"Like fans of Russell Orchards, Honey Pot Hill evangelists are adamant in their conviction. This Stow orchard has been operational since 1926, and, along with cider doughnuts and caramel apples, offers its patrons the opportunity to pick their own fruit, go on a hayride, and explore three distinct mazes." - Terrence Doyle, Adam H. "Honey Pot Hill offers a variety of pick-your-own apples and pears daily, no reservations required. Check for updates on current varieties and conditions on the Honey Pot’s website. Earlier in the year, pick-your-own blueberries are available. The farm store is open daily, and there are hayrides running at certain hours. On weekends, check out the hard cider tent (children are welcome when accompanied by adults)." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

Honeypot Orchards is a fall enthusiast's dream come true! From the moment you arrive, the orchard welcomes you with a fantastic selection of apples and pears, making it the perfect destination for a quintessential autumn day. Strolling through the orchard, you'll discover more than just fruit – a charming lily pond adds to the scenic beauty, and the presence of friendly animals enhances the overall experience. The star of the visit has to be the fresh cider donuts, a heavenly treat that perfectly captures the essence of fall. I’ve been coming to this orchard since I was a little girl and now I bring my children. I have to admit that I was extremely impressed with my most recent visit. It was extremely packed but the staff did such an amazing job logistically with setting up additional parking, hayride stops and hayrides that I honestly could only tell there was an excess of people because I have been visiting for years. It makes me happy to know that their business is thriving. There are lots of activities to do. The petting zoo area and pumpkin patch is a favorite for young children. The donut factory was a brilliant idea. The donut lines are long but the donut factory expedites sales. Highly recommend.

I had a fun time at Honey Pot Hill Orchards. I recommend doing the cider tasting. You get to bring home a can of your favorite as well. The apple cider doughnuts were yummy, and there was a decent selection of apples for picking. Try to get the honeycrisp apples; they go fast!

One of my top choices for apple picking. Fall isn't complete without apple picking and apple cider donuts. A fun family oriented place to enjoy the day. Donuts are amazing. Staff does a great job at keeping all areas and facilities clean.

This orchard was my favorite so far in the area! It was very spacious and had so many activities. Though there were a lot of people, it never felt overcrowded. In addition to the orchard, they have a grill, apple cider donuts and pies, a petting zoo area, a pumpkin patch, several mazes, and a hayride.

Apple cider donuts 10/10, apple cider drinks 10/10, caramel apples 10/10, we got food as well 8/10 (burgers, hot dogs, drinks and chips-spent $20), hay rides 7/10 (got very busy in afternoon, the two times we went on the hay rides the girl only asked for me, my fiancé and sisters stamps… so that was a little sus. Plus we were the only latinas there🙃). The mazes were a bit expensive.. unless you’re willing to spend that much (small one is $4 per person and big maze is about $11-$12 I don’t remember). But beautiful scenery, apples we picked were delicious and a large bag was $38… if I’m not mistaken… and hay rides per person we’re about $2!

Great place to go apple picking. Helpful staff and signs everywhere. Lots of apples to pick from. Despite going on a Saturday at noon, it wasn’t too crowded. The staff said it was one of the less crowded days. But go soon, they said they’re closing soon for the season. The donuts are so good, but be prepared to wait in line for 30-45 minutes for them. They make 50,000 donuts per day because they’re so popular! They also sell pies, which are very good. If you only want the donuts, you can line up at the donut factory, which sells only donuts and has a shorter line if they’re open. Don’t forget to check out the store for the bottles apple cider, you can sip on them while you wait in line. They also have some other farm animals and lots of pumpkins. Overall, a fun time!

I decided to take a tour of several of the local farms and check out their offerings - Honey Pot definitely has the most going on. There's a large store with fruit, gifts, and food. There was even a bag of "sample" apples, and it was the only place I saw with various cider-based slushies. Cider donuts come in bags or in singles (though Bolton Farms donuts were better.) Then there are the U-pick apple, peach, and blueberries, there's a small farm zoo with llamas, pigs, chickens, and goats. There's picnic seating and a tractor and other stuff for kids to climb on and photo cut-outs. There's even a large hedge maze and "tunnel maze" for kids - access to both is just $2 and half price on weekdays. I put in my dollar and almost got lost in there! It's properly tricky. I came back a second time for a cider and didn't see any in the case so I got a cider slushy and it is pretty good (and lasts a really long time!)
