Holmes Beverly Apartments

I lived at Holmes Beverly for nearly five years, first in a 1 bedroom and later in a 2bed/2bath when I needed more space. I absolutely did not want to leave this beautiful building! The architecture is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the finishes inside the units are just as impressive. Elyse, the property manager, was always incredibly responsive, friendly, and proactive. Any time I needed something, she handled it quickly and with genuine care. The entire team runs the building exceptionally well; everything from maintenance to communication was smooth and professional. In nearly five years, I never had a single issue that wasn’t resolved promptly. Every time I had guests over, they raved about how stunning the building and units were. Between the spacious layouts, natural light, high quality appliances, and the overall atmosphere of the community, it truly felt like luxury living. The common areas were always spotless, secure, and well maintained, which made the building feel welcoming and safe. Holmes Beverly is the kind of place that genuinely feels like home. If I could have stayed longer, I absolutely would have. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a beautiful, well managed, and comfortable place to live.

I’ve lived at Holmes Beverly for a while now and have had a really positive experience. The building is clean, well-kept, and surprisingly quiet for the area. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request or small issue, the team has handled it quickly and professionally. The common areas are nice, the location is convenient, and overall it’s been an easy, comfortable place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, well-managed apartment building. Elyse, the property manager, has also been great to work with. She’s always responsive, genuinely helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond when anything comes up. She’s approachable, easy to communicate with, and even has great recommendations for the area. Having someone that attentive and reliable makes living here even better!

Great location! 2 blocks from train, walking distance to parks, beach, theaters, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The building is well appointed, comfortable, quiet and clean. Management is friendly, professional and accessible. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and competently. This is a fantastic place to live!

So lovely! I’m used to living in much smaller, 2-3 family homes and I was concerned that a large apartment building would feel impersonal and cold. I was very pleasantly surprised by Holmes. The property manager, Elyse, is like shockingly on top of any issues that arise and super communicative about both finding solutions and updating you on the timeline of those solutions. I assumed that moving to a much larger building would add a confusing layer of bureaucracy- but honestly, it’s more responsive here than even the owner occupied places I’ve lived before. The tenants are all friendly, they allow pets yet somehow it’s never smells like pets (a huge plus), the soundproofing must be godtier because aside from hearing my neighbor doing an impressive rendition of tiny dancer one morning from my bathroom, I haven’t heard a peep. The gym is also 24 hours, which is wild - so if you’re a vampire that needs to really get his cardio in, you’re in luck. I realize sounds like a fake review but I’m just really surprised by how rad this place is. 10/10 would recommend.

Living at Holmes Beverly for nearly three years has been an exceptional experience. The building is modern, well-maintained, and offers an unbeatable location, with the MBTA conveniently situated just behind it and a diverse selection of restaurants within walking distance. The highlight of living here, however, is the outstanding management. Elyse, the property manager, goes above and beyond to create a welcoming community—she remembers every resident’s name and promptly addresses any concerns with just a quick email or text. Holmes Beverly truly sets the standard for comfortable and convenient apartment living.

Toured on Friday and was really impressed! The apartment was bright, loved the subway tile back-splash and white counter tops. The roof deck had a great view, the fireplace area is brilliant and my dog will love the bath area. I'm moving from Swampscott to Beverly, so it's only two extra stops to Boston but so worth it. I can't wait to get my keys!
