The RV Park is everything an RV'er needs. The bathhouse is well kept and security is constantly rolling through. Local restaurants and shopping within a ten minute drive. For entertainment, the slots @ the casino pay well. I take the luxury with me in my home on wheels. No frills, just what I need. I'm just sorry that the new location will not have an RV park. (that part sucks)

Google
Cute place that used to be the best in IL. They must be saving for their move - which I will never step foot in. 2 months 4x a week and never left ahead. Good riddance to this joke of a casino. Anywhere is better. Even a gas station. Thanks for the pre 2025 good memories and you’ve lost a long time player forever.

Google
My review is for the campground. First, the good. Sites are spacious and level, concrete pads, water and electric hookups. Pretty setting. BUT for this much money, in Illinois, I would expect full hookups. You have to check in at the hotel, but I only knew that because of earlier reviews. At check in, I was not given a map or any instructions. I was allowed to look at a map to see how to get to my site, but no map to take with me, and no map to identify location of trash and dump station. Dump station is not at campground, it's behind hotel. No playground, no laundry, no amenities.

Really loved it they have a lot of the old machines there and new machines

Google
Was a fun place in it's day. This location is permanently closing end of July. It is almost now. Very few machines left, no table games, no food. New location will open August 11. Near I55 and I80.

I have a serious concern and question about the Joliet property, is there an email to contact? Friendly and fun! I may lose often like at any casino, but I do often see hand pays while I’m there so I feel like there’s a possibility of winning some times! I’ll miss the location but can’t wait to see the new one!

Kenyetta at the hotel front desk is the most amazing employee you have! She literally helped us with your internet and ALWAYS makes sure we are good! This type of service is hard to come by! I hope that you are taking care of her excellent service! The hotel is not a up to date which is the reason for the 3star on rooms. They have been clean each time we have booked. Coffee is ALWAYS ready during the day shift, laundry room is clean and housekeepers are pleasant. This team stands out from any casino we go to. We travel the world on business alot and stay at different ones often, some are so expensive that your disappointed on the terrible service. We tell all of our employees where to stay for each state. This is one of them!

Google
Nice, fun place! Pretty big and lots of games. Staff is super cool and everyone playing looks like they’re having a good time. Cheerful inside and I dig the art deco feel to some areas. Slots are a lot kinder to players than some other casinos nearer to Chicago. Overall, it’s a good time!

Yelp
I came here on opening night for the brand new casino in joliet. This place was a madhouse! People had to park on the grass since most of the parking spaces were full. I'm sure after a week it will be easier to find parking. Getting in was a little bit of weight but much faster dealing with lines at the TSA at O'hare. After checking in and getting through security you are on the game floor and this place has everything you can expect from a casino. I've seen bigger casinos but generally for this area it is a fair size. Everything is brand new, clean and greatly maintained. I found a few of the machines were broken already. They don't even have a spot holder for when you have to leave your machine. We saw some of the restaurants there they got some other floor they also got more before you go through security. I will say they got a great variety of everything. I did Venture through the event space and honestly I thought it was really small. I was expecting something pretty big like the one they have in Gary, Indiana. Overall I'm very impressed with the casino regardless. Even though I lost out on $20 and my wife won a lot of money I still consider my time here will win.

Dale L.

Yelp
The casino is ok, but fairly small. I don't understand why the hotel is not connected. We did not stay at the hotel. I would say the Hollywood in Toledo, Ohio is nicer.

Yelp
A nice casino with lots of games. It's out of the way but not hard to find. Most things seemed to be closed by 10. Very friendly staff.

Chuck F.

Yelp
Went to the Casino 8/16/25! Very confusing as to where you can park, even couldn't believe the garage parking said for VIP only. The audio volume on the casino floor and ESPN restaurant was so LOUD even the wait staff strained to listen for our food order. Very nerve racking to try and eat with those TV volume pumped to the MAX! Also, the temperature was freezing, so be sure to bring a sweater or sweatshirt. I think PENN will figure things out after more folks give them feedback.

Bob L.

Yelp
Went there Sunday 8-17 . No parking or very little parking, people were confused and backing out due to a blocked gate, VIP garage parking is misleading, no restaurants open at all just snack bars open . No pop at all when you walk in , just a plain entrance, old casino had a real nice over hang when you walked in were expensive cars would park in front , not here just plain as a mall entrance. Kinda messed up here in my opinion, architectural all wrong and very boring , outside is unfinished with cones all over, dirt piles and no parking , open way way to early and design of building is a bore. Old casino you drove 4 blocks through a wooded drive to a nicely designed casino. To fast to early and to boring . Won't be back

Cher M.

Yelp
Went here the day after it opened.People complain it looks like a warehouse but I thought it wasn't bad looking on the outside. Parking was a bit of a nightmare as the signs are confusing and every road was closed with cones. I ended going in through an out entrance but I found parking. The casino is very nice although a bit crowded in spots. I did get bonuses on most of the slots I played and I should've left when the going was good but didn't and ended up losing a lot. The restaurants weren't open but looked nice and there's even outdoor seating. Don't know that I'd go back because I-80 is all torn up and that big bridge scares the heck outta me!

Nora A.

Yelp
Beautiful new casino. Went there to check it out, play a little and have lunch. Went to parking garage and the sign identifying the garage gave the impression that it was for VIP parking only (bad wording on sign). Everyone kept driving past. I turned around, ignored the sign and drove into the garage. Everyone in elevator agreed that the sign to the garage was confusing and that they drove past the garage entrance as well thinking that it was for VIP parking only. No restaurants were open except for the ESPN bar. After all the hype, was looking forward to the food. The "Boulevard" was totally empty and no sign of anything being cooked. ESPN bar offerings were basically pub grub. Casino was very loud. We had to yell at each other to talk. Before you blame the slot machines for the noise, I have never had that problem in any casino in Vegas. Ran into friends on our way out. They were there for the same reason we were. Like us, they checked out the casino and left. No play and no food. Reminded me of going to Wind Creek a month after they opened. No food options except pre packaged sandwiches and salads like at the airport. Definitely not the destination place it was hyped up to be. Btw, my husband said there were no towels to dry his hands in the restroom. Hope things get better.

Yelp
Get an e-mail on Feb. 14th at 6 pm. I was rewarded $150 in Penn Cash and was available to use on Feb. 15th at 6 am. Got there at 11 am and NOTHING will work. The guy at the desk couldn't get it fixed, message was sent out to Upper Management and would be taken care of right away. YEAH RIGHT! I didn't drive all the way out here for nothing, so I went to the ATM and got my own money thinking the problem will be addressed promptly. I couldn't even play any machines. Jackets are thrown on chairs by people blocking the use, chairs were turned by people blocking the usage (1 machines chair was turned the whole 90 minutes I was in there), player cards are just left in machines. WHY IS THERE NO RULE ABOUT BLOCKING USAGE OF MACHINES FROM OTHER PEOPLE??? I turned the chair around that was turned blocking the machine for 90 minutes. The guy sitting across, playing a different machine, started yelling at me and saying that's his machines DO NOT TOUCH IT. Security was just standing around doing nothing and didn't address the guy yelling. I finally left after 90 minutes since Management refused to fix the problem with Penn Play while I was there. I left the casino, drove back to Lockport, took my wife somewhere, stopped and filled my gas tank and went home. I didn't a call back until 3 hours later that my problem was finally fixed. I don't even know if that is true since I'm already back home. At Harrah's in Joliet, staff will actually move chairs back in position when they are turned. Pretty sad when going staff at Hollywood just stands there doing nothing and doesn't do the same thing. I walked out of there mainly because of this issue and the fact the people can just block whatever machine they want as their own for however long they feel. I couldn't sit down and play stuff I wanted to because of this.

Yelp
Love this place they have 5 and 10 cent keno and they have super nice staff! Still working on a lawsuit from Hollywood aurora! This Joliet one is soooo much better

Chris J.

Yelp
Fantastic service! Feel very safe I can tell the camera guys are on top of it! Customer service is very good. Professional and friendly.

Yelp
RV Park charges are beyond ridiculous. $64/night which includes a $5 discount. 17% taxes and $11 resort fee for free coffee in the hotel. $5 discount in casino restaurant, whoopie that wont even cover the taxes on a coffee.Only water and electric,no dump station. No shuttle to the casino and it's not close. Also charged a $50 deposit to insure no damage. It's suppose to be returned when you leave. Have to sign in at hotel, not at all welcoming. After all these charges, the casino doesn't even get any more of our money. We were excited to go to this casino, but with these charges we've already spent extra money.

Yelp
Every time you go here they have new machines that don't pay out!!! They got rid of all of the old, fun machines that were enjoyable to play. Now you just play to lose without even having fun. Nobody cares about the brightest most appealing games. Should have kept the older ones in that people actually cared to play. Table games are limited. Sometimes only one table open at a time. Restaurant inside has long wait times and the food isn't that great. Family ate here and the portions are small and some of the food was stale and not fresh. Very disappointing. For such a nice place you would think the whole experience would be way better. Nope

Andrew S.

Yelp
Terrible casino!!! Don't give them your money they treat customers like crap all un professional. Went to Harrahs down the street and had a great time.

Yelp
I'm trying to reach VIP Host Jill. There's no answer at the phone number listed. This is a fairly urgent matter. Please have her give me a call. LaRonda Fisher

Yelp
It was amazing, i recently came here with my grandma my mom and my sister it had great service and was super clean the food was amazing and overall AMAZING you need to check it out.

Thomas H.

Yelp
First time here since it used to be the Empress. Thr Empress was so much better. I'm sure the slots are set to the lowest payout allowable. They were so poor, you really get no bank for your buck. Won't return. Go to 4 winds in Michigan or Vegas if you want to gamble. Illinois casinos are all really greedy.

Don W.

Yelp
Recently started going here over Harrah's in Joliet. We are headed back to Harrah's. Casino does not have a lot of machines compared to other casinos we visit. Issue is too many of the machines are blocked from play. Chairs turned, clothes on chairs, cards in machine and some have money in them for play. When you do move something people come running and get upset. They feel they have the right to reserve many machines for their own use. Casino must be making enough money that they are not concerned about machines not being played. At Harrah's we see staff moving chairs back in position when they are turned and very few examples of blocking machines from being used.
google avatar

Patrick J.

Yelp
If you want to lose some money go here, slots are terrible. I was playing three dollars per spin. I hit all three bonus features the payout was $3.20
google avatar

Yelp
One of the worse RV parks we've visited. Check-in system was dysfunctional. They lost our reservations and claimed that we never made any... then when we showed a copy of our reservations made months prior, they claimed was 'computer issues'. RV parks was run-down, dirty, water tasted 'funky' and no WiFi. When we asked about the lack of WiFi, office said they are getting ready to close the casino and we're lucky the RV park was even open. DO NOT stay here (Walmart lot is better).

Michelle G.

Yelp
We stayed recently because we were out of power for a few days. We stayed one night and some of the amenities were comfortable especially the beds but there was no breakfast or coffee and our a/c unit in the room did not work. I overheard someone being told there were no other rooms available and don't think our unit would have been fixed. I am sure the whole hotel wasn't being used for there were not a lot of cars but it was a last minute reservation for us.

Yelp
Update: I have an inside source that says they're secretly planning on building a new casino a few miles west perhaps to appeal to a "better market." Makes since as they're not spending money to keep the place in shape and certainly not paying their employees enough to stay. It's supposedly common to have new employees go through the lengthy hiring & gaming board approval process only to have them quit after one day. I visited a few months ago to find their sport gambling area attracting a clientele much different than what you'd think a casino should. I split after a few minutes. Saw a closed-down steak house, a closed-down buffet restaurant, a closed-down gift shop, a closed-down sandwich shop. My original review: Filthy dirty environment. Look at the carpet as you walk through the turnstiles. Look between the slot machines. Check out the hotel. Blah. The service from slot attendants is awful. The slot attendants will ignore you unless they believe you're a big tipper. The beverage servers are great. The security officers are polite and helpful. But, management is out for profits...... period. Illinois tax is 5%. For every twenty dollars you win, you pay Illinois $1.
google avatar

Daniel W.

Yelp
Smaller casino but usually a good time. The slots seem to be a bit looser here than the Caesars casino in the area.

WayneandMargie J.

Yelp
Well, we didn't eat there didn't want to waste our money, but we did gamble as a yearly thing I did on my birthday. I did win $45. We went to leave and had a nostalgic moment, knowing that the Hollywood casino would never be there anymore. On the way out, the music playing hit me in my heart with mixed emotions but was a worthy memory! The acoustics of the high ceiling made it sound like I was at the concert of Patti LaBelle and Michael McDonald singing "on my own". Loud, perfect, feeling it in your soul loudness and couldn't help but join in singing those beautiful notes. I didn't know if anyone was around any strangers any workers I just sang as loud as I could with Patty because I am a singer. I've always been a singer, my husband and I sing and then we both sang and we're dancing. It was magical.! so sadness at a historical casino that is soon to be no more, needs to be buried but yes with great memories and of my birthday. My husband also agreed!

Yelp
This review is for the hotel-stay only. Sorry, none of my family members were into gambling, but I brought hubby and Mama J. along since I had a gig in Joliet the next day. The rating on Yelp for "Hollywood Casino & Hotel" here in Joliet, IL is pretty inferior. Unfortunately, my experience concurred with the community. As soon as I entered the hotel, an overwhelming amount of smoke smell came straight to my face. The odor dissipated somewhat as we walked into the elevator, yet I detected a strange scent throughout the facility and couldn't really pinpoint what it was and where it originated. The front desk lady was courteous and offered us a $5 dining credit. Nevertheless, the pictures of some restaurants inside the casino seemed quite unappetizing. We passed the opportunity to use it the evening we checked in. Our 2-queen bed room on the second floor appeared clean. The space itself was still permeated with light smoke smell even thought it was designated as a non-smoking room. In addition, I found a few non-functional items: the hair dryer (couldn't turn on), the coffee machine (missing the brew basket), and the internet (very spotty). I also noticed that the door could use an extra door chain to enhance overall security. Although our sleep was pleasant throughout the night, another layer of defense mechanism would provide more peace of mind in my opinion. OMG, the continental breakfast...I tried not to bash, but the bacons and cheesy omelettes were SO bad. I almost wanted to deduct their final star. Nonetheless, the saving grace was that the room condition was acceptable. I, therefore, decided to tolerate my disappointment at this awful complementary breakfast. With that being said, they had instant oatmeal cups and coffee at least to increase my morning stamina. The funny thing was that the fruit didn't come out until hubby and Mama J. went to check out later after I left the hotel early for the festival. I rarely encounter businesses that are legitimately below average, until our stay at the "Hollywood Casino & Hotel Joliet." I don't come out to this part of state all that much, so there shouldn't be any more repeat visit to this property. I say it with confidence.

Yelp
Nasty attitude from slot staff. Enforced covid mask rules like jail guards. Be nice. Slot players like me pay the bills! Wait times for jackpots is much too long. Old drinks left near slot machines, so finding a machine you want to play is difficult. Overall, the place seems gross. Carpet is disgusting. My wife & I visited and she noticed a piece of candy on the floor. Returned a couple weeks later and it was still there. (True!) Table game dealers OK but the tables themselves need new felt. Very dirty. I overheard staff complaining of no employees due to low pay. Sad. Buffet is closed. Steakhouse hours are very limited and the menu lacking (no bone-in steaks on menu?!?! Why?) Sportsbar food over-priced. Bartenders nice, if you go to the bar. But, if you're playing slots, you die of thirst before getting a server.
google avatar

CATHERINE C.

Yelp
Got a double gin and giggle ale. Taste like no alcohol and flat soda. The games are just sad. Very old. Very limited due to covid. Pass.
google avatar

Thomas M.

Yelp
I stayed at the RV Park. So many ridiculous negative reviews. 1-Many stated how hard it is to register, and you can't park under the entrance due to the height. No problem for me, because my RV is only 10 feet high, but it didn't matter. Numerous parking spots at the hotel registration. I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. 2-Complaints about a train whistle. LOL I could barely hear it, and IMO, it sounded kind of nice. 3-Dump is a hole in the ground. Again, LOL It's ingenious what they did. They have a hole in the center of a steel grate that eliminates the nasty spill overs that careless RVs sometimes do. Nice cement pad and very clean. The best part was May, the cashier when I left. So very pleasant and also the women (Sorry I didn't get her name) who checked me in. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Never been to this hotel and casino but I have at other locations and I have loved it so I thought about giving this place a try. Well I would never stay here again. After calling and booking a room for 100 dollars I stopped and went in the casino first. Casino - very clean and had a lot of nice places inside. I arrived at 11pm so table choices were limited. I understand that Food casino - nothing open to eat and Casino would be open until 4am that sucked Hotel - very clean but it's a motel 8 with a Hollywood Casino Sign Here is the worst part - 100 night and no drinks or breakfast in the morning. Nothing that's right nothing not even coffee lol. I needed towels and when I called they said I would have to come to the front desk because no one was here but her. #worstplacetostay
google avatar

Brandon K.

Yelp
Never seen so many slot machines out of order in my life. 1/4 of the machines weren't powered on. Very few good games like dragon link. And the few that were there had senior citizens camped out on them for hours playing .50 bets. I like to bet $25 to $100 per spin ‍. These are the few machines that allow that. Saw 1 cocktail waitress. She got an attitude when all I wanted was water. This place is terrible. As much as I hate to say it. Harrahs is even better than this dump. Hell I'd rather shoot dice in an alley then ever step foot in Hollywood casino again
google avatar

Cyndee P.

Yelp
These people do not even deserve one star. I was charged $333.18 for two nights stay that I did not use. I tried to call and cancel several times before the night held. No one will answer the phone. All I get is a recorded message telling me someone will call back. NEVER DOES. They have several different booking sites listed with their reservations on the web. It's impossible to tell if you've booked through a reservation site or with the hotel. It finally looks like I booked through Expedia. When I called they said sorry, since it was already charged there is nothing they can do. Try calling the hotel directly. Have tried twice more to hotel today and get the same recorded message. I am LIVID. I highly suggest avoiding these folks unless you want to pay for a service that you've never received.

Tom B.

Yelp
Place was practically shut down on Friday afternoon. I asked what was going on. Response was not enough help. Restricted menu with only a few items available. Half of the slot machines downstairs were shut off. Spent 15 minutes and left. They won't be in business much longer. Don't waste your time
google avatar

Crystal P.

Yelp
We had a great time staying here while in town for a concert at the nearby amphitheater. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and it was convenient to just walk across the parking lot to the casino and restaurant building. Also it has easy access and centrally located to the surrounding cities for shopping and things to do.
google avatar

Ro J.

Yelp
With so much action and little money to spare. I could not do nothing but watch in disbelief as people spend hundreds, thousands of dollars while looking for the next big hit. Although it my first time here, I can't wait to come back. It's a pretty casino with no smoking. There are server restaurants, bars, cash machines, and the workers are quite friendly. One even took the time to show me how to play Russian roulette. Next time, me and my $20 will be ready.
google avatar

Lisa H.

Yelp
This is my go to casino if I can get some good free play. Won a jackpot about 6 weeks ago and I come back to find that game is gone as is my fave Black Orchid slot game. I like alot of the older games. I wish they would stop changing it up so fast!!!!!! My VIP host is great.

Jesus M.

Yelp
Slots very tight, like all Illinois Casinos At one time they had 5 Testaurants but now if you want to eat something Monday-Wednesday all that available is asking the Bartender fir a cold sandwich out of a. Mini. Fridge Never heard of a Casino without a place to eat Lunch. -Even in the third world-It's Comical especially considering the Milluins they take in
google avatar

Kelly K.

Yelp
Joliet is our favorite casino lots of Covid protection rules strictly adhered to ... won money lost money the staff is friendly the parking covered huge variety of machines
google avatar

Jamie P.

Yelp
Kind of a bland casino. You can tell they're trying to renovate the casino areas. My husband and I stopped in on the way to Chicago, so we didn't stay the night, but we did play some of the table games and slots. Nothing too exciting, but a decent variety of games. Definitely an older crowd.

Yelp
First impressions are everything, and my first impression was this place reeks of cigarettes. We came here because we had a complimentary 2 nights stay and a voucher for $30 gambling money checked out the early by the way. The second disturbing event was getting into the elevator with the cleaning lady, to be told she was so happy the said elevator actually made it up because it had been acting up...That was terrifying. The room smelled and had a cigarette burn in the sheets, dust everywhere, stains on the floor, spider webs in the corner of ceilings. We had a non-smoking room, which I thought was the law everywhere but I guess not , left smelling like cigarettes. Overall pretty much worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune of staying at.
google avatar

Darla V.

Yelp
I guess I am ne of the silent majority. We stayed at the hotel several times and find it to be very nice. Perhaps a bit dated but it is an older building, Bed was comfortable and it was a nice clean room The girls at the desk are very nice and personable and there was a nice complimentary breakfast . Ate at 99 Hops and food was very good. They were having a little trouble in the kitchen so it took a bit longer for our food . We were in no hurry but they insisted on comping our mealfirvthe delay. Very nice experience. I like the selection on slots in the casino too. We mostly play the penny slops and there are many to chose from. Drinks are a bit pricey, but you can always have coffee or soft drinks. Overall a very pleasant stay

Yelp
My parents waited over 3 Hours for a hand pay out  today (03/28/15). This was the entire casino. They went home and never got PAID!!!  People are still there.  Computers went down at 3pm.   No drinks. No bathroom breaks.  They were told to wait at the machine, and not to leave. Get it together Hollywood.

Kelly R.

Yelp
Casino offers you free play 2 weeks in a row. They say computer issues and will let you know when they will make up for it. Still nothing from them. No free play given out. It is do incredibly hot in the casino by poker. Everyone complains including the workers. So warm it makes you feel sick. Buffet is still no good.

Ramon T.

Yelp
Had a great time at Hollywood casino. Staff was friendly very hospitable. Felt comfortable and enjoyed the variety of gaming activities. Played slot machines, that were very clean and tables where the staff was very accommodating.

Pamela B.

Yelp
This place has gone to hell, they use the excuse of covid for more than half of their machines being unavailable, their pop machine was out of order for months, only good thing about this place now is the restaurant.

Jill M.

Yelp
I am very disappointed with Hollywood Casino, Joliet. Drove all the way there from Florida only to be turned away. Security advised me my ID had "too many red flags" when I asked what do they mean by " red flags" they said they don't know and that they have issues a lot with out of state Id's. Mind you, we have came every winter and they always take forever scanning our ID's trying to get them to work, but I have never been turned away. I was ridiculed by the security woman asking if I have any warrants out for my arrest after I told them I work for a police agency. How embarrassing For staff to act that way. We always spend a good amount of money at this casino every year, however that will no longer be happening based on our recent experience. We went down the street to HARRAHS where I was treated with respect and what do you know, my ID worked just fine when they scanned it with no "red flags" with polite and professional staff to add. Hollywood really needs to get their technology fixed & up to date and work on their customer service skills.

Yelp
Painfully slow service, overpriced drinks (gamblers don't drink for free??) and a disappointing variety of slots and table games. Waited 30+ minutes to get a drink while playing slots, then charged $7 for a double shot of vodka (actually 1 shot over ice) by a waitress acting as though we were wasting her time. Awful service, poor variety of games and just sad.

Yelp
This review is about the RV park. Pros clean long sites with nice grass. 50 amp electric and water. Paved roads and cement slap. Sites with nice space between rigs. Doesn't feel like an rv park. Cons women in office has corn cob up her ass Couldn't walk the dog outside the rv park. Not allowed near casino. No sewer hook up. However best in the area and close to Chicago as you can get with an RV

Beware!! We paid for week upon check-in then extended stay for 4 days. Paid for it at the time. When we checked out (returned card keys for restroom) was told we had balance. I had receipt that showed checkout on the day we were leaving. Was told that mistake was made. Owed 35 more dollars. Argued with hotel supervisor. Either a scam or incompetent employees. Either way I will not return although we have family in area. No sewer hookup and showers need a good scrubbing and spider webs and mildew on the ceiling need to be removed. Had to use laundry at hotel. RV Park machines have not been in use for some time. Good Sam better reevaluate this place again.

Yelp
I stayed at the hotel on a Friday night for a random getaway with my fiancé. The customer service was great from the time we walked in the door. Tyler at the check in desk was amazing, I had booked a junior suite and they didn't have any smoking junior suites available so he upgraded me to the deluxe suite right away with no hassle. The room and hotel overall were very clean and well maintained. The casino was also a good experience, it was laid out nicely and everyone there was friendly. I live in Northwest Indiana right by the Horseshoe, Ameristar and Majestic but Hollywood was a nice change of pace and we'll definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Showed up ready to gamble, decided I wanted to eat first. Apparently people like me can't eat in their restaurant because I'm not a VIP member. Turned around and left property Good job now you won't get any of my money forever, and the saddest part is I live here in Joliet Never coming back again Empress was better
