Amazing Casino Experience! The service was incredible—friendly and professional from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish full of flavor. Great vibes, great staff, and an all-around fantastic time. Can’t wait to come back!

I visit at least once per month with my in laws. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is plentiful. They have many poker machines and table games. The seniors I travel with love the game themed slots with lots of lights and sounds. There is a bar and a few places to eat. If you travel with a group, you can drop them off at one of the entrances to reduce walk times.

Been going here for 14+ years and the last 3 years have been horrible. NOBODY wins and the last few years it has a depressing vibe. Do NOT waste your time here!! The AC never works and the heat is always set to 120! Not only are you uncomfortably hot, you'll lose no matter where you play. Pit bosses never put you in and never rate you correctly, with the exception of Brandon, Joe and Richard (they are ALWAYS spot on and the only ones that do their job). If you don't see them, then don't expect to get rated and expect to pay taxes on your losses because they seem to put in that you won when you lose. Host won't fix what the pit boss screwed up, so don't bother. If you want to gamble and be comfortable, go anywhere else but Hollywood Aurora. You would have more fun in the basement of a shady ass house on the south side of Chicago then going here. The drinks are ridiculously priced and if you get the server with a thick accent, she will charge you way more then the bar, so save your money and go to the bar if she comes to your table.

Really good experience. They offer you a card with $25 for free to take dinner or play.

Google
This location has a ridiculous process when it comes to the priority line. I was here on 7/12/25 for a promotion. At the time, 4 windows were open, something that rarely happens. There were 2 lines, one for priority and one for all others. Now, one would think at least one of the windows or even half would serve all others to keep both lines moving, but nope! As priority members continued to step into line, all 4 windows continued to only serve priority members, basically freezing the growing line for all others. Finally, another member in the line for others and myself asked if folks keep stepping into the priority line, when does the line for others get to move? All the cashiers said they have to take priority first. I get that certain tiers get priority, but as a casino whose livelihood depends on ALL players, you should appreciate the fact that EVERYONE'S money is the same shade of green and spends the same, regardless of tier! This is no way the treat ANY of your members. Maybe you should look at the way the Joliet location treats its members. They do check cards to ensure someone who isn't a priority member is directed to the correct line, and they even include preferred members in the priority line, imagine that! My host still gets 5 stars, but your window service would get a zero based on your process of how to treat members that aren't in the top 2 tiers.

Google
So far the worst casino I’ve been to. As soon as I got there security asked for my ID. He never asked for my permission to scan it. Took him about 5 minutes to do so. They haven’t asked anyone else for their ID. I’m 35 years old btw. After he was done the other lady from security jumped in front of me and start yelling at me ‘where do you think you going? You have to show your ID’ I assume they targeted me because I’m an immigrant. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

So my night started off at the cashier cage because I needed a new card, come to find out I never had a card with them and the extremely friendly cage cashier informed me that she loaded 25.00 in free slot play for being a new customer on NYE of all nights, let me tell you I only played that 25.00 all night and came home with an extra 91.00 in my pocket. All thanks to that kind woman for going above and beyond. I was so thankful as it was definitely appreciated. They had nice photo walls set up for pictures on NYE and they gave away free hats etc. We had a ton of fun while listening to Hi Infidelity band play. Every worker we came in contact with was extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely be back again, next time to try the steak house.

Put in 50, made 157, then got something to eat. Delicious food awesome place I loved the experience! Even cooler that they had the car from Wayne's World here

Yelp
A much longer drive for us vs GVC in Elgin, but Hollywood actually rewards its preferred guests. Excellent free cash play offers (this month I received $250 for each week in December). Also generous dining credits and invite-only events. The UltimateX poker has a slightly lower pay table on low payout hands vs GVC, but I've had more hand-pay jackpot success here vs GVC. And, it's not overcrowded with obnoxious drunks on Fri/Sat evenings. I like it!

Yelp
How is this shithole getting 2 stars? It's basically a side-of-the-road Indian casino with fancier lights. Where to begin on what a WORTHLESS casino this is? Crappy machines. If you're a video poker player: don't bother. They've got a "video poker" area but it's all cruise ship video poker games. Twice in 6 days I've been in and the "other" video poker machines (the 12 at Legends Bar (and legendary is their short pours on drinks, not much else) are ALL DOWN). This place is a fucking DIVE. Like low energy table games and only a few decent, working machines? This is the place for you. Anyone else: AVOID THIS DUMP.

Yelp
08/08/2025, me and my friend enter the casino, he is a 74yr old Vietnam veteran that has served his country and is an upstanding citizen in the community, upon entry the female security guard says he smells of urine, I can promise you he did not, i've never been so offended in my life not to mention what this did to my friend, we are still deciding on taking legal action, man works his whole life, serves the country without any complaints and this is how he is treated in his own home town?? The city of Aurora and the hollywood casino should be embarrassed at how they treat a pillar of our community, id personally much rather they simply thank him for his service and step aside, personally I have to wonder how much urine this particular rubber gun want to be cop smells, seems like a personal problem and leave me and my friend out of her personal issues.

Yelp
My husband and I had stopped going to aurora because of them (Ray) asking him to leave and not in an appropriate way! My earlier review explains it all....since they have decided to take me off email and any promotion so that I can't even receive them at the Hollywood Joliet casino! Yea I was mad and asked them to remove me but now they refuse to put my email back on! Everyone I talk that works there thinks this is totally wrong...please read earlier review! So they are basically not rewarding me for playing in Joliet! How childish! Of course the owner that responds to these had told me he would into it....and we have not heard a word since! We were loyal to you ppl for over 30 yrs that should count for something!

Yelp
The casino is huge and clean with casual ambiance, but very slow waitress service and it wasn't even busy at all. Didn't get to try any food served there but there were several places to eat or drink. Plenty of machines to choose from but didn't see many big winners. I'm not a gambler but had a good time playing a little bit. My friend played over $800 and didn't win anything but she had fun. Maybe a more experienced player can win, I just came to have fun.

Yelp
Was a member of their sports book until they cancelled me for inquiring about a missing bet. Reason giving for cancelling account was a business decision on their part. I lost a free bet of $50 I had yet to utilize and they never credited me with $25 in free bets earned on another promotion. Better sites to utilize are Fan Duel, Rivers, and MGM. Unlike ESPN Bet at Hollywood Never had any of my wagers disappear.

Yelp
Long time slot player over 20 years at Aurora Illinois HOLLYWOOD Casino. Had Good luck but way way way way way more bad luck. Seen it all . There cash and prize give aways are rigged.

Yelp
Enjoyed some gaming Tuesday night. The Hollywood Casino' dealers are awesome. They provided a great night out for me and my wife. Highly recommend a visit! Charles & Janelle

Yelp
I caught a person cheating playing poker and the casino check the cameras and told me he did. They didn't get my money he cheated me out of and let him play the rest of the day.

Yelp
I enjoy going to the Hollywood Casino because all the staff are so courteous and nice! It's very relaxing as well. The variety of slots is awesome as well! The service is great! Servers are always walking around with free waters! You can also order refreshments or drinks! The food is good as well. Enjoy the salsa & chips, pizza, wings and the chili! The ambience is very comforting!

Yelp
Hollywood Casino gives generous perks for those who frequent it. It has free close up parking. The casino is clean and well maintained. The personnel are helpful and polite. I would rate this casino as the best in the Chicagoland suburbs. The new Hollywood being built will only make it better.

Yelp
This place is pathetic. None of the restaurants open until noon, also the service is subpar.

Yelp
The staff is great and fun. Management is helpful and they check on you and make sure you are having a good time.

Yelp
Oof. This is a sad, run-down casino. As you enter, there's a display case with no lights showing costumes from the Mel Gibson version of "Hamlet." Do they care their lights are out? By the looks of it, I'd guess they'd been out for years... The decor looks like it's straight out of the 1980s. Perhaps not coincidentally, all the clientele look like they're also 30 years past their prime. The dealers wear cheap T-shirts, which helps drive home the idea that you are in a shabby, low-rent casino. I had no luck at the tables, but that's not something you can pin on the casino itself. The whole time I was there, I felt depressed. It was an unfortunate casino experience.

Gianna F.

Yelp
This place deserves zero stars. My friend was puking in the Uber and got in, but I was too "obliterated" to get in..explain that. Sorry I was wearing heels and not a jacket. This place is the worst. None of us are ever going again.

Yelp
The Good: Plenty of parking. The sportsbook has two rows of very comfy lounge chairs. Employees seemed friendly. The Bad: Their carpet pattern is a cross between fruit bowl and jungle safari. I realize casino carpets aren't meant to be attractive, but this one looks straight out of a Brunswick zone during cosmic bowling. Speaking of strange, they decided to go with all plastic chips that cling and stick together. They don't feel like proper casino chips, and actually cutting out a bet takes some effort. Not many table games open on a Thursday night (one craps table, one baccarat table, a mix of 6:5 and 3:2 blackjack tables) and the minimums ($15-25) were way too high. Sorry Hollywood, you're not on the same level as Rivers Des Plaines, Potawatomi Milwaukee, or Horseshoe Hammond. Do the working class neighborhood a favor and lower those minimums to $5-10. The Ugly: Worst poker room ever. They pre-rake the small blind before the cards are dealt, making chops impossible and confusing players to no end. You're not actually playing $1/2 poker, you're playing $0/2 poker. At least that rake goes to a bad beat jackpot, right? Oh wait, you need quad 5's beaten to qualify (GVC nearby is a more reasonable aces full of kings). They're desperate for new dealers, since aside from the hiring sign they had a waitlist with 40+ people and only 4 tables open. Reg grinders were tanking every decision and slowing down the game. Taking your time facing a large bet is fine, but a $10 bet doesn't warrant a full minute of contemplation. Lastly, watch out for angle shooters. Had a guy "accidentally" check out of turn to induce a bet and then opt for a raise instead, that was when I decided enough is enough and called it a night.

Yelp
Ambiance is great. They could use more open bars when we arrived they had one bar with one bartender. Service was great though. They only had maybe 5 tables open for cards. We learned how to play craps which was fun but after spending $90k learning we were only offered a few hot dogs as we left with our tails tucked between our legs. Will be back for the closed open 2023 irregardless.

Yelp
I know lots of people don't care for Hollywood but the hubs and I enjoy losing our money here. From the novelty Hollywood decorations adorning this casino entrance to the complimentary beverage stations, a couple of restaurants and fun slots and live music it's a good time for us.

Yelp
I have been there recently the Hollywood Casino in Aurora is great. There are lots of new slot machines and the staff is friendly.
google avatar

Samantha B.

Yelp
This casino is obviously not something you would see in Vegas, so if you don't walk in here with high expectations, you won't be disappointed. For Aurora, I think it's pretty nice. It's always clean, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful, and I really like the slots! Went here last night and we won over $600 on the dollar slots. Can't complain. The drinks are well priced, but not free if you're gambling. Even still, employees walk around, take your orders and bring your drinks so you don't have to leave your table. On weekends they usually have bands play and they're actually pretty good! They also have a buffet, although I've never tried it. If you go to customer service and get a hollywood casino card (completely free to sign up for and only takes about 2 minutes), then you can park in the parking garage for free. It's great.

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE. NONE THE LESS, DO NOT VALET. My vehicle had been damaged, fault admitted, but claim denied. Incident date: Thursday August 17, 2017. Approximately 545pm-615pm 2013 Nissan Sentra Sv. $3,000 damage done by Valet. Refuse to pay. *AUGUST 17 2017- valet pulled up vehicle with damages ranging from driver side mirror, driver side door, driver rear door, driver rear fender, driver rear wheel. Security supervisor Brandon was notified, (630-801-7097) took pictures, gave claim filing instructions. Told me to call within 24hours if I had not been contacted by then. Officer Hornburg #288 arrived on scene at 6:20pm and said its private property, cannot help but also stated it looked pretty damn fresh. *AUGUST 18 2017- Attempted to call Lori, Risk Management at 700pm. No answer. Left message. Tried contacting Brandon at 502pm, 702pm, and 920pm. Told me at 920pm to call back on Tuesday Aug. 22 to speak with Lori. *AUGUST 22 2017- Called Lori at 10:20am. No answer, left message. Called security at 10:23am, was told to fax estimates and given another number to call Lori.(630)801-7225.(630)801-7030. Called that number at 10:34am, no answer, left message. Faxed over 2 quotes as directed. Was told to allow 10 days for a response. *AUGUST 25 2017- Called Lori, Risk Management, at 4:57pm. No answer, left message. Called security supervisor Brandon at 4:59pm, says they have been under staffed and slow to respond. Says all paperwork, quotes and information was put on her desk. He said they admit 100% fault of damages. *AUGUST 30 2017- Received call from Mike-new Risk Management manager at 4:54pm. Says they are denying claim because valet drivers say damages were noted upon arrival on driver headlight and driver front door. That information was false and I was told that Brandon does not have access to video surveillance. Mike said he will review the actual footage and call the next day between 330-400pm. *AUGUST 31 2017- Mike called back about 345pm, saying claim still being denied because although the car pulled in with no damage, and pulled out with damage, there is no actual footage of the car being in contact with anything visibly on tape. I requested to see video footage and he chuckled and i was told I would need a court ordered subpoena. He had denied any sort of payment, but indeed admitted fault to damages. Says nothing will be done and no further information or calls are necessary, as they no longer have any business dealing with the situation and good luck attempting to potentially bringing the issue to small claims court.

Yelp
Can't wait for this place to be torn down, moved, relocated, whatever. Let's start with the positives.... 1. The bartenders are nice OK, now the negatives 1. it's a cemetery in here. seriously i'm in my 40's and I drag down the average age big time. Even on a Saturday night the golden oldies are out in full force. 2. The energy in this place is comparable to your local library. 3. The layout is awful. Bathrooms on both ends, only ONE bar???, seriously? 4. Upon entry on said Saturday night THERE'S ONLY ONE BAR OPEN! Not even the little beer stand was up and working. It's closed man, game over. 5. The sound for these bands they roll out here is just pathetic. I have no idea why bands even want to play here. Add that to the wicked gyrations of the 1940's generation and it's a no for me dog. With that, I'll leave you with a pro tip. Go upstairs to the steak place if you want a proper drink. They let you bring them downstairs. The bourbon selection is AWFUL if you're into that. I mean, they have Knob and Makers. That's about it. Other than the selection at least the pours seem more generous upstairs.

Yelp
Beautiful venue. Plenty to do. Very clean. A good variety of games, dealers and amenities. No complaints about service here, but also nothing to write home about. All in all, everything is at par. No shortage of guests willing to roll the dice on making life a bit more "comfortable." I'll be sure to revise my opinion if I'm wowwed by anything. Good luck to anyone in route to try their luck at the casino in Aurora. Cheers, Antonio Quintana Freelancer - - #Hollywood #Casino #Aurora #Illinois #AntonioQ312 #IgniteHospitalityCHI #Yelp #Chicago

Yelp
I don't recommend this establishment to anyone. Instead of a friendly greeting we got shouted at by a dealer in front of an empty table PLEASE PUT YOUR MASK OVER YOUR NOSE. Perhaps that's why your table is empty. Proceeded to the bar was told we have to sip & put our mask on after every sip. This behavior killed our vibe we didn't even want to stay. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. We figured we give the slots a whirl since we drove over an hour to get there. Forget about it half of the machines were turned off or broke and the lights were off too. Maybe they can't afford to pay the electric bill because they don't get enough people because they're just plain nasty. Don't waste your time or $$.

Yelp
I have been going to this casino for a while, and I gotta say it feels exhilarating to win. First of all, their cocktails are amazing even if they are served in plastic cups. Secondly, the dealers are kind enough to have small talk with, I once got two Blackjacks in a row, which was one of the best experiences for me here. All in all, very convenient drive to and from and wonderful atmosphere.

Zak L.

Yelp
Been there for several times I think this casino is rigged. Played rollette and several slots but no luck.
google avatar

Yelp
Today... News eve I decide to go to the casino to try my luck in hopes of winning big. My visit to the casino with my cousin was a joyful experience. Neither one of us are gamblers so the learning curve can be difficult but luck was on our side when the assistant operations manager Mario walked over to assist us and showed us how to use the blackjack machine. He took the time to educate us while he was leaving to enjoy his new years eve dinner with his furry family. I appreciate his kindness and his pleasant personality to help us which made my visit a winning experience. I will definitely be back. Happy new year Mario and much happiness in the 2022

Yelp
Went to dinner last weekend with friends. Before ordering in the dinning room, at the Fairbanks, restaurant, had a server spill food on me while I was seated at my table. She casually just informed me she just dumped food on my jacket in my hood that was placed on the back of my chair. Said sorry, and walked away!!! Did not return but continued on, never another word from her. After a closer look, found that the food ran down my entire side to my blazer, as well and on my chair. We asked the waitress for some towels to try to clean it ourselves, but it was too much. The manager came over and asked who the person was and if I could pick them out, knowing, very well who was taking care of us. Who continued to help serve our table all night, still without ever saying anything to me about it. Never even trying to see what she could do if anything. Our waitress, offered and took my jacket and blazer to clean them with soda water. Returned the stained items to me. Staining was set and worse once dried. She just said sorry. Discounts were made on the bill (which we were not paying for, due to being guests of our friends that night) I understand things happen but the dismissing attitude of the staff and management with no offer for dry cleaning is unacceptable to me. The atmosphere of the evening was completely ruined along with my dinner experience. I was put in a impossible social position which the restaurant should have taken responsibility for, which they did not! I am now left with taking my jacket and blazer (which was brand new, never worn to have professional cleaned. The stain is large on a light gray fabric, oil based and I don't believe the garment will be savable.

Yelp
Full price drinks. Half assed service. Seriously? $8 watered down well drinks and $5 warm draft beer? What a shit hole. Stupid me. I thought these eminently optional businesses would be better after Covid. Grateful kinda. Nope. Not these owners (Penn National scum) and not the workers. I hope they go under. They've earned it.
google avatar

Lisa H.

Yelp
After another early morning stop.......this place annoys me!!!!! Several customers starting fights near the tables, people playing 2 games at once, chair hogging is worse lately. Venue is not as clean as it usually is. I feel sorry for the workers who have to clean up the mess! Some games are still out of order. I don't like the beggars outside. I only come here for good free play.

Yelp
Buffet Review - since I wouldn't spend a dime here after that pathetic experience. $43.98 for 2 people to done coming in from the cold. That is equal to 4 people eating dinner at a Golden Corral or OCB....with less quality if you can believe it. Case in point: their only seafood items (fresh, fried or otherwise) were some baked cod nuggets, imitation crab salad and cocktail shrimp buried under well-melted ice with no utensil to retrieve them. The prime rib had been out so long no portion of it was remotely rare and they may have needed a chainsaw to carve what roughly looked like ham. (That is how my review draft ended on 2/15/15...I'm simply posting this now in almost 2019 because I'm still disappointed in the experience.)
google avatar

Yelp
This review is about the venue only - not the food or the gambling odds. Generally, I like this casino because it's non-smoking and has a lot of slots. It's my second go-to location when I want to play a bit (responsibly, of course). 3 stars - Location -- on the water and easy to get to from I88. 3 stars - Parking -- I really don't like having to drive up into a parking garage but it's the best bet for parking. If you get a player's card parking is free. 5 stars - No smoking!!!!! It's a non-smoking facility and the only reason I go there. 3 stars - Slots -- I love reel type slots with special features. Once I find a machine I basically stay on it. The thing is that the machines are really loud and generally the din in the place is a little much. 3 stars - Casino's organization -- I think the casino's layout is pretty predictable. I've never had an issue moving around freely.

Yelp
I planned a whole day in Aurora. The main part was the poker room being opened at noon, as advertised on its website. It opened at 9:00 am, and both tables were full when I got there at 1145. So I either wait or go somewhere else for poker, couple hours at best, be hours away from my planned evening, and then drive back.
google avatar

Bob T.

Yelp
Visiting friends nearby and they were at work, I figured I'd spend some time gambling. Parked in the casino parking lot, only to find out the doors had big, "Closed" signs in front of them So, I took the long walk around the block to enter through the street entrance. I wanted to play 3 card poker and there was only 1 table in the place with only 5 seats. I waited patiently behind the players for over 90 minutes while at least 1 or 2 of the 5 seats had "reserved" chips on them. A seat finally opened and when I went to sit down and place my money on the table, the dealer, a bald woman, asked me if I was on the waiting list. I told her that I wasn't aware there was a list and I had been waiting there for an hour and a half. She said, "there is a list and you have to be on it to take the open seat." I said, "screw it" and left. What makes it even funnier is that the people that were playing were playing the minimum $5 and I play 3 to 5 times that. Their loss.

Yelp
The new SportsBook restaurant has horrible service. Sat at a table directly in front of bar and was ignored by the 3 employees on 7/26/21 at 12:30pm! In fact the employees went out of their way to avoid eye contact and having to help me. Got up and left and if course no acknowledgement.

Yelp
Black jack dealer won around 10 hands in a row. Lost like $600 in a matter of 5 minutes. Waited around for my friends and played slots - lost $50 more. Finally decided to leave and then get stuck in the parking garage for the last hour. This is a fire hazard. TLDR - Lost money but most importantly a lot of time being stuck in their parking garage

Aomalle A.

Yelp
Disgusting! That's the NICEST thing I can write about this dump of a "casino". Slots are tighter than Virgin gash, and the table games are mismanaged and poorly operated. They'll have enough players WAITING around a craps table to fill another table, but instead of opening another table, they'll just raise the limits from $5 to $15. Chasing away half the players and all those waiting. They cost THEMSELVES $$$$, and don't have enough common sense to realize That two FULL tables at $5 limit will generate MORE PLAY and more PROFIT, than a half empty table at $15 limit that chases away most gamblers, as well as those left playing. I've played Blackjack and had dealer TWICE "accidentally" flip his hold card early and pitboss invalidates the hands. Played roulette, and had a drunk knock my stack over, spilling chips EVERYWHERE, and instead of reviewing the camera, they only pay off the chips remaining on the number. (I had north of $30 on 17, and after being knocked over, was only payed for $7!!!!!!) Food is unsanitary and gross. Bathrooms....... uggh, I've walked into them last three visits and found FECES on the walls of the stalls!!!!! Gross! Last trip, I opened THREE STALLS and all had feces on walls, seat and floor!!!! I left and drove to White Castle to use their bathroom. Never er returning to this dump.

Don't try and get hired here to be a dealer with only 3 months experience on blackjack because they will audition you right of way and if you don't pass they will say they weren't going to keep you even though each casino has different procedures I didn't know theirs they gave me a day I asked questions the trainer Melonie Rowland said I was arguementive and I tried to help some new people in the dealer school and she decided to say I was disruptive in the class then let you go basically worked 1 day and the other 4 had 4 days ahead of me I asked questions and asked why certain procedures were done a certain way also they basically give you no warning no nothing when it comes to disciplinary action even though their own rules on success factors say otherwise

Yelp
Drive the extra and go to Grand Victoria in Elgin. Fewer games, but better establishment. They at least have some class and food available after 10:30 PM and at half the price.

Yelp
Went to Hollywood casino employee member came up to my service dog and called it a pet dog and tried to pet it. All employees there don't take consideration with people with disabilities they just want money it's sickening. If they don't fallowing the ADA rules right they can be sued all.

Yelp
As a group of us were departing the train in Aurora from Chicago, we witnessed something I had never seen before in the city. People, despite the bells and lights of a train about to depart, running across the tracks. I mean, I'm not exaggerating, the train was already in motion. I turned to one of my companions (as we stood waiting to cross once the train was out of the station) and said, "I guess if that's what they have for entertainment out here in Aurora, who can blame them?" Now I know that's probably far off in reality for the city as a whole, but judging by Hollywood Casino (which is all I've seen of Aurora) it would be easy to get that misconception. This is, seriously, the smallest casino I've ever been in. It's pretty much just one room. Which, if the bet minimums were in line I guess would be okay. But they're not. A $10 minimum bet for any table game? Now I know that's not exactly Vegas high rolling, but it's more than the action I was looking for. So I went and wasted some time on the cheap video poker. Hollywood Casino definitely has low end slots and video machines (including video roulette if you can pry a seat from underneath the average 80-year old patron's cold, nearly dead behinds) in abundance - though not much else. While there was nothing to justify its substantial price tag of $17.99 (plus tax) on the weekend, the Epic Buffet does have a lot of food. Not good food necessarily (except the macaroni and cheese was tasty) but average - for a buffet - cuisine. And the desert bar is actually pretty well stocked. The hours of operation are kind of short though. They only serve dinner until 11:00 p.m. on weekends and 9:00 p.m. on weekdays? I guess that goes along with the aged clientele here nicely, but it's not exactly glitzy (or convenient for late night gaming). There are a couple of little neat things that keep this from being a total fail of a casino. For one, there is some movie memorabilia scattered about (and silver screen related slot titles) so they're at least *trying* to establish a theme (if there's one thing I hate it's a casino which looks like every other casino). And, secondly, there are free soda stations on the gaming floor. Is it a good way to kill a couple of hours in Aurora if you're stuck there? Maybe. But is it a fun time to be had and a reason to make a special trip out here? No. Frankly, I think I'd have a more interesting time gambling with my life running across the train tracks.

Yelp
I just love reading reviews of people bitching they lost money at a Casino. How can you top that? Easy, people bitching about the food buffet at a Casino as well! This is Aurora...not Vegas! There are plenty of quality Mexican restaurants within walking distance. So take a break, it just may change your luck...or at least give you some! I think this casino is fair because for the most part, they at least allow you to play with "House" money, all of which depends on your strategy. But given the opportunity and a weak moment, the 'House" will take it right back. Gambling..."games of chance, risk and hope... for money". Sounds Wicked!
