon arriving we were confused and had to go in to ask if we could sit at a table outside. We then waited awhile for a server to finally come over. It was happy hour, not too busy yet and our waitress already seemed flustered. Our order seemed rushed and she was not very helpful. We then got our 2 flights and didn't know which beer was which since we ordered every beer on the menu. She wouldn't say a word to use and we felt unwelcome to the point I wanted to leave the full flights and walk out. We spent some time trying to guess which beer was which (which was a fun game). So needless to say the service sucked and the beer was honestly okay. Maybe today was just a bad day for them but not acceptable customer service.

My boyfriend is an IPA and craft beer aficionado, so we went to try this place. The place is across the ocean, good location. HOWEVER, everything else is poor! We got there around 3 pm and the empty tables were all dirty. We were told to sit at any of the empty and dirty tables, but took the waitstaff to come back to get the table clean over 10 minutes. Another 7 minutes to take the drink order. Finally ordered burgers. The waitress, Nadia, did not look like she wanted to be there and was rude and annoyed to be working. We ordered burgers that came PLAIN: bread, patty, bread. No condiments, no lettuce, tomato, pickles, nothing. Nadia came back with lettuce, one slice of tomato and a mini dish with a few pickle slices from a jar, then we were charged $3 for the pickles. That made the burger to be $19 for a burger... wow DIRTY, RUDE STAFF, OVER PRICED.

Stumbled upon this place. It is located past the hustle of the broad walk. Nice staff with good beer.Excellent views of broadwalk and the beach. They sell six packs to go as well. Kids are allowed here in my opinion they shouldn't be allowed. Nothing more annoying than trying new beers and listenjng to kids play bottle flip. Oh well means I have to drink more . Live laugh and drink local

Stopped here on our last night in Hollywood Beach for some easy food, wasn't looking for anything crazy. We started off with the honey garlic wings and calzone bites. Wings were good, but the calzone bites surprised us! They had a thin dough, reminding of us wonton wrapper. They were very good! I had the pesto sandwich, which was pretty good, but a tad bit dry. However, not bad enough to leave a bad review. I would just recommend something else on the menu. Fries were sooooo good, though! So crispy and crunchy. The good fries. The fried fish sandwich was good. The caesar salad was good, as well, but it was also recommended to get something else. The po boy sandwich was good, and was said he would get it again. Not a bad place, great for a basic dinner. Vibes were cute.

I can't believe I found this beer brewery right on the Hollywood boardwalk. After been to a few other local beer breweries in the area, I was looking forward to pay a visit. They don't really have a huge selection of beers, but I really like IPAs and lagers anyways. I decided to go with their Roadhouse IPA in this visit. I like it because it looks bright and taste hoppy. I can taste a little citrus in the beer which made it feel refreshing. When we were there, we were the only table. Even it was a nice Friday afternoon, I guess many people were either still at work, or still getting over cleaning up or taking down the hurricane shutters off after Hurricane Dorian. But the bartender was very friendly and helpful even we were just having drinks and not ordering any food. He even offered a beer for us to sample, which I'll probably be ordering that in our next visit.

For us, the best thing about Hollywood Brewing was the view. It is right on the boardwalk, so sit outside and enjoy people watching and the ocean waves. The beer was ok. It was fine. Nothing overly special or different. We liked it, but it wasn't a reason to return. The food was fine as well. Again, it wasn't bad, but there was nothing special about it. The fries were fine. The fried pickles were average. The chicken tenders weren't great. The prices were higher than average, which I would expect for the location. The service was good. We didn't have empty glasses for long, but we were also the only ones there, so there's that. If I'm choosing a craft beer place in the Broward area, I'm making a lot of other stops before I find my way back to Hollywood. If I'm at the beach and looking for a drink, this would be a good stop. As they always say..location location location.

My new beach hangout spot! This is an actual brewery right on Hollywood Beach! A great selection of IPA's plus a full bar and great menu. We ordered sangria and Bushka Stout and avocado egg rolls which I highly recommend . This restaurant is right on the beach & perfect for people watching. The staff was very friendly. Our waitress was Olga. She was great! We spent $37 (without tip) for 3 drinks and an appetizer...not bad. The have daily specials as well. Great service, food, drinks and atmosphere. What more could you ask for?

Would recommend this restaurant for a beach view meal. The prices were very good with big serving. The fish and chips with a side of spicy mayo was our favorite meal. The sides were great and the service was amazing.

Ambiance and location are fabulous. Beer is subpar. The hubs and I had two different IPAs that both had super strong dank weed overtones. I like a dank beer but this was like drinking weed water. Didn't taste like beer at all. Coconut shrimp delish tho.

Two starts for the beers. Can't mess beer up. But the worst food, even for bar food. Didn't send anything back because the waitress was nice but I wish we did. Couldn't even eat the chicken wings . And what ever you order do not I REPEAT do not get chicken twists or fried pickles. Rant over

First off the rude Russian lady wouldn't let us move a bench to our table. And the service was awful, we waited 45 minutes just for the waiter to serve us. The burgers were like chard and over cooked, the key lime pie was bitter, and the waiter had a little of an attitude and didn't respect us. Over all this place sucks, wouldn't recommend.

Our server Yana was fantastic. The place itself has a cool beachy vibe. Sitting outside (in the shade) on the boardwalk is a very relaxing setting to have a few beers. If it's a brewery, most of the rating should be based on the beers (in my opinion at least). We didn't have any food so I can't comment on that. They do offer flights at $12/ea. I tried 7 beers on 2 flights. In general, they were meh. Admittedly, I had the Mango IPA twice. It was pretty good & the clear winner for me. The Limon Lager is one of the most vile beers I've ever had. The Bushka Stout was pretty thin and definitely had more of a porter feel than a stout but still pretty good. In summary, cool place to sit & have a forgettable beer.

As much as I want to give this place 2 stars I can't. The new girl working here did her absolute best, and was awesome, but the food was below average. Dry, overcooked, not seasoned properly. The beer and kvas ? were whatever!! oh and Mr. Owner or whoever the hell you are don't be a cheap bastard turn the god damn AC on its July in Florida for crissake..

The food was really good and filling. The service was good, friendly, and quick. The place is very nice. I sat on the patio and had no problem with it. I got the pork sliders and they were great. Would recommend.

This rating is for the all around experience. The beers were good, on Untappd, I rated most of them in the 3.0 to 3.5 range so decent. Definitely not as boldly hopped as CA IPAs but still nice flavors. Doing two flights definitely hit the spot. A brewing company that can make a margarita for the wife? Oh YES that can! Large sized drink, nicely potent. Lasted her as long as my 8 tasters! Avocado Fries? Wow! Wow! Wow!!! The server told us they were just created and you have to have them! Lightly battered, quickly deep fried so not greasy, and warm --- soo enjoyable. I wish I could get these in CA! The view? You can't beat it. Just to sit on the patio, have a drink, and relax - it makes for a great afternoon. Coming back? Indeed! Just need another excuse to come to town.

The beer is alright. The service we had was pretty good. The view is awesome. This spot is located on the Hollywood Boardwalk. You really can't be the view, people watching, and just the ambiance of being right by the ocean. There are two beers where if you order them, you get a free shot of tequila. It's the worst tequila, of course. And that is just pure dangerous. Needless to say, Barbara S. and I wound up having 3 shots. A big prop to this place is that they are open late. Several places along the boardwalk close when the sun goes down and beach goers bail. Not so here. And so we camped out here for awhile. They have a full food menu too, but we did not divulge. So I can't comment on that. Overall, it's a tourist / beach goer trap. (TBH, so is like everything on this boardwalk.) Keep your expectations low, sit outside and chill, and just enjoy the view.

Food was served fast and the great selection of beer/IPAs. Asked server to just bring me their favorite drink and then tried the Mango IPA (really suggest that... Super yum) ordered tuna steak burger with fries and a breakfast burger. Very fresh and great flavor. Will come back for sure

Service was bad, waiting ten minutes before someone served me only to tell me that they were busy and STILL didn't take my order. I understand when times get busy, however it was obvious that nobody cared enough to take care of their customers. One star.

This place is terrible. Every girl that works here seems to hate life. I asked to talk to a a manger several time because I wanted to inquire about purchasing a tin sign that they have several of around the bar. Most breweries will allow you to purchase merchandise. These girls won't even ask just keep saying no won't actually ask the person n charge because they are too lazy. Really the worst.
