I walked in expecting some nice third wave coffee, but sadly was met with medium-dark roast stuff that was not that great. I walked into the shop, met a nice lady, and I ordered the espresso. I asked what roast they did, and the lady didn't even know. I ordered the espresso, and sat in what felt like an empty hall with minimal decor. They didn't call my name with the espresso, and gave it to me in a to-go cup(I didn't ask for it to-go). It didn't taste great either. Good equipment, but it was heavily over extracted, tasting like the temp was also too high.

If you’re looking for a cozy spot to relax, get some work done, or just enjoy a good drink, this place is worth checking out. I stumbled upon it and was pleasantly surprised. It offers plenty of indoor seating along with a few outdoor tables. The space is clean, well-organized, and has a great atmosphere—definitely a solid choice for studying or being productive. The service is friendly and welcoming; everyone I interacted with was super nice. The menu features some creative drink options, like a banana cold brew, which I tried and really enjoyed—it was perfectly balanced, not too sweet or too strong. I’d definitely come back!

When inside at 7:05 when I'm assuming the place is not crowded. The server/cashier had the biggest smile and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I ordered the Rose Dusted Vanilla Latte- who would have thought eating flower would taste so good. I enjoyed every sip of that latte. I would have wished since I ordered my food to dine in they would have serve it in a mug rather than the paper cup. But, the late was still good. I also ordered the avocado toast with egg. It was your average avocado toast would not ordered it again. I would go back to the place and try something different. I enjoyed my time at coffee shop, I drank my coffee, ate my toast, read a book and felt warmth and cozy. I will be visiting this spot again.

If you're looking for really good coffee and food in San Diego, this is a must try. The space is large, open, and has a modern feel. There is plenty of seating indoors and out in the patio. They have plenty of unique flavors and my favorite drinks are the orange mocha and the rose dusted vanilla latte. My favorite foods are the sausage english muffin and the peanut butter acai bowl. If you visit, know that the space often gets busy with people working, so available seating can be difficult to find.

Woke up on my day off wanting to try something new, off I go to explore a new coffee shop. I usually go close to home, glad I did as I approached the shop there was parking available right up front. Place is big and bright plenty of indoor seating with high to low tables. The menu is amazingly good hard for me to pick what to order I went first for the rose dusted vanilla latte with oat milk and a cream cheese rosemary bagel with chives. The latte was excellent I love how I can taste the roses, vanilla and creamy oat milk. Made to perfection, the bagel was soft great thickness had plenty of cream cheese the rosemary and chives takes it to a whole new level of richness flavor. Definitely a place I would revisit

This is actually my favorite coffee shop. The lattes are the best I’ve ever tried. They Have so many flavors I love and the fact that they keep the flavors and are not seasonal. The syrups are made in house which is one of my favorite things, makes all the difference. I make the drive to go here when I feel like it and it never disappoints. A must try if you’re a coffee lover. I almost forgot very good toasts and food here as well another big plus for me. Thanks Holsem coffee.

Hands down the best matcha latte I’ve had at a coffee shop before. The rose matcha was so delicious! The shop itself is so cute and has plenty of seating. I only wish they sold their rose matcha like they do the mint matcha! And I wish they delivered since it’s a little far from where I live 🥲
