Hooters

Hooters was very nice and relaxing. I dined in late afternoon and it was not crowded. I enjoyed those classic wings with fries and a frozen margaritas. The service was quick and overall I had a great experience.

Second time eating at this location within a few weeks. Servers are very nice and friendly. Wings are very meaty, and flavorful. Better than most wing places around here. Help the Hooters girls out and come visit them and enjoy! Kynn was our server and she is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great service!

Started out well. Greeted by staff upon entry and seated right away. Server allowed us to choose where we sit. Server gave us a moment before return to take orders. 3 people in my party. Server, Zari, accurately took order and made suggestions to meet our needs. Ordered 30 wings with 3 different flavors, fish and chips included 2 sides. I chose tots and coleslaw. The wait times was lengthy. Being that its a wing spot you expect wait times wouldn't be extreme. The wings were good and sauced well. The fried cod fish was flavorless and extremely greasy. The tots were greasy as well. I learned that there was no coleslaw after receiving order. I chose potato salad, it came out in what appeared to be a sauce cup. Although the potato salad was good the portions size didn't seem the value of what's considered a side. This was hugely disappointing. The space was loud. Countless televised sporting event playing.

I had an awesome time at Hooters! Alex was a great server friendly, and made sure our table was taken care of. But honestly, Judy was the highlight of the night. Even though she wasn’t our server, she went above and beyond to make sure my party and I had everything we needed. She truly outdid herself and showed amazing hospitality. Big shoutout to the manager(NICK) too for staying on top of everything and making sure the place was running smoothly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back especially for Judy’s amazing service!

I had a horrible experience with the service. There is not parking lot or street parking that’s available. I sat down and waited 10 mins for anyone to acknowledge me. It was only 10 staffs huddle up in front of the kitchen just talking and running their mouth. It not busy at all for it to be a Thursday night. The staff is playing music/eating in the kitchen while cooking. I asked for a pineapple and peach margaritas and they were out of pineapple. I asked for a peach and passion fruit and they were out of passion fruit. The waiter acted like she didn’t wanna be at work. Overall I hated my experience and this location. -10000/10 wouldn’t recommend

The bone in chicken was pretty good. Better than I remember last time I was here. Curly fries have no really flavor, other than lemon for some reason. Probably lemon salt or lemon pepper. Regardless, it's not a good flavor for curly fries. Mozzarella stick were like 6 pcs for almost $10. They were cooked ok but 6pcs for $10 is theft man. They changed the menu recently. Don't have pretzel appetizer anymore. Don't have the many different sauce options on the menu anymore either. The medium original sauce is as thin as water. The sauce is separated like oil and the flavoring are separated in the cup we got because the chicken came out without any sauce really. I understand why now. I cannot recommend the hooters original sauces. Draft beer is good but we kept getting shiner with lime on the glass. Very odd. Was offered salted rim for a beer - can't say that's ever been offered to me before. (No, I didn't try it)

If you visit Hooters, ask for Kyndall! She has great care and service! We ordered wings and they came out hot/made to order. When I asked for a hotter sauce, she brought me extra wings to test it out.

I had such an amazing time at Hooters thanks to Shamorie! Especially for a Monday omg!! She was super friendly, attentive, and made our whole table feel welcome. She has the perfect mix of personality and professionalism. FUN, outgoing, and really knows how to connect with people. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it shows in her service. I honestly think she’d be incredible behind the bar, she’s got that natural charm and quick energy that makes people want to come back. Can’t wait to visit again and hopefully see her bartending next time! 🍻

Hooters old sauce is back!!! The reason I fell in love with chicken wings when I was 13 years old! Love it! The girls are really sweet too! Seems like old times.

Judi and Destiny are probably the best bartender combination I have ever encountered at a Hooters location. The food was delivered promptly and the drinks never had to be requested due to their attention to detail. We celebrated my best friend's birthday and had the best time! We are from California and they showed us the most southern hospitality a man could ask for. Cheers!

New Review: Below is a review I wrote a long time ago, but forgot to post it. Since this location burned down and reopened I decided to go ahead and give it another go. Biggest mistake and waste of money. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich that came with just a bun and a piece of chicken. No vegetables. And the kids meal came without the drink that's supposed to be included. Not to mention, the kid's tenders taste/feel very undercooked. This place is still a sh*thole. Old Review: I just received a delivered order by Grub Hub. Apparently when it's a third-party order they don't give a crap about making the orders correctly. I ordered 2 burger sliders and said no cheese because of a dairy allergy. They put cheese. I had to throw them in the trash. Also ordered 2 Buffalo chicken sliders and they had no sauce or pickles. Just a chicken nugget in a bun. How ridiculous. Received ranch sauce instead of the remoulade requested. Hate ranch. What a waste of $. I should've known better not to order from Hooters but it was one of the very few places open on Christmas night. Never again.

The remodel is fantastic, and the new menu is a hit! Both the food and service exceeded expectations.

I'm so happy this location opened back up. I ordered the breaded wings as always and it was perfect for a college football Saturday! Plus my order was ready super quick.

You know people give Hooters a bad rap and it just pisses me off. People. What the heck are you expecting??? It's a SPORTS BAR, that serves comfort type food. Don't come here expecting 5 star dining. But do expect friendly service fun atmosphere and reasonable eats at reasonable prices. Hats off to our Servers BELLA and KAILEY!!!! You both made it that much more enjoyable with your friendly attitude and helpful demeanor. Kailey, sorry. But you're never getting your pen back! People always ask what do I order and to be honest here are the FOUR items I tend to almost always order and have NEVER been steered wrong. 1. Snow crab legs!!! YES they are awesome!!! 2. Pound of peel and eat shrimp. Always a good eat. 3. Naked buffalo wings. BONE IN!!!! Wtf people with that stupid no bone crap. 4. Fish sandwich!!! Safe alt to the Crab legs when not available. Did try their Smoke wings with the Rub. Those were FIRE!! So that is now added to the list. Beer selection always good. Get BIG ICE for old fashions please!!! But all in all I ENJOYED THIS Hooters location!!! Two thumbs up!!!

Well I had some apprehension when seeing the reviews, but I had an hour to kill before a show at HOB, cause my husband and one of my kids went to an event at the Perot that started an hour before doors opened at the HOB event, so I had an hour to kill. It wasn't busy for a Friday night, but there wasn't anything going on at AAC, so that likely meant less foot traffic. A number of staff was just hanging out up front. I opted to sit at a table vs bar due to being short. My table and menu were both sticky witb this weird film stuff that didn't look like the normal cleaning film. The waitress was nice enough, and food came out in a reasonable time frame though right on that line that I had started worrying about having to rush eat if I wanted to walk in right at 7 with doors open instead of a little bit after. So I ended up going ahead and paying when I got my phone. The food was fine enough for what I expected for Hooters, and decent portions. Ended up being more than I could eat but couldn't take with.

Hooters is located in the heart of Downtown Dallas off North Lamar st and minutes away from the American Aiines Center, the home of the Dallas Stars! We came here before 5 pm on a weekday to grab a couple of drinks and appetizers before the Big Stars game. Inside was fairly crowded with a lot of fans wearing their Victory Green grabbing a bite to eat and pregaming at the bar located inside. As we walked in, we were greeted with a smile, and the hostess sat us down in one of the many booths inside. For drinks, we started out with some pink lemonade and a double shot of Titos. As for the food, we just wanted something light to snack on, so we went ahead and ordered the fried pickles, onion rings, and mozzarella cheese sticks. The food came out fairly fast and was piping hot. The cheese sticks were complimented with a side of marinara sauce while the fried pickles and onion rings were paired with ranch dressing. Each dish was fried golden brown to perfection, and the portions were just right and tasted great! The pickles were sour with nice breading, and with the ranch, it made everything better! The cheese sticks had the perfect cheese pull, and the onions were delightfully sweet with a wonderful crispy batter. Overall, this Hooters location does a wonderful job and knows how to keep their guests happy. Our " Hooter girl" was friendly and nice, and her Dallas Star outfit she wore was breathtaking. This is such a good place to go to and pregame before the big game and grab some food and drinks with friends or family while having a memorable time.

My waitress was excellent. She was very helpful and suggested several items to eat. Really appreciated her advice. Alyssa is one waitress I need to sit with next time.

Order not only completely wrong but not edible. See photos for what I ordered vs what I received. Ordered delivery and received over 30 minutes late. First driver canceled because the food wasn't ready and gave up after 10 minutes of waiting past the expected time. Called the store a few times and just continued to ring. Luckily the second driver waited for the food and was able to complete the delivery. Filled out the customer complaint on the website but never heard back.

I came to this location before going to a concert at the House of Blues. The ambiance was good and not super busy. They have drink specials every single day so that was definitely a plus! The food was eh, the wings were super small but the tenders were bomb and the tater tots were the star of the show for me. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were good but she got our orders wrong, but I wasn't that upset bc she got it changed ASAP and everything came out super fresh!

Although the food was good, getting it to our table was very, very slow. So was getting the drinks we had to request refills or even the 1st rounds over and over. The atmosphere is always ok. Musc good.. just the delay in getting anything l. Thats why they should write it all down so they don't have to keep asking what we ordered. We will return but not anytime soon unfortunately

Horrible customer service and delivery service. I just ordered something on their hooters app to be delivered to my home by Uber eats and the order NEVER CAME. Not only did they change drivers three times but the last driver took the food for themselves and never delivered it. I called the restaurant and they passed me to the manager where I explained the situation only for them to say that someone picked it up and to call a "number" on the hooters app for assistance. I went back to the app to dispute it but THERE WERE NO OPTIONS TO DISPUTE THE ORDER. Now I have to call the bank to dispute it and get it charged back in order to get a refund since the store never offered to remake my order. NEVER USE THE HOOTERS APP FOR DELIVERY since it is not designed to help when Uber eats delivery drivers decide to steal your food.

I don't normally post reviews however today it is a must! My husband and I live 15 minutes from this place for only them forgetting to put my wings in. Husband goes back gets my order only to find out these assholes What it looks like to put the wings that were supposed to be provided In the first place They actually add them on grill with sauce and gave us stupid burn wings! Like is this damn joke? WTH! Now you expect us to go back the third time?! All of our food is cold by now !! Called and manager CHARLES he knew how the wings were to only tell us "yes, I know what wing your talking about " like WTF ! As a manager you could have taken them away and not provide burnt wings And you still did?!?! We literally paid $105+ for this!

A friend convinced me to try the brand again and although reluctant, I did. Got naked wings and fries delivered through Door Dash and couldn't believe the price. 15.00 for JUST wings and 6.00 for curly fries, WHY? Received my wings and they were extra small, I thought it was a joke. Don't they know pluckers has a whole combo for 14.00, including fries, with jumbo sized wings? Why are you providing these extra cooked, premature wings? Nah.... yall need to stop. Taste was cool....but nope Haven't been since 2002, LEGIT, and they'll stay on my NAH list!

MR.CHARLES IS YOUR GO TO HOST FOR AN AMAZING NIGHT WITH LOVED ONES AND FRIENDS! Amazing service, food came out hot/fresh right after The Finals mavs game. This gentleman will single-handedly turn your day around not only with his service but his energy and smile is what sets the bar so high for this amazing manager. Forever recommending this location and Mr.Charles for the best dining experience.

Service was terrible the excuse was there was a booking for over 50 people that was there ahead of us. The drinks were terrible they couldn't even make a Long Island tea. They kept giving us the wrong orders and we finally got our food but everyone was just ready to go. Killed the whole ambiance for the night. Worse hooters Ive been too.

Wings are just the best. U can say what you want about the franchise, but they know wings!!

Should receive less than a star, first time here and last, waited 20 mins to get seated , ignored by all waitresses until 1 came just to also ignore us after serving us, food was great but over 30 mins so i could get the tab, Same waitress ask around us if something more but skipped us every time (place was not even half full) F this place

Stopped in before a show at the house of blues. Food was ok but both bathrooms reminded me of the bathrooms in the movie Trainspotting. Completely wrecked with all kinds of bodily fluids and water leaking everywhere. This was at 4:20pm so there's really no excuse when there were employees sitting around before the after work crowd. Wear rubber boots and hover if you absolutely must.

Elena was great and super caring. She took fantastic care of us and made sure that our food was fresh.

Ordered Uber eats ( I live in the building next door) it said under 20 min for my order took 1 hr my poor driver actually waited there for my order too. I ordered shrimp and fish sandwich both had NO flavor they added no tartar sauce or anything . Food was COLD and flavorless and again i literally live next door just ordered on Uber eats bc I had a coupon . Won't be ordering from here or even walking over to get food again. It's literally flavorless and anorexic shrimp .

Manager was absolutely rude! I checked in and my order wasn't ready. Eventually it was brought out to me, after I asked another staff member because the hostess was not doing her job. No wings. I spoke to the manager she said they didn't have smoked wings and walked off saying we can just refund it. No apology. She did end up offering me the naked wings which were horrible. Sauce I asked for nonexistent. Why did no one advise me? They could have hosted the order on Door Dash pickup and could have told me that when I checked in and when I received my food. Also does this 8 waffle fries look like a $7 order to you? No dressing for my salad. Just all around mess and unprofessionalism.

Had lunch and was won over by the great service from bartender Judy! Exceptional personality and very knowledgeable about the menu and bar selection. Loved the ambiance and the fun atmosphere! Will be back and looking forward to sitting at the bar soon!

Worst Hooters I've ever experienced. Will not order from this location anymore. I waited over two hours from Uber eats with multiple courier changes. I even called into the business multiple times. No one manning the phones or plain ignored them. The order was canceled when my last courier advised "someone else has picked up your order." This is not the first time I've experienced bad service with them but this is the last.

Great food! My server Elena killed it and always made sure I was taken care of! Even while busy she ensured I was checked on and always had my drinks refilled!

Visit them in the bar Food and drinks are also on point no matter where you go in this Dallas Hooters someone is always willing to assist. Hooters Vibe is the best in DFW. July 2023 It has been several years since I have been to a Hooters. This location was disgusting. The restrooms are not gender specific and are filthy! I opened the door to the first restroom and the smell was worse than a port-o-potty after a weekend festival. You could see the urinal not flushed from the doorway. Needless to say, I went to the next. Smell was less smelly but still smelly and there was tissue paper all over the floor. There paper towel dispenser was empty. The third attempt to use the restroom resulted in a pool of water to your ankles. The place was not busy at the time of our visit and most of the waitresses were sitting around on their cell phones when they could have been cleaning up the restrooms and dirty tables. We ordered food. The fried pickles were extremely salty (although I find this is the same at any restaurant). The 20 piece wings were cold! The tator tots served with burger were also cold and had no flavor. Our waitress was inattentive. Had to flag her down for drink refills. Lastly, I understand the "uniform" the waitress are required to wear. But, why hike your shorts up your rear like you are wearing a Brazilian bikini? So not necessary. Needless to say, I will never go back to this location nor would I ever recommend it. It is sad that this location is what many tourists will see when they come to visit the downtown area attractions!

I'm so disappointed in this place. My mom and I sat down at the bar and there were two tiny drink stains on the bar top that we did not mention to anyone, the bartender ended up spraying bleach on the small spills and ruining my shirt. We were not given any compensation on our bill, tipped the bartender 20% anyway and I was told to reach out directly to the GM (Chelsea) I sent an email and texted her to follow up on my shirt getting replaced and I got ghosted. Will NEVER be back. Management, please get me in contact with corporate, bleach should never be by anyone eating. This is extremely dangerous and disgusting.

The food and drinks were not good. Drinks were very bitter and I ordered sliders and the buns were hella burnt.

I came to hooters a couple weeks ago and I'm still thinking about my experience bc of how good it was! Judy was very attentive and exciting to be around! She made us laugh at the bar and made sure our food came out fast bc we were in a hurry! Best bartendar I've had in a while!

ZERO STARS!!!!! I saw the cook put his thumb and pointing finger up his nose with the gloves on that he was preparing the customers food with. I CANT UNSEE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I spoke with the manager he was not so concerned. He spoke to the cook (not sure what was said) and come out of the kitchen speaking loudly informing me he told the cook not to do it again! Really smh The server was very nice and understanding I think she should be in charge. She did apologize and offered a desert that was packaged because half of my food was untouched.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in a while. I have been to other locations before, but this one did not hold up to par. We came because my significant other was craving their wings so we pushed through all the inconveniences when we should've left and gone elsewhere. To begin, when we got in, there was 15+ people waiting in the lobby and no hostess to be seen. I assumed she was clearing tables to make room for everyone. After 15 minutes, one of the other people in line asked the security guard if the manager was coming per her request as the hostess hadn't been there since she arrived. I asked how long she had been waiting to which she said about 25 minutes with no contacts expect the security guard. After another 10 minutes, the manager came up and started taking down names to get sat. As we only a group of 2 and I saw open tables, I assumed we'd be seated quickly. After an additional 10 minute wait, we were seated and our waitress greeted us. We assumed that all the problems were now in the past and we would be fine. We ordered 2 orders of wings (10-piece & 6-piece) and 1 order of curly fries. From time of order to the time we got our food was just shy of an hour. When the food finally arrived the chicken was fatty and the fries were unseasoned and undercooked. To summarize my experience, I will not be spending 2 hours of my day here ever again.

We had fun at Dallas Hooters this past summer. I walked in with a friend and we drank some beers and ordered some wings as in Buffalo style to watch a MMA fight lol. Nice casual atmosphere to get entertained by the ladies and music. Nice beautiful women didnt get our food and drink orders wrong. I love the customer service here and hospitality. Id love to visit again for a 3rd time.

I came here with a few of my friends after we watched the LSU and bama game. LSU won!!! Lol I was super hungry and I wanted something good. I knew I could order some regular wings, but I wanted something different. I decided to go for their bacon wrapped wings and boy when I tell you they were so good!!! Like really good. It was just want I needed for my drunken night hahahaha

Food was ordered, food was brought. Noticed we had recieved the wrong order. When the server finally comes back she asks, "Did you touch it?" No... So she gives it to the gentleman that ordered it that was sitting behind us. It's not like she asked did we cough or sneeze while it was sitting there! No, of course we didn't but you getting the point. Ewww, just ewww... I would not go back.

My server was very attentive. Also very personable. I usually eat here while passing through. I did have to sent my Daytona wings back and get some fresh ones. Second batch was delicious.

Our waitress was named Janet. I sort of felt bad for Janet. She seem flustered. I am looking at her section and she probably has more people than needed in her section. She tried to push through it! So, I give her props. The service was sloooooow! Like my fries had to be cooked way before my burger because they were cold. The back of the house will mess up the front of the house. Most people don't tip on food but service. I need for management to get it together and get the back of the house together. I wanted extra buffalo sauce for dipping. I never knew they charged for this. Like I actually feel it is a stupid up charge. But oh well! The best part was the free beer! Yes it was organic ultra but it was free! It was still an okay experience but thing was spending time with my family!

I've been here a few times (it's my husbands birthday celebration tradition) and yesterday's experience is why I'm giving the place 1 star: the TVs stop working when it's raining!!! It's a sports bar! How can that be a thing? Also, we ordered a Sam Adams and it took them 30 minutes to change the tap. We basically waited half an hour before our server came and said it wasn't working. Between not having games on tv and waiting too long for a beer my rating went from 2 to 1 star. Food was ok and service average.

They don't deserve not even one star! Staff so unprofessional nobody know what's going on, no one even guiding them asked for a manager (who I never seen) cause I had been waiting over an hour for ten wings and a piece of cake. Then some lil girl in a pink sweater tells me they have my order the kitchen isn't given it to her. Didn't see her do nothing but run her mouth the whole time if yall so busy and the kitchen so backed up you should be working right sent the host to get the manager and still no manager it took the security guard to help me HES NOT EVEN AN EMPLOYEE I guess that's what you get when you hire a bunch of kids! Throw the whole staff away and start over cause they ain't it!

This place has to be the worst Hooters on earth. Bad service and the food is not much better. Second time here and nothing changed. I do not recommend this place for any one. Sorry that I don't add more but nothing good to say about this establishment.

Is no stars an option?? 35 minutes in and received half our orders at the same time as the cold appetizer. Literally, half the food on the plate I ordered, two other orders, and two delayed with the half of my plate. Never received some of the food. Drinks took 20 minutes each and were warm. Been going here for 20 years and gets worse and worse.

Waited over one hour and 20 minutes for food. Togo orders get so much priority that it makes no sense to go to restaurants anymore. This is because kitchen will prioritize the Togo orders for dash and all - you go here, you get lowest priority and then expected to tip! Why tip if you are getting the lowest priority. Go somewhere else.

I had a really good time at Amarillo hooters! Taylor is a great server! food was great! left happy!

One of Dallas best eating experiences I've had, thanks to Amy Garcia being very polite,nice friendly and just an amazing person. Shes the best waitress/bartender that could have ever attended me‼
