Holy Schnitzel

I am very happy to have found this place. It was saved on my Google Maps as a place to try. Its not full waiter service just so people know and has a great relaxed vibe. Outdoor seating is A+. We ordered Moroccan Beef Cigars, The Holy Tasty, Big Joe Kung Fu “bacon” and Jerusalem Mix. To start off the Cigars are really yummy but definitely pricey and you only receive 4. Our favorite was The Holy Tasty, which comes with Holy Sauce which taste like thousand island. It was a great mixture of sauce to bread to schnitzel ratio. 2nd was the Jerusalem Mix. Lots of meat on it And the schwarma chicken was good and had good flavor. 3rd was the Big Joe. It had a healthy portion of avocado and buffalo sauce. That schnitzel was very good but felt something missing on this sand which. Portion size of the sandwiches was great. The staff convinced us with their dessert selection and they did not disappoint. We had some banana blonde thing and a chocolate mound! Will definitely try this place again.

OMG...unbelievable menu choices and the delivered product is a home run. Staff is great and friendly. This is kosher fare and just superb. Holy Schnitzel is a fast casual concept with indoor/outdoor seating. Try the Loaded Fries...you will thank me for the suggestion. Guacamole comes with fresh made, soft fried tortillas...delicious! And, the signature Holy Toasty with pastrami and corn flakes breaded sauteed chicken breast is off-the-charts. An absolute must go-to whether you eat kosher or otherwise.

Burgers are delicious, GREAT size!! Pulled Brisket over Cajun Fries was delicious. Wife loved the soup. Dessert was great too, 5/5!

DISASTER IN A BAG!!! Don’t ever order hamburger ToGo or Delivery it will look like trash just as you can see in the picture. And the worst part is the way the manager is handling it. Yelling at me on the phone and asking me to come and pick up just part of the order. telling me that the other half of the order I can eat cold. Shame on you “holy schnitzel” very poor management !!!!!!!!!!

Order regular baguette, veggies and shnitzel, of course they had my order wrong and added some ham , beef in the order Talked to YOSEF who said is the manager and no one else to talk to to. Said im sorry nothing i can do I just put it in the garbage and stayed with no food thanks to them , not even willing to send me a replacement of WHAT I ORDERED! Horrible customer service and horrible fries as well, getting wet and cold . Will never do that mistake again and order from them again. Israelis answers that don’t know how to take care of customers. Attached pictures.

I got this yesterday didn’t go crazy on the meal, just plain rice and baby chicken. the best thing ever while it’s plain so I can imagine all the other stuff that I could’ve added 100% recommended. Great service by the two girls yesterday. Will be coming back this week

To the owner of this place, I wanted to share my feedback about my recent experience at your restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed the food. However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Firstly, when I ordered the burger baguette with salad and tomatoes, I was expecting to see larger pieces of veggies. Instead, they were scattered in miniature pieces, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if you could ensure that the vegetables are more prominently displayed in the future. Secondly, I had a negative encounter with one of your waitresses. She was a young blond woman with curly hair. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and made our large party of 10 feel unwelcome. Two members of our group have gluten allergies and had some questions about the menu. Instead of being helpful, the waitress made them feel bad about their dietary restrictions. This made me feel embarrassed because I had suggested your restaurant as a dining option. I believe that her behavior is detrimental to your business. To make matters worse, the waitress also imposed an 18% tip on our bill, which I personally felt she did not deserve. This added to the overall negative experience. In fact, during our next visit, we opted for takeout and ate in the car just to avoid interacting with her again. I hope you take my feedback into consideration and address these issues. I believe that by improving the service and ensuring that all customers feel welcome and respected, you can create a more positive dining experience for everyone. This is the BIG JOE Kung fu sandwhich. This is their "chicken". I received rubber and hard pieces of bacon that chipped the filling in my tooth. Disgusting. Do not eat at this place. I will be sending them my dental bill.

Unfortunately the food was quite lack luster to say the least. I ordered the cigars with Moroccan beef. The beef was extremely dry and tasted old. I realize this dish is probably pre-prepped and "possibly" fried upon order however the meat should not have tasted old. I also ordered the cornflakes schnitzel which had absolutely NO flavor. I could only taste the lettuce onions, pickels, and the old grease it was fried with. Even with the sauces it was inedible. I also had the Jersulem Mix sandwich the steak was dry the pastrami was tasteless the shawarma was ok. In all $40 dollars for 2 half sandwiches and the cigars. Lastly the service was subpar. As it was my first time there I didn't realize they have kiosk to place an order. I am standing at the counter in front of the attendant and had to ask to place an order as she just looking at me. Also as I am waiting for my food which took a while I see 3 chefs in the kitchen but only one is working while the others were talking and texting. I am new the the area and was excited about trying this restaurant but unfortunately I will not be returning.

Overpriced, bad service & not so great food. We ordered the Shwanitzel Wrap & added pickles. We got the order & no pickles were in there even tho we got charged for it, soggy fries, dry meat & lots of fat in it. Sadly this is the time i have tried such a bad tasting shawarma, we paid $18 per wrap which is not even that big VERY overpriced and not up to standard.

I go very often, today ordered a rib eye and it was completely unacceptable, it is very sad since the rest of the food is excellent. They charged the full amount in the check, and the steak was returned untouched very disappointing. Please pay more attention to your customers, you have a great restaurant!!!

What a wonderful place! I order some schnitzel salad and grilled veggies via Uber Eats and it was amazing!! 5 stars!

I was there the other evening. I was very disappointed. I'm glad they are busy, but here were my problems. First, the card reader on the take-out kiosk was not working right. It did print a receipt to pay upfront. It wasn't clear that I had to do that right away, but after a few minutes of waiting I showed it to two staff members and asked what's up. They kept checking the screens for orders but they did not even bother to ask, until 45 minutes later, oh you have to pay. Well, duh. But you saw me standing there at the counter. I must have showed them my receipt at least three times. Finally, they said of you didn't pay. Why couldn't you have told me that before. Of course I have to pay! So I paid. The chicken fingers were so-so. The sauces requested were not was in the bag. The kung fu schnitzel was terrible. Very dry and no flavor, despite being ordered with tomato, pickles, and sauteed onions. There are so many grill places in south Florida that are kosher. You have options. If you're up north, the original in Staten Island, NY and the new one in Roseland/Livingston, NJ are far superior. Do better.

Honestly I have no idea how this restaurant is not consistently 4 or 5 stars! We had the pulled fries with brisket and it was tasting gourmet. We also ordered a holy toasty and holy schnitzel baguette. The customer service was absolutely five stars, the atmosphere was fun and the branding made me feel normal even though I keep kosher. Better than normal, I felt holy eating such delicious and fun food! To management, we schlepped from Davie/Hollywood... we need you guys out west too! Please consider taking over the HBK location so the community has a burger joint to celebrate For any low star rating, I have to wonder if the customer was unfamiliar with kashrut. This spot is a must try !

I would recommend this place to all my friends. GREAT service! Food is delicious with large portions, and served fast. Can sit both inside or outside.

The size of the schnitzel was huge. Taste better than publix chicken sandwich. A little dry but you get to add sauce which help.

I was so excited to check out the newest Kosher restaurant in town, Holy Schnitzel, and it did not disappoint! Service was fast and friendly, the place was jam packed on a Thursday lunch time and the food was generally delicious. Only thing I would say would be to make the schnitzel thicker! There wasn't so much actual meat in it. We did, however, try the crispy fries topped with juicy pulled barbecue brisket and a drizzle of jalapeño mayo and they were absolute perfection! Completely delicious and moreish - I'm already craving to go back and have them again! Lastly, we tried the sticky barbecue chicken fingers which were very yum, if slightly luke warm when they came out of the kitchen. All of these small issues are definitely teething issues however, and I can't wait to see what the net months have in store for this place!

An awesome find! Really delicious food. Limited seating. Mostly take out. Cannot wait to go back and try other things. Zero atmosphere. Kosher.

Really great food, the employees are super nice, they answered all my questions. The thing I love the most was those loaded brisket fries just woah . So if I could I would rate that food alone 12/10

The worst sandwiches I have ever ate Dry baguette meat was dried too looks like from last week same with the schnitzel you need more than bucket of sauces to make it edible and to add that we also ordered truffle fries and got regular An embarrassment for a kosher restaurant

We sat down and ordered hamburgers and fries, the burgers are cooked well and the french fries are great. The food was a little bit salty to my liking but super tasty, I would highly recommend the spot as a good kosher restaurant locally, I also love how they are open late most days of the week.

Great food love the chicken tenders! Delicious Buffalo sesame tenders especially. The shwatzel sandwich is my go to favorite item on the menu. The fries with brisket are delicious aswell.

Yelp claims businesses are tying there best to accommodate during this "pandemic" but received a handful of chicken poppers , spoke to edward the "store owner " and they tried dismissing us messed up 3 sandwiches and sauces and disregarded our description added to each specific sandwhich wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

Holy Schnitzel? More like Holy Shitzel. We came here for dinner last night because we love a good schnitzel. Ohhhh, the irony is THICK, friends, because this place sucks. Before our food even came out, the highest rating we could conceive of giving this place was three stars, but after the food it was easy to settle on two. First, staff: they are curt and rude. Let's do a refresh on how the economics work here: We pay you something called MONEY and in turn you show us courtesy and respect. It's not rocket science! Aaaaannnnd they love to take their masks off right in front of their customers and even keep them off when customers are in the restaurant. Also, if you want some water with your meal? Well, please go help yourself to some from the sink--THE SINK--that is right outside of their bathrooms! Just...what?!? Let's talk about the aggressively mediocre food now. The fries were short and bland; the mushroom barley "soup" was a bowl of mush; and the Israeli salad seemed to be made with lime juice (???). And the schnitzel? We ordered the "Holy Toasty" sandwich and LOL it had, like, one thin slice of pastrami on it and the schnitzel could barely be tasted since the whole thing was drowning in mustard sauce. At least our daughter was happy with her hot dog. Anyway, this place is horrific both in terms of food and service. You'll get a much better schnitzel at Hummus Achla.

Love schnitzel and tried this place. I tried the schnitzel with pastrami sandwich and Was not disappointed . It was a large portion and the best schnitzel sandwich I have had I will go back on a regular basis. It's also open late so I do not have to rush to get there

The manager is a nasty woman. If you read the other reviews you will see we are not the only one to have a problem with her. The burger was completely raw and manager did nothing to help at all. I feel sick from eating the food here. Do not recommend this place at all

We just placed a delivery order for a Shabbat meal and we ordered two platters and one order of hummus and we got one piece of pita one piece of pita people for the whole order. When I called to ask why we didn't get more pita he said you get 2 side dishes but no pita only one pita for the large hummus. I just want everybody to be aware of this because I would've never ordered from there knowing that and make sure you have something to eat this meal with. all the places that I've been to always give you one or two pita per platter and two pieces of pizza for the large hummus. you can't eat hummus with a spoon lol need freakin pita bread!!! As a sidenote I would stay away from the grilled eggplant it's dry and I put a picture so you know.

Food was tasty totally unexpected Kosher fast food, ok not so really fast it does take a while but oh so good. A bit pricy for a sandwich but its delicious.

Worst place to go to eat !! Those people don't know how to talk with the customers and not deserve customers that come and spend money in that place. About the food..nice not more than that. Don't spend you time go to different places and enjoy Instead to go there and get this bad attitude from employees or the owner

Just left Holy Schnitzel on Biscayne in Miami Beach. Food was below average, service was terrible. The servers are young, unprofessional, eating fries while Holy Toastyserving customers, had to look for our server to get the bill. They had the audacity to charge 18% service charge when server was nowhere to be found and only came over once to ask if we need anything. Big waste of money AND NOT WORTH HARD EARNED MONEY!! Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

I've been eating at this place occasionally since it opened and I was impressed by the food at that time. But quality and value has gone down hill of late. To give you an example, my wife and I just got back from dinner there. She ordered a salad with grilled chicken. The chicken in the salad was over cooked and inedible. We brought this to the attention of the polite kid working the counter who showed it to the cook. The cook grabbed another handful of equally over cooked chicken bits and dumped it into my wife's salad bowl on top of the first batch of inedible chicken. My wife eventually fished out the chicken bits and ate the salad. My chicken platter was also underwhelming. When I remember how much food I received on a platter a year ago, tonight's serving was a bit ridiculous for the price. Based on recent reviews, I'm apparently not the only one experiencing poor quality food delivery and inconsistency. Regrettably, we won't be back until we see evidence of improvement. Absent that I doubt they'll be around much longer.

The chicken pops had chicken with lot of fat. I also order a wrap with fried chicken, I did not taste the chicken. I used to oder to the one in Brooklyn never get disappointed. Its the second time that I order and I don't think I will try one more time. No quality food. Even the wrap taste bad.

Great food and good customer service, I give this place a solid 8.7 out of 10. It can be a bit pricey due to the fact that it's kosher.

Amazing new addition to Aventura's dinning scene. Restaurant is small but well appointed and illuminated. The menu is very extensive and imaginative, the few options my family and I tried were really good. We ordered Schnitzel with different variations of breading, in different types of bread and with different types of toppings and sauces. They were all crispy and juicy and well presented. We even tried a sweet and sour type of chicken that was grilled and not fried and it was superb. Everything is made to order and super fresh. Service was swift and attentive. We will be back for sure...

Beautiful place! We came in starving and left stuffed!!! Employees were great and made great conversation. The place was super clean and sanitized! Would definitely recommend.

Not holy shnitzel, more like holy hell. Was extremely busy, dirty and messy. They couldn't keep up with orders and put a 13 year old behind the counter (is that even legal?). He lost my order then when I approached the owner about it the little kid lied and said he never served me. I was asked to show a receipt which was never printer for Me. After showing the owner my bank statement he put in the order for me. Can't really comment about the food since I was just too upset to even really care at that point. Never had such a poor experience anywhere. Update: the guy who comments on these posts sent me a personal message asking for my phone to be contacted. Never got contacted and now he claims the owner has talked to me at the restaurant which is yet another lie. Never heard any apologies, never offered any remedy. Question: is it kosher to lie so much?

Disgusting. Their burger is not pure 100% beef, it looks very suspect. Lowest quality of food. Should have their kosher certificate revoked. Salad had freezer taste and lettuce was old , turning color, why would you send this garbage to me. Notice how business response is the same over and over again. Management please don't contact me unless you want to send me my money back in full , cash because you don't deserve second chance.

Worst experience & customer service save your money while you can! Who knew a create your own salad meant that they would include toppings to it! I'm highly allergic to tomatoes and didn't include that in my salad not only did they add that to my salad but also sundried tomatoes (I didn't even ask for tomatoes let alone sun) but when I called for a refund they said I can't have one and would have to pay only for the meat on the salad. They also offered store credit but due to allergies I can't have many things on there menu which is why I got a create your own salad (but they got that wrong too) These people do not take allergies or cross contamination into account and are extremely rude when you call stay

If I had the option to give them 1/2 a star I will do it we waited over an hr for a burger !! and when we want to cancel they said that they will not refund our money. furthermore the food is bellow average if you have time to waste please order but don't forget that the food is below average

I love the holy schnitzels and they have the same menu in all of the stores so I was so happy to find out about this one that opened here We went for dinner and the sandwiches definitely neesome improving. There was barely any meat/condiments it wasn't toasted enough and they forgot to put the dressing I asked for.

If I can give -5 stars I would. I ordered a sandwich specifically with no tomatoes. I can't eat tomatoes and I told them that. We live 45 min away and by the time we got home and opened it we saw it had tomatoes and it was so gross and soggy. I called to get a refund and the owner/manager REFUSED to take responsibility or refund me for a mistake that THEY made. She even wanted us to BRING IT BACK!! Meshugana! She was so rude and despicable to us on the phone. Cheaply made food by cheap people. #DISASTER

The absolute worst falafel I've ever had. Dry, burnt balls, a little hummus and a few shreds of lettuce and tomato on a burnt wrap. Waited patiently for about 30 mins for one sandwich, as they were busy, but was super disappointed. I was starving so I managed to eat half by drowning it in my own ranch. The other half is in the trash. There's too many restaurants in the area to give this place another try. Take your money elsewhere. And yes they have their masks off while working. I'm not a huge ronaphobe but it's food service so they should be complying.

I wasn't sure about trying this place due some bad reviews, however I ordered yesterday from Ubereats and it was great! I ordered 1 schnitzel wrap and 1 steak sandwich, both items were delicious with plenty of meats and veggies, the taste was very good and fresh. I hope you guys keep doing a job and get better reviews from now on.. (and keep putting plenty fillings in the sandwiches etc).

Great kosher fast food great decor the food very tasty portion are very large the chicken very tender the service was top notch would recommend to any one they open late to

Just had the WORST POSSIBLE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE and want to warn EVERYONE to avoid this horribly managed franchise location. We ordered our dinner via Uber EatS. It arrived 20 minutes late, (the driver told us he had to wait 20 mins for the food), it was missing the fries and the schnitzel was ice cold and burnt beyond recognition. When we called the restaurant to complain the manager said there was nothing he could do and we need to go through Uber Eats. I'm done with this restaurant.

I done can't believe dis. Firsoff ta start da night dee fools gomai boys order wrong and den snatched my mans plate away agresively. As I wate fo my order day slam da shi onda table and da waitress proceed to say ma name annoying. like wha? how you gon call ma name annoying? das my name! and doneven geme started onda facct dat dey put all da engredients of ma sanwich onda ouside. hada shove dat shi in maself. honesly terrible esperience. wouldn't recomend.

I was very disappointed that I walked in no one at the counter to greet me. I stood there for a good 5 min watching the cook make someone sandwich while stuffing his face with his fingers of food. Like hello we're in a pandemic. Also we added fries which was a dollar charge and they were old as hell. Sorry but almost $40 for 2 sandwiches that were mediocre. Sorry not sorry. Got to do better

$15.99 for truffle oil fries! Holy schnitz falafel sandwich on pita was fairly priced and good but I almost fainted at the price of the fries. I won't go back

Great variety of chicken sandwiches with various breadings and all cooked crispy and well. If u are looking for kosher and well prepared with good value qty then this is a solid choice.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT visit this place. Waste of money!! I ordered a schnitzel sandwich for $17.99 and received a completely different order. I went up to the counter and told the guy working behind the counter (without a mask) and he literally yelled at me telling me that this indeed is what i ordered. Very calmly i told him I'm sorry but i know what i ordered and this is completely different. He rudely dismissed me and then the manager told him to remake my sandwich. The sandwich he made was inedible. He literally threw together something i didn't even order AGAIN! My friend told the manager this and he did NOTHING again!horrible customer service!!! And for almost $20?! This place will shut down soon if this is how they keep treating their customers. And the food is absolutely disgusting.
