Hooters

I was surprised at how fast the service here was. It wasn't like it was empty by any means. There was a good number of people here for a Friday night. I decided to get it to go. I was giving a menu which I must say it's not complicated to read. The wings are popular at this establishment. I figured as much because if you sit at the bar area, you can see the stacks of fryers for wings and so on. I made a decision on a burger 🍔. You can customize it or order the ones provided. They have fries or other options. I waited less than 10 minutes. The gift area has plenty of shirts if you want to buy one. Overall, I didn't see anyone not smiling. I will come back here. There's plenty of TVs for sports entertainment. Payment will be in cash or credit card. If you had a good service, tips go a long way for everyone.

Still like there traditional, battered, hot sauce wings even after over 25 years. The women waitresses have always been nice and appealing to the eyes. The place is very beachy looking.

Ordered food while sitting at the bar and while having my beer, I was so disgusted that I paid for my beer and left! You can tell by the photos this isn’t one day of not cleaning, but this is weeks or months of letting filth build up. There is literally syrup dripping from the bar stuck from where it hasn’t been wiped down. If you’re sitting at the bar and can notice things like this, then it leads me to question how the fryers look or how often the oil is changed!

They changed the menu and my boyfriend’s favorite wings were gone! After figuring out how they could make them the team made them for him and helped us figure it out for future orders! The manager was amazing. Zay (our server) was super sweet and patient and as always the food was good. You have earned a customer forever!

I know hooters is going under but that’s probably more of the ceo fault. I haven’t been to hooters in years but these wings were delicious, I’ll definitely give the more of my services in the future

We needed a bite to eat before getting back on the road to Tennessee 💖 The food was delicious the wait staff was super friendly.

I haven't been in Hooters in a very long time. Last time I felt like, I was a bother to my waitress that she had to wait on me. Today, totally different story, Brooke was amazing, she has a super positive attitude and provided great service. I will be back.

It is always worth the 3 hour drive to come here and hang out with everyone. Atmosphere is great and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It's always such a joy to visit this location. Jill, Steve, and Rob are always on top of their game and Haley is such a rock star!!! AJ has the bubbliest personality and so many of the other girls, too numerous to mention have their own awesome personality traits that make this location well worth the drive and the visit. See you all in July!!!!

Had this for lunch. The atmosphere was fun and entertaining. The waitress was nice and outgoing. The service was great however we did not get plates when we got our chicken wings. I thought that was strange. The food was flavorful and hot. I did have a unsweetened tea which had a bad aftertaste so I did not drink that and ordered a water instead. The waitress even said the unsweet tea is not the best. She said they do have sweet tea.

I'd not been to a Hooters in probably 5+ years, so decided to make a lunch stop. At 12:15 on a Tuesday, the restaurant was remarkably empty. I counted 3 other tables, 2 of which had a solo diner and 1 table of 4. Server was Jordan who was fantastic. She was very friendly, explained promotions and a recommendation, but was not in the way at all. She checked back once while food was being made and again twice after eating (once to ask about timing and my need for a check). While Jordan was not helping me or another table, she and a coworker were staying busy helping each other clean a few tables, clean glass on doors, etc. That was nice to see as opposed to the often default of getting on your phone and hiding in a corner. Great job! Now to the food. I ordered 10 traditional medium wings and waffle fries. The fries were generous in size - so much so that I had to leave half of them. Wings were super hot and steaming when they arrived, but seemed a tad thin on the usual breading that makes a Hooters wing unique. Otherwise good flavor, and cooked just right. Wish I would've had just a bit more crunch. Maybe next time?

Food/Drink: Food isn't the greatest in the world but it's late night bar food. Overall wasn't terrible! Prices: Not outrageous, and relatively cheap. Parking: plenty of! Bathrooms: Very clean, and smelled good. Plenty of stalls, and urinals. Paper towel and toilet paper were stocked! Atmosphere: Chill spot, girls were cool, music was pumpkin, pretty empty on a Saturday night though. Staff/Attendants: Pretty damn good service, everything was out quick, pretty attentive, and overall cool people.

Disappointed, my first time trying Daytona wings, my buffalo chicken dip, I am not even sure what this is.

In my twenties, my buddies and I used to go to Hooters all the time (remember dime time wings?)but as I have aged, the trips to Hooters became fewer and fewer. I still occasionally visit when I am on the road and the mood for hot wings strikes me. The mood struck me while I was on the road for work. I was staying just north of Dayton and Hooters was across the street so I walked over. Upon entering, I was assaulted with the typical Hooters decor polyurethaned wood and orange! I was greeted and quickly sat a table. I didn't have to look at the menu because I am a creature of habit and always order wings - hot, and an order of curly fries. It wasn't long before my wings arrived and I dug in. The wings were breaded, as Hooters wings are, but the breading wasn't soggy, and the fries were hot. As I enjoyed my wings, my server checked on me and refiled my sweet tea whenever it got to low. All and all, my visit to Hooters was full of nostalgia. The only thing missing were my buddies from all those years ago. There are many options for wings nowadays and there are many times the Hooters I visit fail to deliver but, the Hooters - Dayton was a enjoyable experience and I will be back when I am in town again.

Stopped in real quick after an appointment yesterday. The bartender had a badass tattoo on her right leg. She was nice, funny and had great suggestions. She convinced me to switch sauces last minute, I'm glad I did! Everything came out piping hot and delicious. The place was very clean and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! I can't wait to stopped by again the next time I'm in the area! Five star service all day long!

Worst service we have ever received. We were seated by the hostess but no waitress came by for more than 10 minutes. My wife had to go up to the hostess stand to ask for a waitress. When the waitress arrived she asked my wife if we had ever worked in food service and called my wife rude for complaining. Then it took more than 35 minutes for food to come, only after I had asked to talk to the manager. And we had to ask for utensils. My wife's chicken tacos did not have the sauce on it. They had forgotten my fries. The waitress made excuses that they were shorthanded and she had been working 13 hours (not likely). The manager then told us they were also having problems in the kitchen as well because they were flooded with DoorDash orders. Sadly, I am done doing business with this establishment. Go there at your own peril.

Big boobies....small screens! Ventured over here to watch the Warriors in the finals. Was beyond disappointed to find REGULAR sized screens at this location, and even sadder when I asked to sit directly at a table top facing directly to the screen but was turned down because our group was too small. We were told that large groups always come in after 9 pm....(none ever did). Aside from that hiccup...found the food to be on par with other Hooter's I've frequented. The best deal we found was a pitcher of your choice of beer with buffalo shrimp for $20. That was memorable. And the bacon wrapped wings made me happy. Otherwise, the fried pickles, and breaded chicken all suffered from WAY too much breading! Overall, the Warriors won their second game...so I'll just say I left happy. Take away: come here for the well endowed hostesses, not to watch an important game.

Things have turned around here! Service is greatly improved and as well as the food quality. As always, the location is clean and well lit. I actually look forward to coming here for my favorite wings!

I was hesitant in returning after my last experience at Hooters Dayton. However, something has changed for the better. We were greeted immediately and welcomed to a table on a Saturday night! Our server, Jade, was fantastic - she was friendly, ensured our order was correct and checked in on us throughout our dining experience. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! We will be back soon!

I was a little nervous because I love Hooters and I didn't know we had any in Ohio. I was afraid it wouldn't be like back in California, but the fried pickles came out nice and light and crispy, and the wings were just as moist and delicious.

My family stopped by on Saturday on our way home from Dayton around 4:30pm. We have a 3 year old and 1 year old. They had plenty of things to do for the 3 year old that was a nice surprise. The waitress was nice and attentive. Food was hot drinks were kept full typical bar food maybe a bit over priced but what isn't now a days. Only big issue was cleanliness both bathrooms were atrocious and the balls for basketball were nearly black and sticky we had to clean hands several times. Also the high chair was dirty. Bring wet wipes and prepare to clean things yourself is my biggest tip if you have littles.

The wrist service I have had in a long time! And it's so sad because they seemed like nice women, but was not apologetic at all for the back up in the kitchen so they avoided us, which led to no refills (on beers mind you) and had to ask for the check twice! We placed a to-go and one hour and 15 mins later we got it! No apology until we were leaving. It just makes me sad.

Good food and good service. My dad and I ate up here on our trip to Ohio and we enjoyed ourselves. Hooters have great lunch prices and options. Beer is always nice and cold, waitresses are nice and pretty, food is reasonable and great portion. What is not to like? I got a buffalo chicken sandwich and my dad got 10 hot wings and each came with fries. I enjoy hot food so I got three mile Island wings. Dad got regular hot (he does not care for the heat like me). Both were on their lunch menu for $6.99. We had some laughs and a good time. I highly recommend this place.

F ing delicious. I got the Daytona wings but I was too full off the nachos to finish one wing. The wings were gf but not as good leftover like most. Fresh is best here. Service was a tiny bit slow but it was still a really good experience. Those nachos- chicken .... Get 'em. Fire. Lemonade was good too and the server was nice.

Bad and degraded service, its a shame, waited 25 mins at the entrance and and then for 45 mins at the table just waiting for some one to attend, we kept asking for someone to take our order and were told we they will send the waiter (lynda) that is to take our order, no one came, quess what we stood up and walked out, every staff saw us, but not even asked why are you leaving. what's happening to the service industry? Quess what when we were waiting for our waiter to come to us, a couple of white gentlemen came in and 2 waiters including ours started taking their order. i don't even know how to reach to this. i am not going to this place ever again, very very sad.

Well have not been in a hooters in years. It was late and it was open. Upon walking in I questioned my judgment right away the place was a mess. I chose to sit at the bar. The bartender was friendly and was attentive. While sitting at the bar I could see into the kitchen and was kinda terrified. I chose not to eat. While finishing my beer I was splashed in the face from hose water in the kitchen yuck! Paid bill went on my way hungry and wet.

This has got to be the shittiest Hooters i have ever been to in 30 years of going. the fried pickles were like rubber, and the beer policy only allows 2 large drafts and then you have to switch to small ones with no limit on them and make sure you specify that you want your wings tossed in a sauce as our server didnt ask and also cannot split the cost of an appetizer in half.

We placed a carryout order online. When we got home, we realized an item was missing from our order. Irritating but no big deal. After finding a hair in my salad, I was extremely frustrated & grossed out. I submitted a complaint online. I received confirmation that it was received and sent to management, but never heard back regarding it. Extremely disappointed.

Was served.Undercooked shrimp. Had I have not known better would probably be sick right now.

I like the wings and fish sandwich at Hooters. The waitresses were very nice and accommodating both times I went there during my trip to Ohio.

Don't waste your time. Long wait times. Empty beers. Took an hour to even get a refill. Gross restrooms and yucky servers

Visited this location at lunchtime on a Sunday (9/19/21) with a party of 4 looking forward to Buffalo shrimp. We haven't lived anywhere near a Hooters in the last five years and we were excited about wings again. We were seated almost immediately but never saw a waitress for our table or anyone to check on us let alone order drinks. Waitresses kept walking past and no one stopped to ask if we had been helped. After twenty minutes we left. The place wasn't crazy busy with at least six visible waitresses. People who were seated well after us received drinks and placed orders before we decided to just leave. The outside of the restaurant was dirty (lots of trash in the parking lot and flower beds overrun with weeds) and very worn appearing. Inside had an odd unpleasant smell that was not chicken wings or fried food related. Windows were dirty and door handles were sticky. Very unclean appearing. We didn't expect anything amazing because of how short restaurants are on staff right now but there was plenty of wait staff at this time and we were the only table wedged between two that had not been waited on. There was no excuse for absolutely no one to check on us.

Horrible service waited half an hour for our drinks they weren't even busy cold food way over priced

This place will not get any stars with me we were seated at a table the lady at the front came and asked us could we move to another table(Clearly the waiter didn't want to serve us probably because we were black) so once we were moved to another table, we were moved to where the black people was. Finally got a waitress and she was very rude didn't like the service and didn't want my children to feel uncomfortable in that place never in my whole adult years have I ever experienced anything like this.

Went twice now. Bad customer service. First time it took FOREVER for the food to come out. Yesterday the girl at the front desk took a long time to try to seat us and we ended up leaving. Also aren't the girls supposed to be attractive??

The worst, obsoletely. LET ALONE I NOW SEE SOMEONE ON YOUR STAFF STOLE FROM ME!! They changed a "zero" on my tip to a "six". If the staff would quit drinking and partying, maybe they could do their job? Food was great, the service was terrible. Apparently our waitress was not aware we were at her table. We finally ordered drinks (which took 15+ minutes to get, 4 people), and food. I had to retrieve our own silverware, plates, napkins etc. Extremely long wait for refills. Our waitress went off shift and left while we were eating, and no one else stopped at our table. The restaurant was not busy, only 2 or 3 tables besides us. The entire staff was slamming drinks and partying at the kitchen window area. Dancing, drunk, cussing, counting their tips while the business was still open.

Wings were not good stale breading, waffle fries were good, saddest salad i've ever had. Waitress was super inattentive. I asked for a refill and she attended all other tables and about 10 mins later came back.

Wonderful food, great waitress. I went here with my husband to watch a boxing match i wasnt sure how i would feel eating here, but i quickly learned that it is a wonderful family place and cant wait to go back.

So hooters wings are some of my favorites. However the people that work at this particular place make the experience just plain bad. The service is a bit slow, in my experience but nothing terrible. My issue with the restaurant is with door dash. I've been ordering hooters through door dash. The past two times I had Hooters mess up my order. Thank goodness doordash has great customer service. The first time they only sent one of the two kid's chicken chunks. They also didn't have a particular sauce, but instead of calling to ask what to substitute with, they just sent plain unsauced wings. Wtf? So I decided to give them another try today. I ordered 6 original spicy garlic wings, 6 smoked wings and 6 bacon wrapped wings. They sent the wings but the smoked wings were replaced with original unsauced wings again!!! I'm guessing they didn't have smoked wings? Not sure didn't call. I've decided to stay away from this location. Sorry Hooters, you've lost my business.

Went for dine in lunch and had a great experience. We were initially worried because there were only about 3 girls working at the time, but we were taken care of quickly and all our food was served quickly. Our waitress's name was Kait and she was so sweet and attentive to us. I got the mild and naked wings with the Lots of tots and they were delicious! I also got the Blue Hooterade which was a little on the sweet side but tasty. I had a great experience here and would definitely return soon.

If you're looking for some good wings keep looking. I've friend hooters twice in the last 6 weeks and both times they have let me down. I'll start off by saying I'm a big roosters fan but my sister persuaded me try hooters as they are "delicious" in her words. Last time I listen to her. She told me that I should make sure my wings are extra wet so when I played my order of 20 boneless (half hot half bb) wings I must've told the young lady on the phone 5 times to make them wet. It was quite a shocker when I got home and realized my wings were not only missing the extra wetness they were in fact BONE DRY. I swiftly placed a call and spoke with the manager Shawn who was very apologetic and provided me with a credit (this is why they have two stars and not one). When I ordered my replacement meal this time I tried to spicy buffalo sandwich where I again asked for extra wet. When I went in to collect my takeout order I decided to check this time since my order had been wrong in the past (mind you over the phone when I ordered I told the young lady that I had an issue with them not being made right). So it was quite interesting to see the sandwich I ordered was dry once again. I asked for more sauce this time and they provided me with a side cup. I will not be back to this establishment after this.

Great atmosphere and good service.. the food itself has went downhill a bit but not too much..the bartender was very attentive and knows how to keep a conversation going. The draft on tap are limited but have some good choices but made for a taller person and not a short person to reach will be back

Went here around 11:45am to grab lunch. Restaurant was not busy at all. I placed my order for the Daytona Beach wings "extra crispy" and curly fries with cheese sauce at 11:55. (Says so on the receipt). While waiting I decide to order a cocktail because it's my birthday so why not. I ask the hostess who took my carry out order how I can order a drink, she informs the bar is closed due to COVID then proceeds to ask 3 other workers how I can get a drink. I'm finally seated at a table in the back of the restaurant next to a table where an elementary aged boy appears to be doing his online classes. (This ought to be fun). Girl who I assume is the bartender, name starts with an M, comes over to take my drink order. She helps me decide on the Blue Hooterade. Then asks for my ID. I don't have it. I return to my car to get it come back in and wait... and wait.. finally a manager comes over to check my ID.. strange.. but ok.. whatever.. 12:15pm... my carry out order arrives.. I ask .... you sure these are extra crispy? They came out really fast?? She assured me they are. (They were not) I check my fries.. no cheese sauce.. and still no drink! I send the young lady back to get my cheese sauce and to check on my drink.. which Is finally just being made 20 minutes after I ordered it. She returns with the cheese sauce and says my drink is coming. I'm literally looking at the bartender make my drink.. she has NO IDEA what she's doing and is reading the recipe line by line. At this point I don't even want the drink anymore... I notice another server come over and they proceed to point and have a discussion about me. Luckily for them they're wearing masks so I can't tell by their expressions if it's a positive or negative discussion.. finally 30 minutes later.. after pouring a drink for her chat buddy while my drink sat and waited at the bar.. she finally brings me my drink.. no apology or explanation.. just sets it on the table and walks away! I finish my drink (which was amazing!!) pay the bill and leave. Only to get home and not be able to eat my wings because they are not only not the way I ordered them but they aren't even cooked as fully as the menu describes them. Said all this to say that the only thing going for this restaurant is the Blue Hooterade.. the servers are ignorant and have little to no customer service skills and the food was mediocre at best.

I came here tonight Fito enjoy some wings. One they weren't sitting anyone as they understaffed. The hostess was either drunk or who knows what was going on. This place will be shut down in no time. Unfortunately I have to put a star to leave a review. I prefer to not leave a star at all.

It was gross the bbq burger was good but to much and the lady that served us was good there mango lemonade was amazing but I got food poisoning from it

We try to order from different restaurants at least once a week during this wonderful pandemic. We have now ordered multiple times from the Hooters on Miller Ln because they offer great service. We have a family of 5 so orders can be slightly extensive, but they have all been spot on without anything missing or wrong. Orders are always ready on time and they are delcious!

The waitress helped us immediately upon seating us. Took our order within minutes and the food was great. Thanks for the good service.

Perfect! It was a late night dinner run and we ended up getting there for half off appetizers and they were delightful! The staff was very accommodating. There were literally games set up, like corn hole or massive Jenga. Our hostess was very efficient and the food was cooked to order and served hot and fresh.

The food was much better than the previous time we visited, so that's a plus. Our waitress was very attentive, and helpful. Downfall, do not go to have a drink/meal with friends. The beta male manager will rush you out if so. 45 minute dine in allowed only.

My favorite place why you ask let's see... the girls, the food, it's everything and anything a hardworking man needs from a refreshing pint after a long day on the shop floor. Walk in greeted by a warm, cozy atmosphere with lovely waitresses and excellent wings hard to go wrong with hooters. Like girls?!? Awesome just kindly ask and a group of waitresses will gladly take a photo with you so u can boast to your friends. "Look at my girls! Look at my wings!"

Just got off Hwy checked into hotel and went across st to Hooters. Waited 3min to be seated asked the lady working can I just sit and waited another 4min. Then left. I see why the rating is 2 stars( several walked past me too did not look that busy) but you would have thought since I interacted with the lady at front she would have seated me. Hope this helps with your customer service Longhorns was great !!

In one word I could describe this location. SLOW! An hour and a half for lunch and it isn't even busy... wow is all I can say. I got Baja shrimp tacos they were OK chicken sandwich burnt and fries were greasy. Manager didn't really seem to care ... won't be back!

Note to self - next time I crave chicken wings, go to the nearest gas station and hope they have them. If not, get something off the roller grill. ANYTHING is better than the wings at this Hooters location. The service was mediocre at best with 21 people eating in the entire restaurant. 3 servers, 1 bartender, 4 cooks, what appeared to be a manger and an overweight attitude filled host equals a horrible experience. Wings were extra greasy instead of extra crispy as requested, out of Tito's vodka and cold cheese sticks made my stay bad, really bad. Everything was slow but when I asked for the check, it came very quickly and was even presented with a smile & kind words. WTF? I found NONE of the ladies on duty attractive, but was really there for wings and the game. Damn - at least the game turned out ok. The goofy white cook was the worst. Seemed to be joking around the whole time I was there & delivering cold food. This experience has finally broken my desire to keep giving Hooters a chance. Good luck on you alls next venture - no way this place will be open much longer with this type of staff.

I stopped in here to buy a souvenir shot glass. Staff was friendly and helpful. It did not take long for me to get in and out.

This has to be the worst franchise in America. Aside from that, this place is disgusting. Went in to eat and lost my appetite quickly. I realize most restaurant kitchens are gross and you wouldn't want to see in them, but the fact that you can at this place..... makes it much worse. Kitchen staff not wearing masks at all, and no gloves. Touching their phones etc, then right back to handling food. Near closing time, they have a kid hosing the floors while open food and cooking is taking place . Then I thought, I'll just have a beer, the kitchen staff is so loud and screwing around yelling across the place, that it's not even enjoyable. The servers DID wear their masks and were trying very hard to cover for a terrible kitchen staff. Come here if you want to get covid.

I'm very disappointed this was my first visit and the hostess was very disrespectful and didn't acknowledge me being there then when she finally acknowledge me and sat me none of the waitresses wanted to wait on me because I am a woman and they didn't expect me to tip much but the young lady that did I gave her a generous 20% or a little bit more than that when I finally got my appetizer The hostessed just threw it on the table and I said thank you she gave me a dirty look and walked away if you're going to act like this in customer service don't be in customer service common sense

This place was great! I called on the phone at 11pm and they told me that they closed at midnight. It took me a half hour to get here and I walked in at 11:30pm. I sat at the bar and ordered. There was no rush from the bartender to get me out the door in a half hour...in fact I left past midnight. So many restuarants will try to rush you out the door by throwing your check in your face. I had my favorite here...the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich here is one of the best...it is just perfect...plus I can get the taste of the wings without the mess of eating wings. I also had the famous curly fries which are so good. The cheese sauce has been changed too...they have added jalepeno's in here...nice edition to spice it up. The bartender recommended I not have the beans...that was nice of her...but then the chef added them in along with my potato salad. They were very dry but they still tasted good. There are a lot of resturant choices on this strip of road but I would highly recommend stopping in here for some amazing food!
