Honeybrains at Saks

Rosa and Jenny always make the most etiquette and out this world tasting food for me, I feel so comforted and loved whenever I come around here and everything about the menu is to die for (no seriously!). I’m so happy to become a regular over here in this small yet beautiful cafe. Everyone here is outstanding and leave you with a big smile on your face. Can’t thank them enough!!!

I work in the area and Honeybrains is honestly my go-to after shopping at saks. The food is quick, tasty, and actually makes me feel good after eating. I’m obsessed with the honey nut latte.. And the avocado egg toast is Soooo good. I could eat it every day. Definitely a favorite in the area.

I got the hibiscus sunset, it was amazing, not too sweet. I also got the tuna sandwhich, they were out of the original bread but they gave me sourdough. It was still really good!

Jenny is the greatest! She knows exactly how much to put in my yogurt bowl! The whole staff is amazing but Jenny definitely deserves a raise or promotion!

The Staff and food here at Honey Brains are EXCEPTIONAL. There are constantly new additions to the menu making things always fresh. Rosa and Jennie are always nice and make everything with love!!

This is the third time I have visited this location, and I have never had a problem. Today, the lady that gave me my order had an attitude, but a patient man helped me resolve the problem with my order. This is the second time that employee has helped me. You should pay more attention to your employees.

Used to love this location but as of recent they do not know how to cook their meat medium. I asked for a medium wake and steak, received it as very well done. Asked for medium again and this is what I got. This has never been a problem in the past but something changed.

Love coming to this place not only because they have the best menu, the quality of the food and coffee is amazing, prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend the Hawaiian bowl with salmon and their cafe mocha✨ you’ll thank me later.

I made the mistake of trying to find a place to eat with my 6 year old while shopping on fifth avenue in the days before Christmas. We happened upon honeybrains ai Saks and the food and service were excellent. The menu was unique and high quality, while still being casual and quick enough for families. Highly recommend.

I was vacationing for a few days in NYC and looking for a healthy lunch near Radio City Music Hall before my afternoon tour. This was my first time at a Honeybrains, and I will be back--but asking for no cilantro in the Super Sweet Potato bowl. Unfortunately, I am one of those people who taste soap when they eat cilantro and the menu did not list it as an ingredient in the bowl. When I picked it up from the counter it looked DELICIOUS so imagine the heartbreak when I took my first bite. It seemed that the cilantro was limited to the spinach portion of the bowl, so I ate as much as I could (which was about 1/4 of the huge bowl--I think it could easily feed 2 people) but ended up throwing much of it away. I wrote to their customer service about my experience, asking them to include cilantro on the menu when it is an ingredient so no one else has the same disappointing surprise, and they were wonderful and helpful to interact with!

This is such a welcoming place to get a cup of coffee or light snack. The store team always makes me feel at ease and the quality of the food is always great. I'd definitely recommend stopping by here if you're visiting Saks Fifth Avenue.

Honeybrains have always had good service, but today I went to Sacks and had the best bowl of my life, the chef was very friendly and his service was 100% the best, it's hard to get excellent service these days.
