Visiting from Colorado for work. Been on flights and got to my hotel. Wanted a sit down place to enjoy a meal. Was greeted and asked a few questions, was asked if this was my first time, it is. They gave me a discount and explained their menu. The ladies at the counter were kind. They have "shared" fries and I asked about their green chili (peppers) queso. Sounded great and it came out and was what I was expecting. I dumped the queso all over the fries and mixed them! Delicious! Will return! Manager came by and thanked me for visiting. I appreciated the staff and team making the visit enjoyable!

This was our second time here. Our first time we were greeted by Josiah and he gave us AMAZING service. Super sweet guy who definitely knows his menu. He gave us a card to come back and we're here for a second time and again very good! The first time I came I told him I post on TikTok and was making a video of the place so he definitely made us want to keep coming back. 😋

Food was awesome, customer service was awesome, great atmosphere and vibes, food came right out after we ordered it was fresh and delicious! Double bacon jam burger, buffalo bill burger and the honey hot sage fries all was a 10/10 I’ll definitely be back!

Had the Farmhouse deluxe burger ( fried egg on top ). Eggcellent. 👍😁 String fries w/Parmesan & Green hatch Chile queso. Fries were right, not to much heat, jus a lil zing. Burger was top notch, ate it in 30 sec's. Numbered tables, loft chairs, quaint Cutlery. TV's, beer, shots & outdoor patio. Really quick place to Regen & relax whatever time of the day

It was slow when we went Sunday at noon. But service was quick and food was delicious. I love all of their fries. The truffle fries are delicious. The burgers are great as well. Definitely recommend.

We ordered 6 burgers with fried and drinks. I did the call in, the young lady was very patient with me and read my order back to me. Got to the place, the place is very clean, the atmosphere is great the workers all greeting me, definitely will be going back. I did take a picture but can’t seem to find it, I just want to let yall know the burgers are AMAZING!!!! Give them a try

Not my favorite burger place. I got a smash burger double cheese and I found it to be quite salty. Also I paid $20 for one burger and a small milk shake. It wasn’t worth the price. However, the Oreo milk shake I had was absolutely amazing; I regret getting a small cause I drank it in like two sips cause it was so good.

My first burger that came around was really pink and I just couldn’t get through it, but they fixed it right away. They were very vocal with how the remake was going and even checked up on me after I got the second one. The service was incredible. Fries were great and the 2 burger was awesome.

I as excited to have a burger. This was the first time I ever paid $45 for a burger and some truffle Brussels. It was the worst i have ever had. I had asked for medium rare, it was crusty dried out and burnt. The burger and the truffles were literally soaked and saturated in nasty oil. The egg in the burger was burnt. Please don't waste your money, I had to throw it all away. I felt it was not just an insult but such a waste. After leaving had to find something to eat for dinner. There appeared a piece of cheese on the burger that was deep fried so hard a knife could not cut. The beer was good There is nothing that that does not need improvement What a sucker I was

I like jalapeños, but I bet into the burger and ended up having to put burn gel on my lips and eat sugar straight out of the bowl. After I took the jalapeños off and tried to eat the burger, I discovered that it was not all the way cooked, and the meat was stringy. I'll never get a burger from there again. My husband likes their hot honey fries. May get those, but that's it.

Very kind staff and made sure I got the right order! (I was a complicated order) just slightly confusing at first but ambience was nice and restaurant was clean. Food was great and will come back for sure!

So salty my mouth hurts and I don't feel well. The queso was good and spicy, but the salt level of the fries ruined everything. The place looks new, but there were a lot of dirty tables and it seemed like the staff was just walking around not doing much. The service was okay as long as you knew what you wanted. When asked what was on a burger the young man at the register wasn't sure and when asked to confirm he did look it up. We're only in town a couple days and this is an easy place to eat when you gluten free, but after such a bad experience we won't be back.

Had a burger here today, burger was pretty savory. I was not impressed with the fries, but the burger was good enough to come back for another try. Somebody is doing a nice job in the kitchen on the burgers.

First burger was completely raw & cold! Never send food back, but sent this burger back for further cooking. Requested medium well. You be the judge if it was actually medium well. Worst burger ever

This is one of my favorite restaurants to come to they make me feel welcome here and the food is great I love Brittany and Dakota they are such great bartenders

Came here on a Sunday afternoon at around 2pm. Absolutely no wait, which was delightful. The girls at the counter were super nice and even helped me choose which burger to try first. The wife had a Bacon Jam double and I decided on the Magic shroom, double as well. The Magic shroom burger was delicious. It has the right amount of sauce & seasoning to compliment a burger. I will admit though, my wife's tasted better. Both burgers were worth getting again. Fries were amazing too. They do have a chipotle ketchup that can go with your fries. It was a very interesting combo that we enjoyed. I would def come back and try a different burger the next time around. If I had to suggest anything I would say the burgers are a little small and somewhat pricey for the size but everything else checks the box. A solid 9.5 in my book. Would definitely recommend!

Today was just a tough day. Even the hardest of men have their breaking point. Today was my day. I was eating alone on my break and maybe it was the look on my face or something but I had just finished my food (which was excellent btw) and the bartender brought me a small (non-alcoholic) drink and just smiled and she could tell by the confusion on my face that she knew I hadn't ordered it, and said "hope you have a great day, it's on the house" I was in awe and overridden with gratefulness. Thank you so much for brightening my day. It meant the world to me and I just thought I should share it as Yelp is mostly for haters and angry Karen's.

I'd like to start by addressing the food. Some people mention that the burgers are pink in the middle, but this is simply because they're cooked to a medium level. Regarding complaints about the burgers being 'over-spiced,' I disagree. Having traveled extensively and experienced many different flavors, I found the seasoning on these burgers to be exceptional. In terms of service, while I may not be the best at reading emotions, everything seemed fine overall. As for the atmosphere, it was quiet and pleasant, which is exactly how I like it. Our only suggestion would be to offer customers a clear choice on how they want their burgers cooked. Instead of verbally mentioning that the burgers might have some pink in the middle, perhaps a sign or a visual scale from 'pink' to 'well-done' would be helpful.

Not great since the name change. I loved the company before they were bought out so I tried many times to like the new place. The first time we were served crinkle cut fries that taste like grocery store bag fries, gross. The price was expensive too. The second time was what I expected for fries, don't know what happened. If they told me they were out I wouldn't have bought the fries honestly. The burgers do run on the pink side so you have to ask for well done if you like medium well. Remember most of the cooks are likely kids so try to be kind here. Just no longer a place for me I'm afraid. The atmosphere is still good, but the food quality took a massive hit after being sold to new management. I hope they improve. Perhaps I will try again and update, but I'm not sure I'm willing to take the risk when the burger was mediocre at best and fries were very salty. I love salty fries, but it was a bit much for me. I'll try them again maybe, but for the price even cheddars has a better burger and they aren't great there either, so you decide. Wish grub burger was still around and didn't sell out, very unfortunate as I went there regularly.

Place at least 25 seats at bar. Food is excellent and so are the shareable fries/ Brussels sprouts

We were just looking for a nice easy to find and good tasting burger place but Holy salt lick Batman. The food was so over seasoned that I eat my hamburger patty gave up on my 2/3 of my bun and bacon and had maybe half of my fries. There was so much salt/seasoning that it made my mouth sore.

Down from Houston for few days of work and stopped into this place to end up walking out. Sat at the bar 5 min until the bartender with glasses decided to hand me a menu and a napkin and walked off. No hello, I'll be right with you, can I get you a drink. NOTHING! She went back to making a drink for someone and another 5 minutes went by and I said nothing and grabbed my stuff and walked out. I later called the Manager Wes, which was very cool and understood the situation and apologized for the bartender. He asked me to give them another shot next time I'm down in Odessa area. I probably would not just because when I travel I'm a bar person and if a restaurant can't see then personality and energy a bartender should have then they probably will not ever see it. This bartender had no energy, no personality, and no sense of urgency. Just a missed opportunity and I most likely will not be back

They didn't tell us when we ordered that our burger would be served raw. I would have requested that they cook it if I had been told

Habanero pepper I'm kid's cheeseburger To make up for it they gave us $25 gift card. Should have comped the entire meal. How dirty is a kitchen if a habanero pepper accidentally gets in a kids cheeseburger?

First time going back since they changed the name and it was good until I got home with my leftovers and the chicken was raw! I'm so glad I didn't eat it because this could have made me really sick... never going back to say the least....

Service okay but burgers were small for the price and fries way too salty. $72.00+ for three regular burgers, cokes, and fries. Just a bit much for just a plain old hamburger.

One of the best burgers I've had in a while! Staff was kind and very clean/welcoming environment. Prices were reasonable for the portions!

Wife and I went here and we were not impressed some burgers were a " required" taste with black beans and ingredients that didn't suite our taste and expensive crafted fries - 2 burgers - 2 fries - 2 drinks over $36.00 - we will stick to Sonic - Texas Burger and Watts burger - bigger better cheaper

Quite literally the worst burger I have ever had in my life. My husband worked at McDonald's in college and compared it to the exact patty they use there. Hopefully that gives you an idea of what you're "missing out on". Save yourself 15 bucks and go to McDonald's instead. At least that will come with fries and a drink. Fries are an extra 10 dollars, though I will say are enough to share between two people. Bring back grub burger.

I ordered the Tennessee hot chicken sandwich. It was delicious. The fries and green chili queso were very good!
