We visited this location on 7/13/25. Waitress was nice and accommodating but was hostessing, waitressing and being a bartender. There were two wait staff at the time with many people dining, therefore service was slow. Once seated at the table, I went to the restroom. I won ’t say anything, just look at the photos. I ordered a Legendary Rita, but was informed that they were out of that tequila. So I requested a Rita Gone Wild. They were out of that tequila as well and was told that I could order a Mezgarita which costed over $3.50 more than the original drink that I requested. The manager on duty was unwilling to use the tequila for the Mezagarita to make the Legendary Rita, or give the Meza at Legendary pricing to accommodate their lack of inventory. Service was slow but friendly, my burger was overcooked, but the rest of the food in my party was ok to them.

Overall, the service was really good. Our waitress was brand new and in training, but did really well. The fried pickles were cooked perfectly and the spicy sauce was amazing! The marinara for the mozzarella sticks was pretty dry but My wings were excellent!

Hooters of Mason really didn't give a Hoot from the kitchen ! My wife and I went to Hooters of Mason to have dinner since we were staying next door at the Drury Inn. We felt welcomed when we went in by the hostess and we're seated quickly to our booth. We ordered our drinks and ordered our meals. Our meals were both the same which was the Twisted Texas Melt with the side choice of onion rings. The food came out fairly quickly to us and we noticed a problem right off the bat. We didn't have any of the Daytona sauce on our melts. The melts were dry almost cold and looked terrible. We asked the server for the Daytona sauce and told her that the melts looked terrible. However we were pretty much ignored to the fact of us not being pleased. She brought back the Daytona sauce and we placed it on the cold melts and attempted to eat them. We really could not get more then half way thru the brick. The onion rings were ok,but again another product that was over cooked. Which was a huge disappointment to us both. The brand was just not speaking for itself here in Mason. We placed a order of 20 original wings to go in attempt to hopefully have something better to eat back at our room. However this too was a huge swing and miss by Mason Hooters. Our wings were raw and we had to throw away 20 wings due to them being undercooked. This is a huge issue for food borne illness and if we didn't try to consume these at 2 am at our room and had to leave bright and early I would have brought them back to the store and asked for a refund. So beware of subpar food, and possible raw chicken,and or over cooked beef patties. This is one Hooters store that I will fly right on by. This Hooters has earned 3 Gracie poops out of 5

Our group of 4 stopped in for lunch on New Year’s Eve. Our server, Makayla was great, friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was pretty good, and the price reasonable. The restaurant was very clean. Would recommend.

This location is underwhelming, Waited 10 minutes before someone noticed us standing waiting to be seated. The food was good and our waitress was nice but she just seemed so busy that it took almost 20 minutes to get her attention to ask for a to go box and the check. I'm sad that the Newport, KY location is closed, it was amazing location and I find the reasoning behind deciding to close that location and leave others open... illogical.

Stopped in for some late night grub and a few double cocktails! Bartender was sweet and friendly and the chicken dip was straight 🔥🔥🔥! I also ordered the hamburger sliders and fries. Everything was excellent! Look forward to coming back soon. 5 ✨'s!

Unexpected Win at Hooters Cincinnati I stopped in after a long day on the road, staying at the La Quinta next door. I almost didn’t come in—my last Hooters experience in Alabama was forgettable at best—but this one completely flipped the script. The wings were on point: crispy, hot, great flavor, just the right balance without going overboard (I skipped the Three Mile Island this time—lesson learned). The onion rings and celery rounded it out perfectly. Solid, satisfying food. Big thanks to Mak behind the bar—friendly, sharp, and easy to talk to. She brought good energy and made the whole experience smooth and grounded. Exactly what you want after a workday on the road. If you’re nearby, this location is absolutely worth the stop. Food, service, and vibe all hit right. Five stars.

They have always had the best hot wings. But they came out with Daytona wings. Holy cow!!! These are the best wings ever!!! We now order BOTH wings. Not only are the wings amazing but the beautiful servers are so nice and treat me like I'm a ViP. The DoorDash service wings are absolutely pathetic but if you order a regular carry out or dine in, HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!

Love coming back to Hooters. So friendly and I love the wings!!! And it is now such a great place to watch sports!

If you want a hassle while dining out and spending your hard earned money, this is the place to go. The staff works hard and tries to provide great service. The management sucks and definitely destroys your night out. The company knows their management sucks, but does nothing to try to improve the customer experience. I guess when they have to close the doors they will figure it out.

Ate here today. The wings were delicious. I got 20 wings to go. It did not take long to get my take out order. The wings were hot and delicious. The staff was friendly. The price of 20 hot wings was almost $31. Hooters is a little pricey but the wings are great!

I love the signature sauce, I always get their sauce. The waitress are great, I would reccoumend.

Good bar food, great beer, wings are amazing, service so so bar maids are better then waitress but must if not all spend a lot of time on the phones taking selfies but who could blame them I guess... Great tits on all of them maybe push-up bras but not sure the views are amazing so I can't complain. My go to is the crab legs usually.

Terrible food but has some nice views. Onion rings taste like they were dunked in a urinal. Burger is a greasy mess. Girls were friendly and had fast service. 5 stars for the waitress, 1 star for food

The food is ok it's the service that stands out. The girls are great, I wanted to comment about the rewards program that seems to have turned into a scam. My last four visits when I record the visit in the app I get this message: Oops! We are looking for your check, but its taking longer than expected. Once we find it, we'll let you know and add it to your account. Okay A week has gone by and no updates So my last four visits have gone unrecorded, no visits no $10 rewards

Waited in the waiyarea for someone to take my To Go order for 30 minutes now and counting. Smh what great damn service. My order was over 100 dollars and still no one has helped me. I was smart and placed it online. I'm still waiting for some one to see about my order will definitely be the first time and last time I come here.

Daytona wings are some of the best wings I've ever had, service was great and has outdoor shaded eating area. Saw many families here for Father's Day, good area of Cincy!

First time coming here. Wanted a place to snack at. This place is absolutely packed for a Thursday night. What I don't like are the hours, they're confusing! They're different on Yelp than compared to Google. They don't show the prices on their menu either. Food was good, they need more hard Cider flavors. Overall fair place I wouldn't mind coming back too.

Just as good as the last time when I was in the other Ohio city which was dayton Ohio a while ago. Check out my last review. The service was cool business was slow today because it's Sunday

We came in for dinner and our server was Brooke and she was SO nice and gave the best recommendations for dinner. She was super quick on giving us lots of refills and never had to ask for a thing she was super on top of it!

Rude! We walked in at about 11:20 am. Two women were at the bar. No acknowledgment or anything. They both looked at us, the brunette walked in the back and the blond just kept playing with here telephone. We eventually just left. Terrible employees and customer service.

I've been here twice and first visit was ok. This visit was bad. The wings are still good. The service is bad. Forgot a meal, lied about it, and now we have someone waiting another 20 min while everyone is eating. It's just little things like they don't have toothpicks - you're a chicken wing joint. Maybe it's just a lack of employees (part was not being used), but it's not a great experience anymore.

I hate going here. Honestly if it wasn't work events or people I know being already there I would never go. Terrible service every time. It's like they just don't want to serve people like me (minority) Absolutely hate playing that card but last 4 (yes 4) everyone on my table gets served except me. Even repeatedly reminding the waitress doesn't help and twice I just left after not being served for over an hour. If you even have a slight tan, I'd recommend someplace else

Was there for the first time, been to many hooter around the country. HALEY was the bartender was just incredible, the best service and atmosphere you could ask for, will definitely have a return trip.

Food was not hot, made my burger wrong, very low quality boneless wings, and low quality all around. Told the company and was offered nothing for the bad experience. Skip this place. UPDATE: Owner saw Yelp review and STILL did not offer anything for the bad service! Just a standard fake 'apology'. This is the service you get when THEY mess up. None.

my husband did not want to leave because there was a very beautiful young women who was our waitress. the whole time my husband was flirting and hes 56 and this young women was like her mid 20. i think they should change the uniform its very showing.

Pretty average , the food was good ... prices seem a little higher than usual for hooters. Just opened Monday so everything was super nice and super clean. Service was slow but everyone was friendly. Lots of waiting around for a table and for service but in the end everything was ok. No complaints.

Wow - was there for 3 1/2 hours with a larger group. Meal took over 90 minutes to start to come out after waiting 45 minutes to get our order in. Meal was slow to be delivered to the table, coming out over a 30 minute period. Food was actually pretty good but wings and burgers aren't worth the wait. Server was pleasant and felt bad for her. Manager refused to come out of the kitchen to address the situation.

My server brooke was very sweet and always checked in and made sure we were taken care of!

I placed a takeout order of a 5 piece tender meal with fries. I specified with this order medium Buffalo sauce extra wet...well I ended up getting naked with absolutely no sauce period!! Very disappointing when you drive all the way home and realize your order is incorrect. The main point of the tenders is the sauce right?? Geez it's really not the hard to bag an order followed by complete directions on a piece of receipt paper, just takes a little effort.

Sorry this place doesn't deserve a visit.. Do not go there. They don't have liquor, beer was food was only fair and the waitress pulled the check out of my had and was a problem from the start. I will never go back and I made a call to the VP of Hooters.

Pretty disgusted right now with Management of this restaurant. We have been coming here since it has open and trying to give support regardless of the slow kitchen or short staff. We have also done two carryouts in the last 2 months and have been burned by both of them(missing purchased items!!) I finally spoke up and called the manager. She was very willing to credit me the items that were not in our bag, however she couldn't and I had to wait for the other Manager Vince, to come in. Well of course I didn't get a call back so I called myself and he was just a jerk and never apologized and pretty sure never credited the items as it has not reflected on my credit card statement. This family is officially DONE with this place and I have no problem WARNING everyone I know to not waste their money or time. Signed, Very disappointed customer

We did not get what we ordered, the chicken wings were dried out. No one asked if everything was okay.

I called in an order for a Buffalo chicken salad... was told it would be ready in 20 mins. I arrive 20 mins later, she verifies who I am, I pay and she gives me my bag.... I get back to my hotel and it's a quadruple cheeseburger!!!! How does that happen?!? It was already past 10pm so I dealt with it. Double check your to go orders when you come here!!!

Always great food & service. One of the few places around serving oysters the way you want them. Try the any one tje multiple ways the prepaare their wings. Roasted, smoked, traditional you name it.

Nothing special just good food as usual. Wings were small but tasty and they had the games on and the waitress was quick and efficient.

Not sure why all the haters. I came on a Monday for AYCE wings. We were sat, had drinks within 10 min, and our waitress circled back every 10-15 min to check on us with reorders on the wings out in 10 min, tops. Pretty solid considering she was full on every table. I'd hit it...again.

Waitress doesn't know her section. Manager is a liar. No one knows how to serve people here. Doesn't even feel like a Hooters. Don't waste your time.

So I will make it simple!! When you have to ask three times for your beer, then you go up to the bar and say hey can I get a beer and then the bartender is flirting with customers however did take the time to ask me if I wanted a beer and if it was a tall or short and you say hmm the server should have put in a tall !! Then your bartender looked over at my table where my wife was sitting and her attitude changed, she says ohh well I have tickets that print your order you will have to wait until I go through my tickets. So now you know we are waiting customers from a table you no longer will pour us a beer, however anyone else can walk up and get a beer. Hope your GM is happy to pay for the pound of shrimp and 20 wings that your employees get to eat tonight because we walked out after you refused to pour a beer for my wife!!

Ordered traditional wings in the mild buffalo sauce and Chesapeake dry rub. The sauce had zero flavor and the dry rub was over cooked and dry. This is my first and will be my last experience with Hooters.

The several times I have ordered food from this establishment I have been ignored upon coming in to get my to go food. Just this last weekend my boyfriend went to pick up our food and he stood right in front of the hostess for atleast 7 mins watching them hold a whole casual conversation before even acknowledging him and asking if he needed help and not to mention I live 5 mins away and our food was ice cold. Worse one I've ate at. They even had the nerve to forget things we order such as sauces for our wings but by that time we were way too frustrated. Hooters USED to be my favorite place for wings but that experience rather EXPERIENCES have ruined that.

If i could give this place -100 stars i would. This place is a joke, where do i begin? First it took 25 mins to get a beer EVERY TIME WE ORDERED ONE- they had 4 bartenders. We would order a tall bud light and a short Miller lite would come and never got the replacement drink. We asked to speak with the manager, he comes over, we tell him we are still missing a bud light and HE WALKS AWAY. He goes to the bar over 3 times...still no bud light came. Order all flats- gets all drums Order curly fries-get wedges Another curly fry order- doesn't even come When we got the check- we had things on the bill we didn't receive. Worst place In Mason. It didn't work at the last location down the street, what makes you think it will this time!

Gonna give them a 3 as a gift on the assumption they will try to make this right. Been here about an hour. Ordered a burger and side salad. Had to ask for food about 49 minutes in. Salad was brought shortly after, then burger by manager who said she saw it taken off grill. Well someone lied. It had been cooked at least 15 minutes ago. Now they are making new one. Trust all will be week in end but way too long a visit. Moral. Get the wings.

This is just what you'd expect from a Hooters. Beautiful servers, lots of TVs with sports on them and hoards of young men drinking beer and having a great time. We are glad that a Hooters opened in this neighborhood. It is much easier to drive to than the others in this area. We ordered a couple appetizers. The Loaded Tater Tots tasted fine, except the order was half the amount that we were used to getting. It was just enough for about two people rather than the four it used to feed. My wings were tasty but not hot (temperature wise). The food took a quite a while to get to us, maybe because it was sitting under a heat lamp waiting for it to be brought to us. I was super disappointed when the very nice but kind of inefficient server brought out our wings and informed us they were out of celery! I was really taken aback when they CHARGED me for the celery they didn't have. I pointed it out and was glad they quickly took it off my bill, but this wasn't a good customer experience. It was after this series of mistakes that I thought maybe they should have taken a bit off the bill as a token of good will. But they didn't. Nevertheless, we will go back because we like Hooters. I am still hoping for hot, tasty food, brought to the table a timely manner, with the generous portions this restaurant used to always have! And please, keep the kitchen stocked with CELERY!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered carry out. Was supposed to be ready at 4:50 pm. At 5:30 pm still no order. We finally asked for a refund. Ordered from Fricker's right around the corner and had our order in 15 minutes. I would think after being open several weeks some of the bugs would have gotten worked out. I think the worst part is no one ever apologizes for errors or the wait times. I want to see the place succeed but the odds are against it if things don't improve.

We were in town with friends for the weekend and had a blast with you all! We were seated quickly, Bri was an amazing server, and the food and drinks were right on!! This was by far my best Hooter experience I've had. I wasn't a huge Hooters fan until now.

Placed my first online order with Hooters through their app. It was super easy and convenient! However when I arrived at Hooters, I stood in the 'To Go Orders' area for almost a good 10 minutes before anyone even addressed I was there. By then, it was a good 5 minutes after my 'estimated' pick up time. While the food was accurate, tasted good and was warm... they did forget a side of Ranch.

Was seated quickly. Server Madison was great. Food came out hot and tasty. She kept my drink filled without me having to ask. Had the buffalo shrimp and cheese sticks. Overall a good experience. Was worried when I read the reviews.

Worst service. Ordered food online. Food pickup time was 6.38 pm. Reached there on time, but got the food at 7.01 pm. I was waiting and waiting..The girl who got the food from kitchen forgot about it until I checked again. Had similar experience earlier when we dined in. They hardly come to check if anything is needed or not. I'll avoid going to this place..

Sigh. I hadn't had Hooters shrimp for over 10 years since moving from Chicago. I was so excited to see one coming to Mason. Today we went mid afternoon to watch a game and have some wings and shrimp. The servers were all super nice but not trained. When we finally received our food it didn't look appetizing and the shrimp were very small. Wings were eh as well.

The food was really dry and the sauce had no flavor but the waitress had big boobs so she was good
