Hi I recently purchased some summer seats from the Home fit Boucher Road branch Belfast! Chris and Nicola were so helpful! There was a lovely atmosphere in the shop and they went over and above to assist me! I will definitely be purchasing more items for my home from this wonderful firm! Fantastic service and very prompt in helping me. I rang and emailed this morning regarding a sink, I was very impressed with Zara on the phone, she was very helpful and I was able to pick up the sink an hour later. Malachy was also very helpful via email.

Product excellent and good price. Guys fitting pvc done excellent job. David who sold it to me needs to brush up on his customer care skills. I purchased item in March and wasn't fitted to late May. I understand there was a delay in getting stock in but every now and again I phoned David for an up date on when he expected my bathroom to be completed he rang me back once twice at the most. I ended up having to phone Hannahstown branch who told me my order was available. If he just communicated a little more with customers he would make an excellent sales man and if he is too busy to callback then maybe homefit should employ someone to help him outwould of give homefit a five only for this blip but in saying that would use them again

I recently purchased the whole bathroom suite from Homefit. The price is very reasonable compare to others. The branch manager Malachy is very good and easy to do business. Great customer service from all the staff. I would highly recommend them.

Needed backerboard for tiling, excellent service as well as friendly advice, member of staff carried out to my car the backerboard. Extremely helpful and friendly. Also well priced, and good stock of material.

Most awful experience. Waiting 4 was and 1 day for a order that i was promised would come within 2 days. David refuses to speak to me every time I phone. When the order came, it was wrong size, wrong board. Not at all what I had ordered and paid for in full 4 weeks ago. Surprise surprise David won't take my call. Not good to do business with. Very unprofessional

Place was fine, the morning I had being in the shop area paying for what I needed and I noticed an employee been very rude and raising her voice to a tradesman who was picking up materials, 2 sides to every story I guess, I paud and left, but overall a pleasant experience

Bought a bathroom from Homefit and got their guys to install it. There have been nothing but problems and the company are refusing to take responsibility for poor work and damaged goods. Despite other bathroom installers stating that the bathroom door has been fitted entirely incorrectly, Homefit are denying this. We now have an incorrectly fitted shower door, damaged cabinet door, and yet another leak, in which we have been required to hire another plumber to address. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
