Great venue, great place. I do wish their sound guy liked guitars though. He butchered every bands performance for Metal To Flesh by killing guitar volume for the acts. Definitely will be hiring our own sound guy if our band ever performs there.

Went to the Peach Cobbler Festival at Hop Springs. Was a nice festival. Had around 30 vendors selling a little of everything. It had a petting zoo, bubbles everywhere area and a foam party for children. The foam party was awesome, people of all ages was enjoying a unique way to cool down! They had a live band inside which was nice and food vendors galore! They had a comedy show in another building. Cost $5 to park but where else can you take your family and be outside enjoying a pretty day for less? I recommend this to anyone just wanting to get outside on a pretty day, without having to spend a fortune!

Google
Attended a 3 band show headlined by the Elovaters back in November and I must say the venue was absolutely perfect! The VIP meet and greet with the bands was intimate and personal. The staff was on top of everything from drinks to setting up the portable heaters. The owner was behind the bar helping his team when it was crazy busy and made it even that much more personal. Don't let one bad shows reviews scare you away from this venue. It is a great place to see your favorite bands in a small, intimate setting. Highly recommend!

Google
Great little venue. They have plenty of outside seating to sit and rest between band sets. There are lots of beer options. They also had a food truck on site. Very spacious. The only complaint would be the bathroom location. It is right next to the stage, so it is very difficult to get to while a band is playing. Other than that, it is a really cool venue. Will be returning soon.

Google
Hop Springs tried to delete my review, too bad I don’t let racists win. I was racially profiled here and it ultimately ruined my experience. Them trying to delete my past review is just proof they’re guilty. Awesome bands play here and it sucks they’re not aware of who they support. I’m not the first person to complain about experiencing discrimination here if you look through the reviews and won’t be the last. But, hey, if you hate brown people, this is the spot for you for sure!

We came from HSV to a Bumpin Uglies concert. It was our first time visiting this place. We really enjoyed ourselves. People were very friendly. It had an awesome vibe. The concert was Amazing! The bartenders were very friendly. The bathrooms are nice and clean. Venue is nice and spacious. The event coordinator is an awesome guy! He did an amazing job! We can't wait to come back! So excited for next time!

We went out Saturday afternoon for the "Butterfly Festival" (gimmick), there was a huge crowd and it was not quite what we expected, but enjoyable live band in the bar area. Whoever they used for the parking was terrible. When we tried to leave they had us parked in with no way to pull forward or back out (along with 2 or 3 others that we saw). I finally determined with a tape measure that I could angle out between two adjacent cars with 4" to spare on each side. One of the parking guys on a cart helped guide me, but thought it was all him and his idea that got me out. When I asked for a refund on my parking for having to wait around for 30 minutes to get out, he just kept chomping on his sandwich. Jerk! Kinda ruined the afternoon for us. I would use another company next time to handle your parking, very disorganized, and most had no idea about what they were doing. People had long walks when there was plenty of parking closer in.

One of my favorite places to ride out to for live music and events!

Yelp
We came on a Friday night in February to see The musician Leon Long play. This venue is really cool. It's got a great vibe, everything was pristine, great beer selection. There was even a food truck outside selling wings and chili cheese fries and such. We'll definitely have to come back when it's warmer out to get the full experience of the place because they have a huge outdoor patio with the roll up doors, and a dog park, and a frisbee golf course. If you're looking for a cool spot to drink beer and listen to music or comedy, this is the place.

Yelp
We've been here three times now and love the place. Good selection of cocktails and the bar tenders are very friendly and helpful. Good venue to listen to music. You have your local cover bands that roll through plus some of your bigger headliners as well. The crowds are usually very chill and friendly. Nice place to catch some music and hang with friends.

Cindy H.

Yelp
The beer is always good but when they have events they make you pay to park and they are never what they advertised.
google avatar

Diana S.

Yelp
A hangout and chill type of place. Some picnic tables and chairs for you to sit and watch the band play. Dog park near by. Frisbee area. A little more than cider and beers to drink. The chill margaritas cocktail drink was good. Family friendly vibes. A good place to check out for outdoorsy events.

Yelp
It's kind of a cool concept, the bartenders were fun. It was supposed to have music but no one appeared.l the night we see there do it was kinda quiet and dull. Maybe we try again sometime, but for now we can say we did it l and it was so-so.

Yelp
I have been charged for a membership that I have tried to cancel for two years and still get charged even after contacting the BBB my bank. I am now waiting again from them if not a police report and a fraud complaint again! Zero stars if I could!

Cynthea J.

Yelp
Gotta Bragg about Hot Springs, all puns intended. This is a hidden gem and I really am reticent to share anything about it because I want it all to myself. Lazy Sunday. Exercised. Got on the motorcycle afterward with my friend and we decided to pull in. Not only was the tasting hoppy...but the music moved my soul and the people were kind. Makes me think this place is like a family gathering of regular people with great taste. Didn't matter how you dressed. No one judged. Just happiness. I love it when small businesses prosper. Rutherford Chamber of Commerce, Woodbury TN, this place needs a highlight!

Yelp
Great selection of cocktails and beverages ,nice atmosphere, service was great and they are constantly having events

Savana N.

Yelp
Closed for a private event and no notice online or signage outside. Incredibly awkward. If that was my private event and random people kept coming in I would be ABSOLUTELY MORTIFIED. Really, inexcusable negligence.

J L.

Yelp
Ok, third time here. Love the venue itself. But for the love of god, please do something about food! Tonight we had the option of $5 bags of popcorn, soft pretzels that were still semi frozen inside and nachos that were like a 3 year old put them in a plastic dish smothered in cheese whizz. The beer is mediocre and could use some alternatives. Im amazed how they have such a beautiful grounds and venue yet these things are still an issue. They could absolutely blow it out if they made improvements. Don't you have a celebrity chef investor with Maneet Chauhan? Does she ever visit this damn place?????

Margie H.

Yelp
We went to the Hop Springs Beer Park jam today... what a GREAT venue! the jam is hosted by a 9 piece jam band of great players- good drinks cheaper than any bar in Nashville, 2 big garage doors opening and onto a huge patio overlooking a picturesque countryside... if you are looking for a nice Sunday afternoon hang with great music check them out!

Yelp
Complete failure in communication. The General Manager spent most of her time sitting at a picnic table or at the bar while most people were stuck in line waiting to get in the venue to see Static-X and Sevendust. I know because I saw this myself. Show was canceled an hour after it was supposed to have begun with no official announcement from staff. The news was spread through the attendees. So many things went wrong, but the main one is that the bands refused to take the stage unless attendees were checked with security wands. Totally justifiable. When contracts are drafted months in advance of shows, they get specific down to the flavors of Gatorade the bands want. How in the world do you fail to follow such an important security measure.

Yelp
I mean it would've been a great concert after driving 6.5 hours from out of state, spending on an airbnb, meet and greet tickets, 4 VIP passes, and we showed up at 2:30pm.... but then after half of us are already inside the show gets canceled 1.5 hours after it was supposed to start and we're told to kick rocks. Better be getting the refund promised. But the person we talked to about thatsaid we'd have to email the venue, like their actually going to respond after this fiasco. A lot of wasted time and effort for customers AND the bands for the venue to drop the ball. We had BETTER be getting our over $300 back

Kellean D.

Yelp
Great environment!! Good music, lovely atmosphere!! Truly would recommend! You all need to check it out!! I'm from CA and there's nothing like this there, I so need to need to move here asap!! Everyone is sooooo nice!!! Come support this great place!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Poor management. Stood in line for 2 hours after they were already supposed to let people in just to get turned away because the venue forgot that they needed metal detectors for the show. No official announcement was made. It was up to patrons to spread the word that the show was canceled, and no one knew the reason why. Parking was a nightmare. I don't think they realized how many people were attending, and in order to save room they were asking people to park their vehicles inches in front of the next row of cars, leaving us all stuck. No one would have been able to get out if there was an emergency. Finally when trying to leave the show, we noticed all the parking attendants had vanished. Everyone had to fend for themselves. It was a freaking nightmare. Will never go back to this place.

Yelp
Drive 2.5 hours for a concert that was supposed to have doors open at 5 and start at 6. After 7 the doors still weren't open and other concert goers were announcing that the concert had been canceled. There wasn't an update on the cancellation from the venue until close to 9pm. Come to find out it was because the venue failed to properly plan and prepare with REQUIRED security measures they knew about MONTHS in advance. Poor planning, poor management, poor customer service. We won't be coming back. And when customers were posting comments about their experience on Facebook, the venue started deleting them :-).

Yelp
Had a great time at Hop Springs Saturday after spending the morning fishing and Hiking with my son and a good friend. I'd been wanting to come by and check this before lace out for months, but never made the time to do so. Finally, since we were passing it on the way home, we decided to stop in for a quick beer. There happened to be some sort of outdoor craft fair/market going on with food trucks and live music, corn hole, etc. it was also nice to see that many had their dogs with them. We sat and enjoyed the music, beer, and people watching. It was really nice and relaxing. I'll be back out again soon.

Yelp
WOW! What a great place! I've been in a lot of breweries (Texas mainly) but they have been all adult only designed, Tennessee really is breaking the mold! This is the second one here in TN that is super family oriented! It's very important to me now that I'm a mom to still be able to have fun while caring for my little man. I didn't check the bathrooms but I'm sure they have changing tables and are kid friendly (will update on this next time). Ok, so the place is not hard to find (saw on another review it was, but conditions were different). They do have a gravel road to get there so it could get muddy and hard to drive on if it's raining or dark, today was a beautiful sunny day. They have a fair size parking but I think they may need to expand soon, specially if they do events like today (St. Patrick's Day). I had a little trouble getting a parking spot. I love the buildings, really nice design and spacious but again, tables were super close to each other and not a lot of space, I couldn't get a table inside because my stroller didn't fit, so if they are family/kids friendly then they need to have space for parents with strollers to get a table inside and have the strollers with them, I guess that's important, right?. Bar area was nice and they have a good selection of beers. Unfortunately didn't get to try any of the beers this time but will definitely update on that next time. They offer live music (that's why I was there, my man was hosting the music event). They have a big stage for a full band and the band that was playing was amazing (I'm not bias at all, ha!). They have a section for their merchandise and bottled beer to take home. Overall, a place I will definitely come back and enjoy with the family an Come check them out! ***Update!!*** They do have food and they don't have changing tables in the bathrooms...

Yelp
Beer is good, when they are serving. They don't open at 4 like they claim. Wasted trip out to a brewery that the website says is open, but doesn't have any bar tenders there. IF THERE IS AN EVENT, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DRIVING OUT THERE IF YOU JUST WANT TO HAVE BEER.

Yelp
Booking a big tour like sevendust/static-x was doomed from the start. The venue had multiple months to make the contract presented a reality but slipped multiple times. I talked to a crew member from static-x and they mentioned that from the start of the day it was not a good scene. I was giving hop springs a try again after the so/so experience for an inside show but they definitely made a few people angry. Also not posting that the parking would be 15/car until the monday before the show was a mistake. I am hoping that I will get my ticket refunded and thankfully I lived in town and did not drive the 6 hrs some people did. I don't plan on giving hop springs another dime of my cash.

Gary T.

Yelp
Drove 2 hours to see the Machine Killer tour. Waited in line for 2 hours with zero communication from staff as to why there was a delay in opening. They let only a handful of VIP's go in around 5:45 while other VIP's were not allowed in. ALL restrooms were located inside only. No one was allowed to use the restrooms or get some food while waiting. POORLY MANAGED BY VENUE AND PROMOTIONS!!!! After 2 hours they say the concert is canceled. First heard it was production issue, then heard from staff someone was to afraid to perform, then find out it's because of security measures. There is NO EXCUSE for not being prepared when you post about it four months prior. Don't forsee ever returning to this place.
google avatar

Joe V.

Yelp
Complete failure by this place to host a major concert. Canceled over 2 hours after the doors were to be opened. Vague Facebook post 2 hours after that, with no direct communication to ticket holders. From previous yelp reviews, looks like it's not the first time they have ruined a concert either. Amateur, poorly managed venue that should not be taken seriously. Do not attend a concert here without knowing it is highly possible it will be canceled.

Yelp
The lavender and raspberry beer I can't get it outta my head Omg we are back in Atlanta now and everywhere we go where they brew beer I ask if the have this ok now for the review see above lol seriously this brewery was a very nice place on a large farm the people that were working from the bartender to another gentleman working there he was nice as well they had several brews on hand also the place was large with outdoor seating as well as a stage inside for bands if you are ever in the area go check them out you will be pleasantly surprised and don't forget to try that beer I mentioned above

Yelp
Great beer. Great bar staff. Really cool live music venue. Had a few system issues the last time we were there. Did I mention they do have great beer!

Lj B.

Yelp
Just a food truck outside. Beer joint with great variety and live music. Service is good. Ambiance is pure New barn outside, inside live music !!! ROCKING, BLUES, COUNTRY GREAT TIMES!

Yelp
Nice selection of beer, cider and whiskey. Great stage and live music offerings. There is always something going on here!

This is a hidden gem, great singer songwriter afternoon listening to Collins Horton and other local talented artists!

Yelp
I finally made it over to check this place out! I'll preface this next statement by saying we went after dark...this is not an easy venue to find! On the highway towards Woodbury, in what feels like the middle of nowhere, Hop Springs resides. A bumpy gravel road leads up to the brewery. The evening we visited, they did have two, large generator powered lights to illuminate the front entrance from the highway, as well as the parking lot - which helped a LOT! It had been raining and was starting to sprinkle snow, so the gravel parking lot was full of mud craters that we were easily able to dodge. Be warned, the polished concrete in the foyer leading up to the main doors is very slick when it is wet! The tap room is beautiful with high ceilings and lots of wood work all around; a stage for entertainment, plenty of room for a dance floor, tables and chairs throughout with more room to spare. There are also several garage doors leading to patios on both the side and the back. I noticed the bathroom stall door didn't latch, so I tried another stall...it didn't latch either. A little later I learned from another a different stall's door also wasn't latching. While us ladies were discussing this, we learned the men's stall doors don't latch either and apparently have huge gaps between the frame and the door. Anyway.... I like their digital menu board which shows all the bevvys currently available on tap, the sizes and pricing for each, as well as how much is left in each of the kegs. I opted for Mantra's Edtima Honig Hafer, which is their brown ale with maple and honey. It wasn't my favorite brown I've ever had, and it is not nearly as sweet as it sounds like it would be. At $4.00 for 8oz. the price is steep! It was rather busy the night we visited, and initially we could not find a table for our party of three. However, the General Manager happened to be standing nearby and quickly grabbed us a table from outside, three chairs, and even a tablecloth from the back. Such service! It's been rumored they do or will have a dog park, frisbee golf and hiking trails here, so I'm looking forward to visiting again during the day to see the rest of the property.

Yelp
Visited Hop Springs for the first time for a concert. I'd read a ton of negative reviews on Facebook and was worried but, honestly, it wasn't bad. The grounds are VERY uneven (I've seen lots of talk about inaccessibility for people in wheelchairs, etc which is valid) but it's also just a big field. There were several food trucks available for the show and a couple of beer stations. I saw lots of complaints about the lines but they weren't terribly bad for us (we did not enter the brew house though). The stage is pretty big and impressive and there are lots of port-a-potties. I will say the sound wasn't incredible or anything - but I really enjoyed myself. Would definitely be back!
google avatar

Terry H.

Yelp
I have tried for two weeks to call and ask about a show they have coming up. I have left two messages and no one has ever called me back and no one answers the phone when I call. How do you find out info from them?
google avatar

Carroll V.

Yelp
It's all about the vibe at this brilliant addition to the evolving microbrew scene in Murfreesboro. It will be interesting to see how it develops and expands in the months to come. Just keep the low key welcoming vibe! The beer hall, for lack of a better term, is open, relaxed, comfortable. The beers on tap are cold and inexpensive compared to the competitors up in Nashville. Of special interest are the brews produced by the new MTSU program in fermentation. Ask for a Steel Barrel and take some home with you. Musicians are "unknowns" but talented, robust and fun. Then the view over the rolling countryside of Rutherford County just calls for chilling. There's a food truck on site but I can't yet vouch for it. I go for the vibe, and beer.

Angela G.

Yelp
Show got cancelled after waiting in line for hours to get in. This venue was not prepared and unorganized.
google avatar

Yelp
We came to Hop Springs on a random Thursday and holy smokes is it impressive. They have a huge bar with lots of seating that overlooks beautiful rolling hills AND they have a dog park! That's genius. When we arrived, they were actually getting ready for a big headliner who was going to be there playing Friday night, so the seating was sparse but we were able to grab beers (although they also have a full bar!) and couldn't get food because of the concert prep. Totally understand, we'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in town. The beer was delicious!
google avatar

Niketa L.

Yelp
The bar tender was a smart ass. The pineapple cider was yummy but 9$ for a pour from solo cup size. The scenery is beautiful...that the only reason I would come back. Hubby says frat-tactic

Yelp
On January 15 on the day before the impending Snowmageddon 2022 part II my husband and I ventured down from the mountain in search of food just in case we got snowed in (wouldn't happen since we grew up in Indiana and Ohio and we grew up with snow and ice). We stopped into Hop Springs. We walked in and were greeted by 2 employees that asked if we were there for the sold out concert. We told them no, but just wanted to have a drink and would be on our way. The employees were super friendly and helpful, (I am not a big beer drinker, I am more a whiskey and wine drinker)... I am learning that I like a good IPA. We sampled a few beers before settling on our drinks. The employees were very nice and welcoming and also very helpful in recommending a drink for someone (me) who isn't accustomed to beer... I do believe I could become a connoisseur with a few more visits to Hop Springs. Looking forward to another visit when I can sample the food trucks. This place also also offers more than just beer. They offer live entertainment, food trucks, are dog friendly, have walking trails. So if you are out and about I highly recommend stopping in and having a beer.

Yelp
I was not impressed with the service!! The food was good and he was very nice. The bartenders however, not so friendly!! The long haired woman was not friendly at all!! She continued to act irritated that we ordered beers or food for her to have to work?? The other employee on the end with the laptop, also not friendly. I felt as though we were a issue to be served. My advice....if you work in the public have a service mentality!!!

Holly R.

Yelp
Leaving one star because I am required to select a rating. We went here for the Tab Benoit show. We have seen him perform numerous times over the years and he is stellar. His performance was great as usual. That is the only redeeming thing about our experience here. We bought tickets and traveled to the venue to be very disappointed. Their website is lacking in describing the venue or what to expect. No one answers the phone. So we showed up to discover a very small venue with garage doors that open to a small patio and picnic tables on the grassy field. The field has no visibility to the stage. The patio was a first come first serve, grab a limited quantity of chairs and hope for some visibility to the stage. There were "VIP" seats which were just tables inside the bar. It was cold outside so an expectation of what the venue is would have been helpful Overall a very unsatisfactory experience. Especially for an artist like Tab and the $35 ticket price. My suggestion for your website is describe the venue and describe what your experience will be. If there is a show outside in warmer weather, it is understandable you can bring your own chair. This event was poorly planned. In speaking with fellow attendees, you had a lot of unhappy customers

Yelp
Love that there is an option like this so close to home! Not a beer drinker but their drink menu had a lot of options. The food choices are just as great! Tater tot bowl is a favorite amongst my family. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. On Sundays, we come as a family to hang out, listen to great music and to let the kids play on the grounds. There are corn hole boards set up with a picturesque back area. Hope this place thrives, great for our local community!
google avatar

Eddie D.

Yelp
Man. They have really improved the place! All new additions are excellent and I love the setting. Just one big problem... non of the beer is very good. A real shame too! This place could be absolutely fantastic with beer that was just a little better. Here's to hoping for improvement!
google avatar

Steven L.

Yelp
Great selection of high quality brews. Excellent. Great beer tenders, especially Brandy and Moriah. Can't wait until they start brewing on site. The manager is very energetic and involved in making people happy.

Britney B.

Yelp
This is my first bad review ever. This was the worst concert experience I have had, and I go to shows constantly. I was beyond excited to see Static X and Dope tonight. There was no communication with the attendees and any of the staff. We waited on line to get inside for over an hour, not knowing if we were even on the right line. Started seeing cars turning around in the parking lot. About 15 minutes later, I heard from other attendees that it's been canceled. Tried waiting around for staff and people to talk to, and the people working there didn't know anything. Now they are saying it was canceled for "unforseen circumstances" a couple of hours after is ridiculous. They need to man up and admit why the show was really canceled, but instead, they are hiding the comment section of the post and deleting peoples comments just because they don't want to look bad. If you run a business of any kind and you mess up, the LEAST you can do is make an official announcement to EVERYONE at the time!!! and own it and make it right. Trying to hide what really happened is only going to make you look worse, and I'm sure 90% of these people tonight will never be back to that venue. There's a lot of improvement needed if you want to keep that venue running SAFELY.

Yelp
This place is awesome. The beers are great and selection is wonderful. The building is so nice and the band that was there was awesome. Did. Did not eat there but want to go back to do so. If I lived near this place I would be there all the time!

Luis d.

Yelp
Dude at the bar was a duck. no one in line and felt he had to bypass us ( my girlfriend n I) for someone that just walked up . (dick move). then he wants to be short with the lady over questions. how about customer service? Bad start to a good night either way. FOH!

Yelp
My friend and I hardly ever come to the boro so we were excited to try this place especially since we both loved Mantra when they were in Franklin. Basically it was big expectations, but super disappointed. All the beer on tap was beer we had already had from Mantra. The bartender was rude. Mantra made a big mistake closing their Franklin location and moving. All the staff at Mantra used to be super friendly and it used to be packed. This place was not super busy which should have been a sign. The food was the best part about this place.

Michael P.

Yelp
Loved the disc golf course and pizza and wings after 18 holes hit the spot!! Cool place and great gathering of people.

Heather D.

Yelp
Last weekend when we came here there were a ton of dogs inside the restaurant so I decided to bring my 3lb yorkie and one of the ladies told me that I was not allowed to have him inside the restaurant . Drove an hour there

Yelp
Such a cool place! Set out in the country with a large taproom, and they have many cool plans for the property. We went on a Sunday, and they had a live bluegrass band playing that kept inviting people to play with them. Such a great atmosphere!

Tee N.

Yelp
I have been drinking their Steel Barrel and Humulus branded beers for awhile now. Beautiful setting and brewery. Great staff. Their offering of beers are good, not outstanding. Very reasonably priced and I recommend supporting this business.
google avatar

John O.

Yelp
I was really excited to come to Hop Springs park, because I love Mantra Artisan Ales. I understand that this is not a Mantra taproom, but I was severely disappointed to find that of the 12-ish taps, they only had one mantra beer, and a bunch of IPA's and watery beers. Where are the sours and other creative flavor combinations from Mantra? I miss the old Mantra taproom where you could go and have a selection of 24 beers that were all unique and inventive. This is a great place to hang out, the outdoor areas are great, the concert setup is killer, and the available food is really good. The staff was all very friendly. The beer selection was just incredibly disappointing. I expected much more In that regard.
