Hooters of Fresh Meadows

Came here recently after a few years after my last visit. I can say that the quality of service, food, and atmosphere has been very consistent. Came in to watch the Mets game and the NBA finals and the atmosphere was fun and electric.

There is one place in Queens that has really caught my eye: the prices are pleasing to the eye, and the food is excellent. It is also a paradise for sports fans - there is a broadcast for every taste! The waitresses are charming, always friendly and nice. A special love - their onion rings, crispy, golden, with divine sauce. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Had a great time at Hooters! We caught the NBA game on their big screens, and the atmosphere was perfect for sports fans. The wings were absolutely delicious, crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. Great service, cold drinks, and a fun vibe made it an awesome night out. Definitely coming back for the next game!

The food was great. All you can eat wings on Wednesday after 4 pm for $19.99. Delicious, and they aren't stingy. Fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were the appetizer of choice and were really good. Waitress was kinda dry and not very friendly. However, we enjoyed our meal, and that's what we went for.

Eye candy is always aplenty, but the food here has always been VERY good. Last came here for the Knicks/Celtics GM6 and despite the fact it was packed, the food quality never wavered. Congratulations to the whole crew for handling a busy night and keeping standards high.

I love hooters. Wings, tater tots and drinks while watching sports **chefs kiss** sometimes the service can be a bit slow but it’s doable. They recently are implementing unlimited wings Monday to Wednesday for $14 which is a steal!!

Food was great but our server over charged us on the sauces and then gave us an attitude when we brought it up. Manager was no better, came in hostile and then gave us some BS excuse about corporate policy. The prissy, condescending attitude isn't a good look in the customer service industry, just try being nice next time!

I forgot how much I loved coming here back in the day. The food was delicious— made just the way we requested and piping hot. My only complaints are that the wings weren’t spicy enough (I chose the second hottest sauce on the list) and they ran out of large beer mugs. Plenty of TVs, and they put the Liberty game on for us as requested. New menus ain’t it.

I've been coming here on Mondays for awhile now, early to avoid the sports crowd. Today Sairah was enjoying her breakfast since she didn't eat all day and manager Shaq stepped up. I was planning on leaving and coming back later. Shaq didn't want to hear that and although she was busy doing her managers paperwork she promptly took my order gave me my diet Pepsi Sariah came back behind the bar and was amazing as ever. Oh by the way the wings were so delicious

PARKING - there is a mini lot but still a challenge to get one ENTRANCE - very nice and a host right at door to seat you Also they have outdoor seating as well with a built in bar. Very cool MENU - standard pub and grub. Their wing selection is the draw for sure. You select a cook style and then select up to 2 sauces, very interesting approach. They have build your own burgers as well - more with my review later WAITRESS - she was really nice and engaging a vast improvement from the only other Hooters visit years ago in Manhattan

Say what you want about Hooters but their food is pretty solid! Have always ordered delivery and decided to go in to eat. Our server was nice, pleasant, gave recommendations. The place is lively, wasn't too loud, and has plenty of TV's. Best fried pickles!! The remoulade sauce it's my favorite! Always get the Daytona Wings and usually have this problem with them not being consistent (menu states they are naked wings with sauce and then grilled again. Sometimes they come breaded which isn't correct. But tasty nonetheless) I love shrimp and the lb of shrimp with old bay is delicious! They give you cocktail and drawn butter. Can't recommend this place enough!!

I think this is exactly what it's supposed to be. We came for a pre-movie beer. It's an excellent location, right next to the AMC with easy access to parking. The entire place reeks of fried chicken, the menus are sticky. There are so many TVs playing various sporting events, so this truly is probably someone's dream destination. If you're specifically looking to spend some time before a movie I think this will do you well. Cheap drinks.

I always have an amazing experience at Hooters Fresh Meadows! From the moment I walk in, the service is top-notch. Thanks to the staff - Elisia, Kathy, Sairah, Sofia, Khalissa, Natalie, Melanie, Karina, Cayla, Kayla, Doris, Lana, Soraya, Garcia, Sal, Alicia, Shaq, Jordan, Luis and everyone actually at Fresh Meadows Hooters.

Best experience I've ever had here our waitress Kayla, was absolutely amazing and super attentive highly recommend coming here Best location!

On September 30, 2024, I had the pleasure of dining with my sister at a local establishment. I indulged in fried shrimp, while my sister opted for the Philly cheese steak accompanied by fries. The waitress was super sweet and attentive. That's all I can say about that. The bathroom was nice and clean, but the floors were so sticky. Everywhere you walked your foot stuck to the floor. Not a fan really and truly, they need to renovate the tables and get someone to steam clean the floors.

Haven't been to hooters in a long time but decided to stop in randomly. I was thrilled to learn they have all you can eat bone in wings for $20 per person. The flavor was pretty good, no complaints. The drinks are a good price as well although I think it's kind of watered down. The service was okay - probably because they didn't have enough people waiting. The waitress was nice it just felt like a hassle to get their attention. Ambiance was regular - I don't know how much we could really expect from hooters lol

MOLDY SLIDERS 10 out of ten do not go there there cheese was green and spots of mold on the buns

BACK AGAIN for the Buffalo Shrimp! Just can't get enough. . Makes me sad to see so many bad reviews. My experience was the opposite. Also the place had numerous tables of everyone from people on dates, to a little league team celebrating a win, groups of friends out together etc etc and everyone seemed happy.. The food was perfect! The drinks were great! Blue Hooterade for the win. our server was very personable, bur it seemed like they had her working in several areas on several things at once. so she was spread thin. overall, highly recommended! Our order: 24 buffalo shrimp 1/2 medium buffalo heat 1/2 hot buffalo heat side of 3 mile island to dip the mediums in side of ranch if i could change anything it would be to make the beer COLDER. don't get me wrong, the beer is cold. I'm just one of those people who love a truly frosty brew specifically!! let's lower the temp!

I ordered the shrimp tacos and a rum and coke. The drink was watered down, and the taco was just okay. The service was good but we had to wait before we got seated, although the place wasn't crowded.

The food is over fried for both the wings and the fries. They don't have enough people working making it hard to get service when the game came on. When paying for the bill, once you give them the credit card they don't return with the itemized receipt so it's hard to calculate the tip. The place is usually sport bar vibe and it's clean.

Food is ok this is my 3rd time here on the bar All the time bartender is so busy that I have to wait so long for order I think bartender needs help

Maverick and Hooters- perfect combo. Stopped by after Top gun movie date and it completed my husband's July 4th celebration especially after seeing those "beautiful" chicken wings. We picked their in-house flavor wings . It goes well with house fries and Beer. My husband had 2 large pint plus half of my cocktail. Hmm, he has never been that thirsty before. Lol! Nevertheless, we had a great time. The place is crowded on a Sunday evening . Don't these people has no work the following day? Oh yeah, it's the fourth the day after. They want to see fireworks ahead! Location is great! A good stop-over place after a movie.

Hooters -- An American institution. We just got out from the St. John's University vs. Butler University basketball game (basketball--another American institution). We got the medium wings (wings --institution) and a lots of tots plate. They only really need an avocado or guacamole option to complete the menu/plates. I also hear they charge for celery now--wtf. If they took the fresh route and added a healthy spot into the menu with these options, it would be a great food experience. Think Panera Bread with more skin? Our waitress was studying at SJU for education and schooled us on great service. The place was crowded, but nothing was missed from our order. Go Johnnies! Congrats on the win!

Solid friday night. Busy. Attentive pro bartender (kathy) My happy place for a cold beer and my favorite wings on my way home from work.

I come to this hooters all the time and the staff is always amazing. Food is great. The restaurant was clean, good vibes and fast service. My only issue is that there isn't any type of happy hour. I come here too often not that I'm complaining but most of the competitors do have happy hour and it would be nice to have at this establishment.

I was actually alil skeptical because I thought the wings were gonna be trash but I was actually very much impressed and pleased...I was on a date waiting for creed 3 to start so we went to hooters for wings and drinks and to watch the game while we waited. We got 3 set of 6 piece wings. Buffalo, honey chipotle, and lemon pepper. Both the honey chipotle and Buffalo were really good, the wings were fresh and not refried or stale, very juicy. The lemon pepper was alil over salted . Also the drinks were really good too and decently priced. I had the trash can which was a Long Island ice tea with a Red Bull can tipped into it and the tropical Long Island was also good. The drinks were well made not too sweet and good amount of alcohol. Kind of a sports bar feel in there everyone having a good time watching sports. The service was fast and friendly. I'd go back

We had the best time and service by Tears on Sunday 7/7/24. She was very warm, attentive and kind and made us feel welcome. Hooters has always been such a HUGE favorite of mine and I really hope you guys keep this location around as i believe its the last location in NY. Otherwise, I'd have to make the long drive to Atlantic City just to have my hooters fix! We can't wait to be back and hopefully we can be seated with Tears again!

Tonight was at the hooters in queens. #1 service took more then 45 mins #2 brought drinks that were wrong with floating "flavor" that was given without permission #3 fries were so salty the blood pressure went up and almost had a medical issue # 4 the bread given was old and broke a part upon biting into. # 5 even though the manager arrived it seemed as if customers weren't the priority Although I enjoy this restaurant this has been the worst time I have ever had at this establishment. With the team on staff June 16th. Totally unprofessional and a severe health risk. Does it take a law suit and a ER visit to receive good service?

I love drinking beer, having chicken wings, going to sports bars and eating American traditional food, but honestly I have never been to any Hooters location in the past, this was my very first time to go at this business place. My wife and I have just finished watching "Top Gun: Maverick" in a movie theatre and I was in a mood to drink and eat out with wifey. Just so happens that this establishment is just a step away from the movie house. We went in, I noticed that there were a lot of costumers, probably because it was a Sunday night and it's a holiday the next day (no work). I love it that the waitstaff sat us at a booth at a corner (I don't like it when people are walking all around me while eating out). So, it was a perfect spot. We ordered fries and their In-house flavor wings, paired it with a pint of beer, I immediately asked for a hot sauce as I love eating spicy food with my drink. I love the ambiance and the food. Ordered another pint of beer as I was enjoying my stay at this place. Waitstaff checked on us regularly on our needs, polite, has friendly personality, good communications skills, very responsive. In summation, I enjoyed my date here with my wife.

The food is mediocre at best. The staff however was very friendly and everyone was sweet. BUT, you can see the kitchen staff. Which means I can see the long haired man that's finishing ALL of the food while wearing his hair in messy pigtails WITH NO HAIR NET (or hat or scarf). Completely unacceptable. At the VERY least his hair should've been in a tight bun. As a chef, it made me extremely uncomfortable watching this man's hair swinging around above all the food. And y'all should pray the health dept doesn't come up in here and see that.

Forever going here since it's so close and love their honey Thai wings and garlic Parmesan! It can get busy at night and they have indoor and outdoor seating

Kayla was absolutely the BEST waitress. My son wants to go back just to see her Thank you so much for making his day Kayla Will definitely be back...oh the food was banging also lol best wings

The waitress broke a tradition that's been with hooters for years..., she had a completely horrible and horrendous look on her face.

Keep your receipts, because their waitresses will scam you. Also, if they tell you that the tip didn't go through on your receipt, do not send them any additional money. You were warned.

Why does it take 20 minutes to get a draft? Why were my daughters fries unseasoned? Why were my fries soggy? When my food does not come out even warm, is when it feels like a slap in the face. It really feels like you're stealing my money. It's no wonder I don't come here once. A month like I used to. When will you either do better or close down? Why was my daughters wings the wrong flavor both times it had to be redone only for it to not come out right the last time. It's okay I shared my 3rd send back of my wings with her. Oh, don't forget when you tried to charge me for 2 appetizers that never showed. Thanks for another bad experience and flat beer. We are literally going to Applebees across the street because we didn't touch our food because of the quality.

I had not been to Hooters in years...now I remember why. Service...terrible. Food...meh. Drinks...thumbs down.

I went here yesterday for the first time ever. I didn't really understand the hype about Hooters ever so I wanted to see for myself since I was in the area. I tried the spicy garlic wings and they were delicious. They weren't the spiciest wings I've ever had, but they had a nice heat to them. The daytona wings were okay, they were sweet and spicy but not that saucy. My waitress was really nice. Service was slow, but there was only one person working the floor so it was understandable. It's a nice bar scene, and I found the food to be decently priced.

What's the point of ordering online to schedule a timed pick up when I'm still here nearly half an hour later? The restaurant is only 1/3 full and their excuse is "it's a game day so orders will be a little backed up." Not acceptable. You're a sports bar. Manage your business better and anticipate. You've been here for several years now (God knows how that happened) and you can't figure it out? I even had to ask one of the 4 waitresses standing around doing nothing if anyone is gonna help me. Oh, and I was charged $3.36 more than what my total came out to online with no explanation why there was a price difference. This restaurant sucks. Don't bother coming here. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings in College Point instead to get your franchise wing fix.

Sitting at the bar as we speak people who sat after us got their food first. Took 45 minutes to be asked if we want a refill for our drinks. Definitely disappointed and will never comeback.

This place is OPT OUT from my list!!! We walked in, we seated right away. It wasn't busy at all. Then we ordered our food. The wait staff is running around without any food in their hand, to be seemed like they are working! For 30 mins we didn't get any appetizers! Mind you we ordered buffalo shrimp takes less then 3 mins to fry!!! And chicken nachos!! After 35 mins, the waitress came and told she is sorry, our food should me out momentarily!! Then I reminded her if our appetizers coming first, i got response OF COURSE!! Of course not!!! I got the shrimp first, i had one, it was freezing cold!! Within 30 secs, we even didn't get the nachos yet, we got our main courses, crab legs!!! I am looking at the waitress she is clueless. I told her shrimp is cold, she took it back, came back with a new one, STILL COLD, after 5-6 mins. Waitress had to call the manager, he came, listened our complaints, told him i got shrimp served cold TWICE!! Then he said enjoy your dinner, and walked away!! Didn't even offer to make a new one!! Still had to pay for it!! Finished the dinner, paid, left 18% tip to server and left the place!! Should take that HOOTERS sign, wanna see how long will you last!!

I mean are you really here to read how good their wings are!? Really!? Like.. it's Hooters... I'm judging you reader! Jk. Our company decided to do hooters for lunch so we ordered a bunch. As expected they somehow messed up the orders. Either that or our uber driver just munching away part of our lunch as they bring it to us. I get it can get hectic for them especially on sports day/night. But they seriously need some upper chef to keep an eye on the order tickets and what needs to be going out of the kitchen. But, i have to say their wings are still good. The ladies are always friendly and nice. BUT DON'T LOOK AT EM LIKE THEIR PIECES OF MEAT JUST BECAUSE THEIR WEARING SKIN TIGHT BOOTY SHORTS AND PUSH UPS! THEY PPL TOO YA KNOW! EYES UP PPL! Just saying. But seriously, get a head chef there!

I went to Hooter's today. What does that say about me as a person? Hopefully, that I'm adventurous, intrepid, and open-minded. Yeah, let's go with that. Apparently, only one waitress was working, and she did not particularly care about my table. Minimal attention, lots of talking to her as she breezed past. Ultimately, I ordered the boneless wing platter, a Wednesday special just $10.99. Went for the habanero BBQ sauce, hoping it would be hot. Eh, it was modestly spicy, and most of the boneless wings were good. A few, though, were basically just deep-fried gristle, while the french fries were over-salted and just not very good. Paid my bill, made my leave, pondered my life choices. Perhaps I need to reevaluate my priorities. Lately, that's what all the signs are pointing to.

Good food classic American wings shrimp was good BUT the customer service was not good at all. The staff made you feel very rushed even tho it was mid day on a Saturday an empty. Because of the service I doubt I would return.

People don't walk in to who doesn't think you getting fine dining you're not get over it who does is a fun place to hang out with a group of friends especially if there's games football baseball basketball anything going on my husband and I sat at the bar bartender this weekend was OK. Been there numerous times of the bartenders were more attentive she mean more towards single guys than couples her issue not mine, I do recommend the version of a Philly cheesesteak, order some fried pickles as an appetizer and put them on the sandwich or on your burger. Amazing.

I love the server Kathy. She is very friendly and attentive. She makes one want to come back on a regular basis with her friendly personality and nice smile.

Food, service and ambiance were a total disaster. It is not only my review but for the table next to mine too. Hooters is known as a place for "hot" girls, definitely NOT here. If you see anything voluptuous, it is just fake. We noticed that they all put cranky faces and attitude from absolutely just asking for their service. I am visiting from out of state where the Hooters there makes you always feel welcome, service and food is top not. Definitely I needed to leave a review here since I ignored those 2.4 out of 5 stars here in Yelp.

From my experience at this location, if your a customer with 'hooters' you usually don't get the best customer service. The food is good I just wish the service was better. Pros Decent prices Good quick eats Cons Place is always freezing so food gets cold fast Tip : Stick to the beer and chicken

So I have to go into Farmingdale, might as well check out the fresh Meadow location, and I was equally impressed, more than just your local sports bar, very friendly staff the manager Sam Davis was a complete gentleman, always checking up on us, Tosin was great, It is Queens) and we know that parking can be a challenge but they have the wrong parking lot in the rear of the building of the shopping center,I had my burger on Texas toast it was very good, will definitely be back,

Yummmm! Best wings in the nation. Love the quick service and the great appetizers. Came with a party of 6 and were sat almost immediately.

Hooters is what it is. It is a chain restaurant that is more known for selling its brand rather than the food it serves . At best it is ok bar food. This location has fixed its temperature issues because for years you couldn't even get food that was hot here . There are a ton of tv's so it def is a good spot to watch sports and drink beer. The keg system here serves some of the coldest beers in the area and the 3$ shot special is available every day. If you are looking for a place to have wings and beer and to have a good time around the waitresses this is a ok place to go to. If you are looking for good food this is not the place to go. UPDATE!!!!!!! Stopped in for a quick bite to eat after work. Chrissy was behind the bar... great attitude and always smiling . My glass was never empty . Whatever cook was on that day needs a raise! The smoked Jamaican jerk wings were insane! They came out hot! And tasted amazing! These smoked wings will have me coming back soon!

I haven't been to this location in a few years and unfortunately it has gone downhill. Upon walking in no one greeted us and we were standing there for 5 minutes before being seated and acknowledged. All the high top chairs are on the verge of breaking to the point we had to swap 4 different chairs. The service was awful and our waitress was MIA to the point we had to track her down multiple times. Food was OK - too much butter. Management really needs to step up at this location. Oh and the bathrooms were disgusting!

It's a hooters.. don't walk in expecting something different. Thing I like about this hooters though is that the workers are rlly chill and pretty nice in comparison to other hooters. They girls are always attentive and helpful. Bartenders are constantly checking in to make sure you don't need anything else. I sometimes see managers helping out in the floor as well. Good time if you're going to watch a game and want to grab some beers. Overall good vibes at this place.

first we walk in and requested a booth for my wife and myself they said not because they want them for bigger parties but the place was more than half empty. we got a booth anyway. after 15 min. the waiter came took our order but with a little attitude which my wife noticed right away but it is what it is she might have had a bad day. now she brings out our appetizer out with our entree when I said to her why did she bring everything out at the same time she replied with an attitude that is the way we serve here. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager had the same attitude and agreed with her and said that at restaurants that is the was it is served. we rejected the appetizer and ate our food. the food was ok but they added the appetizer to the bill and was upset when I asked for that to be removed from the bill since we sent it back service was so horrible I did something I never did at a restaurant before and did not leave a tip. will never eat there again.

Hooters is an okay work spot. I am only gonna give it 3 stars because I did not notice any happy hour specials, or they just didn't have them displayed. The young ladies that work the outside counter area was very friendly and polite. I did notice the counter area did have an unpleasant smell of urine. Me and my friend ordered the sliders, you can only have 2 of each and not to your own preference. But it was okay!! They are average in price and average in taste. Plenty of seating. They had a pretty decent bathroom. I may visit them again in the distant future.

I usually call and order but today i decided to order online since no one wasn't answering the phone and didn't feel like redialing 1000 times just to place my order. I went to pickup my order and they told me how my order was never received and they would have to put it through now. They replaced my order and when i got home, i got 4 wings with the wrong sauce, no ranch and no fries. I immediately called the restaurant and they told me i would have to come back. I said im not coming back there and she said there was nothing she can do over the phone. I wasn't offered a credit or anything. Very rude, i do come here often like once a week but this is very upsetting that the food i paid money for is wrong.

Typical hooters, good wings great staff they also have really good seafood at this location. But it can get very busy so be aware of what type of sports night you go on
