I first saw Homer Lobster in a video posted by an influencer back in October while I was in Qatar. The lobster roll looked so good that I saved the video and took a screenshot, telling myself I had to try it if I ever made it to Paris.
Fast forward a few months—I’m finally in Paris, and the first thing that came to mind (before even thinking about work) was that lobster roll.
I visited Homer Lobster within the first hour of arriving, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best lobster rolls I’ve ever had. The lobster was fresh and flavorful, and the brioche bread was out of this world—buttery, crispy, and just perfect.
This place completely lived up to the hype. It’s amazing how one short video months ago could influence me so strongly. That’s the power of great food and great marketing.
