Hopdoddy Burger Bar

I was honestly pretty underwhelmed. I got the Truffle Parm Fries and while they tasted good, they had no texture or crisp, they were just mushy. I will say, the chipotle ketchup was good and perfectly balanced between sweetness and a nice kick on the back end. I also got the Double Bacon Jam burger and it was fine. I was surprised by how small it was, it’s about the side of a BigMac. The entire burger was overpowered by the two kinds of American cheese so I could really taste the bacon jam or onions. The bun was great though. Well toasted, buttery and sweet. So while the food was overall fine, it’s a bit overpriced and I will not be going back anytime soon.

Another good burger joint in the books. I had the patty melt with a bowl of fries. It was good with those sweet caramelized onions. No onion rings my friends. Just regular and sweet potato fries. A burger joint with a bar in the middle of the establishment. Friendly staff and patio seating with heated areas can be enjoyed with friends and/or family.

I give this spot 5 out 5 I had to give the chicken bacon ranch 5 stars delicious 😋 thanks to all the employees Sweet potatoes were bomb ----->Fallow me for more great spots <------- Update 8/25/24 Still delicious come get you some!! The chicken ranch sandwich is fire 🔥

Excellent service and the food and drinks are quality. However, the menu prices are NOT what you are charged, so beware of this illegal business practice. Watch out as they will charge nearly double for some items (e.g. large fries are now $8.50 not $4.50 like the menu states, among other discrepancies).

Our favorite go to spot in Playa Vista. Great food, great margaritas, friendly service, and a family friendly setting. Never disappointed and always happy after stopping here. Also the giant goblets of beer are so unique and satisfying.

Very tasty and filling! Was only able to get through half the burger :) Would highly recommend if you need a delicious meal to make you full. Also, the staff at this location is so kind! 5 stars ⭐️

Price = Above average / service = below average / cleanliness = average / parking = 1 hr. validated lot Now, it pains me to rate a bad review for Hopdoddy given my last experience with them was amazing. However, similar to many restaurants as they continue to grow or time passes by, Hopdoddy has fallen dramatically. Let me explain...first, they used to have an amazing happy hour where the entire food menu was half off for a short time given how good of a value that is. I believe that used to be 3-4pm. The stipulation was that you only can take advantage of this at the bar. Unfortunately, it seems this is no longer the deal. Now, it is a measley single food option of sliders that reduces from ~$14 to ~$7. Take a look at my photo on how sad of a sliders and this is the only option now. I would not pay ~$14 for these poor sliders. They are far smaller than it may seem in the photo as well. Why is it that restaurants need to lose the values and what they were known for in the beginning of time. This is what happened to Chipotle as well; however, they are getting slightly better from creativity recently. I might have to say...goodbye Hopdoddy.

First off, fries and shake were phenomenal. However, my wife and I split a bison burger, we asked for medium and it came super rare, perhaps even raw, and made me feel odd and my wife got sick from it. Plus it was bland, all we could taste was the burger, and it wasn't good. I don't often leave bad reviews, but the food did not match the great vibe they had going - wishing them improvement
