I had an amazing experience at Holm boutique and spa From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly maintained. A special mention goes to Asmita Awal at the front desk — she was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. She made check-in and check-out super easy and even guided me with great local recommendations. Her hospitality really stood out and made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and excellent service!

I have stayed here many times and just love it. The staff are amazing and breakfast is fantastic! I went with my daughter and we had a fantastic time. The spa is lovely to spend some time in. It was a lovely surprise to have been left a card and fruit thanking me for my continued visits. I really recommend a stay here. Thank you

We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful hotel and could not have had better stay. We had suite overlooking the sea with jacuzzi on a private balcony . The rooms , breakfast , service and hotel facilities were excellent . The hotel is nicely located close to the centre but on a quiet historical street . Special thank you to Sarvjeet and Rhea they made our stay extra special. We had a special little birthday cake on arrival in our room as a surprise which was very nice. Thank you

Fantastic stay here! Lovely hotel and great attention to detail. Very friendly staff, especially Julian (I think that was his name!) who was extremely helpful on check in, getting everything sorted for us. The pool is small, but it has a beautiful view and an extra area with sun loungers, so we never struggled to find somewhere to sit. The private hot tub was amazing and really made our stay special. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is down a narrow street on a hill, so just be aware of that! We personally preferred Valetta and if returning may have stayed nearer to there. However, this hotel is a fantastic base and super easy to get to anywhere in Malta. Would recommend Bolt, as it was easy and cheap. The hotel breakfast was great and really varied and delicious options. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The room had everything we could possibly need, and the jacuzzi on the balcony with a stunning sea view was just incredible. I loved the bath combined with the shower, and the fact that all toiletries were provided – even toothbrushes! Housekeeping was done daily, and the service was truly exceptional – they even called to check if we needed anything. The spa… oh my, it was the best relaxing massage I’ve ever had in my life! The cuisine was fantastic, with everything you need to cook or enjoy a nice meal. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. The location is perfect – just 350 meters to the sea and the nearest beach, and also 350 meters to the bus stop, from where you can travel to any part of Malta. This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at – I recommend it 100,000%!

Ok. Where do we start. |From day one we were made to feel really welcome. The staff team are brilliant. We were greeted by a receptionist who was very polite and courteous. She greeted us like we were old friends. |The room we were given was spot on. Really clean and well presented. There was a adequate balcony off the bedroom. Unfortunately it was at the rear of the building but that was possibly due to our last minute booking...|Breakfast was good and there was a variety of food on offer both hot and cold . Staff present at breakfast were again pleasant and helpful. My partner requested a decaf coffee as there wasn't any option on the coffee machine. Staff brought this every day without fuss.| There were a group of italian lads in the room next to us for the last few days who were very noisy and using bad language late at night.|I complained to the reception and it was dealt with very promptly. The lads were also spoken to next day and behavioural expectations explained. |My partner needed some medical assistance as she was stung by something and it was very inflamed and swollen. We asked reception who advised us where when nearest doctor was. The girl called the doctor for us and made an appointment. |When we returned she was still on duty and kindly asked how my partner was. She also advised us they were there if we needed any further help.. throughout our stay we were made very welcome . The hotels in a quiet street a short walk to local restaurants and bars .|If we're in Malta in the future we would stay here again.|Thanks again to all the staff and management. I stayed here 2 weeks ago with my friends and we had the best experience! The room was lovely (especially the bathroom), the rooftop pool and indoor pool and jacuzzi were lovely, the breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We also got a discount on an amazing massage and the spa facilities :) I would 100% recommend staying here!!

It’s a great place to be, nice and quiet location, but you got everything around. It has a gym, spa and a small pool on the roof. The room was like a flat and beautiful.If you like English breakfast you will be happy. Amita from the reception should get a salary increase, as she is the best receptionist I have ever seen, always friendly and supportive.
