⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 stars🍤🍹🥗 Had a great experience at Hooters - West Melbourne. The location looks clean and well maintained, and at night the bright signage and lighting really stand out. Inside, it’s the classic Hooters sports-bar vibe—plenty of TVs, lively energy, and a comfortable setup whether you’re sitting at a table or the bar. The food was on point. The wings came out hot, crispy, and full of flavor—exactly what you come to Hooters for. The loaded tater tots were a standout: a generous portion topped with melted cheese, bacon, green onions, and sour cream, perfect for sharing (or not). We also tried the fried pickles, which were crunchy and well seasoned with a great dipping sauce. The shrimp basket was cooked just right with a light, crispy batter and didn’t feel greasy at all. Drinks were cold, refreshing, and well made. The cocktails were colorful and hit the spot, especially while watching the games. Everything came out in a timely manner, and the pacing of the meal felt just right. Service was friendly, attentive, and consistent throughout the visit. The staff checked in often, made sure drinks stayed full, and kept everything running smoothly without feeling rushed. Overall, this location delivered a top-notch Hooters experience—great food, fun atmosphere, solid drinks, and excellent service. Perfect spot for wings, appetizers, and catching a game. Great experience at Hooters Palm Bay! The customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive staff who made the visit fun and welcoming. The chicken wings were fantastic, hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. I also tried the Bleu Cheese Bacon Burger, which was delicious overall, though a tad bit salty for my taste. Other than that minor note, everything was spot on. Solid spot for wings, burgers, and a casual vibe—definitely recommend and will be back

I haven’t been to a Hooter’s in years. Definitely a great place to go to. The building is nice, the atmosphere is great, the servers are great and the food needs work besides that a great place to go. Overall a great place to have a drink and watch the game.

I came in for wings, and service was excellent. I was served by Taylor and she went above and beyond to make my visit wonderful. This is a spacious restaurant with plenty of seating and plenty to watch on the TVs. The decor is true to the local theme of Melbourne, Florida. I had a great visit and I recommend this place.

We were visiting family in the Palm bay area. It just so happened to be veterans Day. The bar was full and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Our waitress too a long time to bring food out. Some of the ordered were wrong. Taylor did a great job checking on our drinks while the kitchen was backed up.

Had a hankering for chicken flats. So I stopped in and ordered take out. They said I could sit in a booth and offered my something to drink as I waited for my order. I didn't want a drink. They were very friendly staff and my order came out fast. It had a nice vibe, plenty of customers and A LOT of TVs with your favorite sport playing.

It was touch-and-go for a few weeks while the restaurant transitioned from a corporate store to a franchise store, but the end result is positive. The menu is simplified, but the quality is better. I never went to Hooters for the food, but now the burgers and wings are really good. I'm from the Buffalo area, so I have high wing standards. Hooters wings can hold their own with "real" western New York wings. The staff at this store is exceptional. They are friendly and professional. We love the "sports bar" style of this location. It's our go-to place for beers, sports, and a quick meal.

It has been years since I’ve been and all I can say is I’m coming back! The boneless wings in lemon pepper were great!! Had the naked traditional wings with the spicy garlic and they were amazing!!! The lots a tots were great especially with the ghost pepper sauce on them!! Also the burger came out amazing as well!! I will definitely have to say our server Trinity was amazing too!! Also bringing home a goodie bag with naked traditional wings in the Daytona sauce! All in all it was a great experience! The manager was great and all the staff and the bathrooms were nice and clean!

No issues! We ordered via the website. Boneless wings, bone in wings, and fries. Food was hooters food. No problems at all! Everything was ready on time. Check online for a discount code to save some $! We willl definitely order again.

I'll start with what's good. The hostess and waitstaff are phenomenal. There were six of us and we were seated right away. Our server Delaney came right over and throughout our time there gave us exceptional service. They sang the birthday song to our little one and he was over the moon. Now what's not so good, we went early in the evening and there was hardly anyone in the place. Our order consist of two orders of buy one get one wings, mozzarella sticks., a burger and the kids chicken meal We waited over a half hour for the food to be brought out and I wonder what happens when the place is packed. My burger that I ordered very rare was well done, and the well done fries we ordered were cold as in uncooked. I didn't send them back because we had waited so long for the food already. Someone else ate the burger and ate when I got home. I gave it three stars because everyone else said their food was ok.

First off, I will say our service was great. Can't complain there. And this Hooters is a nicer location. But I will say the food wasn't really that great. I normally don't trust chain restaurants to provide good food, so I ordered Baja Shrimp tacos because that seemed safe. It was terrible. My shrimp was raw. My husband ordered wing and said they were "okay". The waitress explained their points system for beer where you only get so many large drinks but unlimited small drinks. Which doesn't make sense. I'll come back for drinks but never for food again.

I ordered 30 wings and a pound of shrimp last night and multiple sauces and my order was perfect thanks to Kalei, as always, she does such a great job making sure everything's perfect whether it's to go or dine in!!

Great atmosphere. Quick service. Cold beer. Great tasting wings on BOGO Wednesday. Hooters is a wonderful place to get some great food and have good times with your pals.

I haven't been here in years. So I came here to watch the first half of the basketball game. Got here early and was able to snag a seat at the bar. Bartenders were great, drinks were good. They were very attentive. I ordered shrimp which came out fairly quick. They were flavorful, small so more like a snack. Once the game started the ambiance in the place was awesome!

So I went to this location because they sponsored an adoption event for the local Sheriff's animal shelter in the past. That was when they peaked. Walked in....7 girls at the hostess stand.....not one said hi....we literally waited 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us.....should have turned around and walked out. Ordered a sweet tea...blah and weak...the ice water with lemon needed less tap and more water...I think they used a hose to fill it. BLAH!! The wings came and I started with a drumette. Very hot temperature-wise so that was a good start...the sauce was ok...not the two flames they touted....then I grabbed a flat.....noticed a few small chicken hairs....ok one it happens and two OK won't kill me.....then I grab another.....Two two-inch-long feathers are still attached...if you eat wings a lot you know you grab the bones and shove the flat in your mouth and scrape the meat right off.....if I had done that I would have had a rude awakening and might have choked on the two feathers. So I finish plucking the chicken and ask to speak to the manager....he goes oh...I will tell the prep guys....I said ok and then he offers a new batch....well I had lost my appetite by then and to be honest, the wings weren't that good. especially for 18 bucks... Bill comes and has no adjustemnt. No nothing. Now you ask why so harsh...one star...it happens right? Well if the server had been attentive and kept our drinks full etc....maybe two stars...But the three things I grade on....people, product, and place...well the waitress - nope the food - nope, and yes the interior was clean but way too loud...so NOPE.

The food is great! I am a burger and onion rings guy, but my friends tell me that everything they had was good, too. The servers are drop dead gorgeous, to my old eyes, and friendly as well. Hey, it is a very well run Hooters!! My hat is off to the manager, the cooks, and the staff. Great job!

Would be 0 stars if I could. Second time I have came to this location waiting for 5 mins plus at door and no one came or a knowledge me. Sad locations. Close it down. And to make it worse I came to watch Thursday night football and they were play a rerun game. This is absolutely ridiculous. I stood up front people saw me and no came over to anything. I hope they get shut down. Already have multiple bad reviews. Don't go. Maybe it's because I'm black ? Idk.

Love this place at Palm Bay rd florida! Me and my wife went there and got their bogo chicken wings and an ice cold draft beer on Tuesday a few months ago.

After having a bad experience on the food for pick up I came in to get a fix on my order, they were very accommodating giving me a choice and was very adamant on fixing the problem and they took very good care of me everybody was very nice.food looks way better than before,I just left Hooters thank you for making me feel special and management that handled the situation tonight was very kind The girl on take out was a sweetheart thank you for remaking my order

I can't say I have eaten here too often lately...growing up I definitely visited because they were one of the few places you could get wings. Hooters is nostalgic, and because of that nostalgia I decided to give them a recent try. I ordered a combination with wings, boneless wings and fried shrimp, I also ordered the pretzels and cheese. This was a delivery order and food is not always as fresh when you get it as it would be if you sat down, however, the breading was thick and lacked any texture other than soggy. The flavor was there... But the breading destroyed the integrity. The pretzel and cheese was absolutely fantastic. I was shocked to enjoy this as much as I did hence why I'm giving it a three star instead of a one. The pretzel was so soft it was more of a bread while the cheese was perfectly melted and remained so while I nibbled on it throughout the afternoon. Plenty of salt and flavor and I will absolutely be stopping in just for this appetizer. I honestly got what I expected though the wings were not ones I think I will ever crave again, the nostalgia can stay in the past. Though, the pretzel and cheese will give me a reason to go again. Who would've thought?

Hooters! Ok, I'm a gonna stop you right there. Just can up that excitement because trust me you're getting too excited for the poor service experience you're about to receive. Our waitresses were missing for 20min before we could order a drink then 14 min before a coke arrive and another 25 min to take an order. The food arrives fairly cold and my guess is that it sat in the window for so long, someone else ran the food to the table. Halfway through the waitress asked how things were. Well, she forgot something probably because the food was delivered by kitchen staff and not the person who took the order. -1 star for service A negative star is too fold. They have these huge cool chandlers hanging above the bar and one is dented not a little bit but a lot! The installer should have sent it back or replaced it right away. It's been almost a year sense this place has been open and still and damaged centre peice? The food, hooters use to have good food bad service. Things have changed the bacon wrapped wings were made off sit and frozen them shipped to the store. I could taste the freeze burn and dryness of the chicken. The regular wings might be better still but their seafood was not good and bacon wrapped wings were not good. Overall, I'll never come back here unless I'm with a group that really wants to go.

Went for Veterans Day, I know they were slammed but we got sat.. and we waited.. and we waited.. other tables sat after us were getting beers and apps.. and we waited. Nothing. Nobody even looked in our direction. I get being slammed but shit we were forgotten

Went to watch the Canelo fight and tvs weren't working. Sound was terrible. Staff is young and aloof. Food is ok at best. Terrible experience.

This was the best Hooters that I have eaten at. The grease was fresh as well as the food! Probably the best snow crab legs that I have ever had!

We were sat at a dirty table. The orange plates they bring out for the food had multiple dark spots on top and bottom. At first I thought it was part of the serve-ware pattern but it scrapped off when rubbed. Eeeewww. Just eeeewwww. It's a good thing the food comes in paper lined baskets. I The pretzels and cheese dip were good. Chicken tender/boneless garlic Parm combo was good. Our server Cat was very attentive. The Baja shrimp tacos were excellent and I'll definitely order them again but at a different hooters. Dirty dishes are a total deal breaker for me!

Food was ok waitresses very nice lots of TVs, which is good. Drinks are measured all in all good time.

Stellar service from Ashley!!! I know everyone comes to Hooters for wings but we decided to try their Philly cheesesteak sandwich instead and it was perfection! The pretzel appetizer with cheese was excellent. The girls were super friendly and even made their way to our table to sing for all the boys (7 boys). Too cute. Restaurant was very clean and environment very upbeat and cheerful.

Chelse is just the boom on top of yout oder as soon as you sit down. Great personality and smile.

Our server Alexis was great ! The food was so good and atmosphere was laid back and relaxing ! The place was clean and we saw servers cleaning tables And sanitizing ! Plus all the girls were gorgeous !

I have to say I'm a huge hooters wings fan. We are on vacation from down south. I ordered 15 medium. Shared them with my mom. Not only did we wait almost 30 minutes for them. But they were ice cold and small. Very little sauce. We didn't complain because we were starving and had to leave soon. Let me say this is one of the most beautiful hooters I've ever seen as far as the restaurant, TV's, and even the plates. The girls were sweet and good with service. But the wings were very disappointing. It's too bad the food didn't taste as good as how beautiful the autmosphere is.

Don't waste your time. The wings are small and were dry when they arrived even though they were smothered in sauce. The beer was cold but even that didn't make it better.

Definitely not liking the service here, we came to watch the fight and the connection kept going off so we could barely watch it. Our waitress was always rushing us and out of nowhere was like we not taking no more orders for drinks and food. Where's the curtesy of last call and should have been more empathetic since everyone was already upset about the poor PPV connection which is the main reason most people were there. She must up on the bill and looked tired and frustrated when asked if we can look at the itemized receipt. Just overall pretty bad experience..

Worst Hooters experience ever. I have been to many locations across the country and this location had no one to greet us which is very unusual for Hooters. Our server Selena was absolutely clueless. It took forever to get another round of beers. At one point she sat down at a table of her girlfriends who all looked high school age and so much time past that one of us had to get up from our table and ask her to bring a check. The wings here was so greasy and they don't offer a grill cheese sandwich. The food was the worst I have ever tasted at Hooters. They may still be trying to get things straight here but we aren't talking duck a la orange either, it's wings.

Got here an hour and a half ago and we still have no food. We were meeting another couple who didn't see that we were already here so they got a new table. When we got together at one table, no server would come to the table for our order. When we caught our original waitress, she refused to take our order! Manager took our order but didn't place it for 15 minutes... I'm starving, and no matter how much you like boobs and butts, this is a waste of time .

Enjoyed an awesome experience at hooters. Bartender was named Dominique and she was awesome. Was very quick to take our order, quick to make drinks. My wife and i enjoyed our experience, good service, great bartender.

Been here twice, prefer to NEVER eat here again. Service was terrible both times. We were in a large group (eight), and our orders came out at such disparate times that some of us were finished before the others recieved their meals. This time, four out of eight of us had incorrect food served to us. The manager breezed by and spoke to one of us about the mistake, but ignored the rest. It also takes forever to get your bill. There is nothing to make this special enough to come here again.

So my wife and I got seated at 4:00pm today, and at 4:17 we were still sitting there waiting for someone to come take our drink orders... I don't know how many waitresses walked past us (we were at a high top by the bar, and it was quite a few) but none came to serve us. It took us getting up to leave for anyone to notice, but by then we weren't interested in spending our money there. We found the waitress that had been helping the surrounding tables sitting at the hostess stand talking to another worker and when we said we were leaving because no one helped us her response was " oh...sorry.." without sounding sorry at all. 0/10 don't reccomend. Thank god for crafty crab, where I'd happily spend 2x the money for actual service.

Got a beer and asked for a menu, waited 30 minutes and gave up trying to give them my money. Terrible place and 8.00$ for a beer you can get anywhere for 4$.

I dislike this place with a passion. The girls are air heads every-time I come to pick up food telling me to go to the bar every-time when usually they would just take me at the front counter. The bar girl with blue eyes and black hair is actually really sweet though. Everyone else make me feel uncomfortable as hell looking at me like they're somewhat cocky and better than me. Food is always good kind of expensive but the pick up service is terrible and unwelcoming It's like they only give the welcoming energy if you're a man

Myself and three friends sat at the bar to watch a preseason football game. The bartenders were attentive but not overly concerned with the wait for food. We ordered food before 8pm and the food arrived at 903, 907, and 910. None of the bartenders or manager who was dropping the food made any comment about the hour+ wait time. The orders were as follows- bonesless wings; wings, boneless wings, wings and fries. No one seemed to care that we waited over an hour for wings. The food was good. Bathrooms were clean. The men commented that the men's bathroom had water on the ground from an overflowing toilet. Be prepared to wait for food. The place is a little busy, maybe 60-70% full. My biggest issue was that no one cared we waited over an hour.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Food Service Kitchen.... Everything was horrible I eat out a lot and I love Hooters- not this one.... Go to a different one- since you have two options. This place needs new managers and friendliness for sure. Now days- people go for food- we can get small shorts fake boobs and a pretty face at any neighborhood bar. The people in this location will drive them all away. I am new to the area and will never go back. I am a manager and tell everyone do Not go to Palm Bay location.... It is horrible. Brittany & Nicole at the bar are the worst. I eat out a lot and I spend a lot. THEY will never know - dont waste your time or money here Too many choices to waste it here

It just gets worse and worse everytime I come here lol. They don't care about you unless you have a penis. How long do I have to stand for 10 people to walk past me then when they come out for curb side pick up it's "oh hiiii" and "Kay kayyy" like what the hell. Unprofessional and have no sense of urgency and just stand there and talk until they feel like helping you It irritates me every time I have to go pick up the nice good food because the service is that bad they should focus on hiring smart girls instead of "pretty"girls

Walking in, there are five staff members all chatting at a small table at the entrance. Ordered a simple 20 piece wing with ranch and celery and a Mountain Dew. I sat at the bar because I'm alone and didn't want to take up a table. My drink was refilled zero (0) times. My order took a long time, over 20 minutes to come. I ask for ranch and celery and got bleu cheese and wilted horrible celery. I would have had the celery and bleu cheese replaced, but I was never checked how the meal was. The wings were good, albeit a bit cool because I'm guessing they sat waiting for the a runner. Cleanliness isn't a priority as seen in this photo of the bar. There is another Hooters a few miles away. That one had very good food and prompt service. I would go to that one and skip this one. When I asked for the ranch and celery to be removed from the bill, that wasn't an issue. I would think a manager would have followed up, but I'm guessing they are part of the party of people working the front door.

I ordered the fish tacos, half a pound of boiled shrimp, and a shrimp Poboy. I'm from Louisiana so intimately understand what a Poboy is. My Poboy consisted of a sliced dinner roll and five fried shrimp loaded with cabbage and no sauce. The curly fries that came with my order looked like they had come out the bottom of somebody's half eaten fry basket. my fish tacos had no sauce, were covered in cabbage, and for some reason also had whole leaves of spinach. keep in mind that I hate cabbage and asked that it not be placed on my tacos or my poboy. The half pound of boiled shrimp was overcooked and came below room temperature. Congratulation Hooters you got me for 50 bucks, bravo!

Hooter's Chicken Wings are my favorite, albeit I don't eat them often due to that Calorie thing! I consider it a Treat to myself when I go and start thinking of it days in Advance lol. The Service was awesome, they were nice and attentive for certain. But the Wings . I've been occasionally stopping at Hooters since 1993 at the Lakeland Hooters on South Florida Ave, and I've been to the original in Clearwater a few times, I use to have a Hooter's Addiction. But the one's I had here today were a disappointment! Maybe they were skimping on the Sauce do to necessity as a result of the Virus, maybe the Cook was new, I don't know. But my expectations were squashed on receipt, they really didn't look like Hooter Wings. One Jim Beam and Coke, 10 Mild Classic Wings, side of Curly Fries..$24++ ! I'm getting old!

Had a great meal with my staff today at Hooters, Palm Bay!!! Tiffany was our waitress and she was a great server! She made sure we were served in a timely but not rushed fashion. Refilled our drinks without asking and was able to accommodate us so we weren't late returning to work!

I ha heard bad things about the kitchen here when they first opened , serving under cooked food ect . but I figured that by now they would have it worked out. I ordered the boneless wings . It's hooters they know wings right. Everything tasted fine, burrried in hot sauce but I went home threw up and spent the rest of the day in bed. Thank you Hooters , you have lost another customer. i will say the resturant is beautiful and service sitting at the bar was good. They need to fire whomever is running their kitchen

I online ordered a large wing order for Monday night football. EXTRA CRISPY apparently translate to barely cooked. Not ok with chicken. Additionally, 50 wings definitely 50 wings but they forgot to mention their wings are "fun size" literally the smallest wings I have ever seen. I'm actually confused by how they were able to shrink a wing to such a small size?

Worst experience ever. They have sick girls working and serving the food to us...managers nearly come by tables & my wife & I overheard some of the girls saying how the men managers let sexual harassment slide on girls, minutes after the police showed up.. mind you this is on a UFC night when I just came to enjoy & watch it with my wife..only good section they seemed like they had going on was the bar. & unfortunately I wasn't sitting there. But atleast now I know, to never come back!

Went there for dinner a few days ago, WOW. Fantastic service, on point with the beer refills, knowledgeable staff, and the Cajun wings tasted like I was back in the Easy. Super clean, well stocked, great staff, I seriously cannot say enough great things about this place. Keep it up and I will definitely be a regular I hate to say this but once again the service is falling flat. Why do I have to stalk down a manager to get service? Now, once they recognized that we were there the service and the food was awesome, but step it up a bit!

I have been a handful of times since opening. Admittedly, I had never cared for any other Hooters food in past, but this one looked so nice and I heard great things so gave it a go. Haven't been disappointed once. Its super clean and the girls are friendly and helpful... food has been consistently good!

If I could give less than one star I would. We sat at a table for 20 minutes without being greeted and waited another 9 minutes without being served drinks. We eventually left after we didn't get our draft beers that would have taken 25 seconds to pour. Thanks hooters but these locals won't be coming back.

Excellent service! Great food! The smoked wings with the Texas seasoning was awesome! Enjoyed ice cold beers and Kalei did an amazing job getting everyone's order perfect! Denise came by to check on us and see how our evening out was going - we couldn't have been better taken care of!!! Thanks for making our night out perfect - good food, good people - Awesome! We will be back!!!

Took my son for his 20th birthday for wings and family time. Haley Hof. was on point with beverages and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was good and they even came over and sang a big happy birthday to my son. I do not frequent Hooters often, so this was a learning experience for me.. my thoughts are, They need a Happy Hour, and celery with wings is just a common courtesy, it should not be an up charge. It seems like extra sauce, up charge, celery up charge, and ranch dressing... come on guys... up charge. Hooters is a good place with good food and good service... don't kill yourself with these silly .99 cent add on's that turn people away... and a Happy Hour will fill seats and get some wing orders that would outweigh any pennies lost on a 22 oz. beer. Have a great day.. timmyz

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE wait times!!! Our food took more 45 minutes to come and we only had a salad and an appetizer. Pathetic!!!! Please inform your customers of the horrendous kitchen service before they waste their time like we did.
