Home Team never fails to exceed expectations! We had a group of about a dozen hungry men and it was 15 minutes before the kitchen closed...yet, we were seated, served, fed, and well taken care of by the entire staff. The food was quick, fresh, and tasty. The drinks were cold, wet, and fast. The server was polite, accommodating, and efficient. Overall, a great experience. And we come in as a group 4-5 times a year. So, they have solidified our patronage going forward. Well done!

If you’re craving some good BBQ, this place really hits the spot! The food was absolutely delicious—smoky, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portions are generous, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. On top of that, the service was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Great food, great service, and you walk out completely satisfied—highly recommend!

Always amazing, killer fried ribs and fried Mac and cheese never miss. I usually get the nachos and they have never disappointed me but today I got a pork sandwich on special and it was top notch. I have been coming here to see Anna for years, she designs literally the best cocktails in this town but today she wasn't working and my waitress was Lucy and she was so fun while also being effective and adorable. I love coming to this place I hope it stays open 100 years

Google
Coming here to watch college football is actually a top 5 event in Charleston (just beware because you might not remember leaving)!! Took all my friends here on my birthday and had an absolute BLAST. the food is always amazing- especially the wings with Alabama white sauce and the loaded tater tots. And the pulled pork!! Be careful with game changers 😅. Don’t forget to hydrate. Also so dog friendly which is such a plus. I met the cutest little puppies. Only downside is sometimes I gets so busy so you have to wait in line to get in but that’s typical anywhere

Loved it!!! It's hard to go to a BBQ place when you can't eat pork and beef, but your husband loves it...so you go. We tried Home Team for the first time, and they have won themselves two new customers for life! Smoked CHICKEN WINGS (would make a meal for me), a salad I can look forward to (NOT a "we're a BBQ place, you want a salad here's a wimpy bowl of lettuce" it's a really good salad)! (Note: I would like some diced chicken for the salad, I can't eat that huge salad AND a quarter chicken add on, but a bit of diced would be awesome). I'm not a turkey fan, but it's there for the fans. My husband was very happy with his hash/rice and chicken wings. So many good things on the menu to try, we didn't come hungry enough. Next time. Y'all, go hungry!!

So good! Wish it was closer to us so we could enjoy it every day! Best around!

Google
Customer Service 10/10: I went in today to pick up an office lunch I ordered and I have to shout out LeighAnn who was AMAZING!!!! She treated my pick up experience as if i was eating in. She was super attentive and pleasant! Food 8.5/10 I had the Mac n Cheese balls, baked beans, and turkey sandwich (burger style). The food was overall good Atmosphere 9/10: The lunch rush was busy, but the servers were attentive and pleasant! Great vibe for lunch. Overall 9/10:

Google
There is a way to be fast efficient straight to the point while still providing stellar service. I am so pleased to have visited this place. While i had the late night menu, the pulled pork sandwich was AMAZING, frozen game changer was delightful, refreshing, and just the right amount of punch. My servers/bartenders were Jay and Dave and I cannot be more thankful for their level of professionalism, swift hands and feet, their constant check ins without being overbearing, and their wonderful smiles. I wish I lived here. I'd be a regular 🤣

Yelp
Our server Amelia gave us some of the best service we have had in a while! Very talkative and sweet, even though it's very late on a Sunday night. She was extremely accommodating and kind and very on top of things. Highly recommend that you ask for her next time you come in! Thank you so much Amelia the food and service was amazing!

Yelp
This is the best barbecue all time, I had the tray both times, and so worth it, I have travelled more of the country and this barbecue tops anything I have eaten, truly perfect barbecue.

Yelp
Had a wonderful experience at Home Team. Amazing barbecue and the service by Heather was phenomenal, we will be back solely for her (and the chopped brisket). It was the perfect way to spend my birthday! Thanks for the fun convo and great service Heather!

Yelp
This is very Charleston. Good mouth-watering and comforting BBQ, spacious indoor and outdoor seating with a long open bar area and a great spot for a number of local downtown businesses within walking distance. Whether you want to catch a game, go on a share, have a business lunch or host a small group event, Home Team can meet those needs. It's a good spot.

Yelp
We've been to every Home Team multiple times; Sullivan's is definitely our fave. We're writing this review to compliment the downtown (adjacent) Williman HT on their private party spread. Our company reserved the patio area for our event and provided a pulled pork taco bar, loaded pork sliders (dynamite flavors), crispy tots, and smoked wings. We LOVE HT's wings with Tabasco and the white barbecue sauce. Every station had food in it for a two solid hours. Service was peppy, helpful, and even had time to make small talk with us. Drinks were out quick, which is great considering the warmer temperature and most drinks were frozen. We tried the Game Changer which (yes) was sweet, delicious, and well mixed. One Game Changer is enough, so we switched gears to something less sweet with club soda. HT's bar area is huge, inviting, and every seat looks like it's a great place to watch a/the game. We look forward to our next HT run, smoked wings, and three meat combo platter!

Yelp
I came here with a large group of coworkers and sat out back in the covered patio so we could accommodate the large group. We all waited for my wife and family to come in but ordered some appetizers for the table and a round of drinks. Service was great and the food was delicious. The drinks were also very good! They have several cocktails, beers and wines. There's even a couple of frozen drinks to choose from. If it weren't so cold, I would have enjoyed the Gamechanger but the same that the server brought out gave me a brain freeze so I opted for something else. It would definitely have been refreshing on a hot southern day though! For my meal, I chose the chopped brisket because they were out of the regular brisket but it was still very good. The roll that came with it was also very good; it was a nice sweet roll to complement the well seasoned pork. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for some grub and some libations to wash it down!

Yelp
Last night I met a large party for dinner. We were seated in the covered (and closed in patio) out back and the temperature was perfect. Our server was great and the food/drinks came out quickly. Unfortunately some of the people that ordered didn't quite get what they wanted because the brisket was out, then one person had to switch from the chopped brisket because there was only enough for X amount of dishes. It wasn't a biggie though so when the manager came out to apologize, someone gladly switched. Being vegan, as other reviews mentioned, there isn't much to choose from. You have the Green Salad, or, well, the Green Salad add Black Beans lol. Most of the sides are made with pork and our server made sure we were aware that the tater tots are cooked in a shared fryer. It was nice that she added the option for black beans to my salad because it was very plain. Spicy as heck, but literally just spring mix, some shaved something or other and fresh jalapeños with wayyyyy too much dressing and a side of garlic toast (which I'm assuming isn't vegan considering butter and possibly a cheese topping). So, needless to say, I didn't eat much and left quite hungry but still had a great time. Afterall, you don't go to a Southern BBQ joint for the vegan options lol

Yelp
Love their outside space at this location! Under the trees with big fans blowing and lots of picnic tables. Their drink selection is big and cocktails are solid. The tater tots were crispy. Service was fairly quick but they didn't have a ton of customers the night we went. Staff were quick and friendly.
google avatar

Yelp
Home Team is just a staple for a fun time. We were for a Sunday afternoon to watch football and hangout with our large group. There was plenty of space to sit outside while we waited for our table - when you sign up they text you when your table is ready which is nice! You can order drinks at the bar and enjoy while you wait as well. They have plenty of TVs around to watch all the NFL games. I wasn't drinking for this visit, but the frozen Irish coffee and game changers are always a hit. I did appreciate they had several NA options, I enjoyed an Athletic Brewing Hazy IPA. The food is good as well, delicious bbq and the appetizers are always are go to!

Yelp
This was our second time at Home Team BBQ and we brought family this time. Our experience was short of amazing once more. We ordered The Board which is Family Style and feeds 4-6 people. We had 5 in our group and ordered a full set of chicken wings and added brisket and were more than satisfied. If I dare say that those were the beta chicken wings I have ever had... Service was great as well. We felt taken care of and were promptly served upon arrival. If you are visiting Charleston, this has to be a spot in your itinerary to try if you want to enjoy the southern cuisine. I will be coming back for sure!

Yelp
I've been to their Aspen location a lot and this is my first time at the Charleston location. It's the same menu and thankfully the same amazing taste! The meat here is PERFECT and the 6 different sauces are great. The location is big and was still packed with a line out the door on a Saturday night. If you want great BBQ definitely come here. Also the fried ribs with Alabama white sauce is a MUST!

Yelp
Came back for our second trip to Home Team Charleston and sat on the porch. Very comfy for my family of four with big fans going, even in the heat. A nice view of the patio outside under the trees. Our waitress didn't know much about the alcoholic menu (but was willing to ask the bartender, so I deducted no stars). We both ended up with different brews from across the street at Edmonds Oast. Two thumbs up. She knew plenty about the food and at her reco we tried the nachos with brisket and queso and the pulled pork sammie with some coleslaw and cucumber & tomato salad. All things and sauces were delish. 10/10. We are stuffed. Kiddos had PB&Js and loved them. It made me stop and wonder why more restaurants don't serve them? Very smart. We'll be back for round three.

Yelp
Delicious! We were seated instantly (2 people) and service was quick. We got brisket, sausage, wings, Mac and cheese, greens, sangria and fried Mac and cheese. Everything tasted good, the place was clean and had some good music playing.
google avatar

Yelp
Home team.. The best place this side of Charleston to watch your HOME TEAM play...regardless of the sport. Great food. Fun times. And staff playing along with the joke of giving them a hard time. But hey its all in fun. My favorite part? There's a club rewards system: $10 per every 100pts. Ps the pic you see attached.. Oh that's just their succulent fall off the bone fried ribs appetizer...I dare you to try it.

Yelp
Went on a weekend and the it was pretty busy. The wait time was 30-45 minutes for 2 people. First time eating here and the food was great. The Brisket was a little on the fatty side but other than that everything was delicious. The atmosphere was great. We sat outside next to a warmer which was needed. It was a little chilly out. We definitely enjoyed everything.

Amanda C.

Yelp
Delicious! Try the Sweet Red BBQ sauce and mustard! Bought the dry rub because it was yummy!
google avatar

Tammy F.

Yelp
Delicious Lunch today. Recommend this place if you're hungry all the sauces are yummy besides are fresh and the meat taste the best! Staff is very friendly and helpful.
google avatar

Patricia C.

Yelp
There's not much I love more than Home Team wings, tots, and game changers! The best wings in town, the dry rub is amazing and pairs perfectly with the Alabama white sauce. And for the tots, just order an extra sauce upfront A must for anyone visiting Charleston! The staff is always friendly and ready to help. There are 3 locations in Charleston and all of them have their quirks, the downtown location is my favorite for sure!

Yelp
Food was descent but service was incredibly awful!! One of the employees walked by and literally yelled in my ear so she could get to her table in a very unprofessional way. Wouldn't go again

Yelp
We visited on New Year's Day. I got some of everything, and everything was good. We will go back again next time we are in town.

Yelp
I don't know where to begin. This bbq was amazing, no other words are needed. Fried Ribs: The death relish is actually very spicy by itself (hence the name). Tip: save some of this relish to put it on top of your mac and cheese and brisket because it is also a great combo. The Alabama white sauce had a nice bbq taste to it, and I wished I had more. It went really well with the cajun seasoning of the ribs. Brisket Platter: The meat melts as soon as it enters your mouth. There are 6 sauce choices, and I recommend trying a piece with each and picking your top 3 favorites for the rest of your meat. Complaints: None. If you get there before 6pm on a Saturday, you will not have to wait. Overall, 9.1 out of 10.
google avatar

Erin K.

Yelp
The fried ribs were amazing. The service was incredible. The vibe was right. It was a great experience for my group and me.
google avatar

Kyle M.

Yelp
I got the brisket sandwich and it was great. The variety of sauces they had were very good as well. We both tried one of their local beers and they were both okay. The service was fast and friendly. It was busy, but there was no wait and it didn't slow down the service at all. Ambiance was good. Pretty much what you'd expect for a barbecue joint.
google avatar

Melissa F.

Yelp
Had such a fun time at Home Team. We came on a Saturday night with football so It was a bit of a zoo, but great energy. We had a party of 7, so It was about a 90 min wait. We went next door to Lewis BBQ to have a few beers while we waited. Once we sat down, service was great. Waitress was super responsive and food was pretty quick. The wings were absolutely phenomenal and I cannot recommend enough. The rest of us got sandwich's and burgers which were great too, but we all couldn't get over how great the wings were. Definitely loud and lively on game day so keep in mind depending on the vibe you're going for
google avatar

Yelp
If I'm in the south I have to try plenty of bbq, and a bartender told me to try this joint! We wanted to hit multiple local places so my bride and I split a 2 meat plate, and opted for the jalapeño sausage and pulled pork. The sausage was crispy but could have been a bit more spicy. The pulled pork was perfectly cooked and seasoned...barely needed the sauce(which we liked anyway!) for sides we chose the baked beans (Tangy and rich goodness) and the Mac & cheese(fell a bit flat but really creamy) and of course the sweet tea was refreshing! Ambiance is back woods picnic, service felt a bit rushed, and prices are in line with expectation. Loved the food and drink, and if we are back in town we will definitely stop in..this joint makes the list!
google avatar

Yelp
Food was great! Service was good and atmosphere was on point! Oh my goodness, these nachos were the bomb! So delicious and southern! It was an appetizer that I had as a meal and thank goodness because they are huge!! Made with: Three House Made Salsas | Sharp Cheddar | Monterey Jack |Pickled Oinions | Crema | Guacamole | Chimichurri | BBQ Tortilla Chips and queso
google avatar

Yelp
Great for a quick late night bite! Their after hours menu between 10 and 12 at the downtown location was perfect for just a quick something after a festival. The mac and cheese was ooey gooey delicious! And the pulled pork was fabulous. I recently found their hot barbecue sauce is one of my new favorites in the Charleston area. Will be back again soon for another late night bite!

Travis G.

Yelp
Skinny: The home team is a great place to enjoy some BBQ and a great place to enjoy some time with family and friends, unlike other restaurants. The Home Team, like I said, is always consistent making every meal with care. The food comes out fast and isn't much of a wait even though there are loads of drunk college students. There is a large variety of food with side salads and fries. Their food isn't greasy or flavorless. The food is smoky and tasty. located about 8 minutes from the College of charleston this place is convenient and the food was great! If you take a visit to Charleston I would 10/10 recommend I walk up to the entrance of Home Team BBQ and it is jam-packed with people the bartenders are going to work constantly serving drinks there is loud music and the interior design is like your basic bar a bunch of stools pushing up against the bar and some booths in the back the entrance opens right up to where everyone is sitting down chatting with their friends and family. I was going there for the first time with my family and some of my parent's college friends. We walked in and requested an outside bench and the waiter was polite and directed us to a wooden bench with an umbrella hovering over it. The outside was laid down with some pebbles and was also very populated, more college students were outside watching on the ginormous TVs playing the March Madness games once we sat and took a look at the menu our waiter came over to us after a couple of minutes to bring some waters, she asked if anyone wanted anything to drink and my eye caught the arnold palmer a sweet tea with some lemonade. Once we got settled and I took a look at the menu there was a wide variety of meats like sirloin BBQ nachos, slider ribs, etc... The rings caught my eye and my parents' friends said they were known for them. After some deciding I chose to get 6 dry rub wings with some celery and carrots on the side. Once the waiter returned with my wings and the Arnold Palmer I got to digging in. The wings were smooth and smoky with the meat sliding off the bone; the blackened crust paired great with their homemade ranch. My brother got a rack of ribs, they were soft and saucy and before you could pick it up the meat was already sliding off the bone. Home Team, a restaurant known for their meat has some regularly priced meals and is a great place to visit if you are in Charleston all of their food is cooked especially for you they are constantly gaining customers for their service and great atmosphere even though some of the bigger meals can almost reach the twenties for a barbeque like this its worth it. Overall the inside and out were great, the design of the whole restaurant was awesome, and is a great place to go with family and friends. The waiters were polite and accustomed to your order. The sanitation was great. They were cleaning down tables. There was no trash just lying around and they kept it spotless. the cups were metal and the plates were white glass everything about it was chic and fancy.

Yelp
Got to go!!! All the CHS locals go and excellent pulled pork and any bbq really. Great cornbread and people watching sometimes cast of Southern Charm might stop in!!
google avatar

Katharine M.

Yelp
This review might be biased, because I LOVE Home Team. I have never had a bad dish, drink, or experience. I love the big outdoor space and there is a great stage for live music. The food is great. This time we just came for apps. The rub on the wings is unique and packed with flavor. Make sure to try every sauce! The tater tots were fried to perfection and the aioli was a nice addition. Don't forget to get a large game changer!

Yelp
Fiery Ron's Home Team BBQ is a small chain of craft barbecue restaurants that opened in Charleston, South Carolina in 2006. It was founded by chef Aaron Siegel and his business partners Taylor Garrigan, Tony McKie and Madison Ruckel. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Siegel attended the Culinary Institute of America. He then worked worked in high-end restaurants in Atlanta, Georgia and Aspen, Colorado before settling in Charleston. He soon became intrigued by barbecue and Southern cuisine. The first Home Team BBQ location opened in a converted gas station in the West Ashley section of Charleston. Following the success of the flagship location, additional locations would follow in Downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island, Greenville, Columbia, and Aspen, Colorado. A seventh location will soon be opening in Mount Pleasant. Siegel's mission is to create a fusion of fundamentals and traditional processes with the slow-cooked meats and comfort food of the South. My family and I visited Home Team's Downtown Charleston location while we were on an East Coast Road Trip. We were visiting our cousins who live nearby in Summerville (right outside of Charleston). One day they brought us there for lunch. When our server heard that we were visiting, she informed us that they were most well-known for their Smoked Chicken Wings and their BBQ Nachos. My wife and I decided to order both and share them. The wings had an excellent dry rub and came with some Alabama White Sauce for dipping. They were so flavorful! The nachos came with Pulled Pork, three house made salsas, sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, pickled jalapeños, crema, guacamole and chimichurri. They were some of the best nachos we ever tasted! To drink, I ordered a draught pour of Commonhouse Alework's "Looking East" IPA. It was nice and refreshing! Our cousins ordered Carnitas Tacos with Coleslaw. Overall, we had a great experience at Home Team BBQ and would love to return on a future trip. Next time I want to try some brisket!

Yelp
Very fun game day atmosphere and always packed on Saturday's. My two favorite things here are the Tator tots and the gamechanger frozen drink. Both are absolutely delicious! The sauce that comes with the tots is to die for and the tots have always been perfectly crispy and delicious! I hear mixed reviews about everything else but 12/10 tots!

Yelp
So I'm scrolling instagram and day after day I keep seeing these amazing food photos of the daily specials at Home Team. That's when I think to myself... when did I stop going to Home Team? I never had any issue with them, but I always think of bbq as being so heavy and I try not to have it so often. Plus with new bbq restaurants opening all the time, it's hard to give them all the love they deserve. My most recent visit was for pickup over the pandemic and I had never even been to the downtown location! Fast forward a week or two later and I again see this ham and cheese sandwich special on the 'gram and said I have to go get that... TODAY! I got in the car with a friend and headed downtown. It was busy and there was a wait, but nothing a couple beverages couldn't handle. I got the Frozen Irish Coffee and she got the Game Changer (which she'd never had). We planned on getting smalls, but when I saw the price difference, I said we might as well get a large for the wait. Now the initial sticker shock might alarm you when you order two drinks and you spend about thirty five bucks (after tax/tip), but I can assure you they are loaded with booze. My friend who is kinda a lightweight was feeling pretty good only half way through her drink. Be careful with these. Now normally a ham and cheese sandwich isn't going to motivate me to go anywhere except the deli drawer in my fridge for a lame afternoon sandwich, but this is no cafeteria special. They're serving up hot house cured and smoked ham with a Cheerwine glaze. Then they smother it in smoked gouda queso, some fancy mustard, and serve it on a King's Hawaiian bun. I got mine with a side of tots and I can easily say this was the best ham and cheese sandwich I've ever had. If you see this on the daily specials you need to act fast and go get one immediately. We were starving and a little boozed up by the time we got a table (I'm sure this is part of their strategy), so naturally we started with an order of baked queso. I love queso any day of the week, but if you're going to add chorizo, corn, peppers, and bake the whole thing, there is no way I can resist. It comes served in it's own cast iron skillet so while you might mistake it for your personal entree, you're definitely gonna want to share this app. After looking at the menu, there's so many things I want to come back for and not all of them need to be a coma inducing bbq platter. I'm looking forward to making this a regular in my restaurant-rotation and keeping an eye on the specials because they all look phenomenal... yes, I'm looking at you pastrami burnt ends!

Jessica I.

Yelp
I love good bbq and I don't think Home Team BBQ disappoints. I was in Charleston this week for work and ordered take out one night. I got the pork rinds with pimento cheese; sliced brisket and a jalapeño cheddar sausage with the mustard sauce. Neither meat needed sauce due to their flavor alone. I believe evidence of a good brisket is being able to eat it without having to add sauce. It was moist and flavorful with a good crust. The sausage had a kick to it but wasn't too hot. I also love the pork rinds which come out hot and pair well with pimento cheese. I have ate at Home Team in the past and the atmosphere is casual with great decor inside. There's a nice selection of indoor and outdoor seating. I like the rustic vibe of the interior design.

Yelp
Home team has the best pulled pork in Charleston! I also love their tater tots!! Everything is excellent though including the brisket, Mac and cheese, beans and coleslaw. For drinks I really enjoyed the game changer and they have plenty of local beers to choose from I think service was great - there's indoor, outdoor and bar seating. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

Mary B.

Yelp
The food was absolutely delicious! The barbecue was Ah-mazing with a variety of sauces. The service was attentive to our presenting needs and the servers were friendly. A big fan of the Tator Tots! ;) Also, the staff helped find a perfect option when one of the sides was missing. The space was open with indoor and outdoor seating!

Yelp
The line to Lewis BBQ was way to long so we decided to eat at Home Team BBQ. It was definitely not disappointing. The briskets, ribs and wings were delicious. Check this place out. The staff is really nice and the bartenders serve some mean drinks. Lol

Yelp
Back home for the hubs and BOY lots of changes downtown!! Yelp
1. Order a margarita, the classic is $8. 2. Pray your server is Paige, she's super sweet and recommended the white sauce with our wings which honestly.... didn't know I needed in my life until I tried it. 3. Yes, start with the chicken wings. 4. I don't care what my friends who are brisket say, the ribs were insane. 5. We sat outdoors, they have these little fly swatters you can put on your table to keep the flies away. 6. Check out when they do live music, there's a stage out back.

Excellent food, service, and ambiance! Like most restaurants these days, kind of pricey, but will go back when in Mount Pleasant!

The Gamechanger at Hometeam BBQ was delicious! So glad to have been at Operation Home's Gimme Shelter event tonight. Absolutely fabulous event. The salad and pork loin and spinach were fantastic. #bergerknowsbest

Yelp
Will forever be one of my favorite spots in Charleston. Everything was delicious! We got a double order of the Mac and cheese bites because they were just that good!

Yelp
Okay this is a great BBQ spot. Maybe not quite is good as Lewis right around the corner but usually not as busy and honestly has a much cooler vibe. The menu is also more diverse. They always have new specials and the staff here is amazing. Great outdoor area and live music from time to time. I HIGHLY recommend checking it out!

Yelp
I've been numerous times and never been disappointed. Haven't had anything that I didn't like. Some of my favorites are the wings, the nachos and if you go with 4 or 5 people, get "The Board" great way to experience a variety of meats and sides. FWIW, try the "Hash" it's not what you think, and it's truly delicious, also the mac and cheese is out of this world! The GameChanger is the house drink which is basically a frozen painkiller if you've been to the BVI. I'm not a big frozen drink lover, but most people are big fans. I am a huge fan of their sangria.

Yelp
Always a win for the Home Team! Atmosphere is always good, food is always good, and staff is always friendly! I would definitely recommend the chicken wings here. They smoke then and then finish them with a flash fry. Served with a white sauce that is pretty good, but I like to dip them in the OG red bbq sauce. Lots of different sauces to choose from too! If you ever find yourself at a Home Team location, the "Game Changer" frozen drink is a must!

Yelp
Yum! Had dinner here last night and it was great! We ordered a brisket platter and a half rack of ribs platter to share. Each came with two options of sides. Their Mac n cheese is so good! I also love the pickled onions you get with each order. They have an extensive selection of beers in the can and on draft. You also have 6 different choices of sauces at every table, which were all so good! Options for indoor and outdoor seating. It was pretty busy for a Wednesday night, but we were able to get a table right away without having a reservation. They have a small parking lot, but we had to park on the street. It wasn't too hard to find a spot.

Yelp
Great food and great service. Venue was great, but slightly dark sitting outside around 930pm. They had hanging lights, but it was dim. Enjoyed my brisket platter and some of the best Mac n cheese I've had. Bar tenders were quick to serve on a busy Saturday night as well.

Yelp
I ordered practically all of the sides here & was a little disappointed that they place was too crowded for me to enjoy my dishes at the restaurant. This is a nice entertainment vibe spot but make a reservation or get there early. I ordered the macaroni & cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, hash & rice along w a chopped brisket taco. My favorite was the taco, hash & mac & cheese...the beans didn't look like they came out of a can but they surely taste basic enough to have. The coleslaw wasn't mayo based so that was not exciting. I was able to taste all of their condiments though they're not thick, I'd definitely go back to try other dishes.

Yelp
The food is decent. It pretty normal South Carolina BBQ, nothing stands out as incredible. Watch your bill. They are adding the 3% for credit card and once they tried to charge it when we paid cash. Keep an eye on that. We have always had great service here. We've never had trouble with parking at the West Ashley location. They have spots behind and beside the restaurant. Monday night is trivia in West Ashley if you like trivia. If you don't, pick another night because they are usually slammed.
