I don’t know where to begin. This use to be the spot but absolutely definitely not anymore. I recommend going somewhere else. The server Roxana was already upset when we arrived because she was hot and alone outside. They even brought in a DJ but for what it’s horrible. They also remove tables to accommodate the DJ, so that already take away tables. Now I understand why they are closing other Hooters. Food came out 1 by 1, drinks mediocre. TV screens are outdated and all screens are dirty. Our check holder is held together by a hooters sticker. They even had on FIFA game. It was even busy.

I usually don't do reviews about fast food restaurants, but this time, I'll make an exception. The food was great, wings crispy and hot, our server Laurie was EXCELLENT. She was coming back to the table asking if we needed something, if everything was good, she was on point all the time. Beer was cold, and the atmosphere was great. Great place to enjoy with friends and family. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

We had an amazing experience celebrating a birthday at Hooters, thanks to the outstanding service from Gorge and Kayla. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the celebration feel special. Both of them showed genuine professionalism, attentiveness, and friendliness that made a big difference in our visit. They not only provided excellent service, but also added a personal touch that made the birthday celebration memorable. Gorge and Kayla truly set the standard for what great hospitality should look like—we couldn’t have asked for better staff to take care of us. Highly recommend visiting and asking for them if you want your experience to be top-notch!

Sara was great thank you to your attention to our table of 8. The girl at the front talking to the guy on the bench 12/19/25 around 9pm was extremely rude to me cause I asked her for a Togo box… there was no need to give me such a nasty look. like it’s literally your job babe idc if it’s not your table.

We went to hooters after shopping in Walmart, we were greeted and asked to sit wherever we wanted, We chose to sit indoors. For the first 15-20 minutes no server came to our table, one server saw us guys confused and mentioned our server will be back soon and took our drink order. 5 minutes later the actual server showed up and no greetings, no smile, no apologies just took our food order and disappeared. We were sitting at a table where we see our food sitting on the bar, but the server was busy talking to her friend. We were not expecting luxury service, we were just there for quick wings and beer. The food sat there for more than 10 minutes and she decided to drop the food on the tables as if she don’t care, and the food was cold, fries were not crispy. Our plates were picked up after 15 minutes sitting ready to be picked up. Long story short, terrible experience. Will never return to this location!

Worst hooters I’ve ever been to. There were 5 of us, only one of us was satisfied with the food and he literally likes anything. It took about an hour to get seated, and a group that got here 15 minutes after us got seated before us because we had 1 extra person (a child, that could have gotten seated with one us, it didn’t matter). Our group of 8 got seated in separate tables. The waitress was extremely slow… like I have never experienced such delay in everything. The drinks tasted like they had no alcohol and the waitress said “that’s the point”, but NO ONE feels anything whatsoever. I’m typing this as we’re waiting for our boxes and check while seeing the waitress yapping her life off with people outside (it’s been 30 minutes waiting). I’m actually never coming here again.

If you haven’t tried the extra crispy bone-in breaded yet, you’re missing out .. it’s absolutely worth it! Also the buffalo shrimp was spot on! Both dishes were delicious, full of flavor and perfectly cooked! The food, atmosphere and the hooter girls, made the experience perfect. I highly recommend this hooters!

Great chef, most waitresses are great, however, management has no etiquette. I would spend $300/wk minimum here. I asked the manager to move an AC vent a little. The approach to his answer was was rude and unacceptable. To move a vent, seriously. They just lost 7 customers from my side. I will never eat at a hooters again.

The spousal unit and I visited this Hooters on 2/17/2025 for lunch. "Diamond" was our server. I ordered the lunch special - 10 pc boneless wings and fries + iced tea + water. The spousal unit ordered the lunch special - Buffalo shrimp wrap (grilled with mild sauce) + iced tea + water. When Diamond delivered our iced teas, she said she would be right back with water. It never came. No complaints with my boneless wings, but the spouse's grilled/mild sauce shrimp wrap was fried with no sauce. Once we had our food, Diamond never once stopped at our table to check on our food, offer iced tea refills, deliver water, etc. Even when we were finished and had everything stacked on the edge of the table, we had to track her down to get the check and a to-go box (for fries). Translation: crappy service on top of improperly prepared food! We were seated where I had a great view of wine glasses at the bar, and they were gross! Dried soap (which will give you the craps), hard water stains, and/or greasy fingerprints were on just about every glass I could see. I don't think I will ever visit this Hooters again. Score: 3/10.

Great food , great service! I love this location never been disappointed food is always great! Their Buffalo shrimp is amazing and their wings are a must have ! Place is big and nicely decorated .

Everyone of the staff was upbeat and great. I had the boneless wings with fries and it was delicious. All the food came out fast and the service was great. I will be coming back.

Always at the top of my list... why? three words: best chicken wings. I realize it's a matter of taste, so for me the Hooters chicken wings are the best, and in this Doral location they are consistently out of this world. Today I order them with the super hot Three Mile Island sauce; they came out piping hot, and I quickly devoured them. I cooled them down with a pitcher of ice cold Heineken beer. I also had their signature curly fries with melted cheddar cheese and celery sticks with blue cheese. If you're not into hot wings, I highly recommend the Philly Cheese S sandwich. As always, the service and the staff friendliness was spot-on! Another great experience at my favorite Hooters.

This is a great Hooters location. It has a nice out door bar and patio. The inside has plenty of seating and the bathroom is surprisingly clean. The food is consistent with other Hooters locations (good wings and fries). Plenty of parking as well. The service is average to slightly above average depending on the day.

We've been ordering from this place for years and lately the take out food is terrible, greasy , cold and in our opinion old , is a shame because we love their wings and do not always want to eat them there at the restaurant, but today was our last attempt and once again same result, the wings were cold over cooked, dark and probably reheated, total disaster...., this is a goodbye Hooters , no wonder your overall rating is 2.7 .

Very good wings, excellent fries and cheese, a great advertisement for t-shirts also the burgers could use some work from time to time.

First of all, the service was great and our waitress was very attentive to our table. We have been going to this location for a long time but it seems each time we go to food gets worse and worse. Our wings always seem smaller and with less sauce which makes them not as tasty. Also, our fries while had good seasoning - they were not enough. Hopefully they change their food vendor or management soon.

They got rid of the best Manager they could have possibly had by the name of Juan. He was the reason that Hooters was striving and had great ratings. Now the service is terrible and the servers are always high while working. The food is mediocre now and the ambiance isn't what it used to be.

I came to Hooters in Doral, Miami about a couple of weeks ago with a good friend and we both thought it was still a good place. I am a Miami native and I've been here before and I would say it's still a good place to watch a sports game and grab some drinks. We had two orders of burger sliders which were pretty good and two Heineken beer buckets. Waitress was super attentive she left the other beers closed in the bucket and would come by as soon as we finished the last sip to open a new one! Ambiance was cool too just super noisy but that's included for free in Miami wherever you go lol.

Been coming here forever, whenever there's a big game or simply to grab a cold beer. The Friendly staff is definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back, the whole staff is really attentive and they work fast and always have a smile. The place has a great atmosphere, a lot of locals come to This location and you can tell everyone treats eachother like family. They have a lot of TVs and loud talking and cheering to go with it! ( your typical sports bar vibe ). The food is ok, I have a few things I love getting. WINGS: ( Hooters Original Style Wings ). Breaded by hand tossed in wing sauce. ( mild ), ranch and blue cheese on the side. Alaskan Snow Crab Legs!!! ( good texture, soft, and full of taste). Cheese sticks ( Fried mozzarella cheese with marinara sauce ). Extra marinara sauce please!!! ). ( perfectly breaded and fried loaded with cheese ). SO SO: key lime pie.... Not my favorite. Usually Bland and always falling apart. ) Btw real wings come with bones not boneless !!!! Haha

I was in the area and stop here for some wings. I love Hooters wings but didn't have such a good experience here. The service was extremely slow and the Hooters girls were more concerned about talking and laughing instead of serving customers. I waited for a while for my wings and drink.. Once it came I wasn't even pleased. I definitely had better experience at other Hooters.

If it's hooters in doral of course ! They're awesome and food is fresh! Nachos is mouth watering good! The one in coral gables was good until i found shrimp in my chicken when i made it clear that i am allergic. Use to go there twice a month. Had another issue when they gave us cold chicken after we told them well done. One of the managers came and gave us another set which was overcooked sauce was burnt! After complaining respectfully the cooks were in the kitchen laughing. so yea we are better off at Doral.

Oh my goodness what horrible to go service. I waited AN HOUR for 20 wings and fires to go. The bartender/waitress went inside and i saw her playing with the jukebox (whatever you call it nowadays) for 10 min while I waited (my order had arrived and no one was there to give it to me). The guy next to me was also waiting for a drink. Ridiculous!!! It would've been faster to just eat there.

Food and service was terrible. I ordered a simple burger medium temp. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, the burger came out with a cold bun and the meat was extremely undercooked.

This is my one of my go-to's when we're hungry and want to enjoy cheap drinks and food. I come and sit outside, the inside is way too cold plus I might smoke cigarette or vape while I wait and the Miami weather is somewhat nice so I'd rather enjoy the sun. The legendary margaritas are $5 each so that's my go to. Get a few wings, smoked wings, blackened shrimp and fries and that's enough for everyone to pick at while we sit and gossip. The sliders are also great. ALWAYS get cheese with my fries as I like dipping everything in the cheese. This is a great place to go, catch up and have a few drinks. Nothing fancy but always a great time with friends.

Food is whatever, service is horrible, we ordered over the phone 50 piece chicken nuggets to pick up and said they would be ready in 15 minutes. We were waiting at the restaurant for 45 minutes and the girl who charged me had the nastiest attitude. The floor was super sticky and dirty. I asked if she could give me more blue cheese and ranch (mind you I had already paid for some) and she was going to charge me again. I told her, for making me wait more time than I should've, can't even give me some more sauces? And she gave me 2 with a nasty face. Horrible horrible service.

Typical sports bar food, known for their wings and will likely have some kind of drink or beer specials. Good place to gather with friends and family to watch sports on the many TVs.

Not all Hooters are created the same! My favorite, spicy garlic breaded bone in wings were well cooked, although some were not thoroughly sauced, I was given an extra little cup of dipping sauce, so no problem with the food or the beer. My problem lies with my receipt. I was given my itemized receipt and my credit card receipt to sign. I signed the credit card receipt, but for some reason the waitress took my itemized receipt away, I did ask for it back because I like to keep those things and look over them when I get home and settled to make sure there were no fraudulent charges. I did not find any fraudulent charges, but what I did find was that my receipt was already scanned for the reward points as I have the app so I collect points. I don't know if this is their little scam they got going on there but I don't like it. I don't like it one bit because it's theft! As much as I love you Hooters, I will not be returning to this location. Don't worry I'm not giving up a Hooters just this location.

Fast service!! I order to go at the bar and food was ready within 10min. There was a lunch crowd and didn't feel like waiting so I ate in my car. I ordered 10pc wing with celery and ranch. Today is wing holiday so they have a special today but only for dine in. Will come back again if I'm in the area.

There are a lot of servers! However they are all talking with each other and ignoring the customers. I'm sitting here with an empty glass and we're going on 15 minutes so far.

Staff by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced, entitled employee refused to speak English when i clearly did not speak Spanish. Furthermore as an American sports bar , it should be playing basic American music. Yet they chose to blast valenatos from whatever country they are from. I'm beyond disappointed, will never go back

I hadn't been to a costume party until I came here for dinner on Halloween! Everyone was dressed up, some with their kids too. All I had was a sticker from voting earlier so I put it on, voters might be scary for some this year? The service was alright, but the wings I got definitely were not hot, and I really think I may have got someone else's. I didn't fault the waitress who was dressed as a mummy, somewhat dressed anyway.

Traveled to Miami for a guys weekend, decided to stop at hooters Doral to pregame before the clubs. Decided on the outside bar where we all were greeted hospitably by Uniqua and Denia, who both immediately made us all feel right at home. Uniqua was the perfect person when it came to drink recommendations, after mentioning that we all were interested in trying new beers she recommended a local favorite freedom tower but the real turn up was her margaritas. She was super attentive, checked on us consistently even with a packed bar, and hooked us up with some spots to hit up in Wynwood. The outside bar was definitely a turn up, wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot to drink but all in all, all the ladies we encountered made the crew feel like we chose the right place to go. Definitely coming back on the next trip!

For being someone that used to work for the Hooters company and go on a frequent I have to say how extremely disappointed I am in the quality of the food as well as service. I took my son to go have our usual, which would be the wings and the buffalo shrimp, and the food was absolutely gross. It had to be returned three different times. The french fries were not even close to par and the service was absolutely horrible. It was not even busy that they were not even on a wait yet the manager could not even come to our table to apologize or even say anything to us. As I said, I'm extremely disappointed in his corporation, and I doubt that I will be going back to Hooters

Hooters is definitely one of my favorite places to go have wings and beer. The wings are like no other and definitely my favorite. However the service..... the service usually depends on your server. There's a 1 in 5 chance that you will have good service in this location. The day time servers always seem a bit disoriented and never remember what you ask for. Wings usually take forever to get after ordering them. It's very rare to get good service at this place. Overall if your here to watch sports or drink beer and have some wings It's still a great pick. If your looking for good fast service look elsewhere.

Update: Twin Peaks Doral is finally opened & after several decades of waitresses with nasty attitudes & simpy managers are over! HAHAHA! Adios MUCAHO! Ay Kerramba... You guys are done! This place is just like I remember it. The service... not so good, the food... ok, & the prices... more than what you should pay. It reminds me why I started going to Twin Peaks. The difference in service was like night & day. Smoked & grilled wings are far superior to fried wings. Props to the cooks though, I got my order almost immediately, hot & fresh! The service is just very indifferent. I walked in & sat myself. No one addressed me. I had to ask one of the women if I could get served. They can't even do more than one sauce on an order of wings. I ordered six wings & wondered if you can do it with twelve but then I didn't get any alternative form the waitress, just a very quick fire responds: "I CAN'T DO THAT". All I was thinking was to dash out of there. I ate my wings, drank the last drip of my Yuengling & left. I like the interior though. It's like that old school bar centric seating with a tiny bar. You can tell this restaurant was never meant to have giant flat screens hanging directly above the bar patrons lol. It's a neat layout but very impractical. Find a seat here when its pact is impossible. I can't wait for Twin Peaks to finish building their new location in Doral that way I don't have drive all the way up there to Pembroke Pines every time.

Food is consistent but the service isn't. The last 2 times I came here the service was sub par. Once during lunch (approx 1130) we had to go get the waitress for our drinks. This last time, about 3pm, we ordered our appetizers with our entree and never received the appetizer. Later the waitress tells us the delay was because they were starting a new batch of chicken. This should have been explained to us beforehand. Also, cleaning materials are left out by customers dining. Not cool.

I was told this was the best Hooters in the United States and my friend owed me lunch and insisted he repay his debt here. We (3) ordered chicken wings and the "lots-of-tots" (basically loaded tots w/ bacon, sour cream, & cheese). I personally ordered the naked chicken wings with the habanero BBQ sauce. We first sat outside but this location allowed smoking out there (maybe all do and I'm naive but...) which was disappointing. We moved inside. The tots were fine (nacho cheese, etc.) I just wouldn't say there were lots of them. Good by me but we split them between 3 so I guess "lots" is subjective. It's a decent size app for one person. My naked wings were disappointing. The sauce was on point though, spicy and sweet. The wings were just... not worth a buck a piece and not really worth going out of our way for (for a place famed for wings). The server was nice, but my wings came out over 15min after my friends breaded wings came out with no real explanation or apology. The servers/staff were otherwise very cordial.

This building is ok, parking lot a little small but there is always space available. There is no hostess or wasn't one when I went, had to chase an employee to ask about seating options. Customer service is horrible, they bring your order incorrect, add more charges to your check and force you to pay. Manager Daniel Munne shouldn't be in a position that deals with customers. His lacks of customer service, listening and basically management skills. He is rude, arrogant and does not respect senior citizens. Our order was incorrect because a mistake made by one of their waitresses. I had to request a check review and Manager Daniel Munne came to our table, not wearing name tag, not introducing himself just attacking us about the order, he didn't explained the issue just added the incorrect order to the check and basically I was forced to pay because my 80 year old mother was upset about the situation and this "manager" just escalated more the issue. Not recommended this location there are other places in the area that are similar but customer service is better.

Absolutely loved coming here! Hooters wings are simply amazing! Came here for dinner with my friends and we had ordered the following: 1. Appetizer: 10 Buffalo shrimp with your choice of wing sauce $9.99 (HIGHLY recommend, very delicious!) 2. Curly fries with melted nacho cheese sauce 3. 10- naked, and 10- breaded original hooter chicken wings with mild wing sauce $20.79 Enjoyed the food and service was good! Couldn't of been more satisfied with dinner!

To be disappointed in service and food is crazy. Been to every Hooters in South Florida and this is by far the worst. Josie the outdoor bartender seemed miserable to be alive. Continuously absent and not a single smile. I'm not one to tip zero so I did leave a tip. wow, wings were burnt and definitely the worst ones I've had at any Hooters anywhere. Won't ever be back to this location. Once again, disappointing. Absolutely love Hooters and look forward to their wings every time we are on main land. Big fail. I suggest Josie go work at the Dollar tree where it doesn't matter if you're pissed off all the time

Service was good. Fries needed seasoning but the server brought to us the lemon pepper and honey chipotle wings were delicious also the onion rings I love the $margaritas they were really good for $5

I still remember my first trip to Hooters; It was 1993, I was in Baltimore for a convention and our group decided to try Hooters. The wings were greasy, the service was poor...I think we drank 2 pitchers of beer before the waitress remembered that she completely forgot to put our food order in, but we had a lot of fun and it was a great atmosphere with lots of photos, sports memorabilia and other stuff hanging from the walls. Of course, the waitresses that the place is named in honor of were there in full force, and it was a gimmicky restaurant that people were flocking to in droves. Little has changed over the years and the Doral location is more of the same...Exact same "uniforms" for the waitresses, a bunch of stuff mounted and hanging everywhere, it's usually packed, and it's an OK place to meet friends for a beer and some wings. The food isn't anything to write home about... After you finish a plate of wings, you can see how much grease and strange, clear/orange fluid they were swimming in, your gas smells like Hooters wings for a day after you've eaten here, the sandwiches are usually covered in cheeses, and nearly everything is greasy, deep fried and unhealthy. However, people are still flocking here, 'cause it's all about the atmosphere and the gimmick is still selling.

You can never go wrong with hooters! Here is my tip if you like boneless chicken wings... GO ON WEDNESDAYS! On Wednesdays, for under ten bucks.. you get ten boneless wings AND curly fries! Unbeatable deal and boy are they delicious. I have dragged a few of my friends there now on Wednesdays and no-one has been disappointed yet! The only reason I am not giving five stars is because some of the times I have gone, the service is not great. However, I used to be a server so my standards are pretty high!. Parking at this location is also amazing which is hard to come across in Miami sometimes. If you like to drink, the prices here can not be beat! They have a good beer selection and is always served ice cold! If you haven't tried Hooters, you are for sure missing out!

I came down from Fort Lauderdale for lunch and Deilin & Stephanie gave me excellent service at the outdoor bar! These 2 are ROCKSTARS!! Thank you again and I'll be back!

I received my order of 20 wings an only received one 1oz cup of ranch dressing, when I left a note in my order box for extra ranch dressing along with what came with it . I order 2 Amazon bottle of tea an only got one .I Don't suggest using the order app to place your order. It is best to pick it up or dine in. The wings were cold an I order the fried pickles too , the to were cold. If I could rate this order it would be a minus Zero.

If you're looking for the best Hooters in town! Check out this location and ask for Ashley. She's an absolute sweet heart. If you're ever going out to dine, you have to do it right or else you won't have a good time and you'll be back on Yelp writing a bad review. Ashley recommended the best items off the menu, she made it easy to have a good time, kick back, and watch a sports game. Ashley checked in periodically to make sure we were good! She told us a little about herself. Honestly was a joy to meet her. Please ask for Ashley! You won't be disappointed. The best hooters girl in Miami! Can you ever really go wrong with Hooters? I have ordered Postmates from this location a few times and I finally went to eat lunch in person. Parking was easy to find and there were several options to either eat indoors or out. We opted for an inside table and the food and service were both on point. We love to order the buffalo shrimp, wings, curly fries with cheese sauce, and crab legs. Between the two of us, we devoured it all (we were pretty hungry!). Great food and affordable prices.

Every Hooters is horrible. This location was the worst one yet. A party of 7 came almost and hour after us and was served by our server as soon as they sat down. We had been waiting and hour and we hadn't even ordered drinks. The food took another 2 hours!! Yet the party of 7 next to us got their food right after they ordered and they ordered 100 wings!! My table had a party of 4, they were obviously just trying to get money and not care about service. After the party of 7 got their food, we still hadn't gotten our drinks! We complained and the waitress had such an attitude and called us impatient and disrespecting her time. We asked to speak to the manager but she said she didn't care to. I don't remember her name but she had glasses and curly hair. Horrible location! Do not waste your time or money here.
