I’ve had many tasting menus over the years at several Michelin restaurants. The meal we had at honeysuckle rose was among the best I’ve ever had. The courses are pretty traditional and not too adventurous which was nice since every dish is a classic paring (beef with mushrooms, duck with plums, etc). They know what they are doing and do it well. Each course is only 4-5 bites but at the end you are full without being stuffed. I thought the portions and courses were paced perfectly. I can think of some of the best dishes I’ve had in my life and the A5 Wagyu course with mushrooms would be easily be top 5. The overall meal would rank above some 2 star Michelin meals I’ve had. The vibes were excellent but I would recommend sitting at a table and not the chefs counter. At the counter it feels like everything is happening behind you and the other couple there was unpleasant to say the least. The servers and hostesses went out of their way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and got us moved to a table. The wines were very good and I’m not usually a white wine drinker. The pours are enough to make you feel good but you won’t be leaving feeling over served. They really ensure that goes well. If I had to nitpick anything it would be that some of the pairings felt slightly disjointed. While I enjoyed all the wines on their own I didn’t think the courses and wines always highlighted each other. Other reviews mentioned how the evening really feels like a dinner party and I agree. The tables around us were very social and great to talk to and it was nice to celebrate with the other diners who had come to restaurant to commemorate a special occasion.

If I could give this experience 10 stars I would. I wanted to treat myself to a nice dining experience for my 33rd birthday and I’m SO glad I decided to come here. The last tasting menu experience I had was at a 1 Michelin star in Italy so I tried not to keep my hopes too high but I was excited. Before you show up, you get several texts and then a phone call to ask if you prefer still or sparkling water which I’ve never been asked prior. I was greeted by a lovely hostess at the front door to check in and get walked to my seat at the chef’s counter. I was sitting in between 2 people and to my surprise the lady next to me was the owner’s sister. The place is so cute, low lighting and the decor was chic and sexy. The bathrooms are some of the coolest and nicest I’ve ever been in. 🥰🤭 (make sure you try both 😜) There’s a card with my name on it and inside you find the menu which I thought was super personable and cute. Before they started service, the owners Kelleanne and Ryan came out with their team and just shared some words and then the Sommelier poured our first glass of champagne 🍾 🥂 Each chef took turns before each course talking about the dish and the intention behind it as well as the somm for each wine poured. I cannot begin to describe how intuitive the service was, seamless and utter perfection. The attention to detail was impressive. In between courses you see the ENTIRE team working together in the back - polishing glassware and silverware, garnishing, dropping off dishes and all working together. Getting to see the owners assist in all of that was humbling to see that they were not above doing the tedious work and that they lead by example. Each course was perfect and paired with delicious selections of wine. I didn’t think I would get full from this dinner because they were small tasting portions but man by course 6 I was getting close. First of all, I’ve never had a popover and holy cow it was delicious! She even packed a handful for me Togo as an extra bday touch! So thoughtful! The BEST thing ever was the slices of buttery, melt in your mouth first time ever served there - Japanese A5 Wagyu. 🤤 At the end they brought out these mini cupcakes with candles for all the guests celebrating all things including me. They really know how to make you feel special. 🥹 We also all got to leave with their special chocolate covered Oreos made by grandma which was a nice touch. They really know how to create a memorable experience and they made you feel like family. A plus was the bomb playlist that Kelleanne played during dinner. I thorough enjoyed myself and this in fact took first over my Michelin experience in Italy. I loved every aspect of it and it’s totally worth every penny! I will be back with hubby! Thank you to the entire team! 🥰🙏🏾

My husband and I loved every minute of our three-hour tasting experience at Honeysuckle Rose! I got him this dinner as a birthday present, and it was the perfect experience gift. The setting was intimate and lively, the service was impeccable, and the food... simply amazing! We have done some tasting menus before (including a similar experience in France), and this was by far the best food we have ever been served. If you're considering whether it's worthwhile, do not hesitate to book. We are moving out of the area but will look forward to visiting Honeysuckle Rose again when we visit Charleston! A big thank you to the entire team, especially our MC/Sommelier Shane and Chef River for a simply unforgettable evening.

Everything about this experience was 5 star from the environment, to the staff, to the food and wine, to the play list. We wanted a unique dining experience and walked away feeling it was one of the top 3 meals of our lives, and we have traveled extensively and dined at several Michelin restaurants. The wine pairings were spot on and perfectly enhanced the food courses. I would have a hard time picking my favorite course! Each was fantastic quality served with grace and pride from a top notch group of folks who seemed to love being there. They called a few days ahead to give over any allergy or requests. All together a superb experience!

One of the best dining experiences in Charleston! We arrived a few minutes before 6:45 and they promptly opened the doors at 6:45 and seated us. Waters were filled, we settled in and service began. The attention to detail in the food and service was excellent. The food was outstanding! Everything was great but I think my favorites were the oyster, wreckfish, and duck. I think the duck had the pink pasta with it, I could have eaten a whole bowl of the pasta. Dessert was some sort of banana thing and I'll be honest, I don't like bananas but whatever they did, I liked it. Great pairing of the wine with the food as well! I will say it was a little hot in there at times but I'm going blame that on the extreme heat we had. If you're on the fence about going, just go. It's well worth the money and you won't be disappointed.

Superb. We celebrated new years. What an experience. The wine pairings were decadent. The staff was the best I’ve ever seen. The chefs blew it out of the water. I wish we lived in Charleston to be able to return often. Great experience!

Google
I was in Charleston for a work trip and have been to many of the “best” restaurants there. I was looking for something similar and found Honeysuckle Rose through a quick google search. I’ve eaten at many Michelin restaurants around the country and love fine dining; and this was absolutely one of the best prix fixe menus I’ve had. The food was outstanding, the wine pairings were just perfect, and the atmosphere was FUN. I think the duck dish by a chef River was one of the best plates I’ve EVER eaten. I’m still thinking about it, and he said he just came up with it a few nights ago!! They rotate a dish or two out every few days, and the chef just seems excited about his menu. He is extremely talented. The maitre’d also was so personable and friendly, and kept our glasses filled with incredible and unique wines. I sat at the chef’s counter so I was able to see the preparation. I’ve never seen people smiling and interacting like they are enjoying what they are doing as much as I have here. You can tell the owners truly value the expertise of each individual, down to the dish washer. We were introduced to each employee and heard about how integral their roles were. The owners were just beaming describing how they came up with the idea. It was truly an experience I’ll never forget. I even stuck around after the meal and had another glass of wine with the owner herself, who was interested to hear how I had heard about them. Truly unforgettable.

Google
The hype is real. My wife and I went here during our Charleston vacation, and it was fantastic. We did the tasting menu with wine (and non-alcoholic if need be) pairings. The portions were about what you'd expect for a tasting menu, and every course was phenomenal. They took some risks and nailed them, and the whole food experience was fun. Each course and wine pairing had its own story. Music played while we ate. The place is small and intimate—perfect for couples, but they have a few tables for 4 as well. The staff was excellent. We loved our Charleston trip, and if we come back, Honeysuckle Rose will definitely be at the top of our list.

Yelp
Honeysuckle Rose gives a unique twist on the traditional and somewhat stuffy chef's tasting menu experience. Once you enter, you'll notice that the walls and ceilings are dark and the window shades are closed. This was intentionally done so you'll be less distracted by your surroundings and more able to focus on the dishes being served. You'll also notice that there is fun, upbeat music playing, which definitely sets the mood for the great time that awaits. Shortly after being seated, the owners/ operators Ryan and Kelleanne Jones introduce themselves along with the sommelier. During the short intro, they explain the setting and give a brief description of what's to come. The most important part of that intro is the emphasis on them wanting you to feel like you're at a family dinner. They want you to feel loved and have fun. They even encourage dancing and singing. Once the food and wine comes out, it's not hard to notice that a lot of thought and love went into their selections, preparation, and presentation. Honeysuckle Rose is a very unique gem and regardless how many reviews you read, the love, appreciation, and amazing food/ wine is something that really can't be put into words. So do yourself a favor and check this place out. Side note: they can accommodate plenty of food allergies and they even have a full vegetarian menu.

Yelp
Such an absolutely delightful experience! We've eaten at some pretty incredible restaurants in the US and Europe, but this was our favorite dining experience so far. Honeysuckle Rose balances complex and fresh flavor combinations with a candid ambiance, and great staff. I cannot recommend enough for locals wanting a special experience! We Ubered and waited outside for a couple of minutes chatting with the host before we were escorted inside, directly to our table. The space is definitely packed in, but the chairs are very roomy and we were knocking into anyone. It was a bit difficult to scoot back the chairs to get to the bathroom. Every single course was incredible. It was the perfect amount of food to fill us up. And the wine pairings could not have been better. I'm not a huge wine person and normally get sick of drinking wine by the end of tasting menus, but did not with Honeysuckle Rose's! There were some unique wines that were expertly paired to enhance the flavors of each dish. As they market it, this is a "tailored" experience. Due to a holiday week, it was a bit hard getting ahold of the reservation specialist after I missed her call a few days before our reservation. It all worked out, but be prepared to answer on behalf of your party about still vs sparkling water, if they are left handed, and dietary preferences or allergies. They were super accommodating to everyone. The staff were hilarious, kind, and seemed to genuinely want to get to know everyone. They made the night a 10 out of 10!

Yelp
Continuing a Birthday month-long celebration of events and experiences, let me take you guys through my experience at Honeysuckle Rose. This was truly an amazing experience! All of the courses and wine pairings were well thought out. It's amazing to see all the new food experiences that have come to Charleston. Honeysuckle Rose has a mouthwatering 8-course meal that takes you on a culinary journey. Each course is carefully prepared and the details are never skipped. The staff even give details and explanations on each dish so it really bolsters that high-class experience they're aiming for. The eight plates were: *Caviar and potatoes- a Small but mighty bite. *Strawberries and rhubarb- the blue cheese in this dish paired so well in every bite. , *Signature popover- I had a few and wanted more. The warm bread paired with the butter was heaven-sent. *Asparagus and morels- delicious and fresh. *Bank scallops- this fresh bite tasted like the sea and was magical. *Lubina Del Mar-the fish was cooked to perfection and the sweetness on top was superb. *Milk-fed veal- this was a succulent piece and I wanted more. *Wagyu New York strip- this dish was a 10/10 and the jus on this dish was rich and savory. *Strawberry guava soufflé- I'm a fan girl of Chef Heather so I was excited to see what new innovations she has created here. The dish was everything and MORE! I loved every offering but my favorite bite had to be the Wagyu New York strip. Absolutely delectable and luscious, deep flavor. Honeysuckle Rose honestly owes me nothing. I was shown a wonderful time and had so much fun while being left full and happy. Don't miss out on this gem, you won't regret coming!

Yelp
No words to describe the food except one Scrumptious! It's a I want to kiss the chef type of restaurant. Every bite melts in your mouth and is just such bursts of flavors it's like a delicious firecracker in your mouth if that makes any sense. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Chefs Table for the 8-course tasting menu at Honeysuckle Rose and it was truly a culinary delight. From start to finish, each dish was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's creativity and expertise. The tasting menu began with a refreshing Caviar & Potatoes paired with Moët & Chandon that awakened the palate and set the tone for the meal ahead. Each subsequent course brought new flavors and textures to the chef's table, surprising and delighting my taste buds with every bite. Standout dishes included the braised white rabbit with Cavatappi in Marsala sauce; Braised Wagyu Short Rib, mashed potatoes, squash, Brussel sprouts, carrots with heavenly gravy and truffle (I would have drank the gravy if I was home); Anderson Ranch Lamb Chop with red curry that melted in my mouth tasted very rich and robust and the pastry's were out of this world the panna cotta was so rich and silky that provided the perfect sweet ending to the meal. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff members guiding us through each course and providing insightful explanations of the ingredients and techniques used in each dish. The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. Overall, the 8-course tasting menu at Honeysuckle Rose exceeded my expectations and left me feeling satisfied and impressed. It was a culinary journey that I will not soon forget, and I cannot wait to return to explore more of the chef's creations. If you are looking for a special dining experience or just want to treat yourself(like me), Honeysuckle Rose will tantalize your taste buds and leave you feeling pampered. I highly recommend indulging in the 8-course tasting menu at Honeysuckle Rose Had the following: Strawberries & Rhubarb Asparagus & Morels Signature popover served with a side of Fooe Gras topped with Carmel sauce. Pacific Black Cod White Rabbit Anderson Ranch Lamb Chop Braised Wagyu Short Rib Strawberry Guava Soufflé and panna cotta Molly handled the wine curation and mocktails with perfection and paired each dish. My favorite wine was the Pinot Noir it was the best Pinot. From the owners Chef Ryan and Kelleanne Jones (Kelleanne is the cutest and so detailed) to the entire Honeysuckle Rose culinary team, the attention to detail was impeccable. The bathrooms were even cool from the wall pictures to hand soap and candles. I absolutely loved the way Kelleanne ends the evening by thanking the team and giving a short intro to the team with a toast. The level of hospitality is unmatched in every way and I hope that everyone gets to experience Honeysuckle Rose. I changed my flight around in Savannah just to come visit the restaurant after hearing it was the best in the world. My expectations were extremely high and they delivered every step of the way. I hope to be back at least once a year. Oh the music was awesome too. This truly was the best culinary experience - restaurant I have ever had. Thank you Honeysuckle Rose.

Yelp
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Honey Suckle Rose, and I must say it was a gastronomic journey that left an indelible mark on my taste buds. This hidden gem, nestled on Fishburne offers a dining experience that transcends the ordinary. My wife and I got to sit at the Chef's counter, and we had a blast watching the chefs prep, cook, and execute each dish. The 8-course meal was a carefully curated symphony of flavors, each dish a masterpiece in its own right. The service at Honey Suckle Rose was as exceptional as the food. The attentive and knowledgeable staff guided us through the menu and wine pairings, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. If you are looking to celebrate a special anniversary, birthday or milestone look no further - Honeysuckle Rose is your place to celebrate!!

Yelp
This is it! This is the single best dining experience in Charleston that is like no other. It is a small dining room that seats maybe up to 25 or 30 people who all dine at the same time. First off, you pay at the time of your reservation, and the price includes all tips as well as the meal. You are given the opportunity to list your allergies and other dining preferences. A few days prior to the reservation, they call to confirm your reservation, preferences, including still v sparkling water, etc. You start outside and they seat each party separately, so be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation. Inside, it is dark, but not dreary. The art and the music are not what you expect in a fine dining establishment, but it lightens the mood just right! At your table, is a personalized menu for the evening. It lists all 9 courses and the wine that is paired with that course. The food - words cannot even express the ways that they have managed to create flavor combinations that you would never think of working together, but are so delicious! Wine is not spared, feel free to ask the beverage director to top you off if you would like! Prior to each course being served, the chef introduces the dish and the beverage director explains the wine. Then everyone in the room is served the course. While the price may seem intimidating, it really is worth every penny! There is truly nothing else like it! Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
When you think about the best dining experiences of your life, what comes to mind? For me, Honeysuckle Rose is on that list. Honeysuckle Rose is more than fine dining, it is a culinary experience in an intimate setting with luxurious food and wine from around the world. The team provides extraordinary service while educating you on the origins of the wine and dishes. A few highlights from our visit were the Pumpkin Swordfish, New England venison, and Von Winning Riesling (Pfalz, Germany). Both dessert and our take-home breakfast treat were created by the extremely talented Heather Hutton. Eight exceptional courses with eight wine pairings (or non- alcoholic mocktails) create an unmatched experience for a momentous evening in downtown Charleston.

Yelp
Imagine for a moment you were invited along with 28 others to the home of a master chef and a master sommelier. They prepared a 2.5 hour meal with eight exquisite courses, equally amazing wines and delivered hospitality like you were members of their family. Well, that's what it felt like to dine at Honeysuckle Rose (HR) last night. Having dined at Southbound this summer (see my Yelp review), we started following it on Instagram. It was there that we learned about the opening of HR. HR is usually open Wednesday thru Saturday with one seating the first two nights and two on Friday and Saturday. But this week they added Tuesday to the lineup. When we arrived at 10 minutes to 7, we were the last party to be seated. At each placesetting was an envelope with each diner's name and inside was the menu and wine pairings. What stood out in those first 10-15 minutes was the warm welcome from Andrew and Shawn and the delivery of a glass of bubbly. As each course is presented, the chef explains to the entire dining room the preparation of the dish and then the sommelier discusses the wine's geography and why it was selected. It's amazing how eight small tastings can be so satisfying and filling. We started with fish and lobster and then transitioned to duck, lamb and wagyu. I've often said what makes an incredible dining experience is more than great food, it's the service and connection you have with the wait staff. This is where HR is exemplary. Their level of service would wow someone in Napa or New York City. The cost is $250 per person, which includes everything, except tax. For foodies, this is a steal for the wow they deliver. We are still talking about how incredible the evening was this morning as we munched on a pastry treat they provided for breakfast. I learned that Free Reign Restaurants, the parent firm of HR and Southbound, is opening another Charleston restaurant in the next several months called Allora. Incredible evening! Get on Tock and make a reservation!

Yelp
Absolutely outstanding! Best meal I've ever had! All of the courses were thought out. Great explanations from the chefs and full of flavor.

Yelp
Our second time at HR and still amazed at the whole experience. The food is divine. The wine pairings on point! The service is impeccable and the cozy feel of the place is wonderful. I can't think of enough superlatives to use when describing the experience!

Yelp
I recently went to Honeysuckle Rose and was blown away by my experience. The service at HoneySuckle Rose was as exceptional as the food. Attentive and knowledgeable staff guided us through the menu and wine pairings and mocktails, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. HoneySuckle Rose is a culinary haven for those seeking an extraordinary dining experience. From the exquisite dishes to the thoughtfully chosen wine pairings and mocktails, every aspect of the meal was a testament to the restaurant's dedication to culinary excellence. If you're looking for a memorable gastronomic adventure, HoneySuckle Rose is a must-visit destination.

Yelp
We loved!! Had a fantastic time at honeysuckle rose last night. The hospitality makes the experience - you really feel as if you are in Ryan and Kellianne's home having a dinner party, and we are their personal friends. The experience is worth it. Go to honey suckle rose if you want an excellent meal, intimate atmosphere, copious wine and overall fabulous time!

Yelp
This was more of an experience than a meal. It was great. 8 courses with wine pairings. Each course and pairing introduced by the chef for that course and wine pairer. Many of the wines were first issue to Honeysuckle Rose, which I think means they're the first to serve those wines. Many of the ingredients were specially sourced from niche providers and all the courses were fantastic. They called to check for any dietary restrictions - shellfish for our party, and the menu for the whole restaurant didn't include any shellfish, so it wasn't just a special menu for our table. The courses included caviar, lamb, wagyu, multiple kinds of fish and more. So so good.

Yelp
This food experience was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. If I could give 10* I would. Exceptional service, food, ambience and decor. We were fortunate enough to sit at the Chef Counter and were able to watch every step of the process going on in the kitchen, along with being able to communicate with the artists doing their finest. Each dish (8) was better than the next with the perfect wine pairing for each one. We were greeted with a glass of Moët & throughout the night each pairing was refilled several times. It's one seating for the whole restaurant and the owner, Chef & Sommelier announced & explained each course to the dining room. I loved that about 20 minutes lapse between each course. We did not feel rushed at all. Each plate was beautifully presented with the finest ingredients some imported from across the globe.. The French Truffle & Russian Caviar for example. This gastronomic journey is definitely not for everyone, but if you consider yourself a foodie and want an extraordinary experience then this is your spot. No where in Charleston even comes anywhere close to Honeysuckle Rose. Our closest comparison is The Inn at Little Washington minus the overnight stay. I would not be surprised if they were the first restaurant in Charleston to obtain a Michelin Star... Watch this space. Epic experience. There is no exchange of money at dinner. It's deducted at time of booking & staff kindly decline gratuity.

Yelp
this is a true dining experience. Upon entering the beautifully decorated room at your assigned seat is a personal menu. Each course is introduced by the chef, including where it comes from and how it is prepared. Wine is presented with each course. We were told about where it was from and it's aging process. Service is impeccable. Through a phone call, all of your preferences are noted. From food allergies, flat or sparkling water or alcohol options are met. An experience not to miss.

Yelp
This meal was outstanding. Best in Charleston ever. Comparable, or better says my spouse, than my favorites in the US. Food excellent, wine great, team even better.

Yelp
Wow wow wow. This was simply magical. A true culinary experience run by professionals who are masters in their craft. By the end of the night, you have such a fondness for everyone who worksThere is only one service per night, and it is a true three hour experience. One flat price, which includes gratuity. I believe we had seven courses, each, with a beautiful wine pairing. I can't describe how good the food is, but definitely the most elevated complex and tasty dishes I've had in Charleston. The staff that runs this dinner are true perfectionists. They are all masters of their position. I've had many find dinners in my life, but the service made this a unique experience for me.

Yelp
A gastronomic experience in a romantic setting with wine pairing for each of 8 courses. Here are some pictures.

Yelp
Absolutely a gastronomic experience! Each course (9 courses) was matched with the perfect wine! The rabbit wrapped in prosciutto with cavetelli was my favorite while the crab dish excited my spouse. Each course brought a new taste to the pallet. Kelleanne & Ryan are the hosts that keep on giving. So much fun and worth every penny! We'll be back!

Yelp
What an incredible experience. The warm hospitality, the gorgeous but welcoming atmosphere, the creative and delicious FOOD (and drinks!!) were all perfection. I'm a huge foodie and my husband is not. We both agree that this experience was nothing short of epic. On top of that, we each have a separate food allergy which were happily accommodated by the staff, who checked in with us ahead of time about them, and made sure we were left out of nothing, even when it occasionally meant creating a whole different dish for us specifically. We chose the non-alcoholic mocktail pairings instead of the wine, and each was spectacular, full of flavor and depth, with extremely fresh and flavorful ingredients. So many personal touches throughout the meal as well, including personalized, wax sealed menus. Cannot recommend this experience (so much more than just a meal) highly enough. Special enough for the most special of occasions, or just because. A night to remember - a must do!!

Yelp
Top-notch dining experience. I came here to celebrate my 30th birthday during a trip to Charleston, and was not disappointed. Welcoming service, amazing decor and ambiance, and most importantly, the best food. The story and thought behind the food and wine pairings was chef's kiss. And the pastry chef made a special cake bite for those celebrating special occasions (and if that wasn't enough, sent everyone home with a pastry to eat for breakfast the next morning). Yes, I will be back here again the next time I'm in Charleston!

Susan D.

Yelp
We were fortunate to spend an evening recently with Kelleanne and Ryan and their talented team. True to their word, and to manage expectations, you are spending an evening in "their house", as friends, while being served course after course of just beautiful, wonderfully delicious food....what a unique dining concept! Eight-courses each beautifully presented with fresh seasonal ingredients that leave you thinking "why didn't I think of that?" And the wine pairings with each were spot on! After each dish is properly presented by the chef and sommelier, the music and laughter and chatter among the guests return to "fun level". And the service...impeccable! We know without a doubt, our next visit to Charleston (and all future visits) will include spending an evening with Kelleanne and Ryan! Can't wait to come back!

Bill A.

Yelp
My wife and I had high expectations for this restaurant considering the price point. Sadly, it's average in every way. We thought a couple of the courses were cooked improperly. Most dishes either lacked seasoning or were all together poorly constructed. One course came with a "crab fork" that I was told was just for display only. One of my dining companions mentioned that she thought there was way too much black pepper in everything. The popover tasted like nothing. Very overpriced for the value. Wines were just ok. Thought the nudes in the bathroom was an odd choice. What do you do if young children or teens are dining?? Everyone seems to be jumping on the tasting menu bandwagon without really understanding what that means.

Alex C.

Yelp
If there was a 10 star review I'd leave it. Honeysuckle rose was the best dining experience I've ever had. Every detail is accounted for- the playlist is curated to the course, the drinks are flowing and perfectly matched to the course, the staff was the kindest most attentive team I've ever seen. The restaurant itself is very small which lends to the feeling of being inside someone's dining room which is exactly how the owners want it! Everyone gets the same thing at the same time! They really know how to make a great dining experience even their facilities are perfectly thought out. Trying to figure out how I can dine here again

Alden K.

Yelp
Lived in Charleston for over 10 years. Honeysuckle Rose is unquestionably the most unique and intimate dining experience this city has to offer. Worth every penny!!

Kristin S.

Yelp
Honeysuckle Rose was incredible from start to finish. The warmth and hospitality was genuine, poised, and from someone who has worked in 5 Star and 4 Diamond restaurants, on par with the best. The atmosphere was beautifully curated, and I appreciated owners taking the time to share their purpose behind the ambiance. Shane, Ryan, Tito, and Luke coming out for each course to describe the wine pairing and the food was insightful and articulate (and occasionally silly). And the FOOD. Perfectly portioned, delicious, excellently timed, perfectly paired with the wine, and more filling than I would have liked because I wanted to keep eating! It is worth every penny!
