We had a great time here. The food and drinks were great, especially the wings. The servers were super attentive and all came out to sing happy birthday since i was celebrating. The place is really clean, including the bathrooms. Most places are short staffed and service is slow but this place was really on point. I can't say enough. Thanks!

I usually don't give reviews like that but today imma make review but on this hooters in coral gables outside the bar the server name CAMILA was the worst service I ever HAD IN MY LIFE !!!!!! Do not tip her at all & me and my coworker came to this location few weeks ago and very rude, nasty, her attitude was bad-experience was a flat out zero and food is great no complaints about nothing the manager was super understanding great services… PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SERVER “CAMILA”

The wings was Fie and Shrimps was good I gave it a 4 because our waiter never came back and check on us and asked is everything good do we want another drink 🍹but Shoutout too the Cooks in the back they never get recognized for the good job they’re doing they need a raise!

Nice atmosphere with inside and outside seating. The food took quite a while to come out but it was worth the wait. Wings were cooked to perfection, salads were huge and very fresh, sliders were also very good! Waitress was very sweet!

I went to this Hooters last week to pick up food during the Celtics and Knicks game and was extremely happy with my experience and service! Even though the place was packed and busy I was still able to get my pickup order in a decent and timely manner. The GM, Aris, even checked in with me to make sure all was well as he made sure the front of the house, the back of the house and even the bar was well managed. 10/10

I ordered a hamburger with fries and took @ $20 minutes or so to get. The bread was hard on one side and some of the French fries, not sure if old or frozen. I ate only because I was weak with the heat and very hungry but will not return. Server was sweet, but the service itself was also lacking. Ketchup on table was empty. Was disappointed, plus burger itself was not even tasty.

Nice “View” good food, clean place Service: 1 star, my experiences, the waitress forced you to pay the bill at exactly 5 pm because the change of shift, plus if you go alone they seat you on those 2 cheers tables Everyone ignores you, drinks and food orders takes forever.

We went to Hooters with memories of amazing wings from previous visits in our younger years and probably inflated expectations. The waitresses are still as friendly and attractive as ever, but the wings sort of fell short of what I remember from years ago. The famous original wings were not longer coated with flaky crispy batter, but rather a hard chunky thin fried batter, not so different from a bag of frozen wings cooked in air fryer. We tried both the mild and medium heat and neither had much spice to speak of....the "heat" is from the drizzle of hot oil on the wings and condensed in bottom of plate. We also got the bbq version and it didnt ring any tadty bells either. To make things worse, our curly fries were mostly soggy and under fried, not at all like the crispy yummiess from my memory. So despite the very nice service of the waitresses, our overall eating experience was a bust 😔

This particular Hooters was not my favorite to say the least. And that is putting in lightly! First of all the place just looked filthy and furniture looks worn and torn. The service was minimal and inconsistent. To be honest, I felt like we were hunting down our server for a good 15-20 minutes with no sight of her. I get it, girls there are good looking but you can be nice, fun and good looking. This server made us feel like we were bothering her and had some extra little attitude doing it. I did not appreciate the service one bit. In fact I was looking for her so we can quickly pay the bill and get the heck out of there but she disappeared for about a half hour! No lie, so unprofessional but then again what can you expect from a Hooters server. The other thing is that the music was blasting so loud it was the most annoying and stressful thing while trying to talk to the person in front of me and have a "peaceful" meal. There is no peaceful dining at Hooters! The food was also just OK. Nothing special nothing spectacular..with so many other establishments offering great food, service and ambience, I don't think I'll be returning to this Hooters. Thanks but no thanks. When you're trying to leave a place half hour before and can't find the server to pay is the worst! Please train your staff better and clean the place.

It's been a while since I had a meal from Hooters, so this past Sunday with my wife's blessing we went for some lunch. The Coral Way locations was packed due to the Dolphins game, but we were seated right away. We decided to order their famous fried pickles, curly fries and their chicken wings with a light dose of buffalo sauce. The fried pickles were the best part of the meal, nicely breaded and packed with flavor, the dipping sauce also gave it a tangy kick. The fries were very bland and the breading of the wings had a buttery aftertaste, while the buffalo sauce was not as tasty. We had the sweetest waitress who was in charge of multiple tables and got all orders out in an orderly matter.

DO NOT BUY OYSTERS OR CRAB LEGS. Stick to the cooked foods. Oysters were dry, crab legs were overcooked and dry. Wings were great as always. Drinking glasses smelled like bleach.

Haven't been here in a very long time. Service was good. Very attentive staff. Always a good vibe when dining at hooters. The food on the other hand was just okay. I was disappointed bc the food wasn't even like warm. It was cold. Tasted like the fries were just sitting there and they serve it to the customers. Wasn't fresh at all, cold and stale. No crunch at all. Mini burgers were also cold. I suggest getting the food out to the customer as soon as possible instead of letting it sit. The wings were pretty good i will say that but please let's work on getting hot food out to the customers.

Total dump. Dirty tables all over the place. Walked in made eye contact with several employees and none could be bothered to help me find a table. Employees eating delivered pizza from somewhere else at the bar. Left after I wasn't attended just standing there for a while. Another negative you have to pay to park here

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had. After taking two sips of my drink and I noticed there was a FAKE NAIL in it. After proceeding to tell the manager all he did was say "i'm sorry, I'm pissed." Thought it can't get any worse? There was a BUG in our food Highly don't recommend, absolutely disgusting and the manager has no human decency.

the absolute worst bar service I've had in years. If you want to order a drink and receive it in a timely manner, it's not going to happen because they're the laziest bartenders I've seen in any establishment. I hadn't been to Hooters in years and I was pleased to find that their clam chowder is just as good as I remember it! We also had some of their original wings and fries both of which were good!

this hooters is a nice place to have a quick lunch/dinner. the food is tasty and normally doesn't take too long to be served.

I've been coming here for over 10 years already and it's the best hooters location I've been to in all of the US! Hooters have been closing down like flies but there's a reason this one stays open and I hope they keep it that way!! I've never tried anything else but can confirm they stay consistent and my order never disappoints so it's what I'm gonna stick to. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and free parking which is god sent now a days in Miami. The service is fast even when we've been on weekends. In my opinion, this location beats Flanagan's and Chilis combined!! I always order the Thai chili breaded chicken wings which aren't too spicy and sweet. Hooters makes the best breaded wings everrrr that batter recipe is more valuable than the krusty krab burger. Depending on how healthy I wanna eat, I'll go with the chili cheese fries or just cheese fries alone. The chili is delicious loaded with veggies and beans and the curly fries are iconic with the cheese. Last time I went, they forgot to add jalapeños and sour cream so I had to ask for it but it was super packed. It just makes the fries so those toppings are must! Yes I am 5 feet 100 pounds and yes I will finish all these fries they're perfect and even better with a $5 margarita. It's a recipe for either a stomach ache or a great night but I always come out happy and that's what matters. All that food, a few margaritas and nice service for less than $50?! In Miami?! How could you not love it here I just don't understand. I'm a hooters Stan for life!

Had a very nice time here, very friendly staff overall. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were all really attentive and helpful. The drinks were cold and they offered very quick service. To eat I had the 10 fried shrimp ( mild sauce ). Good flavored shrimp, not overwhelming with the batter, also had the fries with cheese ( my favorite). They had nice music playing at all times. Solid happy prices and good atmosphere. The offer free parking inside the parking garage!!!!!

It's the usual as all Hooters restaurants. The wings are good with the difference sauces they offer. The service is ok and the ambiance ok. This location has a lot of parking area in the building.

Very Clean, bartender! she was awesome. Food didn't take forever. This hooter redeem then self. I dreaded going here because the first time our waitress wasn't good. I would gave that hooters 2 1/2 stars. I was happy it changed. We go to hooters all around the states and visit one hooters in Germany.

Food was ok. The service was slow, considering that it was not busy. Couldn't get the waitress attention for a refill. Probably won't go back.

We had the best time at this Hoots! Christelle was our waitress and she was so sweet! She was very attentive, so kind and made us feel at home! Even on a busy night for football, our food came out in a timely manner and was fresh! We would highly recommend this Hoots!

Best time there with the wife will be back again when I am in town with the rest of the family

Hooters is hooters, drinks, food, and sports on all the tv's. A true American staple lol. I have to say, hooters need chicken wings need to start looking for they need to improve on the size.

Melissa is memorizing. She can just keep talking. Really do like her explaining the menu items. When she walks away it's great too. I'll be back soon, maybe every day. Food is OK.

The only wings I'll ever eat. Maybe not but if I had a choice oooooh buddy. I order the thai chilling, bone in, breaded wings with a side of their chili cheese fries... Chefs kiss Service is always great and everything comes out pretty quick.

We had a great experience thanks to our server Mily. She was attentive and friendly. Our food was very good.

We sat for almost 30 minutes, waiting for our server. She never came and we left. I understand it's hooters And I am not expecting 5 star service. But at least some type of customer service. Stay away from this hooters. It's ridiculous the lack of service.

They have hands down the best wings of all wings and all Hooters. We've been coming here for years and just love it! Food is always fantastic. Never disappoints. Drinks are good too but make sure you ask for half ice for the first Margarita and no ice for the second.

Wow - when you go to Hooters, you don't necessarily go for the excellent service, but this took it to a new level. My buddy and I sat at the bar, and despite multiple bartenders, it took a monumental effort to get anyone's attention (and I'm 6'6 and 270 pounds, so it's not like I'm a subtle presence ;). When we finally got our server's attention, I ordered a drink, and she walked away before my friend could even request a drink. Then getting wings was comical - I asked for wings, and she walked away. She brought what, I guess, is her determined number of wings and flavor. Then I had to ask for ranch three times before getting the request fulfilled. We were going to spend a few hours watching the games but left quickly. What a disaster!

Horrible Service from the GM and manager. he tried telling me i shouldn't bring my SERVICE ANIMAL here. that he'd "allow it" this time but it's gross with food. Then he proceeds to ask what my medical condition is which is ILLEGAL.

I haven't been to Hooters in a long time, but I was very happy to be back. Love the gables location. The wings were on point and the service was excellent. Shout out to Daniel, the manager. He was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of.

You guys need to be more on top of food quality I ordered the snow crab legs on Uber eats I had 3 of the crab legs completely empty and once I got to the forth leg it had something like mold on it some green stuff

Ordered takeout during the pandemic- they send the order in tamper free packaging which is appreciated. I ordered their buffalo shrimp in 911 sauce and salad, the food arrived warm still. Best options on their menu in my opinion are the fried shrimp&wings

Sara, Katherine and William Great service from 3 amazing individuals that take pride in what they do! The 5 stars are for them and the kitchen staff(our food was perfect). Sorry I can't say the same for the rest of the team that kept walking past our table without a simple acknowledgement, much less service. If it hadn't been for Katherine, that sat us promptly and William for realizing what was happening and ultimately Sara for providing the most amazing service, we would have walked out and the review would've been 1 star. A message to corporate and to the rest of the team at this location; follow great examples! Times are tough and a lot of people are unemployed and businesses are closing, so take care of your customers!

if i could give 0 stars i would. the service at this hooters is ASS. our server barely understood us and only spoke Spanish. Our food came out and she never came back. No refills & i couldn't even add to my order. Asked the manager to come see me 4 times and he completely ignored me. when he finally came, and i explained to him about the horrible service all he said was "ok u want the tab". I think his name is david, the one having an affair on his wife with camila at the bar.

I am a huge Hooters fan so I've visited numerous locations and this is by far my favorite. The waitresses are always nice and friendly. I have probably encounter 1-2 bad experiences in the 5+ years that I've been coming here and they were obviously not bad enough to not make me come back. You just have to pick and choose when to come (not on game nights etc) The food is always out on time, fresh and very tasteful. The bartenders do a great job at making my Vodka Tonic, it taste perfect every time. They come to check up on you from time to time so that's always good. Food wise - I've tried EVERYTHING on the menu and have no complains. Boneless, Flats & drums on mild. My new obsession is the smoked jerk chicken. OMG amazing! And their smoked blacken shrimp is cooked perfectly. You don't get that chewy shrimp taste like the other restaurants. The best part is the cheese! They're melted cheese is to die for and you can eat it with anything. Never go wrong with hooters. Wings, shrimp, sliders, fries, couple of drinks? Issa weekend mood!

I'm a hooters girl in a different state so obviously I was excited to visit hooters in Miami and had high expectations. The girls weren't very friendly and the mild sauce was super buttery and not like the buffalo sauce at my location at all. I couldn't eat it. Instead of a basket of fries it was a small cup. The location was clean but I was expecting a lot more from the Miami location.

When your date picks Hooters for a late lunch / early dinner date, you know you're one lucky dude! We stopped here Labor Day after shopping for a friend's wedding at another Miracle Center store. She bragged about their salad (and I wanted to help her pick out a Halloween costume from their merchandise counter up front.) Service overall was pleasant, with our waitress taking our picture and attentive with my usual customization of my order. They had plenty of TV's around. The salad my date ordered was surprisingly delicious. Although she ordered the plain grilled (they call it their Wise Choice salad), it had plenty of chicken pieces along with cheese, tomatoes and corn. Craving something more substantial, I enjoyed their buffalo chicken sandwich (the sauce passed my spiciness test) with double fries and no coleslaw. Sweet bbq sauce balanced out the flavoring for fries. We closed out our meal with their mini dessert shots, sampling their strawberry shortcake and chocolate ones. Though we sat in the inside dining room, they also have a bar and outside seating facing Coral Way.

I had Camila at the bar she was great. I've worked at 3 different Hooters over the years and I always go to Hooters wherever I travel. Daytona shrimp were amazing.

Good food, good service, convenient location- what more could you ask for? I'm not a huge fan of the whole "breastraunt" concept, but I can't argue with good cheap wings and an excellent selection of wing sauce. Throw in the curly fries and cheese sauce and you've got a winning combo. Protip: order a kids meal to go. The portions are huge. If you order online and pick up in store, be sure to check the order before you leave or just call the store and place it directly. My understanding is that someone from a call center actually calls the store to place your online order (archaic, right?) and the call center employees aren't familiar with the menu so they routinely mess up orders. Out of three to go orders I've had here, two have been incorrect. The manager was super apologetic and corrected the error each time, but still frustrating.

Foods good, service is fair, can't complain. Please do something about the filtered jukebox. Doesn't make any sense that this place is restricting music. Art at that. I under certain music can be vulgar, but the eagles?!?! Cmon Coral gables Hooters, it's 2020. We need to do better than this. I really think that if there's a game or event on tv (ufc) that the music should be kept at a minimum,,, LIKE THE MCGREGOR fight. I've been here several of times where fights were greats and volume was down. I believe it was very unprofessional for a manager ( Manny) to claim he's been here 6 years and say " they do not higher the volume " but for the MCGREGOR fight, the volume was up. There is no saying what fight is important to who. Equality is major priority especially in a place like Hooters, where many people from many different places of the world visit. This fight was vvery Important for our table of 12 to listen to, and after spending the amount of money on food and liquor, we got lied to in our face to in our face and claimed to have no control over the volume on the TVs. Please address staff accordingly. He came and handed our table his business card and said " here's corporates number" also please supply the woman's rest room with toiletries. Thank you!

I have been coming here for the past 5-7 years. The food was always fresh and very good, but today I went and bought some chicken wings thinking they are fresh they were OLD and they were very burnt. Also the staff were super unfriendly and unworkable. Used to love this place now this is just embarrassing.

My server called ANNIE, was amazing!!! She's very nice and polite, if any time you come to visit this location.. please ask for her 10/10!!!

I DO NOT like leaving bad reviews and rarely do. I would much rather walk away and just never return, but so much went wrong during this visit that I just couldn't let things slide. First, I went to the bathroom where one of the employees was cussing to someone on the phone about the f*#!ing music and how all they play was "that Country shi*". Second, it took over 10 minutes for someone to come out to the bar and take our order (it was early and the place was empty). My husband ordered and asked the server if the 20 wings came with 10 drumsticks and 10 flappers, to which she said "yes". When we received our order, there were 17 drumsticks and only 3 flappers! My husband called over the server that brought us our food and explained the situation. She rolled her eyes like our daughters used to do when they were 13! Most of those servers looked like they'd rather be anywhere but there. One of our daughters was a server for many years while going to college and we are EXTREMELY understanding of how hard that job can be, but rolling your eyes out of annoyance should never be tolerated. After reading some of the other reviews, our server has been criticized many times for being rude. This is very sad because I love Hooters.

First time at hooters since COVID. Nice weather today so decided to sit outside. My bartender Camila and she was amazing!!! Cleaned my area with anti bacterial cleaner before taking my order. Very nice courteous and great service. Also got to meet the manager David who came to speak to myself and my husband as we spoke about Covid protocols, we see he is very adamant about cleaning the bar tops and adhering to all the protocols which we as patrons seek and appreciate. He seems like a great manager that not only cares about his employees but his patrons as well.

Beat place to hang out and have drinks bar tender is the best!! Sit at the bar you'll always have a good time if you're a local or just visiting!

Great wings! The atmosphere is great for watching sports and having a good beer. Service was excellent. All tables are separated for social distancing. Plenty of parking in the garage. Prices are fair. Definitely worth it! The restaurant is in the ground level of shopping center.

The service is the absolute worst. This is my second time giving it a try. Waited for 30 minutes for server to even approach my table. Food was decent but service was so bad that it makes it hard to justify coming. I asked for the check and waited over 20 minutes for that.

I have a love/hate relationship with Hooters. The food is always the same, there are never variations for what you order. The smoked jerk wings is usually my to go order for this restaurant (if you haven't tried it you must get it!). I guess I never noticed before but they serve you the food as it's ready. The last time I was here since my smoked wings takes longer to cook, I was the last one to be served. So by the time my wings came over I was already stuffed with fries and picking at my tables meals. Don't mind waiting for my food, but it feels awkward when everyone is trying to be polite and wait for you to get your meal. The service is a hit or miss, sometimes you get a good server, if the place is packed good luck in flagging down a waiter. I wish I got my last servers name but she was really kind & kept on checking up on my table. Took her time in getting the orders right and made sure kitchen set up our food correctly.

Best boneless wings and ceaser salad. Not a family environment because of the laud music and the waiters but overall amazing food.

Yeah you know This location is located in a shopping mall with an outdoor terrace Parking is in a multilevel garage deck The elevator wait can be a few minutes The service is great, not only are the waitresses lovely but they hustle Cocktails are $5 a clip Wings are $20 for 20 Naked hot is the way I like them with blue cheese The standard wing breading is too heavy and leaves an after taste in my opinion Great experience at this Miami location
