THIS IS FOR THE FOOD TRUCK.
They were at Dublin's Square Fort Worth, for St. Patrick's celebrations!
They were there last year and probably some years before that. Last year they ran out of to-go boxes, so i wasn't able to try. (i attempted a much later order.) THIS year, i ordered shortly after arrival! #izbeesmart
I ordered (2) 12" pizzas @ $16 each; meat lovers and one called Honey Spicev Flake (or similar name) with added sausage. I REALLY liked that Honey one!! I thought I was going to be starving later on; I only needed 1 pizza. The pizzas in Dallas are generally 14" or larger, for reference.
Super thin crust was great and toppings were premium!
Unfortunately, i didn't enjoy it on-site, as i was working, but got them both home and devoured them like a little kid eating their birthday cake... No mercy!! "...What??! Those other kids can find their own cake! Bring more ice cream. Why are they all crying?"
This listing says they're located in Keller, so perhaps one day I'll trek way over there and enjoy on their premises.
Funny note: i ordered my pizzas at different times, and randomly, while waiting, both times, one of their prep tables collapsed! (where they sliced and put in boxes).
The first time it happened, a friend of mine stepped in and helped, while i watched in bemusement..."why did the table collapse? No external force was applied. It wasn't windy. Was the table upset at the humans?"
Second table collapse, i was ready! I jumped right in and helped. The table was angry AF (at food). I asked if the table was from IKEA, they laughed and replied: "No, it's actually from Sam's or Costco." Good times.
