Dear Hooters Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Woodbridge, VA location on December 21, 2024 at 3:00 PM est.
During my visit, I was served by Myka. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to the following reasons:
1. Incorrect Order: I was served the wrong order of chicken wings. Despite bringing this to Myka’s attention, she did not show any consideration or take steps to rectify the situation promptly. Furthermore, she did not periodically check on me to ensure the issue was resolved or to provide any comfort during the mishap.
2. Accusation of Writing a Negative Review: Myka accused me of writing a negative Google review about her, which is entirely untrue. In fact, three weeks ago, I wrote a five-star review praising her service. Additionally, I have written four other five-star reviews for other Hooters servers during that same period. As a long-time customer of over three years, I have always respected and appreciated the service provided by Hooters servers.
To be accused of lying and having my integrity questioned by Myka was extremely disappointing and disheartening. Such treatment is unacceptable and goes against the positive experiences I have come to expect from Hooters.
I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate actions to address this matter. Specifically, I would like to request a phone conversation with the regional supervisor, Neil, to discuss this incident in more detail and to understand the steps being taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
