The Best Restaurants and Food Carts in Portland’s St. Johns Neighborhood | Eater Portland

"Located in the St. Johns Beer Porch, this colorful food cart is all about the karaage, crispy little nuggets of seasoned fried chicken that are impossibly juicy at the center. The move is to get the chicken bowl, a $10 wonder of rice, chicken, and a tangy and sweet pickled vegetable salad. Like the other carts, the fare here can be enjoyed at the lot or taken home." - Rebecca Roland

Google
(4.4/5) Another great food cart in Portland. The sandwich was on point. The karaage is super crispy, tender, and packed with flavor. Definitely get the sauce on the side - it's extra but was absolutely a standout for both the chicken and fries. The person working the cart couldn't of been kinder. Put a smile on all of our faces

Google
Tried the chicken sandwich, it was amazing, the sauce is like no other it was perfectly strong to give the sandwich the perfect kick, I can taste the high quality ingredients, super nice lady at the front

Google
Wonderful food, quick and friendly service, and summer specials for hot days! I got the Pork Gyoza which came with sticky rice and asazuke salad (yum!), and my wife got the Poke Bowl summer special which was incredible. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have Mondays off, and would love to bring my granddauguter for lunch...but over 1/2 the carts seem to always be closed 🙁

The amount of food for the price you pay isn't worth it. I get that every place is expensive now, but the portion was ridiculous. When the tip option appeared, she tipped herself instead of letting me do so. Update: owner claims there were signs, but that’s a lie. I’m sure after this, there will be. It was also the end of the wife’s work day & she was removing items from the front so nothing was visible except the food and their prices. The entitled 15% is what obviously was taken since you’re stating she didn’t tip herself & my order was over $45. I’m not mad about tipping, because I tip everywhere. I’m unhappy at the fact that it was done before I had the chance to choose for myself. In the future, just tell people there’s a gratuity since your sign wasn’t visible. My friends also bought from there & didn’t notice any sign either. Again it was end of day & so it must have been taken down already or whatever… but that still doesn’t take away from the fact that the food is overpriced. Don’t blame the customers for your prices. Bringing up politics in a food review is absolutely wild. The owner’s reply alone to negative feedbacks is proof that they don’t take accountability or care about their customers.

Google
I remember eating here a few years ago & I loved it. So I took my friends back to have some. It was a bit pricey as the gyoza & chicken plate was $18. I thought, well I came out here already… When we got our food, the portion was small & the food was very underwhelming. Wish it had more flavor like before or maybe I’m just remembering it wrong. For the price, definitely not worth it. The amount didn’t get me full & the flavor just wasn’t there. ***ADD-ON: haha it doesn’t matter who I vote for, match your prices to your food. Forget about portion size… I wouldn’t complain, if the food had more flavor… just a bit bland.

Google
Just tried the new chicken sandwich. OH MY! IT WAS SOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS! I'm so glad that you're way closer to my house!

Michael Cholewa

Google
The karaage chicken is extremely flavorful and tender, while also being crispy. Mix in some gyoza and you've got the perfect meal. Great portion size, especially for the price. The pickled cabbage could use a bit more pickling to really stand up to the richness of the chicken, but it felt very Japanese in that it was more delicately flavored. This cart pod has tons of seating, booze, and way too many vegan places.

Yelp
Got #1 & #2. Both were really good. The server was very friendly and nice. The food cart court has changed a lot since last time I was there. Still nice place to eat and have a drink.
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered the pork gyoza and they came out quickly. They were tasty and the rice made the meal more filling. The pickled cabbage on the side was a bit bland for me.
google avatar

Yelp
The Mo' gyoza was simply delicious, meat was most, flavors were on point and the pickled salad was a great little pallet balancer. The gyoza was also packed with pork, tasted fresh and had a great dipping sauce. I found this food truck on Yelp and happy I tried it. Will definitely return and recommend this shop to anyone! Also after ordering it only took about 8 minutes to receive my food so quick service. However I was the only person in the food court area but still was great overall!

Yelp
Simple menus consisting mainly of rice bowls with Karaage and Gyoza. Their Karaage was very well-fried. Not oily at all and crunchy while juicy on the inside. Lovely sauces to go with them as well.
google avatar

Allyson U.

Yelp
Ordered the Mo' Gyoza Combo with both pork and veggie gyoza. Ordering was easy and the staff were kind and patient. Took less than 10 minutes to arrive at my table (per the pod's procedures). Upon opening the box, I had to say this was one good looking meal. Everything looked crispy and crunchy. I dug right in. Both gyoza were great and the gyoza dipping sauce was a nice compliment. I like that they give sufficient sauce (usually, I run out). Once the gyoza were consumed, I moved on to the kaarage, which was beautifully crispy and well-marinated. The sauce also adds a nice kick. Personally, it was a bit on the salty side, but gave me an excuse to enjoy the generous rice portion (like I ever need an excuse...). Overall, and enjoyable last meal in St. John. Note: they close at 7:30, not 8 pm.

Yelp
If I could give this place 6 stars I would. #1 they are SO fast when compared with the other trucks in this pod. We had a biggish order and it was out in about 10 minutes. We all ordered the same thing which was the chicken karaage and pork gyoza combo meal. I'm not going to lie when I opened the box I think I heard angels sing. It was a gorgeous plate of food. And the taste did not disappoint. The gyoza was sooo crispy but also juicy. The fried chicken was crispy but not toooo crispy. Just right. And the dipping sauces! Ugh so good. Honestly I might go back right now because I'm craving it just thinking about it! Just look at the pictures and you will too!

Yelp
This is my favorite spot at the St. John's Beer Porch. And that's high praise, because everything is genuinely good there. Both the veggie and Pork Gyoza are absolutely perfectly done here, and served with a pickled salad and rice. Same with their karaage deep fried chicken, which might be the closest thing to the best fried chicken I've ever had (nori chicken on the big island of Hawaii). These are like the adult, leveled-up red mushroomed-Mario version of chicken nuggets. Lovely indeed. I can also recommend past specials they've run, including the poke bowl and their ramen. If you're feeling hungrier, they have options for more gyoza or more karaage chicken, and these plates could satisfy even the hungriest of customers (of which, of course, I am one). If you're hanging out at the beer porch this summer, and you haven't had the chance to try this cart yet, or you were uncertain in any way, let me give you this little push: it's wonderful. You will not regret it!

Yelp
Awesome food. I got a plate with rice, gyoza, karaage, and extra miso soup and it fed three people for abt 21$. It was delicious and still crispy and hot after driving home to eat it because it was too hot and busy at the carts. The cook and cashier was one person and she was very nice and welcoming. The food was also ready insanely fast.

Yelp
The two of us stopped by after work on a warm Summer Thursday night around 6:15pm. This is our third time to DeHomis and I'd recommend it highly. Even if you're not sure, this place is surrounded by food carts and options. A great place to take your confused crowd. You can't miss the food truck, it's hands down the cutest truck on the lot. Like, who decorated this? I struggle to not go full schoolgirl and squee with glee when I see the graffiti cat eating dumplings. ...And the tiny ceramic mushrooms on top ...squee. The food carts have changed quite a bit over the past few months! The huge beer tent is gone and more carts have moved in. Spacing is more distanced and masks are required. The South entrance is closed and you only enter from the NW and NE corners of the food pod now. Very nice in keeping with social distancing. We got two orders, first we both shared the 8 piece Karaage Chicken over rice with Asazuke Salad. It came out fast and piping hot! The chicken is soft, well seasoned, with a thin and crunchy texture. If this chicken was a bread it's be a French baguette with the soft inside and a thin, crispy outter layer. The sticky rice was good, not especially flavorful, but a really welcome mite flavor against the hot, juicy chicken. The Asazuke Salad is the perfect complement to the dish as the light and pungent salad cuts through the grease while remaining fresh. I'd guess the salad contains mostly thin cucumbers, seaweed, matchstick carrots, minimal water chestnuts, mixed in sesame oil, Mirin, sugar, and magic. We took a Chicken and Rice Bowl home for a food fanatic family member who had never had Karaage Chicken and she loved it. If you're a fried chicken enthusiast and also like the thin, crispy coating that only corn starch can provide - head to DeHomis.

Yelp
Absolutely love their chicken and gyoza!! Fresh and tasty! Even though we've moved we will still stop by whenever we're in the area.

Yelp
We happened upon the St. John's Beer Porch food cart pod today and after reviewing the options my wife decided to go with the Karaage chicken and gyoza plate. It was beyond disgusting. For the love of God change your oil please! And yes, rude owner, I'm leaving a review bc that is what Yelp is for...to steer people away from establishments like yours. Who don't give a damn about your customer experience. If you listened for one second to the negative reviews you might ACTUALLY try to improve your product and attitude. Starting with presentation it was not great...the chicken looked burnt and off-tasting. The gyoza wasn't any better than Trader Joe's from the freezer (TJ's is actually better). I support small business but only if they honestly make an effort. You're doing Portland a disservice. You can do better.

Christopher E.

Yelp
So to be honest I've had better but not at this price. I would definitely come here again
google avatar

Kayla B.

Yelp
The first I ate here I thought it was pretty good. But the second visit was TERRIBLE. I ordered the same thing the port gyoza plate. The pot stickers were barely cooked and all slimy and the "salad" was just like 5 floppy cucumbers in water... dissatisfied..... anyways I didn't think to take a photo til I ate the cucumber and two pot stickers... threw the rest in the garbage
google avatar

Matthew W.

Yelp
Great food. Great staff. Pot stickers are delicious. Chicken is cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend

Joyous S.

Yelp
I've tried karaage chicken many times but never been served anything so disappointing. My chicken was gritty and seemed undercooked and underseasoned. The only seasoning I could taste was salt. The pickled vegetables were more sweet than sour. The cart wasn't busy. No one came to order or pick up food while I was waiting. It was all so.....sad.

Mahsa Z.

Yelp
Their Karage is worth 10 stars in my opinion. Great batter on the outside, and nice and tender on the inside. Bravo! One of my top go-tos in St Johns.

Bill W.

Yelp
Veggie Gyoza plate is on point, absolutely delicious with some rice and crispy tangy pickled onions! The lot has a bunch of other great options to sample from, and there's beer there too if you need a fix.
google avatar

Melissa H.

Yelp
Ordered veggie dumplings w/ rice and sunomono salad. Simple and delicious, it's a must have at this park.
google avatar

Karissa L.

Yelp
I got the karaage platter and it was amazing. When I first bit into it, the coating was perfectly crispy and flavorful. Additionally, the chicken was cooked really well, it was very tender and juicy. It reminds me of the popcorn chicken rice I used to get back home at boba places but this one was a higher level of sophistication. The platter also comes with an apple salad with some seaweed pieces which was a nice complement. Tip: bring cash, there's a $0.30 convenience fee for credit/debit cards :).

Yelp
DeHomis reminds me of the Japanese restaurants I used to frequent in Honolulu, and this makes me very happy. While DeHomis has a small menu, I think it's a testament to their focus on perfectly executing their two main offerings: Chicken karaage and gyoza (either pork or veggy - I get pork). There aren't that many places that serve chicken karaage in Portland, much less get it right like DeHomis does. Their chicken is so juicy and tender on the inside, and the outside is fried to perfection (and not oily). I will note that while the chicken always tastes fantastic (I feel like I'm back home when I eat it), the size of each chicken piece can sometimes vary for the worst. For example, I got a few pieces of chicken last night that were really small. Like, smaller than my thumbs and I have very short fingers. I almost dropped DeHomis down to 4 stars in light of this, but I'll chalk it up to an off night since I still enjoyed the taste and the portion was still more than enough to fill me. Plus, with a bite of chicken dipped in DeHomis' amazing red sauce (spicy mayo), all my troubles seem to wash away as a wave of deliciousness takes over me. Does that seem like a bit much? Just try it, you'll see what I mean. Regarding DeHomis' other speciality, the gyoza here is probably the best I've had in Portland thus far. Each piece is huge and filled with really delicious juicy pork. The gyoza skin is also homemade and has a nice chew to it. The bottom and top of the gyoza is also crunchy, as any good gyoza should be when seared properly. I also like that DeHomis makes a more authentic gyoza sauce to accompany the gyoza, though I do like them more with regular soy sauce. TLDR: Fantastic chicken karaage and gyoza that reminds me of the Japanese food in Hawaii. This place is legit!

Yelp
Surprised to see an Japanese style food cart in the area so I decided to check it out Had the Chicken Karaage and the pot stickers. Oh boy the Karaage was wonderful. absolutely love it wit the spicy Mayo sauce. The pot stickers were very good as well, juicy and full of flavors. However, the pot sticker wraps were a little burnt so minus one star for me. Overall a very solid Japanese style food cart. Definitely give it a try if you're in the mood!

Yelp
Kinda pissed that people are finally onto this cart, I mean it's good for them I guess but I like when I can cruise up to the front and get my plate lunch right away. So the big thing here is it's a Japanese not Hawaiian plate, which basically means I'm left wanting mac salad (which if they started doing mac there's a good chance they would be seeing me every day/might get weird idk). The chicken is SO GOOD tho, like kinda the best, my partner keeps craving so we keep gettin em; gyoza too. Cute girls feeding me plate lunch has always been one of my 'things' but this is beyond that, like I don't know how they make the chicken so friggin tasty, just go taste it. Bummer tho, so busy last friday I had to make other plans for food. So I'd say just cause it's a cart don't expect anything less, or I've never been here on friday cause I knew it would be busy. Let's see if you hipsters can withstand summer rain today tho eh?, see you there. PS I always get two red sauce with the combo plate, the gyoza sauce is alright but it's trying to do to much, regular soy sauce for the gyoza will do.
google avatar

Donna N.

Yelp
Got a Mo chicken combo and a side order of the pickled cucumber (Sunomono). The chicken combo included three pieces of gyoza and a few slices of the sunomono. Taste-wise - too greasy... The chicken was not crunchy even though we ate there. The pickled cucumber was really bland.. and EXPENSIVE ($ 5!). Not sure what the basis for the high rating is?
google avatar

Kyle L.

Yelp
Karaage chicken is amazing. Haven't had it from anyplace else in town but it is fluffy and crispy and fresh each time. The gyoza is fire and they make their own dipping sauce for the chicken. I'm never disappointed

Yelp
WARNING!!! So two weeks ago, my boyfriend and I came to this food trucks lot because I was getting my car fixed at the shop right across the street from it. This food truck caught our eye because the truck itself was super super cute and we love Japanese food! We get up to the food truck and the first Lady who took our order was kind. I ordered the 5 piece karage combo and my boyfriend ordered the 5 piece karage by itself with 3 spicy mayo sauce. We paid for our food and waited about 10 minutes and the lady called us over. I took our food back to the picnic table and my boyfriend takes a SINGLE bite of his chicken and he did not like it AT ALL. I took his 4.5 pieces of chicken back to the the food truck and the second lady who I pressumed was the cook or in the back of the food truck opened the window and I go "Is there any way we can exchange this for gyzo? My boyfriend really doesn't like it." She goes "Well that is going to charge you extra." I go "You can't just exchange it out? He only took a single bite." She goes "This is a small local businuess and we don't do returns or exchanges." MIND YOU, there is no sign posted ANYWHERE present infront for the customers to see that "statement." Anyways I go "Well he only took a single bite, I could understand if he ate a quarter of it and demanded exchange and that would would declined but a BITE?" She goes " Were done, were done" very rudely in my face and trying to close the window in my face. I go "Wow you have very terrible customer service skills. I would hope that you guys would be more concerned about leaving your customers happy with your food than making a profit." She goes "if you want you can talk to the owners." By that time I was furious and just walked away and sat back down. Than I noticed this tattooed bald guy approach us who introduced himself as the owner of the business and asked "If there was something wrong?" I go "Yes my boyfriend ordered the chicken karage and he took a SINGLE bite and he didn't like it, is there any way we can get this replaced for gyzoa?" He goes " if there was something burnt, overcooked or something wrong with it, we would replace it but just because you don't like it doesn't mean we're gonna replace it. " My boyfriend than goes "what kind of meat do you use?" He goes " chicken." My boyfriend asks "What type of chicken?" He goes "thigh meat chicken." My boyfriend says "That explains why I didn't like it." The OWNERS says "That does explains it, actually because I went to a place and ordered chicken once and I thought it was chicken breast but actually it was chicken thigh because the meat was all pink, chewy and overcooked and I didn't like it either BECAUSE I DONT EAT THIGH MEAT." Now I don't know about YALL but if I opened up a resturant and I wouldn't drink or eat MY OWN FOOD there is NO WAY I WOULD SERVE IT. Avoid at all costs.

Yelp
I looooove this karaage chicken. This is one of my favorite food carts in North Portland and at this pod in particular. Pros: Juicy and perfect every time. Delicious, sticky, perfectly cooked rice, every visit. The dipping sauce is super tasty. Miso soup, when they have it, is consistently delicious. Service is friendly and it's about a 10-15 minute wait, typically, they cook everything to order and it's fresh. Cons: The gyoza taste pretty good, they are just really really oily. Which, of course, they're fried, but, they're *really* oily. I've tried both the veg and the pork, both are ok. Not a huge fan of the pickled veg salad. For me, best bang for your buck is to skip all the trimmings, get a chicken and rice bowl and maybe some miso. It's all about the chicken. If you are visiting this pod in North Portland, you definitely don't want to skip this cart.

Brian K.

Yelp
DeHomis provides outstanding food and service. They are consistently one of the best food carts in St Johns. The "one star" review left recently is laughable. Guess what? Sometimes you buy food and don't like it. That doesn't mean you get to return it and ask the cart, that has survived two years of a pandemic, to eat their razor thin food margin and return it, so you feel better about your own porch choice(if you don't eat something that's part of the ingredients, but ordered it any?). It's laughable that the entitled reviewer left that idiotic, childish review. I'm done. Order DeHomis y'all.

Baron V.

Yelp
First time, about 3 months ago, was great. Went back a couple of days ago. Not so much. Gyoza were gummy and not cooked through. The karage chicken was overly seasoned and too salty. Cucumber salad was very limp slices of cucumber. Condiments were very lacking. Just some pepper flakes in oil.
google avatar

Sean M.

Yelp
This is incredible and authentic food. The gyozos are soft on the inside and crunchy on the out with unique flavors. Go here and you won't be disappointed!

Karl B.

Yelp
Fried chicken and delicious gyoza served with rice and savory dipping sauces - it is wonderful! This place should have so many more review considering the high amount of business and customers. Their gyoza are awesome, the chicken is crispy yet not dry, and the sauces are are a perfect compliment - the right amount of acidity/sweetness/umami to counter the meatiness of the gyoza and chicken. On one rare occasion, I received some kind-of burnt gyoza on a take-out order. I texted the owner, and they comp'd my next order, no questions asked. I can totally affirm that this was really unusual - I ALWAYS get great food there, apart from this one time. The fact that the owner offered a replacement immediately, yet instead allowed me to get a freebie meal days afterwards instead speaks volumes about their diligence to their awesome food. And of course, bonus points for the artful drawings on the to-go containers... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Really affordable, really great food. I LOVE this place, and am so happy to have them around. I'll post some pictures on my next visit. Thanks again DeHomis!
google avatar

Jaiffrey E.

Yelp
Dehomis is my go to spot. Gyoza is so good, the karaage chicken is so good. Get the mo'gyoza combo and you'll get both. The owner gal is awesome, super friendly and takes pride in her work/food truck. It's awesome to see somebody who takes pride in their work. Come here and you wont regret it. Good value for your $$ too.
google avatar

Rich H.

Yelp
Best damn gyoza in Pdx. Most of the time when I come by they are making them fresh right on the spot. Hand packing those little bastards with fresh pork and cabbage. The karage is killer too. Super nice people. Love love love.
google avatar

Vandana M.

Yelp
The best Japanese comfort food in St.Johns! Great flavor of food, great service. It started raining and hailing after i put in my order. They were so nice to run through the rain with my order and deliver it under the beer porch shelter area. Check out the daily specials too!
google avatar

Ty Y.

Yelp
Found this little jewel of a place in St. John's neighborhood. It's Japanese comfort food made from scratch. Not FROZEN either. I was told everything is made from scratch. From all the sauces, to the Gyoza (dumplings), the Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) and the Asazuke Salad. I'm a Gyoza kind of guy, so I ordered the Gyoza Platter. To my surprise, the Gyoza was plump, juicy, and very flavorful. I would truly recommend the Gyoza if that's what you like. I order Karaage (Fried Chicken) to take home, but guess what? The Karaage did not make it home. Nice size severing, and the sauce was killer as well. I found out that they serve Poké on the weekends too. I will definitely go back and try the Poké on my next visit. Friendly staff, plus the owner actually works there too. This is a go to destination, but well worth it! Thank you for reminding me what comfort food I have missed. Keep up the good work!

Desiree D.

Yelp
The Vegan Ramon was amazing! The broth was delicious- enough said. (Teenager) Super cute spot to grab delicious food. Owner explained the menu and offered recommendations based on our preferences. Everything was great- reasonable prices, large quantity. Double thumbs up.
google avatar

Desiree O.

Yelp
Best Karaage chicken (Nuggets) rice bowl in Portland/StJohns/Ever had! Crunchy on the outside, Juicy on the inside, comes with a really taste salad and spicy mayo. I've gone here at least 10 times this last month, I can't get enough !! Twice they've had their "We'll be back in 20minutes sign" Twice I've waited, once, I couldn't wait got something else and still got their food for my next day lunch and it was still so delicious!! YUMMY.
google avatar

K B.

Yelp
This review is intended for the environmentally aware consumer only. Great food but one of the few food carts at this pod that only provide plastic forks. The neighbor cart has silverware available which is awesome I hope the owners will consider doing the same to avoid the mountains of single use plastics going into landfills.
google avatar

Lien P.

Yelp
The chicken nugget and pork dumpling combo for was good. The dumplings had great texture and the dipping sauce that came with it was delicious. The chicken nuggets were not for me. The nuggets were juicy and crunchy but could have been a bit more flavorful. The nuggets have to be eaten with the spicy mayo sauce cause they didn't have enough flavor alone. The nuggets were also too big for me. I prefer Asian style chicken nuggets to be smaller. I'm use to the more authentic style nuggets that come in a little bag and you can just pierce with a skewer (street food). Overall it was a good experience. I would eat here again but next time just order the dumplings and the salad.
google avatar

Ellie J.

Yelp
Great chicken and gyoza. The only problem is that they aren't open super late. But the cart is my favorite at the St. Johns Food truck. The rice and pickled salad are also a hit.
google avatar

Grace W.

Yelp
These people are the best! Our daughter would eat the fried chicken and gyoza sauce every day if we let her. Everything we have had her is delicious, and often in the summer we are there two or three times a week. Consistency is amazing, they know our names at this point. We are fans!
google avatar

Austin S.

Yelp
Hands down best chicken in town. That karaage is so sooooo good. Love that dipping sauce too!
google avatar

Silas Y.

Yelp
Good chicken and good pot stickers, although they left me with a sour after taste when they wouldn't take my cash because they called it "fake" and accused me of being a criminal. He even questioned me by saying "i don't know where you're getting your money from but i should be taking that 100 dollar bill and reporting you to the cops". Lmao i got it from a Chase bank machine. Probably because i'm not from Portland but whatever.

Kylie R.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite food carts in Portland- their karaage chicken is perfect- crispy, juicy and not oily at all. We always get 1 mo chicken and 1 mo gyoza and split them. The spicy sauce, the salad on the side, everything is great. The veggie gyoza are my favorite!

Easy S.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite places for off campus lunch. I go to Roosevelt and they have a discount for all students. My favorite is the karaage chicken that comes with rice and a little salad. The people working there have always been really nice, no bad experiences. If I had any complaint it would be their beverage selection, they don't have a lot of options. Love this place.
google avatar

Kiyoshi S.

Yelp
Gyoza is most popular food in Japan especially in Tochigi. Owner of DeHomis came from Tochigi Japan and taste is perfectly this Japanese taste that we cannot never get same or better taste in anywhere in Oregon. Kara-age is same, amazingly super good taste. Outside is very crunchy and inside is moist with Soy+garlic source taste. It may take a time from Order to get food because they start cooking after get order. There is a great value to eat!!
google avatar

Benny M.

Yelp
Best chicken karrage in town! Hands down they're a super cute little food truck in St. John's district and really make superb food. I order the karrage plate which comes with rice, a salad, and I got gyoza. All of it was awesome. The karrage is juicy as can be and with a little squeezed lemon on top it's a knockout. Definitely one of my favorite food trucks. The salad is interesting it's cucumber and cabbage and I think had slices of fruit possibly in it? It was a mix of a lot of different flavors along with the dressing but it was delicious and refreshing especially ate along side the gyoza which are already a delight all on the own! The service is awesome too, super kind people who work their and you can tell they love what they do because the food always satisfies! Highly recommend!!!

Yelp
Amazing! I lived in Japan, and it's been so hard to find really good karaage. DeHomis nailed it!! We've been back three times since we discovered this cart. We'll be back some more too.

Yelp
Went for the combo because I couldn't decide between the chicken and gyoza. The gyoza was on point, tasted great! The chicken was also amazing then we dipped it in this kind of buffalo style sauce it came with & it took it to a whole new level of awesome! The girls were friendly and the food was hot & fresh. Would definitely recommend to everyone & will be back!

Yelp
I wake up in the morning thinking about this chicken, it's too good. And it's a good portion for the price. Love love love this place. Probably my favorite truck in this pod.
