We went to purchase jade bangles. They were beautiful! Lady helped us. Found the right one for my granddaughter. Found what I wanted but I kept saying it was too small and I wanted a bigger size. Lady insisted it was my size. Why she doesn’t measure, I don’t know. Paid for the bangles. Time to get them on. Granddaughter’s went on smoothly. It was my turn. Lady could not get it on. Kept insisting it was the correct size. Tried 3 times but failed and it hurt! A gentleman stepped in and told me to come to the back where there was a sink. He lathered my hand and put the bag on. Again, it hurt and he had a hard time. Added more soap, they forced my hand into the bracelet. IT HURT! It’s on… but now a week later, my hand is still very swollen and painful!! Why don’t they listen when you ask for a bigger size? I’d feel much better if it was a little bigger in size. I can’t get it off because of the swelling! You can see the swelling in my thumb area. Think I may need X-ray because it hurts. On top of that, when I got home I realized she never gave me a receipt!!

Everyone who say they are rude your crazy. Nicest people. So wonderful family. All business best in town. Don’t go in if you don’t want high quality! You get what you pay for. All beautiful pieces.

Visited this store Summer 2024 and purchased several pairs of earrings on a credit card (Hong Duc III Jewelry). While the initial greeting was ice cold that day, I went ahead with my purchases as my nail technician had recommended this store. Yesterday, I visited with the intention of purchasing a bracelet and ring. First, a lady held up her phone to take my picture. She wasn’t even subtle about it. After spending about an hour there, I decided on a bracelet. I pulled out my credit card to pay. The sales lady said something to another lady behind the counter, then asked if I was paying in cash. I said no. Then the other lady said I would have to pay in cash or debit card. I explained I had purchased from them before by credit card. She brushed that off as if I were lying. There were no signs stating cash or debit card, so I wasted an hour in their store for absolutely nothing. The attitude in that store seems to be that people of color either don’t or can’t afford to buy 24K gold or they’re there to steal or the cash/debit card “policy” is just made up depending on what the customer looks like.

Very good service and very nice workers. I love the shop and all the variety. Good prices!

Visit another place! The staff here is extremely rude. The older lady is very stuck up and has no idea what customer service means. Even when you are paying, she shows no manners and is indifferent to your concerns.

Came into the store with my friend to get my ring finger sized and it was not a warm welcome at all. I interacted with an older lady, I told her I wanted to get my finger sized. She went to the back and brought back the ring sizer out and tossed it at us and told me to use it to find it myself. There was no real help given. My friend suggested I go to another store like Kay’s or Jared because I’d get better service, so we left. I wouldn’t return to this store again.

Some of the most helpful kindest people, helped me pick out the perfect piece. Will come back soon.

Best Jewelry store in town. Good customer service and fast service. They also do Grill for teeth and it's really awesome! When you walk in you will see how big of the selection that they have. They do stuff customized and very good quality of Gold.
