Booked my hotel for a short weekend trip. It was fast and easy. The front desk employees were polite and had great customer service skills. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The price was just in are price range and will be definitely back when we visit Austin again.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel staff was very nice at the front desk and I noticed the custodial/housekeeping staff were always busy cleaning and mopping the floors. The room was comfortable and had a full size frig. The beds were comfy. There is a swimming pool and a fitness center. The room did not have a bathtub. It just had a shower but everything was clean. Our biggest disappointment was breakfast. The selection was slim and they are very slow to restock items when they run out. There were no eggs on the serving line for 45 minutes so I finally just gave up. There are cold cereals and a waffle maker and oatmeal. The only fruit available both mornings were oranges. The orange juice says 100% juice but both mornings it tasted very watered down. The muffins were all gone and not resupplied and the same with the cheese slices. I found an English muffin on the line that had mold on it which pretty much ended my breakfast. It has one of the poorest breakfast bars of most hotels I have seen recently but you can sleep well.

Breakfast was very plain no flavor basic build your sandwich. Great staff decent rooms laundry says 3 but gotta pay with card then u get charged 5.00 the dryer doesn't work but they sure took my 5.00 nice pool and grill area. Would stay again.

As we arrived on the property, the parking lot was clean, environment looked safe and parking was good. The awakening for a late arrival was the two front desk staff members (Victoria & Mariah) welcoming us with a "smile" courtesy & professionalism! The room was clean, bed comfortable and ready to rest! After a good night rest, we received the same positive front desk vibe from Maria. The staff helped made an late overnight stay refreshing!! I was a little disappointed with the breakfast, but it looked okay. Many thanks to this team.. looking forward to coming back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do wish that there was a better channel selection for the television. I thought that there was supposed to be a stove but I guess I was mistaken. It's not a big deal. It's a very nice hotel and good location to where I am working. I'll be back.

Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast leaves something to be desired. Breakfast starts at 6, you can smell the eggs and sausage cooking at 530. When breakfast starts, they are already cold and won't melt cheese for making a sandwich. No microwave. Two days in a row coffee is full of grounds. Oatmeal was good. Especially with the banana nut muffin in it.

This was a great spot to stop while we were on the road. We had a 1 bedroom king suite. It was very spacious with large living area, bedroom and bathroom. The room was well stocked with the expected Home2 amenities. The AC worked well, and the water pressure was great and the water got nice and hot (things that you learn to appreciate in a hotel). There was breakfast offered. They had cereals, yogurts, fruit, baked goods, and some protein options. As well as coffee and juices.

My niece and I are currently at Home2 Suites and services have not been too good. The 1st night when we arrived the tub was not clean so we had to wait until the next evening to take our shower. Today is Saturday and we have had to asked every day for our room to be cleaned. We would go out for the day and come back and our rooms would not be clean, dirty towels still in the bathroom. Nothing done in the room. When you ask at the desk whats the problem they act confused. Last night when we came back the room was not clean. I went to the desk again and asked for clean towels the young man said I have towels we don't have wash clothes. I can give you linen for your bed. I asked why would I do that ? You have staff to do that, we paid for service not to clean ourselves. As far as hotels go this one has sucked. I asked for a manager and have yet to hear from them and today is Saturday.

My daughter and I stayed one night on a Saturday. We booked through Booking.com. Check in was very easy, quick and the staff person was very friendly. There was free parking lot and plenty of spots available. The one queen bed and sofa room is perfect for a family. Everything looked clean and in working order. The bathroom looked modern which is always a plus. We didn't cook but the refrigerator and microwave worked well. I really liked the black out shades! The bed was slightly uncomfortable because I could feel the springs but I was still able to sleep fine. We used the pool twice and it wasn't crowded at all. It had a few lounge chairs and several regular chairs. The staff made sure to keep the towels stocked when they knew we were headed to the pool. There was also a gym but we didn't check it out. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety including a fountain drink machine. I liked making the Texas shaped waffles. My only rec would be more fruit options. Check out was simple by putting the key card at the front desk. I would definitely consider coming back for another stay.

Hotel was clean. My room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Their free breakfast was better than a lot of other hotels. The treadmills in the gym had some technical issues and peloton bikes subscription was expired, but other than that no complaints.

Check-in was at 3 p.m., but the front desk allowed us to get to our room about an hour early. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spacious, and all the amenities were impressive! The complementary breakfast was also very good: waffles, sausage biscuits, fruit, coffee, and so much more. Home2 Suites is everything I would expect from a Hilton: great rates and very friendly and accomodating staff. Definitely choose to stay here if you need lodging. Great place to stay!

Thousands of dollars worth of heirloom Jewelry was stolen from the room. It was obviously an inside, housekeeper job. After several months of trying to get it back, no luck. Management was very aware but did nothing. Police weren't successful either. We'll never stay there again.

Here you'll fine ample parking at a convenient location. You will have to get a the key for the elevator and stairs and it doesn't look like they offer digital keys. Grab and go breakfast includes breakfast sandwiches, bagels, yogurts, cereal and drinks. Everything is wrapped and you can heat it up in your room. I wasn't a big fan of the sandwiches. It's a great size room with kitchen, but felt like it wasn't totally cleaned before getting the good to go safety sticker (we had ice cream in the freezer that definitely wasn't mine). Plus there wasn't enough toilet paper stocked...lIttle signs here and there to show it wasn't fully restocked and prepped before our arrival. Average stay, but a win for location.

The pros were close to Freeway, large clean room, full size refrigerator, fast free WiFi, comfy bed, and excellent service. The cons were remodeling on top floor and horrible free breakfast. During morning and late afternoon, one of two elevators was hijacked by the construction crew. Breakfast was tasteless, but coffee was strong. The gym was clean. I paid about $160 per night which was excellent since it was SXSW weeks.

We stayed for several weeks here while the construction on our home was completed. Everything here is great: you have a nice breakfast buffet every morning, lots of amenities (pool, fitness center, laundry), the hotel is immaculate and the staff is super accommodating and nice. Highly recommended.

EXCEPTIONAL!!! Easy to find location, right off the frontage road. No obnoxious traffic or noise to contend with, since it is just outside the city, but quick access to the freeways. Very well-kept venue & grounds = The rooms are pristine, the parking lot is well lit, the patios/community facilities are properly maintained, and close attention to detail is made for even little things like the coffee nook & water dispensers in the lobby. Breakfast options were generous; lots of hot & cold items to choose from, including ready-made sandwiches & omelettes, along with the novelty Texas-shaped waffles. From the coffee to the food, everything was always well-stocked and space constantly kept clean & tidy. The hotel employees were helpful, gracious, and friendly. Latrice was bubbly & upbeat, accommodating our late check-in (we arrived close to midnight), with enthusiasm. She even took the time to scribble down personal recommendations for food & activities. The check-out process was just as simple & painless, and Shawn offered us food items from the breakfast to take to-go, since we were in a hurry. Everyone we interacted with always met us with a smile & hospitality, addressing every possible need and going over & beyond. What a top-notch crew! Bonus points: The hotel is dog-friendly! We took our furbaby with us, and it was amazing to find some a gem of a hotel that accommodated pets. We felt comfortable, safe & secure, and appreciated the non-stop wonderful service from the staff... Staying here was an excellent experience. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to the Austin area!!!

I called while we were in Austin to ask if we'd be able to check in earlier than the 3pm check in time. I believe it was Jane who answered the phone. She made some adjustments so that we would be able to check in by 1ish (which was when I called). We made our way over, however, there was a snafu with another staff changing things up (I guess) and she said it would be about 30 min for our room to be ready. At this time, we were also having trouble with a car rental, so we opted to just return the car to Austin instead of waiting for the room to be ready. When we returned to the hotel at around 4pm, they upgraded us to a one bedroom suite. This suite was bigger and much nicer than my college apartment. The kids had to sleep on a pull-out but the bedroom had a king size bed, and large kitchen and dining area. The suite had 3 tv's total! The a/c wasn't on when we got in, and it definitely took a while for it to cool the large space down once we turned it on. We left for dinner and by the time we got back, the room was a nice temp. The shower head was the best shower head I've ever experienced. Ive always lived on the west coast where we have always experienced droughts and so since elementary school we were all about conserving water and using efficient shower heads. These showers were the exact opposite! It was like a fire hose generously spraying ribbons of water on you. Felt so wrong, but so right. The breakfast offered was a nice hot breakfast with a lot to choose from. They had several hand sanitizer dispensers so you could keep your hands clean, in between using the serving spoons, etc. They also had large coffee dispensers with three different flavors of coffee-mate creamers. The pool was small, but looked clean and the gym area had a good amount of cardio equipment that was spaced out nicely.

Staff were absolutely outstanding. If you asked the maintenance folks to fix something, it was done right away. Front desk and cleaning staff were all very friendly and professional. They even helped our 86 year old mom out with walking the dogs. Lastly, I had a medical emergency there. The staff on duty at the time, (Ana, Shawn and Michelle), were wonderful in helping me (calling an ambulance and keeping me calm). If I have to stay in/near Austin in the future, this is where I would choose to stay.

Very nice, clean room. The employees we encountered were friendly. The employee in the breakfast nook was also very nice. The breakfast (like at other Home2 properties) can be difficult though. There's a maze of drawers to navigate for things you need. (Bowls, etc). While there are markings it can still be confusing to scan all the drawers at rush when you don't want to hold up the line. Also the prepackaged microwaveable hot food items are not good. You hear them yourself, again holding up the line, and the textures and taste are what you'd expect from microwaveable food. Not good. The bagels in the bagel sandwiches have the consistency of rubber etc Other than the breakfast it's a very good place to stay!

Great and easy Parking. Up to date and very pretty Lobby. Beautiful and sizable Room. Nice big modern TV. Super dark, black out Blinds. Modern Bathroom. Kitchenette with even a Garbage disposer. Room and stay was super Comfy. Moderately priced. Cool shampoo and soap dispensers. Super storage space. This was one of my first Home2 and now I am a fan!!

Stayed here for two weekend nights. There appeared to be a few softball teams staying here as well. I immediately became worried about noise but found the rooms to be big enough that it wasn't a problem. The woman who checked me in was fantastic. Exceedingly kind. You could tell she loves her job. I love the Home2 Suites rooms. Great layout, comfortable furniture, nice bathrooms, and just enough kitchen to take care of me. I used the exercise facility and found it met my needs. I don't love the Home2 breakfasts. I wish they had more hot options beside microwave sandwiches. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely return.

Great place to stay! I had a last minute issue and had to stay in Round Rock for a week. Shawn at the front desk gave me a great 1 week rate. The room is spacious and clean. Full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, full size microwave, large shower area and just an all around homey, comfortable suite. The staff is always so very nice and accommodating and the fitness room is one of the best I've encountered in a hotel. I highly recommend!

CAR BROKEN INTO. DO NOT STAY HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. My friends and I stayed here for a festival in Austin for the weekend. The first night we got there, we went to bed and woke up to our car being broken into. We went to the front desk to report the incident and see if there were any cameras and she cut us off saying "no cameras, you're the 14th car that's gotten broken into. We tried to call you." We never received a call, and her lack of empathy or hospitality was extremely disappointing. We called the police to file a report. While we were waiting, the manager of the hotel came outside and said "This never happens." Meanwhile, when the police arrived they made us aware that this happens all the time at this hotel and the hotel gets around it by just having a sign saying they're not liable. Understandable that they can do that, but the lack of hospitality or concern is what made this stay so unfortunate. Don't stay at this hotel, the police said they have to come file reports for car theft and burglaries every month. The hotel won't tell you that. Be safe!

I stayed here overnight for business and it was a nice clean property. What stood out the most was the staff. When I first walked in (I did the digital key check in because I'm a Hilton Honors member), there were two people at the front desk (a woman and a man). They both greeted me with a fairly loud but friendly "Welcome!" I had just finished a long day of working with clients so I was pretty exhausted so I kind of jumped because I didn't expect people to be THAT energetic so late in the day. I chuckled inside because I was really sleepy and I wear my moods on my face so it was hard to mask how tired I was. They asked if I was a Hilton Honors member and made sure I had my welcome bag and then told me where the elevators were. I was thinking "wow" they love their jobs. Lol Fast forward to this morning I went down for breakfast and there was another pair of people...again a man and a woman. "GOOD MORNING!! How are you?" they said almost in unison. I couldn't help but laugh. I don't know who is training this staff but I think it's pretty cool how they treat people. I know what it's like to patronize a business and be ignored so to have the opposite treatment is refreshing. I would stay here again based on the staff alone. Even the housekeeper I met was chipper. Great job guys and gals!

Check in was a complete nightmare. We arrived early and were told to return in 30 min. We returned over an hour and half later and still sat in the lobby for well over an hour. I watched at least 10 people check in while waiting as patient as I could. The car power chargers do not work nor do the computers in the lobby. Pool is closed. The gentleman at the desk is trying his best but left alone to juggle way too many people on a weekend that is stacked with multiple sports tournaments. On line check in was not available but stated the room would be available upon arrival. Pool is closed. This is a nightmare. (Arrived at 2:05 pm and we got our keys to the room at 3:59 pm. Yes, I know check is at 3 but still, this is beyond ridiculous) Room has definitely seen water days - the couch has stains all over it and shower doors are gross and covered in lime scale. Hair on the bathroom floor and desk chair. And the bonus.. the WiFi does not work! Double bonus - hair all in the shower and no linens for the pull out. Went down to desk to complain - the poor young man behind the desk is drowning in complaints and backed up room availability. I overheard him twice give free nights to people bc rooms they requested were not available. This is a three ring circus and they manger should be calling in for all hands on deck. Update Returned to our room to find that the shower still had not been cleaned. Spoke to manager and she personally went up to clean it herself. Bathroom floors are disgusting. WiFi was Terrible. Beds are lumpy. Will never stay there again!!!

My experience: Fast and friendly check-in. Great room with ample desk space, comfort bed, fabulous shower and fast internet. Downside: Horrible coffee in the room! Complimentary breakfast was perfect. Convenient to the highway. I'd definitely stay at Home2 Suites in Round Rock again.

I'm so excited to be the first to review!!!!! OMG - this place is SOOOO awesome! It's brand spanking new and Hilton has done a GREAT job creating another very nice property. This one was fabulous. It takes the cake over Hyatt Place in my book. I really like the shower - they have dispensers for shampoo and soap, I thought that was pretty cool. Also, the kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchenware, the fridge is full sized and the layout is also very good. I slept like a baby on the ultra soft mattress and the staff was super friendly. The only drawback was the troupe of T-rex footed children staying on the floor I was on - they must have galloped through a dozen or so times until 10:30pm or so. Other than that, it was the BEST night's stay I've had in a long time. I will be looking for this property in other cities I visit for sure!

One night stay at this Hilton property. Checkin could have been more efficient, but at least they were able to accommodate our request for three units to be placed in close proximity. Comfortable bed, 3 pillows rather than 4 but we made it work. Kitchen area was well appointed and particularly liked the full size frig and microwave. Light blocking shades were very good. Like having a small couch and adequate clothing storage, multiple lamps and full length mirror. The breakfast offerings were better than most places and the attendant kept it well stocked for the most part. Downside was the molds in the shower area opposite the shower fixture (pink mold in one corner and black mold on other side -- Rm 416) the ironing board cover needs replacing. We did not get a paper bill under our door in the morning nor was there anyone at the desk at 11a as we were leaving so we could not get a final bill print out. Overall a good stay and we would stay at another Hilton Home property in the future.

Room was fine. I had a problem at check out on May 15, 2023, with a lost set of two items. I called the hotel multiple times and sent a relative to check in person with the property. They cannot find my items and I am feeling misled and that their employees are not honest. After only a couple of hours of checkout, when I realized my loss I phoned the front desk. It was the afternoon so the attendant said she would have head of housekeeping look for my items and I would receive a call back. I phoned in the morning and the person said they would inquire with their staff and get back to me. Again mind you, this is only hours after the loss and my checkout. I clearly identified the items, my room number and gave my phone for a call back. If an honest operation was in place and if my Diamond status was valued, I would have quickly had my items returned to me. Buyer beware, if you stay at this property and unfortunately misplace or leave something behind you will not get it back. Think of booking at another property instead to avoid this problem.

This was my 105th night this year in a Hilton hotel and definitely my worst experience. The front desk associates are excellent. However, I didn't have hot water during my stay, the room I had reserved smelled (so they downgraded me to another room) & the Highway/hotel noise made it challenging to sleep. It sounded like I was lying next to a race track. The manager was not helpful, but the front line associates were excellent

Very filthy place to stay. The house keeping does not clean rooms. I repeatedly requested front desk to ask house keeping to clean my room but to no avail. If you want to get sick with covid around you go ahead and stay in this place otherwise avoid this hotel and find something better.

I'm sure most will mention this often but I've never been the one to take a moment to review a place of business regardless how horrendous my experience may have been and personally believed in giving everyone a chance to turn around whatever wrongdoing and make it right. I had been staying at this location for almost 4 weeks when I flew back to the west coast to visit my family and till up to that point had nothing but an excellent stay with assistance from Courtland and Nadiah. After briefly informing them of my leave and assurance my room will be left untouched especially since the housekeeping had cleaned the room for the day on Friday already, there was no need for any additional housekeeping. So when I flew back in on Monday, worked full day, then went back to my room to unpack, I grabbed my toiletries heading to the bathroom. In there, it dawned on me all of my items in the shower stall and below the sink are nowhere to be found. Then as I surveyed the room further, I've realized my room has been completely cleaned out including my personalized wedding ring box I've had for more than 7 years now from the day 1 of my engagement to my now-husband. Not to mention a medication bottle, makeup, and bath items left in the bathroom to name a few. From that point forward, I've gone through - Every single staff I've spoken to that night and the following day had assured me due to their policy of locking up left over items in a room for minimum of 30 days, my items will be found, they just don't know where housekeeping placed them. - Next day, the acting GM Katy Lollis follows up with a call and a promise to escalate the issue up to her VP level to rectify this situation as it has never occurred before at this property and it is NOT an insurance matter so she'd take care of it in-house. Then later the same morning, I received another phone call to inform me all of my items have been thrown out and she is investigating it with housekeeping and offers to reimburse all items I can remember. - The same evening of the call, when I arrive back at the hotel, I come across a small clear garage bag containing a store-bought shampoo and conditioner and a jar of my mud mask. The only items not brand name items you could pick in the bathroom. Inside of the bag, there is a note from housekeeper with the date of 5/21/2016, a message 'found in room 208' and the name of a housekeeper who wrote the memo. - I am told by Katie they're still working through these details and investigating. Requests a list of missing items. - Then appr. 10 days later, I receive an email from Katy to inform me opposite of the previous promise she'd made to replace my items in-house herself, that she had been told to hand this over to the insurance and also per her boss to wipe her hands off of this matter. - A week later, still no phone call from insurance following up, still waiting on the hotels response. By now, the GM, John Melstrom is back attempting to assist. But to inform me that there is nothing else they could do to assist as it had been handed over to the insurance and then offers a good will of $500 gift card from Nordstrom to replace my items as promised then offered another reimbursement of $500 in 2 weeks. - Calls me back to now let me know he is UNABLE to do the second part as promised and that it will be a $500 gift card once but the rest goes to insurance. - By then, it is 6/13/16 so I made a request of partial reimbursement of my stay as we had a misunderstanding between Courtland and I of what the hotel was offering to do. - 6/14/16, I'm told by the GM that his Regional Manager is wanting to assist. Explains the housekeeping only remembers a disposal razor that was tossed and those items given to me in a garage bag earlier but she didn't remember tossing anything else of value or worthiness. (So what of the electric razor/trimmer that was right next to the disposal one? How about 4 or 5 products left cramped in those tiny two shelves in the shower not to mention additional bath/personal products I left underneath the sink on the left hand side by those 2 toilet papers hangers?) - The Regional Manager, Nicole Word emailed back insisting to meet face-to-face, never get the chance die to work conflict from both sides on Friday, 6/17/16 and offers to talk on the phone next day, Saturday, 6/18/16. - I got a chance to talk to Nicole Word, the RM. The call ended after her standing firm on her statement of there is nothing they're able to do and it is all up to the insurance now. That all of these events leading up to this point isn't worth the gesture of offering a partial or even full cover of my additional stay then she promptly hung up the phone on me as it got more heated. So here I am now, after giving more than a fair chance to rectify the situation, I'm left regretting not filing a police report the night of. But hey, good luck to all future guests. Great place to stay, as long as nothing goes wrong during.

No maid service on second day. The bathroom had a huge crack in the ceiling with paint peeling off. The person at the front desk (she seemed to be the manager and was ordering people around) didn't care about it and just perfunctorily thanked me for my stay. I liked the hotel, but the service was substandard.

I've stayed here a couple times and it's always been enjoyable. This place is super clean and a comfortable stay. The place isn't big, but it's very homey. The breakfast they serve is surprisingly good (I expected a small place not to care as much but it's solid). Also, everyone who works there is super cool. Like for real. They're so chill it's so great. Highly recommend this place if you're stopping by.

The facility is very new & clean. The service is awesome. We enjoyed everything in our stay. I especially love their cute patio & swimming area as well as how they focus on all the small details to ensure the quality of your stay. The price is very affordable for such quality as well! Highly recommended for any length of stay!

I hardly ever give reviews, but I had to for this hotel. My stay with my fiancée was fantastic. All of the employees were so friendly and helpful. Their dry cleaning services saved my life as I needed my bridesmaid dress steamed for the next day, they had it ready the same day. Breakfast was simple but more than enough to get you going for the day. The room was spacious and I loved having a full size fridge, sink, microwave and even a dishwasher at our disposal. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a new hotel right off the highway. The plus is it was clean, people were very nice and new. The negatives were for this price point the gym was too small and didn't have enough equipment. The breakfast was a bust. I expected a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy etc. I will look at other options next time before I book here and see if others over better amenities.

I cannot say enough good things about Home2 suites. The staff was fantastic from the moment I arrived. I enjoyed free water bottles and fruit at check in. The floor to floor security was very nice. You have to use your keycard in the elevator and it only allows you to get off on your floor. My room (king with kitchenette) was spacious, clean and modern. I was ready to move in and never leave. The kitchenette was stocked with everything I needed. Glasses, pots, pans, full fridge and freezer! The bathroom was gorgeous and well stocked. The in shower shampoo pumps are less wasteful then those tiny bottles and they smelled amazing. The gym was clean and had everything I needed. I didn't stay long enough to need to do laundry and it was too cold to use the pool but both looked like they would do the job . The only thing I wish I could've changed was I wish there was more protein options at breakfast . Another geat thing they had was in the room recycling as well as in the public areas. It's refreshing to see a hotel trying to stop waste .

This is one of the nicest places I've stayed while traveling. Staff everyone included cleaning front desk greats you asks if you need anything very outgoing and friendly. Accommodations are stellar fluffy pillows soft comforter kitchen everything you need and want. Breakfast was wonderful fresh fruit and a waffle the size of Texas really the waffles are in the shape of Texas!

I travel quite a bit and regularly stay in 5-star hotels in Chicago. My stay at Home2 Suites in Round Rock holds up against any of those. The rooms were new and clean, the beds were comfortable and sheets were nicer than the ones at home. The lobby area was nice and friendly, and breakfast buffet was great. Best was the service. The staff was professional and took great care of us. Thumbs up to a small but heavy contender against the bigger hotels any day.

This was by far the best hotel I've stayed at for the price. The room was huge and accommodated our family of 7 for the weekend with plenty of room. The staff was helpful, friendly, and made sure our groups needs were met. The breakfast isnt much, but is sufficient. If you like waffles, cereal, fruit, and prepackaged sandwiches breakfast is just fine. The cleanliness was fabulous and the housekeeping staff did a great job. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just stayed here March 24, 2020. The staff was quite nice. The room was dirty and the trash can had not been emptied that was under the kitchenette, sink area. The couch was filthy with stains on it. I did not use the shower. I had Clorox wipes and wiped down everything. The mattress was well worn and pillows were not comfortable. I thought due to COVID-19 cleanliness would be number one concern. I would not recommend this hotel.

Don't let the freeway location and flat front building appearance cause you to shy away from this very nice hotel. Rooms and hotel lobby are well appointed and although the rooms seem built for longer term stays, they are perfectly accommodating for weekenders too. Love the beds, bathrooms, showers, kitchenette with everything you need for in room dining. This was our first time to stay in the Home2 chain but if like us, it won't take you long to see how well thought out this hotel is. Friendly counter service and clean rooms near enough to Austin to get you where you want to be in no time. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the very basic breakfast options, compared to the Hilton Garden Inn cooked to order breakfast and evening bar.

This might be the nicest hotel I've stayed in, and somehow it's also one of the cheapest. The room itself is beautiful, and there is a full size fridge, sink with a disposal, a nice microwave, and even a dishwasher. The bedding is super comfortable -- I need to figure out what they have so I can buy some! The lighting in the bathroom is very nice, especially because the shower has its own light. Also, there isn't a standard drain in the middle of the shower. It's a wide bar off to the side that looks much nicer and seems to work very well. Everything is surprisingly clean in the room and the overall hotel. It seems very new. The workout room is nice. The patio area is really nice, too. The breakfast was good, even including multigrain waffles you make in a waffle maker shaped like the state of Texas. The staff is super friendly. When they ran out of orange juice, they brought me one personally without me asking. I'll definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area. I'll also look for these hotels elsewhere.

We stayed here for a week and couldn't have been happier! The room was immaculate and the staff was courteous and helpful. Lori greeted us when we arrived and made us feel welcome - it felt like home. We also received great hospitality from Lauren. The room was stylish, modern and close to shopping and restaurants. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and relatives. Looking forward to our next stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff from the time we walked in until we left. Rooms were very nice and clean, with plenty of room. Shawn who worked the front desk was beyond awesome she went out of her way to make the soda bed more comfortable for my kids, she even called the room to make sure it was okay. Superior service we will definitely be back.

Disappointed. Getting off elevator on our floor, bags and piles of trash outside almost half the rooms, a laundry cart in hallway in which guests had started putting trash, walked in the room exhausted-not 100% sure how much cleaning had been done. Dishes in dishwasher and couldn't tell if clean or dirty, small pieces of paper on floor which would have been picked up with vacuum cleaner. Outside the building the same beer bottle and stack of pizza boxes were there from Friday arrival until removal some time between 11 and noon Sunday. Trash cans outside overflowing. 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths in room. No hand towels. I know it's hard to find people willing to work with unployment checks boosted right now, but sure expected cleanliness of the property and rooms to be more of a priority. In fairness I did not complain at all or bring these things to the attention of the one person on duty. Never saw more than one. Extreme disappointed that the pool was still closed.

Stayed here because they were one of the only hotels with a tesla charger. They have two plus another standard charger. Was extremely pleased with our stay. Great front desk staff. Clean nice rooms with fridges and a good free breakfast. What more could you want??
