The church has an excellent display of icons and frescoes. Admission to the museum also allows the into the second level of the church and the babistery which are well worth the 3€ charge.

The Church of 100 Doors (Panagia Ekatontapiliani) is an absolute must-see when visiting Paros. It’s a stunning and historic site with a calm and spiritual atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and take it all in. The architecture is beautiful, and it’s fascinating to wander around and discover the different chapels and details within the complex. As someone who isn’t religious, I still found it truly fascinating to see how much significance the locals give to the church and its traditions. Watching the deep respect and devotion was in itself a unique experience. Even if you’re not particularly religious, the sense of history and tranquility makes it worth a visit. This said however, it is not something far of special from other churches.

The Holy Shrine of the Virgin Mary was beautiful!! AKA- Church of 100 doors. Always be respectful when visiting, they have a limited number of wraps for women for cover ups and they ask for quiet. Really worth it as it is so close to the port. Like all of the churches, there are candles for you to light with a donation to help support the Shrine. We were there mid May and it was not crazy busy. Very beautiful, no charge to enter as well.

A wonderful church with an ancient history. Well worth the time to visit along with the museum.

Only 3 Euro gives you access to the museum and additional areas of the cathedral. Don't forget to look up as you wander or you will miss many frescoes.

This Greek Orthodox Church is NOT just a Church, but a complex.Very beautiful and a lot to see! This church is also known as 'The Church of 100 Doors', and it does have a lot of doors- but definitely not 100 :). Constructed in the 4th Century, it is widely reported to be the best preserved churches in Greece. I asked a church employee about the meaning of the name 'The Church of 100 Doors', and she said that most of the rumors allude to a tragedy that happened when the church was built. This only makes the church MORE mysterious and interesting. An absolute 💯 must do while in Paros. One Tip: The Church insists on 'Modest' attire to visit. During our tiue, they asked two visitors to wrap a scarf around their waist because they were wearing shorts ( See attached photo of scarfs provided by church)

What an amazing place. Beautiful architecture and if you get to see any ceremony it will be an amazing experience. Amazing religious art and a nice shop if you want to buy some incense and other religious items.
