To the owner of this place,
I wanted to share my feedback about my recent experience at your restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed the food. However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement.
Firstly, when I ordered the burger baguette with salad and tomatoes, I was expecting to see larger pieces of veggies. Instead, they were scattered in miniature pieces, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if you could ensure that the vegetables are more prominently displayed in the future.
Secondly, I had a negative encounter with one of your waitresses. She was a young blond woman with curly hair. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and made our large party of 10 feel unwelcome. Two members of our group have gluten allergies and had some questions about the menu. Instead of being helpful, the waitress made them feel bad about their dietary restrictions. This made me feel embarrassed because I had suggested your restaurant as a dining option. I believe that her behavior is detrimental to your business.
To make matters worse, the waitress also imposed an 18% tip on our bill, which I personally felt she did not deserve. This added to the overall negative experience. In fact, during our next visit, we opted for takeout and ate in the car just to avoid interacting with her again.
I hope you take my feedback into consideration and address these issues. I believe that by improving the service and ensuring that all customers feel welcome and respected, you can create a more positive dining experience for everyone.
