Average American-Chinese restaurant, served up some familiar dishes that people in America is familiar with. It generally has no style of any region in China. This hodge podge approach would satisfy the mass, but bothers the heck out of the "foodie" whom would look for some style of cooking to pin on.
We stay away from its big fat egg rolls, and its greasy fried rice. Instead, we asked for basil chicken, garlic pepper shrimps, and stir fried bok choy. We ate them over steamed rice. The bok choy was the best. Hot wok did wonder for the vegetable. Basil chicken and garlic pepper shrimps are passable. A tad salty, but did not taste so bad after all.
Service was good. Food came out promptly. We did not have to ask for anything.
