I’ve been coming to Hopdoddy for about four years now. I’ve brought friends, dates, coworkers, emotional breakdowns, celebratory drinks, and at least three different “I’m starting my diet tomorrow” speeches. This place has seen every chapter of my life except my tax returns.
And somehow, against all odds they have never disappointed. I’m talking hundreds of visits. Not once have I had bad food, bad service, or even a mildly suspicious fry. The consistency is honestly unsettling. At this point I trust them more than I trust my own decision making.
The real stars, though, are the staff. Every single person is ridiculously nice, helpful, and somehow still cheerful even when I walk in looking like I just lost a fight with Monday. They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy, comfortable, and fully supplied with burgers the size of minor construction equipment.
I genuinely hope the owners are paying these people extremely well, because the level of kindness happening in this building is worth at least three raises and a holiday bonus. If they ever start accepting appreciation payments in the form of spare organs, I’d like management to know my kidneys are available (lightly used, premium condition).
At this point I’m not a regular I’m basically part of the furniture.
