Been a few years since I've visited a Hooters. Wanted to see if the wings were the same as the last time I had them. I wasn't disappointed. The breaded wings with Medium Sauce are just as good. The service was spot on and the atmosphere is what ppl come to expect from the Hooters brand. Great time and great food.

My waitress was Jade… she is absolutely the most stunning fantastic girl I have ever met. My beer was refilled before it was empty and she knew all of the specials very well shoutout Buffy shrimp. Also taught me Piano Man by Billy Joel on the harmonica. Best day ever!

I ordered food to go while enjoying a drink at my table. The waitress sat down at the table next to me to entertain one of her regulars. She sat so long that my Togo food got cold. I asked for a manager because now I’m leaving with cold food. The manager I believe his name is Kyle, completely brushed off my issue. He spoke over me and I am now going home with cold food. Because Brandi was too busy entertaining her regular and Kyle was too unprofessional, I am going home with cold food!

I dined at the Hooters restaurant located at 1665 S. Alma School Road in Mesa, Arizona on a Monday before noon. It had been many years since the last time I ate at this chain and I was not familiar with the menu. My server directed me to a table and requested my drink order. When she brought the Coca-Cola to my table, she did a thorough job suggestive-selling several menu items. I was interested in chicken wings, and she described the different options available. When I looked at the menu, I was surprised to see that they no longer offer plates with a dozen wings, which has been the standard for bars and restaurants that serve wings since the dawn of time. Instead, they sell orders of 10 wings. I ordered ten Naked Wings with medium sauce. The total on the receipt (delivered after the meal) was $23.69*, which seems expensive for what I received. Looking at the bill, they charged me $1.39 for a tiny container of Ranch dressing to dip the wings in and a glass of Coca-Cola was $3.89. The wings were delivered to my table after a short time and they were hot and delicious. During my meal, my server stopped by to check up on me and suggestive-sell dessert items. When I finished eating, she removed the plates and having already done a great job of suggesting different food items including dessert, she was not pushy and offered to bring my bill while also allowing me the opportunity to order more if I wanted. I requested the bill and she brought it to my table pretty quickly and said she would handle the payment. My server could not have been nicer or done a better job – Five stars for the service. As I was entering the tip on the portable card reader, the math did not add up. The total was $24.58* and I was willing to offer a generous tip for the great service. I like round numbers, and entered $5.42 (23%) for the tip for a total charge of $30.00. The next screen showed that it was going to charge me $30.20, and not the even 30 dollars it should have been. I told her that the math was not adding up correctly and she explained what’s essentially dynamic pricing for credit card customers (the practice of varying the price for a product or service). I re-entered the tip at $5.22 (20¢ less to keep the $30.00 total) and then the reader produced a total of $29.99. It wasn’t a straight up 20¢ reduction due to the dynamic pricing. As I’m writing my review, I noticed that the sale amount on the credit card printout was $24.77*, and not $23.69 like the receipt shows, which is a full 9.6% increase compared to what the receipt shows for the food bill plus tax. I’m not sure if this difference is part of the dynamic pricing or if Hooters simply padded my bill, hoping I would not notice. Either way, they should clearly inform customers about their pricing policy which comes across as deceptive. It’s no wonder the corporation had to declare bankruptcy on March 31, 2025. Great service, horrible business practices! I won’t be back. * NOTE: Three different totals before tip was added.

It's Hooters! There are not very many left but this one is fantastic. Service is great and the atmosphere is enjoyable. For anyone who doesn't know, this is a classic sports bar vibe with a bunch of regulars. Careful, if you get talking to them, they will buy you a shot or two. Also, AYCE wings on Wednesdays for $16!

Hooters 1665 S Alma School Rd, Mesa, AZ 85210 Today I woke up with a strong craving for Chicken Wings because it's Chicken Wing Day! As I pondered where to satisfy my craving, the idea of going to HOOTERS popped into my head, and I realized I could enjoy a delicious meal while also being surrounded by a fun atmosphere. Mandy, my server for the day, was incredibly pleasant and attentive. I ordered their special offer of 10 wings and received 10 free. Despite only managing to eat 18 wings, I am now happily full. I look forward to returning to HOOTERS in the future. The friendly staff, including both the servers and the manager, made my experience truly enjoyable.

I was going to go, but I didn't see any kids meals available. My 6 sons and 2 daughters were very sad. They wanted to watch the game here :( but we love Hooters. That's why I give them a 3 instead of a 1.

Have to say the food brought me here and the service turns me away.. the appetizers were so good! The beer cheese pretzels were unexpectedly delicious, the boneless wings app was tender and the sauces were very good and the fried pickles were over the top! The burgers, crab legs, shrimp and Philly Cheese Steak were all good! The service was fairly poor.. we got silverware with the 2nd appetizer.. I had to ask another server to get my server and later had to go find more ice for my iced tea that melted as well as getting up to find mustard.. we ran out of drinks and had to wait for them. In today's times where prices are so high for dining out, the service should be much better than this. I will miss the food..

Stopped into the Mesa Hooters for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was decently busy. I was greeted and quickly sat by Corey. The restaurant was clean and in good shape. They have Coke products. The food came out hot and tasted great. My only minor complaint was that a couple of the flappers were really small. But otherwise everything was great. Corey took great care of me - occasionally stopping to check on me more times than I could count. All in all it was a great experience!

When I'm in the area, I will usually stop by this Hooters location for some food and a few beers. I prefer to sit at the bar and Brittany is often the bartender and I must say that she is very friendly and provides outstanding service. I will often get either the Steamed Shrimp and / or the house Chili with cheese and onions. Everything is just perfect and Brittany is always so friendly and helpful, you will be glad you stopped by. Thanks again!!

Came in for the $15 all you can eat wings deal on Wednesdays... didn't actually know this existed so it was great to enjoy. If you get this everyone at the table needs to get it or else you can't - that was interesting although I get it. Or pay the typical $27 for 20 wings there and 10 to go. I'm not a fan of paying the $1 per wing so the $15 is good especially if you can eat at least the 15 - for the size that's pretty easy. So all of us got that. Hadn't been here in years, ambiance is still sports bar, lots of tvs playing a lot of things. Ladies in their hooters ensembles. Our server was nice and then left mid shift which was interesting. We had good service but it wasn't outstanding. My water was refilled and she checked on us throughout the meal. Wings were a bit small but had good flavors, and lots to choose from which is great. Also asked for a basket of fries - both waffle and curly. The waffle were better, more cooked and crispy and I think I just like the style better. Overall good.

Received the absolute worst service from Emily. She was more worried about cleaning her tables (closing tasks) than waiting on her tables. We had to wait for multiple things that did not require a Wait. Manger was informed, no apology was made by server or manger. Please don't waste your time and go to another Hooters that actually cares about service!!

Needed another fried chicken fix! Hooters was always my go to before Gus's Famous Fried Chicken surpassed them!‍

I've been going to get Hooter's breaded wings before Hooters was a thing in the west. First time I was in Florida. Great times. First time here in Mesa...They were ok....But if you understand corporate franchised restaurants, they fail after a few years because management gradually becomes disenfranchised. The wings were awful. It's the same sauce...But they lost the skill to handle them...or changed oil types or temp. I'm a chef. I know these things. They failed to make Hooters' signature dish. What else do they fail at?

Service and food always awesome! Great place to grab some wings and watch football.

Do NOT go to this place. Can't even call it a restaurant. Waited 20-30 minutes between drinks. Horrible service. Food was cold by the time I could eat it. Manager stood around instead of helping at all. This location is a prime example of why Hooters has locations going out of business all over the country. Hopefully, this one is next!

Service was Great! 1st time eating here. What threw me off was the 3 cents added for every dollar I said. WHAT!!! It don't make no sense. So I ended up paying $5 for that but still wanted to make sure the waiter had a tip so $30 total for you Mia. You did a great job. Now for the owner you need to fix that before we as business owners will never return there.

The food and service was very good. The ambiance was friendly and inviting. The hostess was professional and friendly

The wifey and I love hooter wings. Caitlyn was a server and she did a great job taking care of us. Stopped by are table to make sure we were good while taking care of other tables. Will always come back. Thanks for everything

To begin with... water tasted disgusting. They need to change their filters. Appetizer order was brought to the order incorrect, which it happens... we all make mistakes. When our food was brought to the table, the ranch was FROZEN. She made it right by bringing us extra ranch that was not frozen but by that time we were disgusted. My water was empty for a good amount of time so I had to drink my wife's nasty water. We had to wait for another good amount of time until we could catch someone attention to bring us the check. I will wait for my Chicago trip because Hooters in Chicago are a whole different ball game. Never have been to a hooters like this one. If your thinking of going to this location, think about it twice.

The only caveat I have is the fact that our appetizer, the fried pickles-were really salty. It wasn't a good start to the meal, not gonna lie. However, the service was great. I understand that there was a lot of controversy in the past be at the theme of the restaurant. However, all of the staff had great energy, and it showed in the service. Not once did my partner and I have to ask for a refill on our drinks, which was impressive to me. I got the pretzel buns sliders and they were really good!Not too much, not too little. Definitely returning to this store to mix it up when it comes to lunch.

We came here to watch the game the other day. Service was ok. Food was good: it always bothers me that they charge extra for ranch when you order wings but we've come to expect it. The crazy thing happened at the end of our meal. The waitress was handing me the bill and my wife went to grab, as she always double checks for accuracy. The waitress snatched it out of her hand. She says, just so you know we now have dual pricing. Your total is going to be different if you are going to be paying with a card. The amount on the bill is the cash price. We ended paying over 4.00 more, almost 5.00. I understand if it's something new, or a policy change but nothing was posted and we were not told anything until after our meal. I probably wouldn't even have noticed. It was weird and felt very shady but we paid the higher amount and left wondering what the heck just happened?

I really wish Hooters could deliver on quality AND customer service.  The writing of this feedback is almost a joke at this point because literally EVERY SINGLE TIME we order at the Mesa Hooters our order is wrong.  Its such a common occurrence that the to-go bartender knows to triple check our order every time we come in.  It would be comical if it wasn't incredibly annoying. Yesterday, Superbowl Sunday, we placed our first order using the online order system.  Freaking awesome!  The website is so easy to use and we felt comfortable doing so because we figured if we were the ones putting in the order ourselves, then there was no way it could be incorrect....WRONG. We place a $50 order of 20 wings and 24 buffalo shrimp.  The buffalo shrimp was okay other than the breading being mushy, not crispy at all, but it was nothing our air fryer couldn't fix.  But the wings were ALL WRONG.  To start we selected all flaps (confirmed in my order receipt) and received mostly drums. Second we order half breaded, half naked.  They were all breaded. Last we ordered 20 wings and only got 12. Shame on me for not checking before I left, but as I mentioned it was Superbowl Sunday the place was packed beyond what it felt like capacity should be, so I just trusted the team and took my order home. And here I am once again looking like a Karen because I have to complain about a service I paid for and barely received.  It is beyond disheartening.  Especially because we love Hooters food so much.  I know we'll be back and I know our order will be wrong again. I just wish the store would make improvements.

So this is the typical Hooters that you can find all across the country. Their food is bar food and for me I like their food. I am a little disappointed that they removed the cajun sauce from the menu and made it a dry rub. They actually had one of the better Cajun sauces that I have had. The chicken wings are good my kiddo likes the Boneless wings and the BBQ sauce. I typically get them as well but i now get their mild sauce which is mild with a bit of a kick I will say, but not like their 3 mile island sauce. Their tots are good, the fries are good, and we typically get the pretzels from there which with their beer cheese is good!! The meal I had last night was the sliders. They are actually worth it, Curly fries and either 2 chicken and beef or all beef or all chicken. I get the all chicken with cheese and bacon and mild sauce on it. Ok so everyone can laugh at me for this, but yes, i will go to Hooters for the food and then look at the ladies working. They are there doing a job and i treat them with respect. The bring the drinks swiftly and they all will have a smile on their face when you walk in. I used to work in restaurants and found that some servers can be just nasty/mean when you walk in, these girls here are not even close to that. They are inviting and welcoming to you the minute they see you come through the door. They have the TVs and the sports on them with the juke box. They also do the sporting events and have good times with them. Oo, also they do an all you can eat wings on Wednesday. I can eat that much anymore but that is the day to go get wings. Go there have a big beer, watch some sports, check out the sights, *Wink Wink*, and have fun!!!

The BEST WINGS EVER However they took away 911 SAD. Very Sad. Also no local IPAs. Please bring back 911 and some good Beer and we will come back

Hooters is fun! Okay maybe most of the food is fried and not terribly special but the beer is cold and the staff is so very friendly! I came into Hooters with a girlfriend because they were hosting a 98KUPD event where they were serving Holmberg Bound (Four Peaks Brew) and I love it! My hubs and I are big fans of the morning show on that station so I was hoping to score a pint glass for my hubs Christmas stocking. Our waitress was so funny and checked on us every 5 to 10 minutes which I really appreciated. We didn't have to wait for anything. This location is right of the 60 freeway so it's the perfect spot to meet a friend for a beer on my way home from work.

I went in and had buffalo shrimp, super yummy! When you go to Hooters ask for Kim, she's awesome!

The food got here super quick on Saturday night while a boxing match was on. My server Alexa was so kind and does an amazing job!!

We appreciate all the good service at this place. Thanks to all the girls and hard work they put in to make the customers happy.

I've been visiting this Hooters for years on a monthly basis, to take advantage of whatever the coupon of the month is from my Hooters calendar. This week, the guys and I were working at a jobsite nearby, so we made a trip after work. Hooters is currently running a promo that if their sponsored NASCAR driver places in the top 10 drivers of an event, the following day you can get an order of free fried pickles. Both the Hooters Arizona and Hooters Mesa Facebook pages advertise it. Long story short, even though I asked the waitress before placing the order if they honored that promo, and specifically said our table only wanted them if they were free, I was still charged for them at happy hour pricing on my bill. I might have overlooked the extra unexpected $5.49 charge if that was our only issue with service, but it was not. Three of the guys ordered non-alcoholic drinks, and received them quickly. I ordered something on tap, and while the bartender poured it quickly, we all just watched it sit on the bar for a good 10 minutes, until our not-so-free pickles came out. Our real meals came out a few minutes later. Ivanna didn't check on us again until we were done eating, and only then did she ask if I wanted another drink. I wasn't prepared to wait another 10 minutes for a drink I should have been offered 10 minutes sooner. I paid the bill, and we left. Had they been incredibly busy, I would be more understanding of the lackluster service. They weren't busy at all though. I think most of the regular girls are on tour for the calendar, because I didn't recognize any of the servers that day. Maybe the new servers are still in training. At least the food was good, so I'll be back to use my next coupon.

All the best bartenders - my favorites are Taylor, Carli, Brittany and Tiffany :D The beers are the cheapest in the East Valley as far as I know. The wings are yummy too! I recommend the tots.

Maddie (Brunette), our server, was the absolute best - friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and one of the kindest servers I've ever had. The restaurant was extremely busy with the UFC fight tonight and there was never a moment where she was not taking care of our table or all the other tables in her section. She made sure we had what we needed - refilling our drinks, checking in on how our food was tasting (the food was delicious), or just taking the little time she had to even socialize with us and make us feel like the most important table in the restaurant. She is personable, friendly, and an all around sweetheart that I hope her leadership team recognizes and appreciates for her outstanding work ethic and service. We sure did. We will make the drive from Scottsdale just to have her as our server again. Thank you!

Very clean establishment. Friendly staff. Tiffany is wonderful behind the bar. Dos EQUIS special was brilliant. I'm sure I'll be back. Manager of was very professional and friendly as well.

The wings are always hit or miss....as is the service depending on the location. The hostess at this particular one has been incredible every Sunday I visited during football season.

Came here for my nephews birthday and everything about this place sucks. The food tastes bad and is overcooked. Drinks are absolutely horrible and glasses come out sticky. The waitresses have no table manners and will reach across your face to pass plates. They walk by avoiding eye contact while you sit and wait for forty minutes just to get a check. Absolutely worst service. The atmosphere is okay but I still wouldn't ever come back nor recommend it to any else one.

First and last time I've ever done business with Hooters. Placed a pickup order and was given the wrong quantity and items. Didn't realize that until I got home (30 minutes away). This demonstrates to me a total lack of professionalism, quality control, and oversight. It shows a lack of leadership and discipline by management; it is YOUR responsibility to doublecheck every order. That is integrity.

My loves the food at Hooters. When we asked, " where do wanna go for your Bday dinner?"-she said Hooters for my shrimp. Our server Rene was so nice at attentive.

Nice chill atmosphere good music playing in the background and I love the seafood options they always satisfy. Drew our waitress did a good job of making sure we had everything we needed.

Our server , Mini, was absolutely amazing!!! Aside from being very attentive and helpful, she was very sweet I was a having a rough day and started crying in the bathroom and she went out of her way to comfort me. Seriously one of the best servers I have ever had.

Typical hooters. Sports bar with a gimmick. Food was ok, again just a sports bar. Service was decent but not very busy on a Thursday.

It was $18 for 10 tasteless boneless buffalo wings and a drink. They literally tasted like really old ready made frozen buffalo wings from the grocery store drenched in buffalo sauce. The order should have been no more than $10. A total rip off and I WILL NOT be back!

Food Poisoning on 7/29. We ordered 36 wings and some tater tots and everyone got violently ill. There is definitely something wrong with the chicken they served us

I was there about 1:00 PM on a weekday. The service and food were good, but the Ambience did not live up to its name. Judging by the price of the food you are paying for Ambience which Hooter's did NOT deliver.

Went here with a friend from out of town and had a guy as a waiter. Who goes to Hooters to have a guy as a waiter? If I wanted mediocre food and a guy for a waiter, I would go to the Cheesecake Factory. I left and went to Ojos Locos. And the table was sticky.

Why this place close at 9pm on weekends guess I'll go across the street to ojos they are open till 2am

Racism is alive and well at Hooters in Mesa. I try to place an order online with this location,but they do not participate in the program. So I went up there to place an order as an African-American and I waited 40 minutes before I was address by the manager to place an order. 2022 As an African-American at the age of 61 years old I had to deal with this and my kids. the next available online for this franchise is I think 6 miles away on Arizona Avenue I pray to God they go out of business especially on Alma school thank you.

Excellent service, all of the staff is super friendly. I had the Buffalo shrimp and it was super fresh and tasty! Highly recommend this location

The food was amazing. Perfectly cooked fries. The chicken wings were crispy and juicy. Breading was perfect. I ordered 20 original bone in wings and fries. Way to much food. I should of ordered the 10 wings. I probably will not eat for the next entire day. My only two complaints is its expensive while not even coming with ranch and they don't have a 15 wing choice. Places was clean and looked great. Waitresses were friendly and attentive. I would go back on deal day.

I have been going here for years and I always sit at the bar. I have honestly only had maybe a couple adult beverages over all these years, but the selection and prices from what I have heard are great. This is definitely a sports bar and you have tons of televisions throughout the restaurant to watch various sports, college football, NFL, UFC, Boxing, etc. The bartenders are very engaging with the customers and I highly recommend going here and catching Brittany when she is working the bar for her service and customer engagement. I enjoy the food here and I always go for with the wings ('naked' style is like normal wings and I get all flats in medium) they also offer original wings which are breaded and seem more like fried chicken to me. I also enjoy the Buffalo shrimp, boneless wings and they have a wide range of options for sauces including dry seasoning and I also recommend the Daytona beach sauce. This is not fine dining, but you can enjoy sports, beverages and good food

I was pleasantly surprised to walk in to an OPEN restaurant that practices social distancing in their seating layout. The staff is all about service! Friendly and not in a way that is stereotypical..friendly like your neighbor. The food was phenomenal Go. You'll be glad you did. Special thanks to BECCA for making my lunch spectacular!!

Over never been charged for dipping sauce for chicken tenders and wings before. Waiter said she was going to charge for extra ranch the chicken strips but she charged for each cup of ranch that came with each plate.

You must come see Nikki she is amazing!! Great conversation great customer service! Just a pure joy to be around!

I waited 30 minutes for a waitress to even intro herself, I didn't even get a water.

Im the nicest person ever and it's the first time I go to hooters. And I was super excited due to being my first time lol but the service was horrible unfortunately. I get there it was a Saturday night. I thought it be busy but it was almost dead. The host took a while to come by and I thought that she would sit us but she said to go wherever we want. Picked the bar, sat there and we were waiting and waiting no one attended us at all. The girl in the bar was just focused on one side only. I didn't want to get her attention. After being there for around 5-7 min we got up and left. Please do better with customer service hooters I was expecting better service than that.

We ate at the Hooters in Mesa last week for lunch. The restaurant is close to the freeway, so it is convenient to get to. The wait staff were quick, friendly, and efficient. I have been at worst Hooters, like the stand alone Hooters in Las Vegas. The wait staff actually ( not just our waitperson, seemed happy to be working there. We like the food at Hooters and usually have a set selection of items we order. The food came out as expected.

The waitress Kim was great, friendly and attentive. We were sat and had drinks and food in record time. Music was fantastic a mix of classic rock and country. The TVs all had sports on, Chive TV would be nice though. The only negative was "sticky". Sticky menus, sticky table, chair seats. Not dirty, I watched them wipe down right away after tables were bussed. Maybe the sanitizer is causing it? Not fresh sanitizer. Maybe time for a deep clean? Maybe new bar towels? Windows too. Obviously not washed in some time. Nothing more appetizing than a toddlers greasy hand print. The guys sat next to us asked for the table to be wiped stating it wasn't clean.
