A Hidden Gem in Arkansas During a visit to see my stepdaughter, I had the pleasure of discovering this beautiful, welcoming spot. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with exceptional customer service that made the experience even better. The blueberry pancakes were nothing short of perfection—fluffy, bursting with flavor, and truly memorable. To complement the meal, I had a latte that was expertly crafted and delicious. This place is a true gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, a cozy ambiance, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

Update 6/12/25. I threw the staff a curveball with a challenging egg style and they took on the challenge and blew my expectations out of the water. I also decided to try their homemade pop tarts which I’m so glad I did as they were both delicious. I would love to see them make a cherry pop tart! Delicious Breakfast overall. With that said it’s an amazing chain restaurant with great food. Staff and Management (Shoutout to McKenzie) are always super friendly, they definitely hire happy people. Parking is free in the back or street parking, but at peak times can fill up quickly. A very cozy atmosphere, great for people watching from their booth spots. Their fresh squeezed orange juice tastes legit and is priced accordingly. They can make any egg style, which I tested and they passed. Their pancakes are tasty, but the biscuits and gravy may be the best. They utilize the waitlist app if you want to get in line prior to arrival. Overall this is a solid place to get a tasty meal.

Our must-have brunch stop when we’re in town. We had the avocado toast, carrot ‘cakes (carrot cake pancakes), and yogurt parfait. Always delicious and fresh-made. The serving size of the avocado toast was smaller than usual, like I got one of the “end cuts” of bread this time, but maybe that was the universe telling me I didn’t need as large of a portion 😉. The service was great - friendly, fast, and welcoming. The space itself is cozy, clean, and filled with natural light, which made for a really pleasant dining experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot with good vibes, great food, and excellent service. Will definitely be back!

We ordered the Winter Berry French Toast, Denver, and the Cuban Sandwich. All of our dishes were amazing! The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. It was a light, relaxing atmosphere. We definitely want to come back again!

Google
We have been here twice and will definitely be back again! The decor is welcoming, navy blue and white with the natural wood is my favorite! We have tried new entree's each time and love everything we try. The food is fresh, perfect amount each time. My favorite so far is the coffee cake, homemade pop tart, the avacado toast and the eggs Benedict. My husband loves the biscuits and gravy and the Honeybee Coffee. My only complaint would be the side of fruit. It tastes very lemony, not sure exactly what it is but takes away from the flavors of the fruit. Other than that this is definitely one of our favorite breakfast spots.

Google
Hands down best breakfast I’ve had in some time. Honey coffee - excellent, smooth, full of honey flavor! The pop tarts (omg) are flaky, stuffed with heaven and then sprinkles to top it off! Rosemary potatoes - just do it.

Ever since this place opened, I have been curious about it. I love a good, healthy breakfast. On a whim, my daughter and her husband asked me to join them for breakfast. The original intention was to eat at Neal's Cafe. Being that it was Monday, they were closed. So I suggested we eat at Homegrown. Neither one of them had ever heard of this place but we're willing to try it. We decided to sit outside. Our server was incredible. My son-in-law wanted something off menu and my daughter and I wanted just a simple breakfast. Let me tell you, this place delivers. My son-in-laws breakfast sandwich was exactly what he wanted, our simple breakfast plates were absolutely delicious. Fresh eggs, rosemary potatoes and bacon that was cooked exactly the way I like it. Everything had amazing flavor, including the raspberry sauce for your toast. Do yourself a favor, sit down and enjoy this amazing food, you won't regret it!

Google
My fiancee and I had breakfast here and both really enjoyed our visit. The service was good and the food was excellent as well. We both had the cinnamon french toast. I definitely recommend it. One thing I was really impressed with was the cook on my eggs. I like over medium but most times they come out over easy. They nailed the over medium cook. I would definitely come here again.

Yelp
Booyah! Hit this joint with a newfound buddy while we waited for a very...untimely person with whom we both had a meeting. Thank God that person was late. Buddy and I had the Toast for Me and the avocado omelette. Both were super tasty and came out of the kitchen in maybe 10 minutes. Hot n fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. Our waitress, Noel, was kind and attentive. Shoutout to her. I'll be back. This is definitely a great spot to come for breakfast or brunch. Good vibes. 10/10.

Yelp
Everything was fantastic from the food to the service to the atmosphere. I'm celiac and their gluten free knowledge and offerings were great.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite go spots in Arkansas for a quality breakfast/ brunch nestled in emerging Springdale. Their menu offers great variety of options that are locally sourced. I had the Avocado toast that is served with fresh fruit as well as their amazing wrights bacon and potatoes and my husband had ordered Gimme the meats! Our server was amazing and extremely personable and helped my husband have a great birthday brunch with mimosa risings! Homegrown has great staff and amazing atmosphere that will keep us coming back!

Yelp
Second time dining here. This time for a weekend breakfast with my wife, instead of for a business lunch. They were really busy but we got on the Yelp online wait list and only had a 10 minute wait once we arrived at the restaurant which was about the time suggested in the app when we joined. Our server Summer did a great job. She made us feel welcome, gave us some great recommendations and checked in on us a few times throughout our meal even thought you could see she had a lot of tables to attend to. Our food was delicious and perfectly cooked. We both had eggs cooked over medium and the chef nailed them. Fully set whites, runny yolks. My wife had the Sweet Potato Pancakes and the chunks of sweet potato in the pancakes were a really interesting and enjoyable twist. I had the I Love Biscuits and Gravy. Wow, the gravy was good but the biscuits were amazing. I have never had biscuits like them they were so soft and light. The potatoes were also perfectly cooked!

Brittany P.

Yelp
Fresh food all locally sourced, and exceptional service! I love the waitlist feature they offer as well. Friendly, inviting atmosphere in beautiful downtown Springdale.

Yelp
Great food, very nice inside and our server was very attentive. My niece really liked it.

Yelp
This was our first time at HomeGrown and if we ever come back to NWA this will be our first stop! The food, service and atmosphere were a homerun. Don't come here without getting eggs. If you even mildly like French toast, this is the place to get it! You can tell they have crafted each dish with thought and love! It was also a plus that they had so many gluten free options for my husband!

Carolyn B.

Yelp
I wanted to love it. They stayed busy and I'm sure that was part of it but we waited 30+ mins and there's not a great waiting area. Then when we were seated we probably waited a good 30 minutes once we ordered food. And our food was cold. Nothing to write home about. I just wanted it to be fresh and made with care. I don't think it was - not today anyway.

Yelp
I have walked by Homegrown many times. It's always seems busy, and I was intrigued by some of the food I saw. However, now having gone there, I don't think I will go again. The atmosphere is comfortable. Some employees were kind. My server had what seemed like an annoyed attitude (like she didn't want to be there). She was definitely not friendly, but not rude. Just neutral. She never smiled. She didn't make any extra effort to make my experience enjoyable. But, maybe it was an off day for her. I was a server. I get those days can happen. She did get our food to us and refreshed our drinks timely. The reason I don't think I'll go back is the food. I paid $17 for 2 eggs, a half handful of pork, a Tbsp of salsa, and some cubed potatoes. That is a crazy price for so little!!!! Even in the boal it came in, it looked miniscule. It guess it tasted fine, but I can make this at home for waaaaaay cheaper. I want to go out for a unique experience that I cannot make at home. My food was not this. It was also a bit bland and boring. No creativity, and I had to add more salt. So, a no-go on the food. Then, to top it off, one of the employees was mopping up at another table nearby, which is good to clean up a mess, but then they left the mop and bucket 5ft from our table......for most of our meal. So, I am eating overpriced food next to a smelly mop. Not pleasant at all! So, all in all, it's a comfy place to meet up with a friend or family, but you'll spend way more than is necessary, you might get a server whose mind is elsewhere, and a smelly mop as your companion. I'll go if someone invites me, but I won't choose Homegrown myself.

Yelp
The food was great, the service was great, the atmosphere is perfect. The prices are decent. Definitely a new go to place. The eggs Benedict was amazing.
google avatar

Oliver D.

Yelp
Excellent service, excellent food. Coffee was great. Wife had sweet potato pancakes (seasonal) with sides. I got an excellent eggs Benedict, standard. Everything was perfect.

Yelp
We walked up to the restaurant at 11 am on a Saturday and there were lots of people standing around. We knew there would be a wait. The gal at the hostess stand said 45 mins to an hour, but there was no wait at the bar. So we opted for the bar! From the time we sat down to the time we got our food, it had been 15 minutes. So if it's busy, definitely opt for that option. The food was delicious! My philosophy is--if the restaurant has gluten free pancakes, order them! And they were so good! My husband ordered the omelet, and he was very impressed. The potatoes were good, too!! The atmosphere was lively and the decor was tasteful! We would definitely eat here again when in town!
google avatar

Shelby G.

Yelp
The best breakfast and brunch spot in Springdale. Also open for lunch, but you can order breakfast all day. Seasonal menu changes offer more than the standard menu. They drop off a pot of coffee at the table, which I love. I can sit and drink coffee for an hour without having to chase someone down for a refill. The wait gets long on the weekend, so check in on Yelp to get on the waitlist.

Yelp
The ambiance is fresh, welcoming & so clean!! It was difficult to choose from the menu as everything sounded divine from the description and they delivered! We ordered 2 Popd tarts and the Coffee Cake for starters as it was fairly late in the morning and we were starved - don't skip on either - YUM! Coffee is from Onxy which is always delish but HomeGrown brews it well. The cold brew - best I've ever had. Our littles ordered the Triple Threat (I think that's the name) 2 got the confetti cakes (they taste like cake y'all) and one blueberry (it was hard for me to not steal a bite. Blueberries inside and on top with strudel). I had the veggie omelet - delish with fresh fruit which has a lime poppy seed glaze and I chose a homemade biscuit. Hubs had the pina colada pancakes - he raved and my bro had something that appeared equally scrumptious. He cleaned his plate. Can't say enough good. Check in to the waitlist on Yelp to hold your space. Just get there!

Yelp
I had called earlier to try and make a reservation for our group of 11. They said they do not do reservations but when I get on the online waitlist to click party of 6 and then in the comment add the actual number. I did as instructed. Upon arrival it said we had three parties to be seated ahead of us. Then we got the notification we were next. I proceeded to see 5+ parties get seated that walked up after us at tables that our party could have fit at. we need up waiting at the restaurant for more than an hour to be sat. We finally were sat after my husband told the manager to just put our group at 2 different tables on different sides of the restaurant if you need to. Which is what ended up happening and that is fine. The part the irritated us most was there was a table next to where they sat 4 of us that could have fit the rest of our party.

Yelp
Food was good!! Kids were amazed with the pancake and Turkey fry!! Had refill myself for lemonade
google avatar

Yelp
Always good personal service. Able and willing to accommodate gluten free / celiac. Food is great!
google avatar

Hana C.

Yelp
The food was amazing!!! I loved the salsa that came with my omelette. The English muffins were so soft and flavorful. I wished my potatoes were more cooked. My server was also strange, like we couldn't order a side of eggs when requested. Overall I loved the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Yelp
Another great meal in Springdale. Fresh squeezed lemonaid is delicious. The Cuban sandwich was perfect. Stuffed full of goodness. Nice cheese pull too. . One of the best sides of fruit. Perfect size. I even commented. Waitress was so sweet. Lovely space. Will come back.

Yelp
The food was absolutely amazing, which makes the wait well worth it. Try and sign up for this wait list ahead of time to get in sooner. Very clean environment with some cool places to walk and visit nearby if you are trying to burn a few minutes.

Josh L.

Yelp
Good food, good coffee, very fresh juice. I had the biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon and my wife had lemon French toast. Very tasty! The place was clean and they very much leaned into their name. All the food products and even tables are sourced locally. I had been hearing about this place for a while and it definitely lived up to the hype. The server was nice and the food came out quickly. We would definitely go again.

Keely C.

Yelp
Amazing ambiance, drinks and food. There is a level of care and execution here that is evident in the food and hospitality. This place is SO special Had the BLT, but will go back for brunch for sure!
google avatar

Jonathan T.

Yelp
They need to fix their reservation system, canceled my reservation and when I called back I got an automated voice message saying good bye. Never could get ahold of anyone.

Chandi M.

Yelp
What a great find, while in the area we needed grindage to fill our belly's and we were so happy we found this place. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. It's a very chill environment and the food was cooked and prepared perfectly. We will def be back while in the area.
google avatar

Wendy M.

Yelp
Enjoyed brunch at HomeGrown this morning. Staci, our server, was friendly and very attentive. She got in a ton of steps just keeping my iced-tea filled (which I greatly appreciated )! From the piping hot coffee cake to the BLT&E, everything was delish The avocado fresco salad with the finely chopped chicken added was good. Salad was a bit heavily-dressed, so I'd probably ask for the dressing on the side next time. Wonderful addition to #DowntownSpringdale! Can't wait to visit again.
google avatar

Jason B.

Yelp
Great food, unique options. Coffee is great, the cocktails are awesome. Lots of healthy options and lots of sweet things too! The service has always been excellent!

Yelp
We finally got the chance to try HomeGrown and were blown away! I had heard good things but wow, we will never go to ihop ever again. Tried the lemon pop'd heart for a starter and loved the sprinkles. Impeccable flavor as well. My fiancé tried the gimme meats omelet and an additional side of cheese grits. He said it was the freshest food he's had in a while and I completely agree! I had the Let's Make A Toast plate and the eggs came out perfectly over medium. I don't usually go for french toast at a restaurant but this one was refreshing! I loved the breakfast potatoes and the thick cut bacon. We will certainly be coming back!

Greg M.

Yelp
Diverse menu. Not just a typical breakfast/brunch place. Locally sourced ingredients. Hey, who else serves meatloaf for breakfast? Yum! We've been multiple times and will be back again. The most recent trip was with our out of town family (12 total with 6 younger kids.) The service was great, especially for such a tough crowd but they pulled it off. Comfortable and quieter than most places.
google avatar

Juan C.

Yelp
Food was delicious and very well cooked. Always better when the food is naturally sourced. Service was great!
google avatar

Ashley R.

Yelp
I'm from Wichita KS and this breakfast restaurant is the only thing I miss about living there! So we were excited to see there was one in Springdale! First off we had amazing service our server was Staci and she was wonderful! Kept our water full and was so sweet during our brunch!! Highly recommend!!
google avatar

Pat A.

Yelp
It's been a while since I came to HomeGrown, and I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed it. The service was excellent and my friends and I loved the choice of mimosas. I had the Polenta Pound Cake French Toast and it was delicious - the polenta was soft inside with a crusty outside and the local honey-whipped mascarpone set the flavor off perfectly. My friend had the piña colada pancakes so I got to try them as well. It's so nice to have friends who share, so I got to have bacon and sausage!
google avatar

Sandra B.

Yelp
This is my favorite brunch and breakfast spot in the area and my husband and seven-year-old enjoy it, too! I always have to try their seasonal pancakes--sweet potato, red velvet, lemon ricotta, and carrot cake have all been amazing.
google avatar

Martin H.

Yelp
Food= Good Service = average but appropriate for the amount of customers. This places always busy. Ambience = very quaint; you can tell they've got rope swing money

Mandy B.

Yelp
Been here multiple times. We had slow service only once. This is to be expected. I find the servers and hosts to be polite and professional. We are able to reserve our place in line online when running late and it works out perfectly. Our faves: Salsa Verde Pork & Egg, any omelet, the Cuban and the BLT +A+E. They are good with subs when it comes to sides and reminds you of any upcharges.

Gabby

Yelp
Me and my husband love this place. The service is very nice and goes above and beyond in their service. It gets really busy but you can join a waitlist online and just arrive when you are near the top. The atmosphere is lovely, I love getting seated by the windows to downtown, and the food tastes really yummy!! If you order coffee they give you a whole pot. It's awesome.

Nanie F.

Yelp
The server was nice very laid back. Our orders weren't difficult. No issue with accuracy or spacing. It's a cute place I didn't notice until I googled it. The seats are real wood comfortable. It has a homie feel and clean. I ordered let's make a toast, egg perfect, French toast delicious and bacon perfectly in between. Portions are perfect. My girl got the avocado toast. She said the flavoring and texture were perfect. We also got lattes she loved her. It was good I feel that I would order and extra shot of espresso. I love strong coffee. Would come again 10/10z
google avatar

Teaira J.

Yelp
Omg this place! Get your taste buds ready for some amazing flavors! Inside is inviting along with the staff. Plenty of options for every one I promise. There wasn't single thing on out table that I tasted and didn't love.
google avatar

Doug W.

Yelp
Fantastic food and the service is top quality, the eggs are so fresh that the yolks are still bright orange as if they just went out to the henhouse and gathered eggs.

Ashley M.

Yelp
I added myself to the online wait list and when I checked in I had less than a ten minute wait time which was great because they were super busy for Mothers Day. The waitresses here were so incredibly polite. The pineapple pancakes were phenomenal ! The pina colada lemonade or something like that, not as good.

Steve S.

Yelp
Food was good. Service was good. But used their Waitlist feature and ended up standing on the sidewalk for an hour. Yes, they were busy, but the Waitlist feature should manage an issue like that. No manager ever spoke to us or apologized. No effort to proactively acknowledge our wait. There are other places that serve brunch that do not expect their customers to tolerate a problem like this. Won't be back.

Hugh C.

Yelp
Salsa verde was delicious. But the cheesy grits were not warm enough to melt the cheese, which knocked it down to 4 stars.

T. J.

Yelp
If you are going to use the tables by the windowsill, one should cleanup the dead bugs when cleaning the table. This was rather disappointing. The meal maybe good but when one is facing dead bugs it's had to focus on the meal.
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
Absolutely love HomeGrown! This is our favorite place in Springdale. The food is delicious and we love the decor and aesthetic. They have since opened a second one in Rogers. We prefer this E Emma location.
google avatar

Zoe M.

Yelp
A well deserved 5/5 stars! This is absolutely the most delicious breakfast spot I've tried in a while. Generous portion sizes, great food! Make sure to add yourself to the waitlist, which you can do through Yelp! It's cute and clean inside. Service was good and the food came out in good timing.
google avatar

Carla C.

Yelp
Love the ambiance which is, maybe, industrial, country, warm and cozy? Anyway, the breakfast was good and all locally sourced which I like supporting small local businesses. Avocado toast was a hit. My husband loved his very cheesy veggie omelet. Can't wait to explore more on the menu.
google avatar

Jackie B.

Yelp
Went here today around 9:30am. Checked the waitlist on Yelp (so handy!), there was no wait. We got there, was seated after 2 other people. Placed was 90% full. Service was absolutely incredible. So refreshing to get great service! For drinks we got the HG mimosa, the sunshine drink (carrot juice), a hot chocolate (don't judge, my friend loves hot chocolate!). I tried the limoncello French toast. Omg! Think lemon pound cake, fixed like French toast. Sooooooo good! The eggs and bacon were good too. My friend got the cinnamon swirl French toast with eggs and sausage. Same reviews! We got a side of rosemary potatoes to share, the flavor was amazing! Although I prefer mine a tad crispier. My friend loved them as they were. Highly recommend!

prisma r.

Yelp
This location has the worst customer service , I called in was advised to go to yelp, enroll on the waiting list , we arrived at 12:17, I asked at 12:30 and the manager didn't apologize or seem to care , still waited until 1:00 pm and ended up leaving and will never return to this location, it's a shame so much money was put in to have this location in Springdale but the staff doesn't have a great customer experience
google avatar

Stacy P.

Yelp
When we arrived the wait was an hour... it ended up only bring 15-20 min. I found out you can get on the waitlist ahead of time through this app! Do it!! The John Denver omelet was good, wished there were more ingredients, just a few of everything. The rosemary potatoes were delish!!! My husband ordered "It takes the Cake" eggs and pancakes. Cooked perfectly as he ordered them and the sausage was really good. The Homegrown coffee cake with caramel sauce was Awesome sauce! Warm and sauce on the side!! We enjoyed the coffee, not bitter at all. Took some of everything home!! We didn't have to wait long for our food either. The prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Great food! Great service! I highly recommended HomeGrown Springdale! Nice Ambiance. I highly recommend you check out Homegrown Springdale
