Great outdoor and indoor seating. Dog friendly. Excellent food. We went during brunch and had a couple of extra items from the brunch menu, which included my chicken and waffle. Which was absolutely great. Bourbon maple syrup from the distillery next door and crispy and seasoned breaded chicken tenders were well prepared. One waffle, perfect size for your tenders and sweet syrup. Service was excellent and laid back atmosphere was great place to people watch and enjoy the great weather food and service. Will definitely go back to try new menu options.

good selection of beer and cocktails. small but varied menu. Bar and table seating both fully indoor and outdoor. popular place but they have a big parking lot. service friendly but the order was wrong even after they confirmed the order with us. i guess patrons should physically check the to go bag but really, that’s on the establishment. food that was correct was good especially the Cajun wings. would return but mildly inconvenient this time.

We’ve been to Hollywood Tavern multiple times - it’s always busy so was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t busy on this visit. Maybe because it was a Monday?. Service was good on this visit but can be hit and miss in the past. Food was good but not a “Wow”. I love the atmosphere especially the fire pit outside. It’s a great place to meet up with friends.

Yesterday was my first time at Hollywood Tavern. I was looking for some fire spots close to brunch at with a girlfriend of mines since we will attending the lavender festival and the reviews from other customers is what sold me and I wanted to try this place for myself. First off the place is in the heart of Woodinville and they gave a whiskey place next to it that I'm sure they partner with for some of their drinks. The young man that greeted me and seated us was super sweet. Tyler (I believe that was his name) was our waiter and he was super sweet. I love how he remembered our orders by memory and that's not really easy to do. I worked in the food industry for years so I give him kudos. I ordered the blackened salmon with half Caesar/kale along with the stuffed mushrooms and a gin and tonic. My friend ordered the same entree I highly recommend the fried pickles. It was a bit of a wait for our food but I was well worth it. Everything was amazing from the service to the food. I definitely will be back. Thank you so much 🌞

The Hollywood tavern has a great vibe and the food was equally great. It is near the woodenville sports complex we went between soccer games. It was a great family place with a great salad, burger, appetizers, and entree selection. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!!

One of our favorite haunts - great menu, friendly staff, and fun indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend the Brussel sprouts - and the hamburger is an incredible chat day item.

We stopped here for a cocktail after wine tasting early afternoon on a Monday. It was pretty empty, but people must have been following us because at least 7 or 8 groups came in behind us during what should have been a lull. We ordered a couple of cocktails from the bartender/host/server. This bartender was the best part of the whole experience. Super friendly, drinks were super good and had a great attitude that made our stop there really fun. The drinks were excellent and we would definitely go back if back in the Woodinville area

You know how you can look at a place and its menu and think - ya, this will be fine- why not?Well Holllywood Tavern exceeded our expectations way beyond this in every way possible. We were here for lunch on a Friday and the staff worked well together to clean tables and find seats for everyone. We sat outside at a picnic table and ordered our meals. They were out surprisingly quickly! We had the green goddess salad and it was delish and dressed perfectly, the cod and chips that disappeared so quickly it had to have been so tasty, and the french dip that stole the show.! I don't know why.. maybe it was the soft bread, the quality of the meat or just the whole combination of the meal. It really was the best French dip I have ever had. Service was great. Our server was on top of it and circled around regularly. I would return here- and will return here at the drop of a hat.

PLEASE READ: I only write big reviews when something really rips me out of my chair. Just like you and everyone else on Yelp; I am a massive food snob. Fun Fact: I am a really good cook, culinary school, the whole nine. I am a Chef, but don't hold a hot pan in a kitchen and run an executive menu, so really I am a cook. An accomplished cook, but I don't put the badge on myself, because I don't deserve it. But I know when a restaurant has a solid executive chef or executive cook who has put together a killer menu thru trial and error, and has the line popping with dishes to make a restaurant glow with an appetite. When I go out to eat, it's not that I can't make this type of food(a lot of times I can't) it's also that I want to be served on, and have a wonderful experience. Anyone who owns a restaurant will tell you that It's not just the food. It's the staff and the ambience, The interior, the cleanliness from the bathroom the menus,the smells from the kitchen,music, greeting at the door: The Whole Vibe. The Hollywood Tavern. I walk in and it has some really good Country/Folk music and the vibe was uplifting and cheerful. Immediately, I recognized the staff are a family... And they are a well oiled machine. Picking up for one another and everyone has each other's backs. Bad can be a cancer and can ruin your business by sending that vibe to the customers. Very, very important to have a killer work team. I order a John Daly, and yes it's hard to fuck up a Vodka, Ice Tea & Lemonade... But dam, Eriban the bartender did something to it, that made it magic. Now this place has my attention. Hailey, my server comes up to my girlfriend and I, and just has this extremely bright and loving soul, is very engaging and tells me while nothing on the menu is bad, I should try the stuffed mushrooms and Lamb burger. I let the universe put my order in Hailey's hands and MY GOD DID THE UNIVERSE ANSWER!!! These Stuffed mushrooms ‍ were LIGHTS OUT! She took the menu away so I didn't even see what was in them as I went into my meal blind, but the mystery of how they were prepared has me scratching my head. I do know that there is Parmesan on them. The Stuffed Mushrooms were 5 STARS Then the Lamb Burger. Hailey explained the texture to me(pro server attention-most servers forget this one- But Hailey didn't) as there are brussel sprouts thinly cut and fried with a dash of salt to give the burger a soft bun to crisp crackle and a killer char on the lamb. (Also, this restaurant has VERY HIGH QUALITY MEAT, It's very apparent compared to your other burger joint down the street) Lamb Burger: 5 STARS Here is the best part circling back around from what I said at the beginning with a restaurant being a vibe and the staff. Eriban and Benny are the bartenders. Two cultured men with big smiles and engaging energy, they are serious about their craft in spirits and even more serious about your happiness. The kind of bartenders where if you are the owners of the restaurant, and you fired them, your business will fail. Told them about my plans to go to Mexico and they explained how they have places down in Talum Quintana Roo and that I can stay there whenever I want. These guys speak perfect english, spanish and put a smile on my face with their conversation and world experiences as the country music plays in the background. Mind you, I just met these guys... But that's how badass and awesome they are! From Hailey recommending those dam stuffed mushrooms to the Lamb Burger with crispy thin slices of fried brussel sprout, to Eriban and Benny wiping down bottles and laughing with the bar while country music is playing in the background; THE HOLLYWOOD TAVERN delivered!!! 5 STAR REVIEW

They have Poutine! They call it Loaded Tavern Fries. It's a pile of hand cut fries with quality crumbled cheese, bacon and a bold homemade gravy. Delicious! The Charred Brussel Sprouts were flavorful. The Hollywood Burger add bacon and caramelized onions is great nice and thick. Mabel's Cajun Chicken Sandwich was pretty good and huge. The Orval Belgian Ale was not good, it tasted like a cow pasture. The Stoup Red Ale was pretty good.

Best service! Best fried pickles! And the very best chicken and mashed potatoes with chicken jus I've ever had!!! Definitely make this a must stop if you're in the Seattle area!!! They also play great music and have a wonderful fire pit outside. What a lovely evening we had!

I've been here several times and am consistently impressed by the service and food. I love the mismatched plates - adds to the ambiance. The firepit outside is also tempting! The green goddess salad is my favorite, but the loaded tots and pickles are also amazing. Had a great French Dip sandwich that I hadn't tried before. Lots of clean plates in our group, on a surprisingly quiet Sunday evening.

Came here for a night out and loved the food. We were quickly sat for a busy Friday night and staff was still very attentive. The food was a nice elevated bar food theme which you can't go wrong! I had the special of a peanut butter Thai chicken burger that was a special and it was great!

My bartender/server was wonderful. The cocktail he made me was delicious and he was very friendly. Price is a little high, but the patio is so cute and the firepit provides such a good vibe I will definitely come back. My only suggestion to the business is to make the bar area dog friendly. Everyone in Seattle has dogs and sitting outside is usually too rainy or cold.

We stopped in after doing a distillery tour next door. We got the whiskey milkshakes, the holy cow and the nutty cow. I am gluten free so we got the fried pickles and side of fries. They do use a shared fryer so keep that in mind. The shakes were delicious and the food was great.

The best part about Hollywood Tavern is definitely the vibes and atmosphere. I'd go here 10/10 times. The food may not knock my socks off, but it's still solid. What really makes this place stand out is the fantastic atmosphere, excellent service, and great drinks. These elements more than make up for any shortcomings (not many) in the food department. If you're looking for a place with a great ambiance to relax and enjoy a good meal and drinks, Hollywood Tavern is the spot. Highly recommended for the overall experience!

Really good wings for the price! Probably the best wings I've ever had at the last place I'd expect. Shake was really tasty too. Really nice waiter as well.

This whole place is a mood, I like how it is decorated inside and the outside area is huge with a nice big fire pit (hello summer hangouts)! The stuffed mushrooms make a great appetizer (they have a kick) and the loaded tots make a great meal despite being an appetizer. The burgers are huge , tasty but will put you in a food coma. Service was good , food can came out quick and no eye rolling when asked to split the bill!

Always amazing food. We are more than willing to drive from Federal Way to Woodinville for the brussels. Fast and friendly service. This tavern is small looking but can fit a lot of people. Chill vibes

Hollywood Tavern is one of our staples for a mom's night out. My friends and I have been coming here since our kids were in the 1st grade and they're not freshmen in high school. We don't go as often as we would like, but it's the one place where we know that they have something for everyone. When you first arrive, there is ample parking in front and on the side of the Woodinville Whiskey Co. distillery, which, by the way, I highly recommend if you like whiskey. (Side note) I also sometimes buy these as gifts for my friends who are whiskey lovers. I'm not a whiskey drinker, but I have been told that it's very good. There is also a fire pit outside if you want to enjoy some drinks outside. It's kind of nice to enjoy a nice drink next to the fire when it's chilly. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Every single time we have gone there, we have never had an issue with our servers. They are very attentive and make great recommendations if you are not sure what to get. I have had a lot of their food and everything is always so good. Here is a list of the items I have had personally: Fried Pickles (awesome if you like pickles); Grilled Sourdough and Cheese Dip (to die for); Loaded Tavern Fries (So good!); Ancho Chile Tots (YUM!); Charred Brussel Sprouts (So yummy. My favorite!); Beecher's Mac (definitely one of the best mac and cheese I have ever had); Hollywood Burger (you cannot go wrong with this burger!); Cubano (so good! It's a perfect blend of flavors!); Blackened Wild Salmon Kale Caesar (I like Kale so I love this salad); Green Goddess (Great for the days you're feeling you need to be healthy, but it still tasted divine); and last but not least Fall-off-the-Bone-Pork-Ribs (you HAVE to try this, so good and they are not kidding when they say fall-off-the bone). You have to come to Hollywood Tavern. You definitely cannot go wrong here. See you again soon!

Great service and classic tavern-style food! Situated right next to whiskey tasting room, lively and loud atmosphere, and decent prices for large portions of food. Especially loved the fried pickles, cheesesteak, lamb burger, and Cajun chicken sandwich.

We came here for a quick bite after a great distillery tour at WWCo on a Sunday afternoon. It was a warm-ish fall day so we sat outside. It wasn't particularly crowded, but it took 10-15 min after we were seated to flag someone down to take our order. Luckily our ancho chili tots came out pretty quickly and were tasty. I could've done without the tortilla strips, but I didn't mind eating around them. Unfortunately, it took another 30+ minutes for the cheesesteak, and we were more than ready to leave at this point. We asked for a box when the it finally came out, then we proceeded to wait some more time to pay (and for water refill, which we never got). Overall, our "quick bite" took over an hour. Maybe they were just having an off day, but I don't see us returning to find out.

Arrived with 10 others on a biking venture. Set us up outside with great service and friendly staff. Food was excellent and we really enjoyed the experience.

This was our first time here and they did NOT disappoint! Our waiter / server was the perfect touch and he made us feel so comfortable! His name was "Mack or Mac" and he was knowledgeable, genuine, friendly and made some very honest suggestions about the selections there. The chicken and waffle was their special that just started today and it was stuffed with ham and cheese, with the spicy chicken on top, alongside a Kale and lemony salad. I would have NEVER put those ingredients together, but kudos to the chef for being creative and not missing on that recipe. I ordered the other special to go "Braised Beef Grilled Cheese" for my daughter and I'm looking forward to coming back over time to try the entire menu! For appetizers, we had the fried pickles and they were delicious and they even seasoned/garnished the ranch dressing! There was also a buffalo dressing on the side and it was so good. In addition, we had the grilled sour dough and cheese dip and wowwwwww!!!!!! The sourdough collaboration with the cheese was a perfect pair! I like that the restaurant was not huge like Cheesecake Factory and also love that the portions were not out of control. It's nice to just enjoy a meal without the theatrics of the restaurant trying to turn as many tables as possible and make as much money as they can. It is very obvious that the owners goal is to provide good food, a great environment and an overall top tier experience. The BEST food I've had since living in Seattle has been in Woodinville (#1) and Ballard (#2). Me and my son talked about this place the whole ride home and may even come back tomorrow! Hollywood! Lights camera.. fried pickles! This place is great, super good food.. not overly priced. Tasty tasty eats, I had their salad and it was phenomenal. Welcome to Hollywood... what's for dinner.

Nice little spot to visit when in town. Good variety of house specialty cocktails. Interesting choice for food on the menu. Some unique touches is what makes it special. We opted for outside dining. Our waiter was a bit shaky; but very helpful and put forth effort.

My cousin and I were celebrating her Birthday yesterday at The Hollywood Tavern as we have several times before for both of our birthdays. Our server Kahlia was outstanding! She went above and beyond with taking some photos for us, being very attentive, giving us take home options and adding a birthday candle to my cousin's Bourbon Milkshake. The Carrot Coriander Soup and Kale Salad were delicious. The only drawback is the restaurant can get quite noisy. I'll still give it 5 stars and will be back.

Such a fun atmosphere. Previously, had only sat in the bar, but really enjoyed the dining room. Great service, and great food...we all shared our dishes because they were so tasty...loved the meatloaf! Servers were great!

Literally some of the worst service I've ever experienced. It started out great with the host who was more than happy to help bus a table for us. The food was great as well. However, it took 15-20 minutes to be greeted by our server. He greeted us carrying 5 waters in his hands (seems a tray would have made more sense). It was great he finally arrived since I was about to tell my starving children we were about to leave. He gave us the specials, took our food and drink order... and after bringing our drinks (again not on a tray) we didn't see him again until we were done with our meal. He cleared one plate and then took another 10 minutes to bring us our check. I had actually gone inside to request the check when he presented the check to my wife. It was our first time here and we'd heard good things, but I don't envision a scenario where we'd ever return.

Listen, I've ordered delivery here a few times, but coming in person was even better! Food still amazing (get the Cajun wings and Cajun chicken sandwich) service was fantastic! Ask for Michelle! Tried this place for the first time tonight and it was amazing! Our server Colton was very attentive and provided great service. Everyone I interacted with was so sweet, and the food was phenomenal. I cannot wait to come back!

Located right next door to a brewery, the outdoor seating has an absolutely wonderful vibe. The indoor seating is tight but equally as beautiful. Service was welcoming and quick. First time coming here, but we'd come again. Drinks are delicious but dangerous. I had ordered the Wine Country Lemonade, and misjudged the alcohol content, but I definitely felt it hit by the end of dinner. In regards to the meal, every item was perfectly seasoned. My sloppy Joe was moist but not overly saucey. The tots and Cajun wings were perfect and queso or dipping sauce was unnecessary. But if you decided to dip, their sauces were herbally but complimented both wings and fries.

Wasn't super hungry when we stopped in so just ordered soup and side salad only to be delivered the greatest tomato soup I have ever had in my entire life!! It's permanently on the menu as it's house made from scratch daily and I can't recommend it enough. I haven't stopped talking about it for 3 days - I need this recipe! Our server was also excellent!

We love going to Hollywood Tavern! A cozy spot with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Everything we have had here exceeds expectations. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Today we made it for brunch, and it was a great surprise! On Sunday's they serve brunch til 2. It's not an extensive brunch specific menu, but the items they do have are great! We both ended up getting the amazing fresh squeezed orange juice. The Monte Christo was the perfect balance of salty and sweet, thanks to the scrumptious ham and Woodinville Whiskey syrup to top it off. Chicken and waffles were out of this world! A waffle with a crispy outside and fluffy inside. All of the chicken was tender and covered in a fantastic spice blend. Overall a great spot for a low-key brunch inside or out by the fire pit.

The menu is not huge, but everything I have tried has been great! I enjoy their burger. I main reason I like to go here is the atmosphere which is cozy and warm on a rainy day.

Food was delish. We had ordered a side salad and a cubano. It was prepared perfectly. The flavors were bold and rich. It also had a nice little spicy kick. And I love tater tots and they had them here. Perfectly crisp and seasoned. Ambiance was quite nice. We had just come from the lavender festival and it was sunny afternoon so we opted to sit in the open patio area. There are tables all around the perimeter of the patio which has a fire pit and Adirondacks carefully placed around it for you to be able to sit and enjoy a meal or a drink. Service left sooooo much to be desired. I'll be honest it felt as tho we were bothering and they were patronizing from the get go. Hostess sat us in a corner inside. Didn't even ask if we wanted to sit outside. I decided to go look if tables were available. They were just needed to be cleaned. That sat us down and our server came along w a poppy face. Seemingly annoyed to serve us. Came back and asked in a bit of a brisk way "are you ready to order yet?" When the food came out it was delivered by a different server who kinda slapped the food on the table and began to walk away. I mentioned we were missing silverware and she pointed to a set on the table. There were only 2 but there was 3 of us eating. I asked for an extra plate she pointed to the plate on the table as she was walking away. I almost needed to shout "and mustard" as she looked over her shoulder w a sideways look nodding her head. The main server came grabbed our glasses and refilled without saying anything. I mean literally reached across the table and just grabbed the glasses and walked away. Then dropped them off by almost sliding them across the table. Finally The bill got dropped off. We left out cards paid and left. It was both our first and last visit. Mostly because of the service. If I want to be treated disrespectfully I'll just go visit my family of origin. Snobby servers who don't really care to provide good and genuine service or hostesses that seem bothered to seat you is NOT my thing. I pay for good food, good drinks and good service. So while the food we ate was good, & the ambiance was a vibe, the poor service far outweighed risking another visit.

Came here when we discovered Woodinville (who knew Washington State had a wine country?) and needed a cool place to eat with the dogs on a sunny day. They have an outdoor patio with a circle of adirondack chairs surrounding a firepit so you can enjoy your wine and charcuterie in the evening. We sat at the picnic tables surrounding the court and we were seated in the corner, which was the perfect place because it had a lot of shade so the pups weren't too hot. Sis got a Green Goddess salad which she found delicious. I had the Wild Boar Sloppy Joe. The consistency was smooth, which was nice, but I'm used to a sloppy joe being made of ground beef, but I still liked my sandwich. We also tried the Hollywood Sundae, which was solid. Would love to come back in the evening because I'll bet that place hops with live music and the warmth of the firepit emanating through the court. Can't wait to come back.

Fricken Great Burgers! What let's get right down to business baby!!! So thick so meaty so fresh and hot and yes delicious too! Great spot for lunch when you are in the Winery District! Servers are fun and right on point! The upper NW vibe is a mix of local and brewpub! Our server pointed out his faves on the menu and suggested Fried Pickles! Amazing! Everything was grand!

Good food, they don't have a huge selection of choices but the options they have, they do really well. Great milkshakes. Enjoy the seasonal options. We have brought both family and friends here and they've enjoyed it. I was really disappointed tonight though because a waitress accidentally spilled some sauce down the back of my sweater/cardigan. I don't blame her, these things happen and I know she felt bad but I thought maybe they would comp us an appetizer or something because my sweater essentially got ruined. It has huge oil stains down it now, but sadly there was no "sorry" discount or anything. Again, these things happen but I was pretty bummed that they didn't acknowledge the situation better. I left feeling disappointed.

Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent atmosphere. Dog friendly. Parking is very limited and small. Our waitress was very patient, very attentive, very friendly, very available and just all around awesome. We had so many questions. The Brussels sprouts with pork belly was the best ever. The Cuban sandwich was good. The whiskey shakes are delicious. The chicken sandwich has 2 full thighs.

We have been here many times. Typically in the summer when we can sit outside with the pup. Food here is really good. Rustic. Decent choices. Comfort foods for sure. I'm giving 3 stars because of the long wait. We waited about 10 minutes to be greeted by our server. Drinks took over 15 minutes and we never got water we asked for at the beginning. We only ordered appetizers and they took 20 minutes to come out. Second round of drinks took another 17 minutes. So we asked for the bill at the same time we asked for our drinks. Server was friendly, but never came to check on us when food came. We had to flag her down to get her attention. Not sure if they were short staffed. But it would have been nice to have a manager around to help the staff out. We do like the food. And their brunch is yummy too. Really great tater tots! Drinks are tasty too. We will come back. But maybe not the day after Thanksgiving like we did today.

We came here regularly at least once a month. The service always great. We love outside sitting next to the fire pit during summer time. The whiskey milkshake is the best thing, y'all need to try. You can't even taste the whiskey but last thing you know you might be tipsy lol. They have a great happy hour menu too!

Management is great and quick to respond. The food was good. The wings was fire . The fish and chip was crispy and fresh.

This is a great spot to choose for Lunch while in Woodinville. It is just next door (same parking lot) to the Woodinville distillery, so after a nice lunch, you can hop over there for a Whiskey tasting. I love their staff who are all friendly and welcoming, and they handle large crowds like champions. Their menu changes with the season, as does their cocktail list, and it's fun to map your way through a tasting of just about everything. Their max n cheese is wonderful (yes, even with the cauliflower in it), and their appetizers are always crowd pleasers (chicken wings are a must!). The decor is rustic and warm, and you always feel comfortable wherever you sit, even at the bar as you first enter.

Love love love!! This is a super cute and cozy restaurant near Chateau St. Michelle. My butter bean burger was amazing!! My waitress was wonderful as well. Super friendly and checked in regularly. I also appreciate the pay by QR code as well. The parking lot is small so be prepared! There is outdoor seating as well.

The food stop on the wine tour! It gave us hearty vibes! The food and whisky were the signature offerings! I can't wait to go again and dive in to something new!

Place is next door to WWCo so we popped in for lunch. Outside was booming but plenty of tables inside. We ordered a couple drinks with Woodinville bourbon of course and looked over the menu. My wife settled on the burger and I got the fish and chips. Both came out quick. Burger was awesome. Cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The fish and chips was equally amazing. Nice flaky white fish with a delicious batter. French fries were so good I ate them all. Oops Service was great. Drinks were good. What a great day!
