Cute little shop in a busy shopping plaza. Parking can be tough, especially weekend or evening. Friendly service and fast turnaround since not beeesy. Got Honey Affogato & Iced Honey Tea. Both are delish, especially the ice cream with coffee and honey...soo tasty and delicious.

Been to Irvine location in the past. This location is much closer to my home. It was their 10 year anniversary. Staff and owner are extremely friendly. Located in a plaza full of restaurants. Plenty of free self parking. The restaurant is clean and well decorated. There's a bar and couple of tables inside. Additionally, there are a few tables outside. I sampled their new Spanish late and it's good. Also got the passion fruit ice cream and it was so smooth and delicious with just the right amount of sweetness.

Honeymee in Gardena is a sweet little spot that’s definitely worth a visit! The serving area is small, but the quality more than makes up for it. The signature honey topped ice cream is absolutely delicious, simple, creamy, and perfectly sweet. I tried the Passion Fruit and Chocolate Dream, and both were amazing in their own way. They also offer lattes and other treats, so there’s something for everyone. A great stop if you’re craving something cool and satisfying!

Ordered the Honey Affogato, Darling (Vanilla), Matcha Darling with Boba, and Brown Sugar Boba ice cream. This place is known for their ice cream and each of these tasted great in their own way. The Honey Affogato has drizzled honey on it so the warm honey and the cold ice cream make a very warm blend, though the honey tends to turn quite stiff very quickly. The Darling (vanilla) is a great way to really taste the simple vanilla flavor of their ice cream. The Matcha Darling with Boba has noticeable elements of matcha in it and the Brown Sugar Boba is definitely on the sweeter side, great if you’re craving Brown Sugar. Location has enough parking but stays pretty busy well into the evening so there may be a short line to order. Interior is nicely decorated for the holidays like Halloween and such. Simple tables and seating area, not enough for the long lines but just enough to accommodate those staying linger to chitchat.

Definitely one of the better ice cream joints in the South Bay. Nice people very friendly and cool quaint spot for a nice relaxing and chill time. The sweetie is my favorite as well as the honey comb with ice cream too. I also really like their apple with popping Boba drink very refreshing.

Honeymee is soooo cool everyone should visit a honeymee once in their life these literally need to be on every corner of ever block of every city of every country in the world. The brown sugar boba ice cream was really good everyone should try it I've never tried ice cream with boba before but this was really good because it's like the cold ice cream and the warm boba balls mmmm mmmm mmmm so yummy 😋😋😋. The inside was really nice too with a good amount of seating and chill vibes ✌️✌️✌️😁😁. There was also a cool photo booth thing inside it was a little expensive but if you're into that it's there. I went on a Friday night and it was pretty busy but the service was great and quick and I got my ice cream really fast 🤩🤩🥳🥳. The bathroom was also pretty spacious and had a table right next to the toilet in case you wanted to do some work in there I guess idk. There's not another chair though so don't plan on holding any meetings in there. However there's pretty good seating outside if you want to do that.

I've seen this place for a while but never actually gave it a second look because I despise honey! Lol, imagine my surprise when I finally walk in and receive some of the yummiest dessert ever! Though a bit pricey for the size, it was delicious and obviously made with premium ingredients. I'll absolutely be back to try something else!

I ordered the matcha sweetie and added the honeycomb chip. My friend ordered the dear caramel. I would give this a 20 stars if I could. The matcha and honey was off the charts amazing and worth every penny. I see people complaining about the price but I don’t think they understand how expensive honey is and the fact that they harvest there out honey from hives. It was so yummy and a Cute place. The parking was a mess but would not stop me from going again. I enjoyed it very much. Go try it out.

Nice place next door to the Boiling Point. Makes for a nice dessert place after eating at any of the restaurants in the shopping strip They have a few options and staff is amicable. Service is fast and store is clean. Ambiance is peaceful.

Honeymee is always a favorite, but this location really stood out compared to the Koreatown one I usually visit. It is bigger and offers a lot more variety, including fun options like milkshakes and smoothies. I went with the passionfruit affogato, which despite the name has no coffee, and it was refreshing and delicious. The service was friendly and quick, which made the experience even better. I also loved that they had a little secret menu with unique items that caught my eye, especially the Korean pear milkshake which I definitely want to come back and try. Overall, this Honeymee location takes an already great concept and makes it even better with more options and the same quality I have come to expect.

This is my second time having Honeymee and it's just a good as the first. Such a nice sweet treat. Went on a rainy day, wasn't crowded. Nice quiet ambiance. I love this place, and will be back soon.

I have to thank Alana M. For always posting about this place. It's been on my list because of her lol. I was already in the area so I decided to give it a whirl. It's private parking with a bunch of other shops. The spaces can be tight though. But I did get up close. The place is cute. They have a little Photo Booth inside, the place is clean, they have a large picnic table style seating and some other little chairs around the place and they sell their own jars of honey. On their jars of honey it says that they work with a local honey farm to create 100 percent kosher, raw, unfiltered award winning orange honey (I actually bought a jar of it because it looked delicious) and it went on to tell about all the special benefits of it When I walked in, I believe the owner helped me out. I believe his name was Denny. As soon as myself and other customers walked in he immediately would ask how we were doing, if this was our first time here, if we had any questions, explained the sizes (the ice cream only comes in one size) he gave out suggestions and everything. He was awesome! 10/10 for customer service We ordered just an Ice cream cone and a brown sugar boba ice cream. He even warned me it's really sweet and if that's ok (to me, the sweeter the better) but it's still nice that he warned me. I paid for it and then it was ready within a couple minutes and we picked it up at the counter It was honestly delicious 10/10 They have a good variety. They have milkshakes and different drinks. I notice they also have a secret menu on a chalkboard The ice cream is also made with fresh, Californian milk from a family-owned, certified Kosher dairy farm. Who doesn't love that? The only thing I don't like is that I can't order a larger size lol. I wish the ice cream came in small, medium and large. I honestly almost ordered a second one If you're an ice cream lover or a honey lover, i definitely recommend this place. I love how they work with other local places like the dairy farms and honey farms. I can't stress enough about the customer service and how nice and helpful they were I haven't tried the jar of honey that I purchased from them yet. But I plan on putting it in the anti inflammatory teas I drink. If I like it I will 100 percent drive back just for the honey (and to sneak in an ice cream while I'm there)

Amazing sweet treat! They also have milkshakes as well. The service is on point! I asked about the Dalgona affogato and the nice worker offered me a sample and man it was delicious and I like how it's portioned controlled with a tiny spoon. It reminded me of the Dalgona episode in squid games. Ambiance is nice with a couple seats indoors and outdoors. I like how there is a Photo Booth inside as well. Will be back

Cool spot! Nice and clean. They prepare your stuff fast. I ordered the honey Affagado with Alamonds and coffee it was delicious- I truly recommend this treat.

A nice dessert joint on the corner of Western and Rosecrans in Gardena. Honeymee offers a variety of smoothies and soft desserts using natural honey. Only feedback for improvement is the small size of the serving. The drinks are served in a medium size container. But the soft desserts are only offered in a very small cup but charged at regular prices. Hence only 4 stars. They might be busier if they had larger sizes in this humble Yelper's opinion.

Did I enjoy the Honeymee's Matcha Darling? You betcha matcha! The earthy flavor, rich and creamy texture of the ice cream was delightful. Big fan of just a hint of sweet. The ice cream cup is small and I was able to finish mine. Haven't been to this Honeymee in many years and glad they are still thriving on a Friday night at Tozai Plaza. We were here for dessert and sat or stood by a small table outside. Years ago, there were limited choices and that has changed as there are many options now for drinks or dessert. Tozai is full of restaurants, Honeymee, and a boba place so parking can be quite a challenge. We arrived at a decent time so there were plenty of spaces in a couple of rows towards the back. We would return for dessert here if meeting friends for dinner. PS- the little yellow bee spoon is cute and I forgot to save it.

Was in the mood for some ice cream. We stopped at Honeymee for some soft serve ice cream. I sat in the car while my wife went inside to order. She wanted a medium soft serve with honey. She was told that they don't have different sizes, so she asked for 4 small soft serve without the honeycomb. What we received was 4 small soft serve with honeycomb. The honeycomb is too chewy, so we added our own organic honey to our soft serve. We have never had this mix up before. No honeycomb means no honeycomb. Ice cream deserves a 5, but the poor service knocked off two stars.

We ordered Matcha afogato and chocolate afogato! Very delicious! Reasonably priced even though my friend said its too small for the price! Everybody thinks differently so no argue in this part! It was about $7. If you compare with Starbucks yes but in my opinion I ate one of the yummiest matcha afogato in recent years! They have inside/ outside(patio) sitting area' also restroom! Findinf a parking spot was a mission! They have parking lot but it was fully packed! Honeymee itself was very busy and also there were so many good restaurants around and they were all busy! The service was great. They were so friendly and fast...I also liked their chilled and laid back atmosphere! They also have photo boot inside! Overall its happy place to take photos and refresh your fun memories here!

They have a good variety of options. There's ice cream, smoothies and teas. The inside is cute, with a good amount of seating, and the cashier was really nice. My friend and i both got ice cream. I got the Matcha Sweetie and my friend got a Dear Caramel. The servings seem small, but they ended up being the perfect amount. I dont normally like honey but it went well with the matcha. My friend added salt to his caramel ice cream and really liked the combo of sweet and salty. I definitely recommend it and will go back!

I attended their 10th Anniversary today, 8/8/25 and we scored a free ice cream and brown sugar milk tea. Honestly, I didn't know about Honeymee store until today. I must say that I'm glad that I came today and we were able to taste their ice cream. We ordered the True Milk Ice Cream with Drizzled Natural Raw Honey (Sweetie), True Milk Ice Cream with 100% Natural Honeycomb Chip (Honeymee), Ceremonial Matcha True Milk Ice Cream (Matcha Darling), Ceremonial Matcha True Milk Ice Cream with 100% Natural Honeycomb Chip (Matcha Honeymee) and all of these ice cream are soooo good! The balanced sweetness that complements the added honeycomb. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Their service was great! We will definitely coming back to this location next time we crave for ice cream. Again, Congratulations and Happy 10th Anniversary!

Had the best time at Honeymee's! I've been to a few branches before, but this one is definitely one of the larger and more spacious locations. Even though the plaza was packed with cars, it was still easy to find a spot and it was also serene at night. The staff was clearly busy, but they were fast and friendly, making sure everything ran smoothly. The menu was filled with so many delicious-looking items, but I couldn't resist trying their seasonal limited-edition Holly Matcha Berry advertised at the window. And WOW, it was amazing!!! I added extra honey drizzle (because Honeymee's honey is just next level!) and it made the dessert even more perfect. Honestly wish I can get Honeymee more often from here because this menu was also significantly larger than other branches I've been to. The shop was super cute and decked out for the holidays, but since it was a little crowded inside, we decided to enjoy our treats outside in the parking lot--still so cozy and fun. P.S. There's also a photobooth inside to take pics with Such a great experience, and I can't wait to come back! The perfect spot for satisfying a dessert need after dinner.

I havent been here in a long time. I was craving something cold and sweet on a warm day. I decided to try their milkshake and wasnt disappointed. their ice cream is delicious as always, and he can definitely taste the difference in quality compared to other places. The server was quick and efficient. The place wasn't busy because I came during the day. The shop itself has a decent amount of space but probably becomes a bit crowded when more families and kids show up in the evening. I recommend trying the ice cream. I tried their strawberry milkshake for the first time and it was really good. Just the right amount of sweetness and consistency. I definitely will come back again to try their other milkshake flavors.

I loveeeee everything this place has to offer! Anytime I go, I make myself try something new. The range in flavors hits a mark for everybody. The quality of the ingredients is apparent in every bite or sip taken. The soft serve in any flavor is fresh and makes you appreciate the yummy milk and the fact mostly everything is sweetened with honey. Simple ingredients make every drink out of this world. Honeymee makes one of my absolute favorite milkshakes .The service is always efficient and friendly. The workers take orders and get your treats out in just minutes. Regardless is they're busy or not. Inside is cozy & cute. With the little photo booth in the corner, which people post their pictures on the outside of. This place is in a small plaza that is a huge part of the community. It wouldn't be the same without Honeymee

honestly, I'm the worst with fresh milk when it comes to tolerance to dairy. this is always worth the race back home to my bathroom. sweetie is a creamy, almost a cereal-milk sweetness to it. the honey they use is so fresh and they drizzle this stuff on there perfectly. matcha: everything the sweetie is with that kick of caffeine from the matcha. the honey and matcha balance perfectly with each other. matcha affogato: if you love matcha, this is your best friend. the matcha flavor is as fresh and earthy as you can imagine and the honey helps cut through the earthy taste perfectly. again, it's worth the race back home every time, about $7 each but definitely feels like a medium size of an ice cream scoop with better quality :)

I was craving some ice cream and found this place. It's in a commercial building and the parking is fairly large but it is difficult to find parking because this place is extremely busy on the weekends! Which is a good thing if you're coming to eat but if you're coming for dessert, it's a little bit harder. They have so many options to choose from. Milkshakes, tea, ice cream and iced lattes. I choose the ice cream with honey to keep it simple and it was perfect! loved the size and the taste!! The girl working the register was very sweet and kind! Definitely a place worth checking out!

The girl who was the cashier and also the person making our shakes and ice cream was ok. She wasn't happy but she didn't give us an attitude. She probably just had a long day. It's ok we're human. I ordered my usual but right before I did I asked for a sample of the strawberry affogato. I regretted my order soon after. So I asked the cashier if I could add the strawberry topping she quoted yes it would 0.50 more. That's fine. But it was a guy at the cashier now. He didn't look me once in the eyes. RUDE. Then he was just doing random things and I saw the screen light up $1.00. No words exchange. I just gave him the dollar and that was it. Then came my ice cream that basically had as much strawberry sauce as the sample. Wth? I order a Sweetie $5.95, so it came out to $6.95. The strawberry affogato is $6.45. The inside was clean, from what I could see. Their saving grace is the soft serve. If it wasn't for that I would have lowered the rating.

As an avid honeymee connoisseur, I was a little disappointed in this location. The staff were fine and the location was clean. But the actual product was very watered down. Both the ice cream and milk shake tasted more watery than I've ever had at any other location. Interesting that the product quality can vary so much!

Quick service and consistent quality. My go to dessert and must try is the Sweetie (ice cream + liquid honey). If I'm on the go, a regular milkshake never fails to hit the spot.

Absolute bliss in a cup. We tried two affogatos and the vanilla ice cream alone was soft and creamy enough to shine just on it's own. The Yuzu was tart and loaded with real citrus flavor. The grape was suprisingly sweet while retaining the "sour/green grape" taste. Stop for here for a night cap after a night out or to start your day. Parking is honestly atrocious and I recommend you just aim for the back end of the lot.

I think about this place daily and dream of the next time I can return. I am completely and utterly in love with the Passionfruit Affogato. It is absolute perfection. We've tried several flavors and everything has been wonderful. They have so many fun and unique flavors! Service is relatively fast - you order and then wait to the side at a window. Sometimes it comes out fast, sometimes you wait 5 min or so. Highly recommend!

If you love honey then this place is for you. Portions aren't that big though. The consistency is creamy & a bit icy but not overly sweet like other froyo places. The honey & honey comb is a nice touch too.

We got the lychee spritzy drink and the matcha sundae with honey - both were really good! There's also plenty of seating inside and a few outside. This is a nice dessert place after hitting up one of the restaurants near it!

Love this place! It's a great way to end an evening. The selection is wide, with a fun mix of flavors and toppings. Everything I've tried has been creamy, well-textured, and flavorful- never too sweet. I keep coming back to the matcha & milk swirl with honey on top- the sweetie. It's such a great blend of flavors, and the honey has a soft, fragrant flavor that pairs perfectly. Definitely a favorite!

My son had the strawberry ice cream and I had the cookies and cream ice cream. It was delicious, there was a hint of honey in mine and it was a very unique flavor. Although it was my first time it definitely won't be the last.

If you've got a sweet tooth and you like honey flavored drinks, this is the place to go. It's all in the name...honeymee! Their drinks specialize in honey which adds that extra natural sweetness to their drinks. Some drinks even have a honeycomb topping. I really enjoy their honey matcha lattes and their honey matcha milkshakes. It's a cute and lean little tea shop with just a table and a few chairs. It's more of a grab and go joint. There's even a little photo booth while you're waiting for your drinks to be made, but the service is pretty quick and friendly.

I am glad this is near the eateries in Gardena - miss the spot in Del Amo mall. Our whole family likes this.

A cute and lively little dessert shop with a diverse selection of milkshakes, ice cream, ade, and tea, along with a (not-so) secret menu with unique items. It's packed every time we go, and for a good reason--their drinks and ice cream are delicious! The seasonal Holly Berry Matcha is so tasty! Made with strawberries, ceremonial grade matcha, and honey, there's a good variety of flavors and textures to keep your interest and satisfy your sweet cravings. The last time I came, I ordered their hot yuzu drink which was also good and comforting. The shop is small and gets really crowded during peak hours, with limited places to sit. But there a cute photobooth you can enjoy while you wait for your order. As for parking, the lot is a bit tight but I've never had trouble finding a spot. Dying to try out their milkshakes, so that's next on my list the next time I drop by!

If you have a sweet tooth for very creamy ice cream, I would recommend Honeymee especially anything matcha or you can't go wrong with any of the milkshakes.

I love coming to honeymee! I've been to several different ones and I always get an ice cream of some sort. However this time, I was a little adventurous and got a milkshake and wow, it was just so delicious! I'm not sure why i never tried one earlier. This honeymee is located in a super busy plaza, but there is plenty of parking. The parking might seem a bit scary if you go a bit later in the evening and park kind of far from the stores as the lights towards the back parking is dim. The place is very cute and there is some seating inside. Also, there is also a photo booth which is pretty neat!

We got the matcha soft serve and a sea salt milkshake (not pictured) and both were delicious. I think it's worth the price and both are a good serving size. Definitely recommend for a good sweet treat!

Absolutely loved my visit to Honeymee! The coffee milkshake is incredible. Betzayra was friendly and attentive even tho my friends and I came in 3mins before they closed. A must-visit for any ice cream lover!

Decent place for drinks. I wouldn't go here for any teas or anything but they have a large variety of sodas. The people are really nice and it's definitely going for a more bar type vibe almost.

So I went in with low expectations due to some of the haters that left negative reviews. I expected to go once and be like eh and agree with the naysayers. I was proven wrong. Brown sugar boba ice cream was amazing. The hibiscus tea iced was a nice compliment to the sweet treat. Wait and cost wasn't bad. Bathroom wasn't scary / dirty. Parking though chaotic was plentiful. I liked it I'll be back and I'll be trying other options like the matcha or chocolate next

Experience at Honeymee Gardena was as expected. The inside is very crammed with little seating, which is a downside especially in rush hour. At around 6pm, the only table in Honeymee was taken, and there was a large group of people blocking the line, waiting for their order. When I got to the front of the line, the employee was friendly. She got my order and put it through quickly. However, the wait time was not good. I understand it was rush hour or near it, but I waited twenty minutes for a milkshake, which is extremely long and longer than it should have been. The pineapple honey milkshake is good though. It's decently sized for the price you get.

i haven't had honeymee in so long! they had so many options but if i had to recommend what to get, it'd be the matcha w/ honey. such a great blend from the matcha and the sweetness of the honey! my friends got the yuzu and that one tasted weird. my friends also did not like that flavor so i don't recommend extending an arm to try this one. although we only tried 2 flavors, i'm sure there are more that are better or just as good! the cashier was informative about the ice cream and the staff were really fast with getting your ice cream out too!

Love the honey milk that my friend ordered. Stick with anything with honey just like the store name suggests. These are their specialty. Will definitely come again.

I bought some drinks for the fam to cool off after a day at the beach! My wife, mother-in-law, and daughter enjoyed their pineapple honey milk and brown sugar milk drinks.

The good: This is a soft serve establishment with Japanese flavors like yuzu, matcha and multi grain. The worker or owner was super friendly and welcoming. He offered suggestions and asked if we had been there before. I got the yuzu and matcha soft serve. They both came with a chunk of honeycomb. They have both indoor and outdoor seating areas. There's a Japanese-style Photo Booth inside with fun plushy hats. We got our orders quickly. I like the cute yellow spoons with the bee at the end. They also sell drinks and smoothies. They're located in a plaza with lots of other Asian restaurants. The bad: The matcha flavor of the soft serve was masked by the flavor of honey. I wish the matcha had a more potent flavor rather than the mild vanilla-like flavor it had. I recall the yuzu soft serve I had at their other location had more swirls of yuzu and chunks in it. The interesting: There were at least three signs warning patrons to not steal the honey jars. If you're a Pooh Bear, please, refrain from stealing the honey. I've been to 3 other Honeymee locations and this is was comparable in size.

so delicious!!! Open late night till 10:30pm - lots of free parking available. There's a line often times even late night, an after dinner go to for dessert. Staff is very quick and efficient. No restrooms, store is located in a restaurant plaza. A few tables outside and inside, not really a place to hang- more of a quick go to for definitely yummy ice cream! Menu is a variety of choices or create your own, even their hot teas are delicious! Definitely a favorite!

Was having a craving for something sweet and Honeymee had a lot of positive reviews and happened to be nearby. The matcha looked promising in all the photos but we were dismayed to find out that they were out of matcha half an hour before closing. We got the regular honeymee instead. I've had honeycomb before but only in a very hardened form. I was pleasantly surprised to find that chewing into this honeycomb didn't make me concerned about cracking a tooth. The ice cream was nicely milky and very smooth, it didn't cause me any noticeable issues as a lactose intolerant individual. I would be happy to revisit, only maybe not so close to closing so I can have a chance at trying their matcha offerings.

The ice cream was nice and light. The size might be on the smaller side, but the quality of the ice cream itself was rich. The honey can sometimes drip off the spoon if you don't scoop it well. The complimentary cornflakes were put on the bottom, so part of me felt like I got less ice cream. Definitely asking for the topping to be poured on top! The photo booth was really cute. It's on the pricey side with $6 for 2 strips. Cute sitting area at the center of the place.
