We stopped by this little local coffee shop in the morning before going to the Universal Studios, and we were impressed by their freshly baked pastries. The cafe has a cozy & welcoming atmosphere, and the staffs are very friendly. I'm glad we decided to go check it out. Coffee was very good, too! but I always get a bit uneasy drinking hot black coffee from a handle-less glass or ceramic cup :P

Delicious Lavender Lattes served here. We stopped by here after lunch at nearby Korean restaurant Surah (highly recommended) and enjoyed delicious coffees at Holy Grain Coffee shop. The local coffee shop does a great job at serving high quality drinks. Ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and feels like a quality local coffee shop. We are so happy we stopped by and hope to return in the future. Thanks guys! 5 stars!

So this is a quaint little family style coffee shop, great selection of pastries coffee was excellent price point very very good for the Doctor Phillips area a pleasant change from Starbucks my usual place we would’ve done the egg and avocado, but they were out of eggs and they were out of tuna Apart from that the sandwich was excellent prepared presentation. I give it a 10. Definitely if you’re in the area is a very little quaint coffee themed place. The young lady was very kind because they were out of eggs. She did give me a coupon for the next time I go in there for 15% off. Will I be going there again absolutely.

Quaint coffee shop with a relaxing ambiance! My friend had iced coffee and I have a cappuccino with almond milk and caramel (vegan options for the win!). The staff was delightful and our drinks were made very fast! We hung out to enjoy the cute seats and modern design. Highly recommend!

Holy Grain Coffee is a hidden gem in the Dr. Phillips area. Smooth, high-quality coffee, friendly staff, and a cozy vibe — everything you want from an independent café. As a local custom merch studio, we’re constantly grinding (literally and figuratively), and this place keeps us fueled through long production days. It’s our go-to spot for mid-morning espresso runs before the chaos in our life starts! If you're searching for great coffee near Dr. Phillips or want to skip the big chains, this spot hits every mark. Highly recommend

Google
Orlando, FL. Drove here because of all the reviews and enjoyed Yessika’s cheery welcome and the skill of the other barista. The business vision seems to be evolving; there was wine in a fridge in a corner of the dining area and many great-looking pastries. Good Brazilian cappuccino, although a tad heavy on the foam, but it was beautiful, and my husband’s hazelnut latte was good. I asked about why it’s called Holy Grain and Yessika explained that the owner inherited the name of this coffee shop when they bought the business; beyond that they don’t know why the former owners named it Holy Grain. With a name like that I was expecting sprouted wheat bread or couscous bowls lol. They did offer some pastries baked in house and some wrapped baked goods from a local supplier. Yessika proudly pointed out that the business owner is from South America and motioned towards the flat screen tv showing scenes in Portuguese. I had the Brazilian Cappuccino which featured a cube of chocolate at the bottom. I had the raspberry muffin baked in house and it was very good. The neighborhood loves this spot. Older couples walked a couple blocks here for their morning brew. A student did remote work at a larger table. There was a seating area with comfy chairs near the window. Several people came in for to-go orders.

Modern coffee shop. Ordered the lavendar iced coffee... wanted to try something new. Not my favorite. My husband liked his caramel latte. Service was fast and friendly. We didnt eat but they had a breakfast and lunch menu. Prices reasonable. Indoor seating only.

Yelp
I have passed this coffee shop countless times and I have always wondered how was the coffee so today was the day! I ordered an iced latte with white mocha and it's pretty good! They also have pastries, salads and, some breakfast & lunch items. I just needed a coffee today but I do need to go back and try some food, it looked delicious. There is plenty of sitting inside. I can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Outstanding place to stop for a quick coffee or a bite to eat. The ambiance is peaceful and they always treat you well. The pricing makes this a value added stop at the same time. Obrigado!! Michael

Yelp
Fantastic coffee and quick service. Convenient location. There are a lot of food choices that look delicious although I was not able to try them - saving that for next time ! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Holy Grain is one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to! The coffee is absolutely fantastic. Service 5/5 - Great service and very friendly staff.

Yelp
Holy Grain is hands down one of the best coffee shops I have been to! The coffee was absolutely amazing. Food 5/5 - I had the caramel latte with oat milk and a traditional Brazilian pastry called Coxinha which was a dough stuffed with meat. Ambiance 5/5- It is a great coffee shop to sit and get work done. It's very quiet and peaceful and each time I have been it had never been packed. Service 5/5- The service was great and the staff was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend visiting if you're in the area.

Yelp
I will review for what I have tried. Environment is very cool. Staff image very friendly. The coffee is very good. Madeleine with white chocolate, very good and a fair price (compared with other places that serve the same or less for a absurd price).

Yelp
A quaint little coffee shop to meet with friends. The food selection is a little limited, but they definitely have great options for coffee and lattes. Customer service was attentive and ensured that the new chai product they used was good. He even said if I didn't like it, he would remake something else. Lots of customers in and out so this place is already well known.

Yelp
The strongest cold brew and best lattes in Orlando! I love their quiches they are homemade and delicious.

Yelp
Nice coffee shop. Good ambiance. Typically full and nice people. The coffee is decent. I enjoyed it bc of the ambiance. A bit bothered- with a small detail ,that was all customer service related. I ordered a Brazilian coffee. She told me yes they could do it- but they didn't have regular milk. She gave me options and I said "ok oat milk" . Then she charged me more for the milk option. Even though- they were out of the regular- why am I being charged for them being out? Small detail, but considering I've been a customer several times there and go minimum once a week. They should have waved that small fee. It's wasn't about the cost- but about the principle. Silly.

Yelp
My go-to coffee shop in the Metro West area. Best coffee in town. Reasonable prices. Very pleasant and well-kept environment. Camila represents the Conroy location wonderfully. The other location in Metro West is great. too. Best deal on sandwiches in town. 10/10 would recommend. Hope Karla opens another location soon. Absolute banger all around. Many thanks, Camila, Karla, and staff!

Yelp
This find was amazing. The bakery is great and the coffee on point. We like to make this a relaxing coffee spot.

Yelp
Love supporting a local coffee shop! Holy Grain delivers time and time again. Their iced lattes are divine and the pricing is unparalleled to coffee places in the area. Less than 5$ for a large iced coffee with a flavor shot?? Sign me up. We came in on a Friday around 11 and it was packed. Nonetheless, we were still served within a timely manner which is pretty impressive considering it looked like a one woman show. I do wish they were open sooner so I could pop in before work but overall, definitely worth stopping by!!

Yelp
The perfect Cortado! I LOVE coffee and this gem of a place is the best place to enjoy one. Thank you so much!

Yelp
Had Brazilian coffee and special salad. Decent coffee and the salad was fresh and basic with some hummus. Wish they had some actual made In house ingredients for their coffee.

Yelp
I'm local to Orlando, and basically try new coffee shops whenever I get the chance. I'm about to be a new regular here, their espresso is so tasty If you're looking for a study-spot they have very limited seating inside, but it's a quiet

Yelp
We walked in for an afternoon pick-us-up and were wonderfully surprised by the great quality of their coffee drinks. The hot mocha was not too sweet and my wife's latté was perfect!

Sulaiman K.

Yelp
Tipping is expected otherwise you get attitude and you have to pick up your drinks / pastries at counter. I have been coming here for several years and I used to tip regularly and then one day I ordered pastries and she did not bring me napkins so I asked for some and was pointed to the bar to get it. I asked for extra hot latte and it was not made that way. I asked barista and she was going to microwave it - Aweful

Yelp
I had high hopes for this cute little morning spot. It Took apx 5 minutes to take our order although there are only a few people here as shown in the first few pictures. Right now we are sitting here and have not received our coffee after 16 minutes but my Mr. did receive His eggless croissant with ham and cheese that had nacho chips on the side??? We did not think to ask if The croissant had egg on it but apparently it does not so that's our fault. But giving his breakfast without a drink is really not OK. There is only one lady working in the front and one lady working back. I don't know if this is normal for them but unfortunately we already know we will not return. $25 for 2 coffees, ham And cheese croissant, and spinach quiche. Lady at counter continues to take drink orders while we're sitting here waiting for coffee. The other lady from the back ( I think the owner) Did apologize when she brought my quiche and stated the lady at the counter was being trained. Hmmmm ok but she was by herself the entire time so not sure how much "training" was going on. Again giving the breakfast before the drinks is odd to me. It's a coffee shop, not a lounge. Coffee should be the priority. On a good note, my lavender latte was amazing But for it to take 30 minutes At a coffee shop unfortunately ruins the experience. My honeys mocha latte tasted like hot chocolate no taste of coffee to be had - so was strange. The quiche was a large serving and was good but took almost 15 minutes to come out. When we ordered the quiche the lady said it would be at least 10 minutes, we thought this was strange since it should be premade and all they do is pop it in warm it up - it should take more than no more than five minutes, so 15 minutes is ridiculous. It was good but by the time it got to me - before my coffee - I was annoyed. A lady next to us said she had been waiting 30 minutes and could not wait anymore. I want to support small business but training a new person on a Saturday morning was just not a good idea. I hope my experience was not normal - but it was mine - hopefully the owner can get some more help. The lavender latte deserves 5 stars but overall sadly it averaged out to two.

Yelp
I live by the mall of Millenia and started making this my new go-to coffee shop and I have no regrets. Everything I order here is very tasty and gives me a nice boost to start my mornings - drinks are not too sugary like Starbucks drinks that leave you feeling groggy a few minutes after. I especially love the iced lattes because you do get a lot of bang for your buck. I can't speak for the food because I haven't eaten anything here, but I have seen a deliverer drop off their bakery goods and can vouch that they are not frozen and look very tasty. Finally, there is plenty of room to sit here and get work done. There is a lot of traffic coming in and out of the shop, but it never gets packed. My new go-to coffee spot !

Yelp
Love love love What did I get I got a regular latte. It came with coffee art and also a hersey's kisses chocolate to add into the coffee I assume. They draw art on the coffee Environment This is a plaza and there is a lot of parking so you don't need to worry about not having parking. The interior is nice but a little small I would say. There is one public table or a big table but multiple people working would sit at the table. There are about 4 square tables that sits about 4. It is work there friendly, despite the place being small. They don't ask you to leave but it does get busy... To me it is a little limited especially if you want to work in there long. I start to feel bad for sitting in there too long... Niceness of the staff The staff was super nice, they patiently explain the drinks. Also brought it out to my table that I was sitting at. They also don't say anything when you are working there for hours. Dollar It is relatedly cheaper than starbucks. The latte was $3 around for the 12oz. I also got the ice coffee and that was $2 for a 24oz. I thought there prices were relatively cheap. Yes? I would yes. Like it. A lot of food options if you want to work all day.

Yelp
Very nice coffee shop, cute environment and great value. We got two iced coffees one caramel and one white chocolate. The place is actually pretty affordable, which is nice. I wish the coffee was a little stronger but besides that I really enjoyed it.

Yelp
Really enjoyed our first time at holy grain coffee shop! Great location and super cute inside. Must try the cheese bread it is delicious. My husband got a sandwich he loved as well. Great coffee and cafe stop. We Initially had issues with opening time but Staff and management were really great and helpful at fixing. Thank you

Yelp
Stopped by to grab morning coffee as I was heading to the Drs. Loved this little shop! It's really cute and the menu is quite creative! They have a bunch of flavored lattes and unique frappes. I landed on lavender latte after some tough decisions. I've never had a lavender latte before and I definitely have no regrets! This is SO good!! The lavender latte almost tasted like a boba tea without bobas. It has a relatively light coffee flavor, very heavily covered with creamy milk flavors, also with sweet lavender scent. It's super unique and really good! I wish there are more cute local cafes like this in my area. Will for sure come back!

Tatyana L.

Yelp
The food is amazing , the drinks are amazing, and the over all customer service is beyond amazing. Great place for a quick bite and drink or to just relax and unwind. 10 out of 10. This place never disappoints. Keep up the great work

Yelp
Found a list of the 26 essential coffee shops you need to visit in Orlando and We are working on making our way through it. Holy green coffee shop was our first stop and I know why it made that list!!! The decor is beautiful and also educational! I love being reminded of what goes in each of the espresso beverages. As always, I look for the most unique items I can't get anywhere else and this time it was the Brazilian Cappuccino. It has mini squares of chocolate on the bottom of the cup that melt as you drink. I didn't want to stir it up because I was enjoying just the hint of chocolate in each tiny sip. I'd get this again in a heartbeat. I also had to get the cheese bread which is exactly what it sounds like and comes with a little container of hazelnut spread. Everything we tried was spectacular and again, I know why it's one of the must try coffee spots in the Orlando area!

Yelp
Cute little place, love supporting local and thought I would check this place out! The lady at the front was nice with recommendations, and I messed up on my drink and she fixed it for no charge. I wasn't a big fan of the lavender latte though, and ended having to buy another whole latte of a different flavor. Still was okay, not great. The part that brings this to three stars though is the service. When I came up to reorder I had to wait for several minutes while she was in the back, back to, chatting with the lady in the back. I tried to wave several times to get their attention and they couldn't see me cause of them chatting back to the front area. I would recommend that they make sure someone is up front at all times. I get chatting, but maybe chatting up front would be better so you don't leave anyone waiting.

Yelp
The food, customer service, and ambiance was spectacular! I am obsessed with this cute little coffee shop, and it's in such a great location. I always order the lavender latte or the chai, which are so delicious! The pão de queijo and brioche sandwich are to DIE for! I will always come back here!!! Camila is the best and cutest manager, she is the reason we always leave with a smile! We love her and the owner, Karla!

Tiffany G.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. Get the Pão de queijo (cheese bread), the tomato quiche if it's available, and the hazelnut latte. The Brazilian cappuccino is also a classic. Everything is incredibly fresh, good quality, reasonably priced, and has the perfect texture. The staff are delightful. Very warm, friendly, and don't laugh when I try to use my beginner Portuguese. The location itself is also nice. If you can eat there, I'd recommend it. It's a cozy cafe that's usually pretty sunny, quiet, and peaceful. I also appreciate that they have some great vegetarian options.

Yelp
Super cute coffee shop if you're looking for a place to sip and enjoy a good book or get some work done. Barista was super sweet, gave great recommendations & made our drinks in a short time. Will be a return customer, love that it's so close to home.

Yelp
My absolute FAVORITE coffee place in Orlando! I randomly stopped in one day and immediately fell in love with the vibe and its staff. The menu has everything you're expecting along with a few options worth taking a risk on. I had their vanilla lavender frappe and it was heaven. It didn't give me the impression just just a sweet treat as I could taste the coffee complimenting the lavender. Their cappuccinos are also amazing. So do yourself a favor and skip Starbucks and come here instead, you won't regret it.

Yelp
Being someone who actively searches out the perfect cup of coffee, I decided to give Holy Grain a try. When I entered the gentleman behind the counter was preparing another customer's order and ince it was complete he stopped for a bit of soup before asking what I would like. With that warm welcome I almost felt like turning around and leaving but the call of caffeine was too strong. I ordered an Iced hazelnut latte and again before going to make it he took another bite from his bowl. He then proceeded to make my drink and when it was complete he just handed it to me and turned away. I hope ue was having an off day and while my drink was good, I wasnt impressed with the "service".
google avatar

Aditi V.

Yelp
The food that looks pretty and taste even prettier. Sorry I am not eating coffee from coffee shop because we went for a quick dinner and it was too late for caffeine for me. But I did not regret my choice. Ordered the mozzarella caprese salad with smoked salmon with chia seeds and lite dressing which is the way I like it . They do give extra dressing on the side. My son got the spinach quiche which was delicious and it came with a little salad so that was great. For our sweet tooth we had the avacado icecream which was also great because it was a small size - we will go back!!!

Yelp
Haven't been here in awhile, but every time I go, I always feel at peace. The Holy Grain is a gem and is definitely worth venturing to! The ambience is calm and tranquil with relaxing music playing in the background. Also, they make a delicious Brazilian cappuccino with chocolate sitting on the bottom of the mug so when the espresso and steamed milk are added, you can taste the melted chocolate in every sip! Also, during the holidays, their Gingerbread Latte tastes like Christmas in a cup and even their black coffee great, too! Besides the unique beverages, their food is made in house, too! Highly recommend the quiche, chocolate cake, muffins and just about everything. Wishing you a peaceful cup of coffee at the Holy Grain.

Yelp
I am a college student who loves to go to the small authentic coffee shops to study and Holy Grain is my favorite! The atmosphere, customer service, and most importantly, the coffee are all amazing! There main menu is full of great options but I love to try their season drinks too. Holy Grain is definitely a must try.
google avatar

Yelp
If you're a coffee snob like me then you know how important it is to have fresh beans to make coffee. This place has it and you can taste it from the first sip to the last. The food is great, the service is stellar but you're here for the coffee. I'm a diehard "cortado" fan and HG never disappoints.

Yelp
Oooooooh...I just found a new "go to" place for coffee! I just found this adorable little place while waiting for an appointment at the nail salon across the street. I had a little over an hour to burn and I'm glad I did here. When I first walked in, I liked it immediately. Although its in a strip mall (kind of), it has its own vibe and is unique and comfortable. It also had a unique menu compared to what you might find at your local Starbucks. With it being the first day of my after Christmas diet, I of course threw that theory out the window when checking out the pastries up front. Oh yes, I must try their Pistachio muffin! I've never had one so that's what I ordered. I also got their Chai Latte (hot). After ordering and paying a great price, (it was $5 and change for both items ... say whaaaat?...I pay that alone for a latte at Starbucks!), I picked my seat at the community table which was big and welcoming. Shortly after, a sweet lady brought the muffin, which she had heated up, and the Chai Latte. Not only that, the muffin was on a real plate with a real fork ... and the latte was in a real mug with a real saucer. It might not be a big deal to others, but it sure was nice not to get coffee in a "to go" cup even when I was drinking it there. It makes a difference. Anywho, the Chai Latte was SO GOOD! It was pretty to look at as well until I started mixing things up with my real spoon! It was so good that I had to remind myself to sip and not gulp because gulping makes it disappear faster. So, I dug into my pistachio muffin because it was pretty too ... and I was no longer on a diet for the day and we know how that goes. The muffin was fresh, moist and tasty but I didn't get a real pistachio flavor. However, when I took a bite of the muffin and then a sip of the Chai Latte immediately after, it was a flavor explosion! Ta da! That was a good combo. Annnnnd finally, I used their restroom twice which was very clean. Also, they had a cute furniture cabinet in there and it was awesome because I could set my purse on it. This is a detail that might not be important to some, but for ladies, its nice not to stretch out your purse handles on a hook or even worse, put it on a dirty floor! So, next time I need my nails done, I'll make some time for Holy Grain .. its not a chain! It will be my new ritual! Treat Yo'Self!

Yelp
First time here ever. We are travelers and this is the fist time we come here. I got the vanilla iced latte and the caramel iced latte. Both of the drink was great! Staff was friendly and nice. The thing i liked most is the interior and the design of this coffee shop. Cute and quite. Great place for study or a coffee date. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Looked for a coffee shop near my boyfriends place to get some work done. Decided to try this place out. Small hipster coffee shop. They have small pastries. I ordered the lavender latte cause I love lavender. It was perfect. Not too sweet. And you can taste the lavender. It is a good place for work. WiFi is good. This will be one of my many go to places for coffee and working.

Phuong N.

Yelp
Nice quiet place to enjoy your breakfast and coffee. The cookie was rather hard and super dry, but maybe it's how it's supposed to be should have been a biscotti :/ I saw a mini sign at the register that shows 4 quiches available. Asked the girl if she recommends spinach or artichoke. She said well we don't have the spinach, so the artichoke. Lol I appreciate the honest answer..
google avatar

Andrea L.

Yelp
This is by far one of the best coffee houses in the area! Their coffee is excellent, their muffins, cakes and pastries are delicious... I especially love the pistachio muffins and lavender frappes! The atmosphere is relaxing but also has a little buzz to it. Jazzy or soft music plays in the background but you can hear the chatter of people having conversations. It may be a great place to work on your Portuguese if you are trying to learn the language as well. And the staff is super friendly... every time you come in you feel like you came to a place that actually wants you here. Do note however that the carrot cake may not be a style you are use to, but it's still delicious, it's just a Brazilian café so it's South American styled carrot cake and I find it to be much sweeter than American styled, but it's so good that you have to try it!!!

Yelp
Great coffee shop with a great local roaster. When I was staying at a nearby hotel, my friend that roasts coffee told me about this place. Honestly pretty great considering Floridas coffee scene isn't very large.

Yelp
I'm always looking for a delicious local coffee shop and I can't believe it took me this long to get around to coming here! The coffee tasted very high quality and I the food and treat options were plentiful. Since I only came for a coffee and quick bite this time I didn't get to try as much as I would've liked but I can't wait to try more of the food options. I got a hazelnut iced latte with almond milk and the coffee to milk to hazelnut ratio was absolutely perfect. I also got the chicken cheese bread (which I ate so fast I forgot to take a picture!) was really delicious and unlike anything I've ever had before! It's small but definitely filling and truly unique. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I stumbled upon this place on accident and I am so happy I did. The vibe inside is relaxing and cute. There is plenty of places to sit and while there is music playing it is definitely quiet enough to get work done. The baristas are kind and make a great latte. I had the white chocolate latte and enjoyed it. It was sweet but not too sweet, just how I like it, which is probably because of the espresso they use. They had Brazilian roast which I hear are very strong. I also had the Brazilian cheese bread which is served with a side of cream cheese and dulce leche. I did not see this on the menu but I had seen it on Yelp so I asked if they had it. Sure enough they did and it was awesome! Definitely try it! They also have plenty of typical cafe choices like croissants, pastries and sandwiches. Another plus, they serve wine and have live music some nights. It is a great neighborhood spot. I will definitely be back if I am in the area.

Yelp
This is a cute place with a lot of options. Coffee was good, food was okay. I enjoy that they add sprouts to their sandwiches. My croissant was a little too crispy and they went light on the tuna for the tuna sandwich I ordered. The atmosphere is friendly, although sparse and odd seating arrangements. The cashier was very accommodating!

Yelp
This is a pretty sweet coffee shop that we found right in the nick of time. I needed some coffee, another in our crew needed the restroom, and we stumbled in here and were satisfied! There's plenty of seating, classic coffee shop decor, and a menu that provides easily identifiable options for a novice coffee drinker or an expert. I got a latte to-go and it came out super quickly, which was nice. It was a good latte, not too much milk, right temperature and everything, but I needed to pair it with something, so I asked the barista again for a recommendation on a pastry. She highly advised that I try the honey cake (which I think, along with many other menu items, is Brazilian inspired?) and it was VERY good--small portion of cinnamon-y cake coated with chocolate but packed with flavor and a honey-like filling. I'm not sure I'll ever be in this area of Orlando again bc to be honest we were kind of lost, but if I am, I'd stop by Holy Grains again for sure!
google avatar

Carolina R.

Yelp
The first sip of my Brazilian Cappuccino was fantastic. My last was even better. Be sure to use a spoon to swirl in that melty chocolate bottom. This hot drink alone would make me come back for more. The place is cute and has a large communal table; great for meeting with a group of family and friends.

Yelp
If you live/are staying in the Metrowest/Universal Orlando area and are looking for a decent cup of joe that isn't from some chain- Go here! This cafe is locally owned and operated and have always been A+ everytime I've gone. The staff/owners are very friendly, the coffee is delicious and right every time (I take my coffee very seriously!) and the prices are good too. SKIP THE STARBUCKS AND GO HERE! They also have food- while I haven't had the chance to try any of it yet, I highly intend to. It always looks/smells great!
