Hood River Waterfront Park is a must-visit, whether you’re there to kiteboard, swim, walk, or just soak in the incredible scenery of the Columbia Gorge. It’s one of the gems of Hood River.

This place is beautiful, well maintained, and a must-see when visiting Hood River. There are 360° views with trails throughout. When the wind surfers are out, it's a big bonus. Definitely will be a regular stop for us.

There is a big open area with shops and restaurants. Plenty of area to room. Kids playground. Wind surfers are fun to watch.

Amazing location for a picnic! There’s ample parking spot. If you don’t find a spot near the park you can find a spot a block away at the commercial zone near the restaurants

My elementary-age daughter (and we) LOVE this park. Plenty of play equipment for youngsters, and beautiful waterfront stroll for all ages. Also, in warmer weather, great spot for a picnic!

What a great day on the waterfront, windsurfers as far as the eye can see.Hood River is the windsurfing capitol of the world! Don't neglect the wine tours or the Fruit Loop later in summer.

Great place to bring my kids no matter what age they are. You have eateries, trails, a meticulous playground and picnic area with 🚻 restrooms right above the best kids beach. All dogo friendly! (Most importantly) My favorite part is the CAT BUS stop front and center. Couldn't be easier to get to and from this amazing little piece of our town.
