We were coming from the Fairfax location, all bummed out at how much of a disappointment it was there, but this location fix it all up!!! Destiny was so sweet and adorable and she served us with good humor and awesome vibe. All the girls seems to be very friendly with each other and watching them have fun with each other was wholesome to see as a guest ☺️ We had delicious food and even shared the cinnamon pretzel bites with Destiny and she was so happy about it. I got a duck toy to remember this location for making our day, and we will definitely be coming back for 2nds and on!

Glad that we stopped by Hooters as it was open until late night. We didn’t have much expectation but surprisingly everything we ordered was delicious and filling. The atmosphere was lively with many people around and match going on. The wings platter was great. My fish sandwich was mind blowing. It was a good spot to stop by after watching concert.

Absolutely 5 stars for Ken at Hooters! I stopped in after the Gun Show and ordered the smoked Caribbean jerk wings and the build-your-own chicken sandwich—both were spot-on delicious, but the real standout of the experience was Ken. From the moment I sat down, she was friendly, professional, and on point with everything. Drinks never ran low, food came out hot and fresh, and she checked in just the right amount without hovering. Her timing, attitude, and attention to detail were all perfect. Ken made the whole visit feel effortless and welcoming. If you're lucky enough to get her as your server, you're in for top-tier service. Thanks, Ken! You crushed it.

Not great service but a very friendly server! She was a little slow on everything and our food got delivered 15 minutes before each other. She almost delivered my appetizer to the wrong table before realizing which I completely understand ive been a server! But it was pretty slow at that time too

I went to the bar for the first time :) Waitress was awesome and spoke loud enough for me to hear her over the crowded bar and made sure my orders were placed and brought pretty quickly ^____^ Always have a good time here :)

Was at this hooters over the weekend and I honestly could not say anything good about it other than the food was great . Props off to the chef but this review goes to for the waitress. 1st off Lexi came off very rude and unprofessional, second she brings us our food as we had a table of 7 and literally walks away with out checking we were good for about 30 min , for over 30 min we were waiting to ask for plates as she literally would see us eat with just napkins didn’t even bother to care . Ran out of drinks and once again didn’t bother to even check on our table as I would literally call for her name as she would walk by and still would get ignored . 3ed when she finally gets to ask and we ask for our drinks and plates . 1 she brought 3 plates for a table for 7 lol not sure what the hell happen she probably thought we were gonna share and 2 she straight up said oh your drinks . It might have been a off day I have no clue but this has definitely been some of the worse customer service I have seen in years we drove 30 min as that’s the closest hooters to us just for some bad service.

While I enjoyed her service my review is what I observed from other staff walking around.

The restaurant was slow, and the store seemed to not have heat. The food was OK, the restaurants are all struggling with the quality of food. I had a triple cheeseburger with blue cheese and bbq sauce. It had a good taste, and my daughter had a double cheeseburger with bacon. My daughters friend had bogo boneless chicken wings, and they were good.

Abysmal service, as in non existent. Serious problem with training or these women have never worked in a restaurant before. Forgot drink order and was asked multiple times, no refill or even came by to check. Sat for 45 min waiting for check.

Service has gone down! Have to locate the server for service. They also charge for dressing that is normally included with the wings - not extra dressing.

Came here for lunch. Its been about 5 years since I last came to this Hooters. I got 10 original hot wings which was good. Hot, crispy, well cooked. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Service was fast and efficient, which for a Hooters isn't necessary a good thing. This one was missing the hospitality that they used to be known for. Gone are the warm smile and 30 seconds of chit chat. Oh well, at least the wings were good.

Food was over priced and mid. Hooters Women were mid, drinks were mid. Atmosphere was depressing, just overall terrible. Better off using your money elsewhere. Oh and they won't let you sit at a table by yourself for whatever reason.

Forgot how much fun it was to have some good chicken wings and good beer on a Friday night! Ladies were just as fun and friendly as we remembered!

Came here because of my curiosity of Hooters' reputation and Hooters' chicken wings and finally got to go once in my entire life. It is most definitely an experience if you're going there for the women which I agree with, it's definitely an experience, but the food itself was mediocre at best. I really enjoyed the nachos here. They were placed on chips and had pepper, veggies, and sauce and was very tasty. However, it is rather hard to ruin nachos but it was still very enjoyable. We got some of the fried chicken wings and they were very bland. Even with the spicy sauce I requested, I believe the spicy garlic, it was not spicy in the slightest. After eating the exterior of the chicken with the sauce, the meat inside was overall bland and unseasoned. Was disappointed with the price for the wings and the quality, especially with how much people hype the wings apparently. We got celery and ranch too which was standard but good too; didn't realise we had to pay for an extra serving that so it was our fault. Got three dessert shooters for dessert and the Oreo and fruit ones we got tasted empty and full of cream that was just sweet and nothing else. The chocolate was decent but the others were just forgettable. The staff are very friendly, especially the female waitresses but I guess that's the whole point of the restaurant. Uniforms got a lot more showy than what I remember about Hooters which caught me off guard but I see the appeal. I asked for a picture too and they were nice! There are pictures of women everywhere in the building so that's nice. A lot of orange too. I like how dedicated the place is with the branding. Bathroom was surprisingly clean and had a poster for how to clean your hands which was cool. In summary, I would not come here again for the food. However, I would go again if my friends and I wanted to go to Hooters to be surrounded by women and their interesting shorts cause it was definitely an interesting experience! People are not coming here for a culinary experience but for something else!

The entire experience was terrible. Came in for a birthday dinner with my best friend. We sat for quite a while before the waitress came up. And in all honestly i wish we stayed at our hotel. Liliana couldnt be bothered to spend more than a second at our table. Our wings looked like they were covered in vomit and grease. My drink was empty majority of the time. And you guessed it the same way she wouldnt stay long at the table she was no where to be found when we needed her. What a way to celebrate a birthday

Way over priced for tiny chicken wings. Almost $25 for 10 wings and not full wings either. This place is going price itself out of business.

I've come to Hooters numerous times. As a female, I've never really had an issue there, but last night was the first time that I actually felt like the server didn't want to serve us. Aisha (i think was her name) It was me, one other girl, and one guy. The girl had two other tables just with guys. And it seems like whenever we wanted her attention it was almost impossible to pull her away from them. She was constantly with them, constantly talking to them, serving them, but then for us to be able to get service we had to physically get her attention and try to pull her away. Our drinks are made wrong. We asked for was a vodka, soda, splash cranberry, and we ended up getting vodka, cranberries, that were impossible to drink. By the time we could get her attention to change the drinks we had finished eating and she had ended up telling us that another server rang in the drinks for her. The guy who was with us wanted to order extra wings at the table, but we had already finished our entire meal before she even came back for us to be able to order more. We ended up getting them to go though. I am not the type to normally write a review like this, but I just felt completely insulted last night in the type of service that we received. Especially being somebody in the service industry I would never treat a guest the way she treated us.

Thanks to all the staff and amazing ladies at this location. I pre ordered ahead of time for the Super Bowl. My order was ready and everything was on point. Super Bowl Sunday was crazy with all the customers ordering and picking up. However they all did their part. My favorite location by all means. Thanks again

From what I've been told this is the best location in the area. We enjoyed our service at the bar and the food itself was good for what I like to call bar food! Didn't know what to expect as a customer who had never been to a Hooters before but was one of the only women eating in the restaurant.

Wings were decent enough, they do have the UFC fights which was the real reason I came. Manager was cool, turned on the speakers outside for commentary, was a little to loud inside to hear. I'd come back.

I've never had bad food or service at this location. It's a great place to hang with the guys.

Stopped in after an informative and exquisite time at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, also known as Air and Space Museum in Chantilly. Katie started me off with a tall Dos Equis and a garden salad with Italian dressing. Awesome and thank you. Followed by Danelle, who helped me order spicy garlic naked wings. At the time I could only say, "thank you" to Danelle. I am sticking with that. Thank you Danelle. Ended with funnel cake fries and raspberry sauce which rounded out a great break before continuing on. Thank you for feeding me.

Out with a friend who loves the burgers here. Ordered fish tacos and they were good. Maybe a bit too much mayo sauce and too little fish and slaw. The Diet Pepsi didn't taste right but I didn't say anything about it. Guess because I came to eat and not to look at the women that work there that the restaurant does little for me. The food at best was average. Won't likely go back.

CHANTILLY, VA 02/14/20 LUNCH +The customer service is fairly standard. Depending on your server, you get checked-up on a good number of times throughout your meal. +The wings aren't undercooked or bloody, which is a plus. +They have a loyalty rewards program. -The wing sauces can be quite salty. Same with the french fries. -Parking can be a challenge during lunch rush hour. I come here once in a blue moon, with my coworkers. The end.

I have visited Chantilly Hooters very recently with my friends and realized it was waste of my time and money. Service and food is very poor and definitely Hooters corporate needs to train these locally managed branch people.

Great meal. Buffalo platter with Cajun shrimp, garlic chicken fingers, & hot wings. Bartender Kacie is the bomb, even bought me a free order of fries.

The service here was actually pretty good. Most of the waitresses here seem to be either in high school or fresh out of high school which is pretty creepy as most of the customers here were older men or young boys. My waitress was very friendly and attentive! I ordered the nachos, the platter with wings and shrimps, and the dessert shooters. Everything tasted mediocre besides the nachos. The nachos were our favorite dish that we ordered and we really enjoyed the seasoning on it. The chicken on the other hand tasted pretty dry and bland. This is your typical bar food restaurant so don't expect much coming here unless you just want to experience a view. The chocolate dessert shooter was tasty, but the strawberry and Oreo flavored ones fell flat. Overall this wasn't a horrible experience but it also wasn't great. There are definitely better chicken wing places out there. If I were to come back it would be strictly for the nachos and celery with ranch.

I came in with a co-worker around lunch today. Him and the other "boys" always come here and since they were off due to holiday Monday; I got to come! We were greeted by a cheery hostess and seated right away. Our server came almost instantaneously and gave us menus and asked for drink orders. She had a birthday sash on and wrote her name (Ashley) on a napkin, placing it on our table. This was my first time coming here and my first time going to a Hooters in general. We placed some beer sample orders and looked over the menu. It was suggested to try out the wings, so we did the basket of wings with a side. Our samples came back to the table and we decided to go with shorts of those beers and place our wings order. Our beers came out lightening fast, and the wings were quick to follow! I got plain boneless wings with the chipotle honey sauce on the side, ranch, side Cesar salad and celery sticks. I really enjoyed the food and the peppiness of our server; who constantly checked in on us to ensure we had what we needed to enjoy our meal. Before we were done eating and after we ordered another round of drinks, we were given the check on the table. The service was super fast and pleasant but I feel like we were being rushed out of there a lil bit. Of course, it is near a bunch of businesses and people need to get in and out in under 30 min - 1 hr for work, so this was understandable. Overall I really enjoyed my first experience at a hooters. The services was upbeat and friendly, fast and the food I had was good! I would def come back to this location and try other things on their menu.

A pretty nice hooters in a decent location, I only dealt with the bartender but she was cheerful & friendly. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon at 2 & was kinda surprised to see a decent crowd at the bar with lots of empty tables in the dining area. The shitters were clean & smelled good & they also have that touchtunes thing where you can play songs from your phone, I had the half pound of steamed shrimp & it was very tasty, I would dine & drink here again

I get it- it's Hooters. However, I genuinely don't know how they're still in business. I've came in twice and won't bother coming in a third time. The servers have the worst attitudes, they're extreme rude and snotty- unless you're a regular I'm guessing. Then they'll pay no mind to you while talking to one table for hours. The male manager was in the back playing with the girls, pulling their hair and grabbing them. All in all it felt entirely inappropriate. That being said, please don't waste your time. The service is terrible and the food is only okay.

Been a few years since I've stepped into hooters. Was craving some boneless and traditional wings with the TMI sauce. I'm not sure if chickens got smaller or their distributor has changed over the years but the pieces were mighty small & seemed cold. Service was great and fast & the ambiance well, I wasn't mad by it. At $1.XX/wing, I was expecting more from the breasts on the plate (chicken that is)

I went there on. Dec 31 got wings they were bad no sauce no favor. I tryied several times to fix problem I got no response so I will not return to location again 50 wing s waste of money I guess the animals in my area were happy when I thru away

This is our favorite Hooters in the Northern Virginia area. There is a large u-shaped bar with TVs around the entire bar. Additional TVs are situated throughout the restaurant so you can see no matter where you're sitting. They play a great variety of music over the jukebox - loud enough to hear but not too loud. The manager is quick to ask if "your game" is on and will change the tv if it's not. Today our waitress was Jasmine. She was very attentive and checked on us often. This is definitely our "go to" Hooters in NOVA.

I would give this establishment ZERO stars if given the option due to the server not doing her job and the manager CHRISTIAN walking away from my father in the middle of his sentence without offering any help or resolution. My mother had to ask the server-MollyG- to clear off empty glasses from the table multiple times, along with the dirty plates, teas were not free refill and that was not explained. Teas had 95% ice and very little liquid. As you can see from the receipt 3 people ordered food and some beer. Were there from 1:15pm until 7pm Sunday November 5th. They would have continued to drink until Molly said they could NOT order anymore tall beers or pitchers-only shorts. Why? They offered to close the bill and start a new tab, Molly said no. They simply want to make more money?? asked to compromise-order 3 short beers but get charged for 2-couldn't do that. Then the manager comes over and my father tries to figure out why they could only order short beers (note-they had no liquor and were not intoxicated as everyone was 60+ years old) only for the MANAGER CHRISTIAN to WALK AWAY mid way as my father was speaking. My family, friends and I will NOT be returning to this establishment that we have been going to almost every football Sunday.

I just tried coming here. Sat at a booth for 25 min without seeing a server. One server (big blonde girl) kept going to sections around us but totally ignored our table. I would understand if the place was busy. But there were plenty of empty tables around us. And there were at least 10 waitresses running around. We got up and left. Don't come here. Terrible service.

Not my first stop here after the DC Big Flea. Slightly noisy on a Football Sunday... Great bar service. Allison behind the bar was friendly and attentive. Queso, wings & slidersm Who could ask for more!

Every time I come here, I am seated in the exact same corner row of booths. I can't help but assume it's because I'm a woman AND (gasp) I sometime have children with me. Children who enjoy WINGS!! I am leaving this one star review not because of bad food or poor atmosphere, but because I cannot seem to acquire a table near the TVs during game time or a beer within 20 minutes of arrival - even when the place is half empty. Plus, the last time I was there, the genius that served us ran my credit card twice. No one at Hooters returned my call in an attempt to rectify it. Go to Glory Days, people!

Food is meh at best. Service is okay but sporadic. Bartender and bar need to just be completely redone. How are you out of Jameson, captain Morgan and Johnny walker on a Tuesday afternoon? I managed restaurants. Never did I run out of liquor. Especially anything above rail. Bartender, here is some knowledge for you. Scotch is a whisky. Its even on the label. Google it before you make stupid remarks to a patron. Im not there to argue over the liquor that you don't have any way. Vodka tonic was great if you like watered down vodka with no tonic and a lemon. Everyone else at the table had same issue of watered down liquor. Best advice. Avoid here like the plague

I've been frequenting this location for about 5+ years now... I'm not a fan of wet wings, but when the BF is a wing addict they do tend to grow on you. Until I found dry rub wings & they are a complete game changer. The dry rub Garlic Habanero to be exact! They are so damn delicious that I keep coming up with random reasons to return (coupons, promotions, sports games, etc); which honestly doesn't take much. We tend to make an event of our dining experience, spanned out over a couple hours - complete with appetizers, pitchers of beer & shots of Fireball. Not really a bad seat in the house with an abundance of TV's & channel requests are quickly obliged. Interaction with the servers range from fun & friendly to rushed & cold; regardless, food & drinks are always on the table fast! This review wouldn't be complete without mention of the women's restroom... the floor has been wet for over 5 years. Why? It's a mystery that I am not sure I really want an answer to. And the newest flaw is the missing door to the handicap stall & not to neglect the sink that has worked intermittently over all these years too. Just small nuances when the wings are this good!

Call me a geek but this was my first time at Hooters. I didn't pick the spot my male friend did. I'm doing intermittent fasting and didn't want to waste calories so.......I ordered the Caesar salad with fried chicken. A no brainer option. The food was good - chicken was cooked well. Our waitress was pleasant enough. Slightly awkward with the male to female ratio of the place but hey it's clearly a man cave. I will go back for the wings.

Even though I came before they closed the server didn't make me feel like I was a burden or rushed me. This location was cleaned and food was great. The servers were respectful and helpful. I enjoyed my visit at this location

Worse manager and bad place to eat! They make you wait over 20 mins before somebody comes and take your order. Worse place ever!

They sat us down, no one ever came to take our order. After 15 min of waiting we got up to tell the manager and he didn't do anything about it. Worse service from staff and manager!

Really hooter my first time in and my last one, can't believe it Manager didn't even say anything. So I went and ordered the new wings, took so long to get my order, which I completely understand is was Saturday night, once I notice my wings were raw, I called my waiter took so long to get her attention, once I told her about the raw wings, she didn't even said anything, she left the plate in the table, to wait for the manager so she can see the wings were raw, manager never came to the table, and when I got my check, they charge me for the wings, I paid, I was tired and took so long to get my check..

Yes, people, it's just about the food. I need to say this because my better half reads yelp reviews! I meet my buddy here every few months. We come for the food, and the very friendly staff. Actually, the location is a mid-way point between our homes. I enjoy the variety of sauces. I also like the fact that they have boneless wings. The wings come in all sizes and yes, I enjoy a nice platter of boneless wings with a pitcher of beer. The spicy garlic is my all time favorite and this past visit was no exception. Contrary to what you read, there seems to be a crowd at this location at all hours of the day. It's close to the convention center and they have lots of televisions. What else can you ask for?

Okay so after a delayed flight back to New York me and my friend were basically stuck with a decison to make. A free rescheduled flight to new york with a nice amount of sleep in a hotel in Chantilly VA? Or a 6 hr bus ride to new york after being on a plane for at least most of the damn day. The decison wasn't hard. A night in Virginia it was!! So we decided to find something to eat. And I mean a real meal since all we had was chips, soda and cheez itz on a plane that we had been on for HOURS. Anyhow most places close early in Virginia so we had to narrow it down to fast food or hooters which happened to be open. Hooters it was!! We ordered a platter of wings of our choices which came with lemon pepper shrimp, cajun wings and honey wings as well. We also ordered some drinks and sliders with curly fries. Let me tell you...this food hit the damn SPOT!! Everything was nice and hot and the drinks were huge. It was around 11 something when we got there but they definitely didn't serve us crappy leftovers. Was super tasty and fresh. And our waiter was nice. We literally DEVOURED THAT FOOD!! And btw everything came up to about 40 dollars. Honestly isn't bad because it was a good amount of food split between me and my friend. And 20 dollars a piece? Sounds like a deal to me!

Restaurant was dirty and there was water on the floor and flies everywhere. Rose was a good waitress The food was okay, not good, not bad. I asked a blonde waitress for assistance and she was rude. Won't be back.

Been there twice in the last month. Both times sat at the bar and had beer and sliders. Each time I also had the same server / bartender. If I rated this place on my first visit it would have been a 1 star rating. Although the Chicken sliders were pretty good. Better than I expected, the service was somewhat rude and disjointed. The second visit, the server remembered me and I was served immediately and she seemed more in tune. Again the food and beer exceeded my expectations and now the service was outstanding. Will probably keep it as one of my regular stops.

Sorry for the typos and grammatical errors. I was actually typing this while we were experiencing poor service... . . . Probably the worse service I have ever had at a restaurant. Attended an event at the convention center, unfortunately I suggested going to Hooters. Over an hour later and we still did not get out food. I ordered 2 drinks (a strawberry daiquiri and strawberry lemonade), I did not get the lemonade for over an hour. Some food came, but waited almost 80 minutes for my wings. The waitress was new, so it's not her fault. She she have been shadowed or the manager helping her. After the food came, and no one noticed we didn't have utensils. I had to eat my wet wings with no napkins or wet ones. Had to remind the waitress several times about my drink, napkins, my taters that came when we were ready to leave. There are a list of things that I could list that went wrong, but I am tired of typing. To wrap up, I wouldn't eat here if it was the last restaurant on earth. If a manager is reading this, get it together. This is your fault. Not your inexperienced workers. We are now walking out the door.

What the hell happened to the Hooters franchise? The wings are hit and miss, which is sad since those are one of the most popular dishes at Hooters. We got the smoked wings one night and they were amazing! Came back a few days later and they were incredibly over salted, dry and the size of my pinky..not impressed. I do have to give a shout out to my waitress Diamond because she was fantastic both times I came in. As far as service, there's no negative comment here for that because she was awesome. I cannot contest to the rest of the waitresses. The bathrooms! Good lord. I feel like I'm back in the middle of Germany, off the highway, at a stop where bathrooms are cleaned once a year. What in the actual f is the manager doing?! Apparently he doesn't go to the bathroom. I've heard the men's room is even more disgusting and drowning in floor piss.

The food lacked flavor, especially the curly fries they tasted as if I heated up a potato and ate it. The sauce for the food wasn't spicy, so for someone that loves spicy, It was quite disappointing . The service wasn't bad but they seemed timid, shy, and lack of knowledge regarding the menu.

I just have to say this is by far the best Hooters experience I have had. Customer service was just on point. My waitress hit it on the dot every time. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. She came in and checked in on us very frequently. The manager of the store came by TWICE first to ask how everything was and fill in when our waitress had to sing happy birthday and could not return our check due to that. He brought our check so we could leave. In between all of this we had another waitress who filled in and made sure we got our food promptly. Customer service is a big deal to me. I have never seen three people interweave throughout the entire service of my visit while tending to multiple guests. Okay, I will shut up about customer service. Let's move into the food. It kills me that there are more BWW than there are Hooters. The food is 5x better. I ordered the 3 Mile Island and Garlic Habanero traditional crispy wings. I'm just going to put out there that I'm Asian so I did not get any heat from the 3 Mile Island. The flavors were perfect. It tasted very much like Tennessee hot chicken but in wing style! The Garlic Habanero were salty with lots of garlic flavor. The curly fries were cooked perfectly! They were also hot when they came out. My typical experience is that they come out soggy and crispy. I'm not sure how that happens. Sauces: They were evenly coated. Fresh: HOT N JUICY. Crisp: PERFECTLY CRISPY. Perfect amount breading. Wing Size: Large and meaty. So I also had the Frozen Watermelon Margarita. It was 5$. I couldn't resist. Jeez, it was amazing and refreshing. I thought the alcohol content was low, but then I realized I was wrong after I finished my meal and the drink. Beyond worth the 5$. I mean the food was just fantastic. I haven't been to a Hooters in 5 years because that's all I see is BWW. If food and service is like this every time, I'll make sure I come once a week. Woman: All of the woman working were beautiful and friendly. They had gorgeous smiles on their faces. All of their makeup was on point. Summary: I am highly impressed with this Hooters location. I was not expecting to have such an amazing experience. I see that there are horrible reviews about service being slow, but I just did not get that experience. The comment about the place being dimly lit is bogus. The interior if the building is dark. Therefore, dark's absorb light making it feel dark. The place is lit just fine. Please take note that the reviews that are bad are from people who don't normally write reviews. Their writing is poor at best.

I was in town for an overnight delay and I was starving. Took a look on Uber Eats and decided I'd have Hooters. I didn't have any contact with staff but my food was good and that's all that matters! It was even fresh enough for a morning snack before I head out to the airport at the crack of dawn.

Whatever Hooters is doing with customer service, keep it up! We've always been fans of this restaurant, but I've never had as good of service at any location as we did this past Saturday. Ot wasn't just us either, it was the whole restaurant. Great job Tiffani!
