"It’s easy to find a vegan burger in LA, but few of them measure up to what you’ll find at Honeybee. The burgers here are pretty close to the classic ones at In-N-Out, which is seriously high praise, and can be made with either Impossible or Beyond patties (although we like the Impossible best). The meat is crispy along the edges and the vegan cheese melts down the sides.
