Hollywood North Beach Park

A beautiful beach surrounded by lots of nature. There are tables and grills available if you’d like to cook, and a path for walking, biking, or exercising. The lifeguard was very attentive and always watching over everyone. The water looked very clean. On a previous visit I noticed some jellyfish, but this Sunday the water was clear, with a perfect temperature. It was a gorgeous day with little wind, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beach.

I recently visited this beach and was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and clean it was! One of the best features is the grilling area, which made our day extra special. It’s not always easy to find a beach where you can cook out, but this spot had designated grills and picnic tables, perfect for a family BBQ or small gathering with friends. The beach itself was beautiful, soft sand, clear water, and not overly crowded. Parking was manageable, and there were restrooms nearby which made things convenient, especially with kids. If you’re looking for a place to relax, grill some delicious food, and enjoy a fun beach day, this is definitely worth checking out. Tip: Arrive early if you want to grab a grill spot, especially on weekends. Bring your own charcoal, and utensils.

Parking is $10 for the day. The beach is clean, peaceful, and not overly crowded — perfect for a relaxing visit. One of the best features of Hollywood Beach is the nearby boardwalk, offering plenty of dining options and gift shops just steps away from the sand.

Beautiful family friendly beach. Really easy to find a spot and the kids enjoyed a really fun day of sand and waves.

This is a beautiful beach! A lot of wild life, it was clean and they have lifeguards there. Also the place has showers and bathrooms what is nice

Great beach very clean. I really love that there is a place to wash the sand off and use the bathroom when I am done on the beach. There was plenty of parking here on a Thursday morning at 7am. I paid using an app I downloaded last night. It was filling up when we left two hours later. There was security and the beach is maintained in the early morning. I do wish the tractor had come through a little sooner but only because I didn’t like the sound of it, which I know is kind of petty on my part. We saw dolphins right after sunrise in the distance and there were schools of small fish that occasionally came past us. Will definitely revisit this beach.

The beach itself is beautiful and well worth visiting. Unfortunately, access along the main coastal road is unsafe. Speeding is constant, and drivers frequently pass one another by crossing double solid lines. This happens regularly and creates a dangerous environment for anyone trying to reach the beach. There is little visible traffic enforcement, and these conditions have clearly been allowed to continue. If nothing changes, it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or killed trying to access an otherwise great beach.

The beach itself was lovely, clean and parking was easy. I went there to explore their snorkel trail as a simple shore dive. The facilities were great, parking easy and even a place to wash gear. The artificial reef was just ok.
