25 Awesome Places to Eat in Dearborn

"Holy Cluck is the Dearborn food truck making a name for itself in metro Detroit’s increasingly crowded hot chicken scene for its juicy, all-halal fried chicken tender sandwiches. Tenders are sourced from Saad Meats in Eastern Market and can be eaten alone or in a sandwich. The Cluck features slaw, pickles and Holy Sauce, the Holy Cluck Nashville hot chicken-inspired sandwich, the Mac Cluckin’ with mac and cheese, and filling sides like the Coop, crinkle-cut fries loaded with nacho cheese, slaw, pickles, and three different sauces. Visit the truck in Dearborn or hit up the new restaurant at 25827 West Warren in Dearborn Heights, where guests can also find the 1922 Milkshakes counter, featuring a variety of Instagrammable shakes." - Serena Maria Daniels

Metro Detroit’s Best Fried Chicken Sandwiches | Eater Detroit

"This mega popular Dearborn food truck went into its first permanent location in February, and its fanbase has continued to eat up everything the halal-friendly business puts out. Owner Ali Bazzi brought milkshakes to the menu with the 25827 West Warren shop, but it was the enormous Cluck chicken sandwich that first garnered attention for this business." - Eater Staff

Holy Cluck Is Expanding, With Halal Hot Chicken and Party Animal Shakes - Eater Detroit

"Holy Cluck, initially a popular food truck in Dearborn, is expanding its all-halal hot chicken offerings to a new permanent location at 25827 West Warren at Beech Daly in Dearborn. The venue features an industrial-modern design with exposed brick and black painted ceilings. The menu includes fiery chicken sandwiches, tenders, loaded fries, and a selection of creative milkshakes from the 1922 Milkshakes counter. Owner Ali Bazzi, who has a background in medical transportation, started the venture after Ramadan as a spontaneous project. The chicken is sourced from Saad Meats in Eastern Market and prepared using a special method to maintain a crunchy exterior and moist interior. Customers can choose their spice level, and the menu is set to expand with new sandwiches and grilled options when the store opens." - Serena Maria Daniels

I try to stop by every time I'm in the area on my lunch break. Sometimes, I'll go out of the way to stop in and get the Coop. It has great flavor and everything together, so it's an easy quick lunch for me. It has a lot of flavor with every bite. Waffle fries, coleslaw, battered chicken, and a mixture of sauces. Served with pickle slices on the side. You can order it regular or hot both are equally delicious.

Came from outta town and this place was worth the drive, after being disappointed going to a different place . I only ate the tenders and I got one of the 1922 milkshakes, both were Delicious . The tenders were soo good and juicy and were a good size! The “hot butta” sauce was amazing too. Only thing I would say is for 2 tenders I think $7 is a little on the pricey side but they were worth it. I’d recommend and go back again for sure.

The young lady at the counter was very helpful, it was our first time so she walked us through everything on the menu. The chicken sandwiches were not bad, the waffle fries were good. The milkshakes were unreal! If you come here you must get a milkshake. The ambiance is also very dope.

Came in as a walk•in. I googled my usual “Food near me” and surprisingly this was 5min from my door! The lobby is decorated well. I can see the potential, just wasnt busy when I came at 2:30 on a Saturday. Nahle was very helpful let me taste the bushki sce before ordering. My food came out hot•fresh•good just as pictured. “Coop”Loaded fries and Hot Honey Butter Chicken Sammich.

We drove a hour and half to try this place, and we weren't disappointed. My son got the smash burger. He said it was juicy and delicious. It was top 5 burger he's had. My son's gf got the chicken sandwich and the waffle fries. The waffle fries were delicious and crispy. The chicken sandwich was big and delicious. I got the chicken shawarma wrap with coleslaw. It was very big and stuffed with chicken. I think it was the best Shawarma wrap I've had. The taste was great, and I liked how they put the sauce on the outside of the pita as they toasted it. That put it over the top. Highly recommend Holy cluck!

I was looking for a good place to get a burger and shake so I stopped here. The two young men working were very kind and polite, the service was excellent. The place was clean, quiet, and comforting. I ordered a smash burger with waffle fries and a chocolate shake. I wish the burger was seasoned, but overall it was cool. The fries were nice and hot and the shake was good, could’ve had a bit more chocolate flavor but I still enjoyed it. Definitely check this place out! I’ll be back.

Got a carry-out from Holy Cluck and it was decent. The only thing I wasn’t able to eat were the fries. Some were cooked so hard I couldn’t bite them and the other half was undercooked and soggy. The sandwich was delicious and I would order that again.

Very dry over cooked chicken bad customer service. They only had one ticket and it was my order they told me 15 minutes it took 25 minutes for 3 items. The employees where to busy talking and probably forgot my chicken in the fryer so it over cooked. I’ve ordered before and it was actually very good amazing chicken not sure what happened maybe different employees. All 3 items had very dry chicken.
