Love this place, I had a great experience there and met some great people! Friendly environment in general, including staff and patrons were easing going! The Pizza was delicious, would highly recommend this spot! There are many other great things about this! Only one way to find out tho! 😉

You can buy by the slice or whole. Lunch special is a slice and drink for $6 which is a steal in town. Crust was just right crispy. Toppings were fresh. We tried Owahu and Chicken Bacon Ranch and both were delicious!

This was a fun enjoyable experience for sure. They have a nice bar and tv’s around to watch. The food was really good. Something about the sauce I think made it sweet which is not my personal favorite still really good food though, and extremely fast.

Stopped in here for dinner with a large group. Counter service ordering with a quick moving line. The place is fairly small inside (the bar takes up almost half of the inside space) but we were still able to find seating. The pizza was very good. They have a few premade pizzas at the counter they sell by the slice, or you can order a whole pie. Nice NY style crust with a crispy bottom. I had the margarita pizza which was great. One of our group had a pepperoni calzone which was also good. I didn’t get a chance to check out the bar but it looked lively!

An outdoor fireplace welcomes you to this warmly lit, casual local hangout. The Margherita Pizza was perfect. Prices are a little high but worth it because of the quality food, cozy atmosphere and great service. I normally avoid places with a sports bar atmosphere but Home Slice is different. TV screens are mounted high up in the walls but the volume is muted so it's not too loud. You mainly just hear people visiting with each other with chill music. The wooden u-shaped bar is huge and people sitting around it seem to be friendly. We sat in a booth and it was really comfortable. Our teenage son likes this place too.

The Stromboli and side salad that I ordered were fantastic! I think the entire family enjoyed everything we got. We were able to order by the slice at the counter. Very fun laid-back atmosphere. A lot of young families appear to enjoy this place. Highly recommended on your next day trip to Durango.

Great little spot off Main for local pizza. Our family of 4 shared an 18 inch. It was enough, but I'd throw in some garlic knots next time so our teenager would be super full. Pizza didn't have much discerning flavor (big spice, dough, and sauce gal). I think some added kick of oregano or garlic could've been turned up a notch. Was excited they had Beeville honey to dip your crust into! That was the highlight. My son liked the skinny baby pepperoni. Was fine, but not memorable in flavor. Happy to still support the local guy.

Excellent pizza YUM! "Excellent sub sandwich. Classic Italian Grinda! Sooooo good!! Loved it!" Nice bar had two Long Island iced teas. Tasty! Very friendly people. Tables tv screens...been there twice in a month. Very consistent food and service. Will Be Back.

We visited the Confluence location on a blustery fall day with our dog, so the pizza got cold very quickly. But it had a very nice crust! We ordered the veggie. Not enough sauce means the flavor of black olives and bell peppers predominates.

Pizza was really great - nice dough- fresh ingredients not over sauced - great flavors - nice fresh salad - service was ok but they were really busy and appeared short staffed. Knocked off a star because ordering food and drinks was disjointed. However would recommend and will be back!

Gluten free eater. We had a pizza party and the group got pizza from home slice. This review is only for the gluten free BST pizza. Overall the pizza was decent. The spinach was frozen spinach so it had a different texture when cooked. The ricotta was looked like it was a tubed cheese. The crust was a bit overcooked and burnt. I ate three pieces. It had good flavor it, probably in part from the garlic oil and the bacon. Gluten free pizza is hard to get right. I'd eat this again, but I have had better.

HomeSlice Pizza looked and felt like the neighborhood pizza joint - somewhere were you'd go with friends or family after a weekend soccer game or to hangout on a week day night. The pizza was good, hot and fresh. It did take awhile for us to get seated and get food, we were confused at first of how to order - like did we need to sit down and get served or order at the counter and pick a seat. But it was super family friendly, had tables for large parties, a bar, and was dog friendly on the patio. My family would recommend it!

Decent pie. Decent wings. We opted for this take out experience to go sit peacefully in our hotel room after a day of river rafting. Dicks

The Pizza was so good! We were just passing thru town and asked for recommendations - HomeSlice Pizza was the only place recommended! We loved it! Great place!

This was our first time eating at HomeSlice Pizza (N. Main location) and it did not disappoint! Lots of options for unique pizzas. We ordered the caeser salad, garlic chicken pizza and wings. Everything was very tasty and the wings were a good size. The staff was friendly and the outdoor patio was very nice. The only negative thing I can say is that the menu hanging on the wall is very small and hard to read. We will definitely eat at HomeSlice Pizza the next time we are in Durango.

I don't like the pizza from homeslice but i figured wings and a salad was a safe bet. WRONG. i paid $30 for 6 wings and the worst salad I have ever had in my life. The chicken on it was completely unedible. Very low quality and the wings alone were $20 (pictured)! Haven't been this annoyed with a restaurant in a while. Don't waste your money.

Service good. Ambiance good. Pizza toppings good. BUT... what happened to the cheese? Ive been coming to Home Slice for a long time but have been noticing less and less cheese over time. Now there is virtually none. Wont be back. Home Slice does not sell pizza anymore. They sell something else and I dont like it

We ordered garlic knots, salad, and lots of pizza. Pepperoni was my kids favorite. We got the deluxe with everything on it. Everything was delicious and will return next time we are in town.

Please have your employees stop adjusting the tip to 20%, I have seen them do this every time I go in. Pizza is pretty good

This became our favorite pizza place in Durango this summer. We ended up visiting almost every day! Great quality, variety of options and service.

Ordered a 18 inch pie, half sausage and pepperoni. There was no mention of an additional charge of an additional charge for a "speciality" pie. A$7.50 charge! On top of that an automatic tip was added. No mention of either charge until I was paying for the pie! I arrived when told the pie would be ready, waited approximately 15 minutes more. With a line behind me, I was told how much the pie was. I was floored at this kind of deception. I don't intend on visiting this establishment in the future. 1.

I don't know why I keep coming back. I haven't had a Homeslice pizza for a while now as so many factors has kept me away for a couple of years: sparse toppings, ever increasing cost, overall quality, and attention to details. It has routinely been a let down. Today HS hit on all those points. My pick up order was about $40 for single 18" pizza. Wow. Despite spending money for extra toppings the pizza was severely lacking in them, so much so that an entire $2.50 topping was completely omitted. Another feature in ordering a pizza is to get it "double cut" (thin slices). I thought that would be keen, so requested it: no dice. What is a frustrating sign of the times is the new business model that has normalized prompting 10%-25% tip on an order. A pick up order. How does a business justify not only elevating prices, cutting the volume and quality of product purchased at the higher price, and then having the nerve to prompt the customer to further supplement the staff's wage with paying upwards to a quarter of the value if the transaction for doing the basics of the job? The person that handed me the order was pleasant. I give them 5 stars.

We always grab a few pizzas here on our way through town to Purgatory. Easy and quick ordering. Friendly staff and consistently yummy pizza! We will continue to make a stop here when we are in town.

Ordered two hot grinders one with no onions one hour later when they came out, the bread was toasted but ice cold. The meat looked like it had been putting in a microwave ice cold not sure why it took an hour but the employees showed no concern and could give a damn less when I recommend that place hell no

Pizza was good. The Maui pizza was very tasty. The knots were also really good. Good service and solid all around. Would be happy to go back

New location on North Main: Been there a couple times recently, the first time called and ordered a pizza, showed up and it wasn't ready so I asked young woman at cash register to le me know when it was ready, I waited for it at the bar and had 2 beers, (I like the bar service btw) after a too long wait I walked over to ask her about it and it was sitting on the oven, so it had been ready for who knows how long? and she handed it to me. Second time I came in during off hours around 2-3ish, ordered 2 slices that someone put in the re-heater, while waiting for my 2 slices ordered and drank a beer. No pizza. Order another beer and check on my order...young woman ("what did you order again?") puts another 2 slices in. The cashier could use some training.

Wait time was fine, it was our order and a bit of discrimination here. This was a Bodega Salad without the pepperoni ans the philly cheese steak pizza with hardly any meat. Overhead that when asked how long our order would take, the person making the pizza was hesitant to reply back. After 3 tries, they finally answered. I should have gone to Taco Bell across the street instead.

My boyfriend is from Chicago and can NOT stop raving about their Italian beef. Best meal ever in Durango. Vibe is fantastic too.

This place is the bomb! Especially after a long day outside. The garlic knots are a delicious app, the Caesar salad was also tossed nicely w fresh parm and good portion. We had the yard bird pizza which was surprisingly delicious. Would highly recommend!

Came in late for a last minute pizza, it was easily ready within 20 minutes. Perfectly done, I appreciate the quick service and tasty pizza!

Absolutely adorable . Handcrafted pizzas. Lives up to the name. We came from Texas -driving by and we saw it and thought I would check out the reviews before trying it out. We had the garlic chicken and a Pepperoni Mushroom and onion and also ordered Pepperoni rolls to try them out. The weather was chilly out (40+) degrees but the kids wanted to eat outside by the fire table. The fire table kept our upper half warm. Our hands were super toasty and we figured out we would keep our pizza slices extra "just out of the oven" hot. I recommend this pizza place especially if you are new to the area. Friendly doggie patio and great ambience. Not a lot Of parking. Employees wore masks so that was Great!

Stopped in on Sunday 10/16/22 around 7ish. Sat at the bar. I ordered the Ceasar salad. It was decent size & fresh ingredients. I saw what looked like a House salad come out which was HUGE & couples were sharing that. My salad came with 2 containers of dressing on the side; both were needed. Also ordered the pepperoni rolls which were super delish. Very well done! And they reheated perfectly in the microwave the next day for lunch. 10/10 recommend these. The service was slow initially, but they just seemed a little busy/overwhelmed/scattered as SNF was on and the bar was almost full. They were working hard, just took them awhile to come back to take my order. They rebounded though and were very attentive and friendly the rest of the night. Only thing I'd suggest is increasing the lighting over the draft beers or get a chalkboard or printout with the selection. From my seat, I couldn't see what was on tap, so I had to ask the bartender, which sucks for them when they are busy. Whatever beer I had was great, though. Solid place for fresh food, good beer, and lively vibe. :-)

It was a cool place. Caesar took long for how basic it was. Liked that they had ready to go by the slice pizza when we walked in as we walked in close to close. Don't like having to Oder separately at the bar but do like that they had one and the beer choices. Low key vibe place. Crust was good and pizza wasn't bad

Tried to eat there last week but no one sat us. We had a dog and wanted to sit outside and the girl at the front said hold on / one minute but never came back. Something had happened and some bad attitudes presented themselves and after 10-15 minutes, we left. Later Holmes.

No one cleaned up the tables or papers on the Comoros...bathrooms were dirty as well...bartender in another world

Unique.... This is a great pizza joint. They have a plethora of pizza combinations and you can even order 2 different combinations to one pizza. That is what we did. We ordered a chicken Geneova and chicken BLT ranch. Unfortunately they didnt have pesto for the Geneova pizza so they supplemented with basil leaves and garlic oil. The flavors were amazing but it was a bit too oily and dry. The BLT ranch was delicious. My favorite part of the pizza was the crust. The crust had a great bite and chew to it. The few things I would hope would be different was the time we waited for our food. It was a good 50 minutes from ordering our food to finally getting our order and the size of the place. We thankfully got a spot pretty quickly but we definitely beat the crowd. They do have an outside patio area that was amazing so I doubt space is an issue in the summer. Thanks for a great dinner.

Good pizza, but overpriced. I got a 12" pepperoni with fresh garlic and green chile, and some garlic knots. Nice place inside, but was cold and they had ceiling fans running while it was 28F outside.

Service is incredibly slow, and staff are unresponsive to customers. WAYYY overpriced for the quality of both food and service. I won't eat here again.

So sad. We had a pizza half and half. Hudsucker mushroom, Italian beef, and roasted garlic on Alfredo sauce. Chicken baconranch. Chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, on ranch dressing as sauce. 2 garlic rolls and a house salad. Well let's see the pre made and packaged salad came with balsamic dressing in the container. So we were charged extra for the 2 dressings we actually wanted with our salad. $.54 cents each. Which she charged us for and forgot to give us. When I went up there to get them she said $.54 each. I explained to her that my husband had already paid. Guess she beloved me. The blue cheese and ranch with both very good. The garlic rolls were smaller this visit but still very good and came with a side of marinara. We ordered the 16inch pizza the smaller one was $2.00 less. Both flavors were bland. One hathe crust was slightly burnt. Neither pizza had that much cheese on them. 3/4 of our pizza came home because we will not waste food! I am so disappointed waited a whole year to come back and eat their pizza! Total: $30.44. Experience: tasteless and worthless.

Drove down from Ouray to try the pizza, the staff were pleasant and the pizza was ready made and delicious. The menu was difficult for us Seniors to see and make a choice;wish they had printed out individual menus. Would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Friendly staff, great pizza, made to order, hot and delicious. I would recommend and I will be returning. This was by far the best meal in town this week. The place was clean and kid friendly.

My wife and I went out for my birthday dinner earlier today and pizza sounded good. We chose Homeslice on Main Ave. Based on its proximity to our hotel. It was a great choice. We got the 18" Behemoth and OMGOSH, what an awesome tasting pie! We ate half an I cannot wait for the leftovers!! Also, Fletcher made the visit so relaxed and welcoming. Good job, folks!

The first slices they brought out were completely burnt but the second slices were also just as black. The waitress said they had new ovens and were trying to figure it out but we talked to other patrons and they also got black burnt pizza. Smelled and tasted terrible. Beer was good.

Don't waste your time, money or stomach. Pick up time was 635 at 648 I finally got my calzone but we had to wait another 10 minutes for hubbys Gyro. My calzone is now cold and his gyro was terrible. The meat was crunchy and he could not even eat 1/2 of it. Then was up with stomach issues all night long.

A bit busy this time of year but still my favorite pizza in Durango Lots of out of town people patronizing this business so either they know about it or just got lucky discovering it. I hope that they can keep the quality going because keeping good reliable help in Durango seems to be a problem .

Their pizza was sooooo good! The crust was just the right thickness with the perfect crunch to softness ratio. I ordered 5 cheese with mushroom. We also had an order of pepperoni rolls. While I like burnt edges, these were a little too crispy for my liking. The pizza was amazing though. The patio and ambiance of the restaurant is fun and casual. Homeslice needs to make its way to Texas!

In the area for vacation and ate here multiple times in 2 weeks. The pizza is really good. Fresh and quality ingredients. The crust was crispy on the outside and super soft inside. My only omplain is that when they were really busy I don't think they had enough staff to compensate. Regardless, this is a solid place that you should frequent as much as you need to eat pizza.

Ohhh my gosh. We're in durango for the weekend, had never been here before and just might come back just for the pizza. The crust is so light and crispy and delicious. we got half Pork u pine and half ibiza (per the waiters suggestion) and they didn't disappoint. It was all just so good. The sauce, the amount of cheese, the toppings, etc. The prices were good considering it's a tourist town and the 18" was perfect for 4 adults. The slices are massive. We finished with cinnamon knots and they didn't skimp on the frosting!!! We are happy, full and so pleased with our experience at home slice!
