We were staying at a nearby hotel so we chose Hope Breakfast Bar simply for its location. We visited on a BEAUTIFUL warm Saturday morning in October so we chose to sit outside on the patio. We did notice that when we went inside to be seated the music was quit loud for our liking, so this was another reason we chose to sit outside. We were seated immediately and our server was attentive in getting us water and keeping it filled. There are so many choices on the menu, both sweet and savory, but my partner chose the stuffed poblano and I opted for the chili crunch bowl. Our food came out fast and was very appetizing to look at. The stuffed pepper was good but that chili crunch bowl is a dish I will be thinking about for a long time. The dish was incredibly well-balanced and even though it was a lot of food, I enjoyed every last bite. I’ve never thought about pairing pickled vegetables with fluffy scrambled eggs, and jasmine rice for breakfast, but it all perfectly delighted my tastebuds. And the spice of the chili crunch perfectly rounded out the dish. If we are ever in the area again, Hope will be on our list to visit!

Ty was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Attentive and caring about the customer experience! She made a few recommendations that we absolutely loved. We had The Hope Breakfast (Eggs, Bacon, Toast, Hashbrowns) , Biscuits & Gravy (No Eggs) , Turtle Triple Espresso. Everything was amazing , service was quick and the ambiance couldn’t be beat. We will definitely return and hopefully have Ty as our server again!

We had a delicious late breakfast here. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt and helpful. They anticipated our needs including the little things like bringing us to go cups for our beverages, etc. The food was beautiful and delicious! I ordered the avocado toast which was unique and crave worthy. They didn't skimp, loading it up with a ton of guacamole, toppings and the fried avocado on top was the yummy cherry on top. The serving sizes are awesome resulting in yummy leftovers. I ordered the coconut something cold brew (can't remember the name), it was super delicious too! I ordered mine half sweet as I don't love a lot of sweetness in my drinks and it was perfect. We loved it and would recommend to everyone.

Google
1st time here, met up with a couple girlfriends. Reservations are a must, very busy place. Drink was very good after it cools down with ice. Many good choices on the menu. I got a yummy elevated BLT. I will definitely be back!

Google
party of 2, ordered: salmon and pimento cheese crumble & sunrise chili crunch bowl. we purposefully avoided the rush time and went in around 2pm on Sunday. Got seated pretty quick but under the AC so it was cold. Food was good but not mindblowing. We did extra stuffed hashbrowns (+$4) and im glad we did so. The bowl was okay, wish it had more protein although we also did extra for this by adding carnitas (+$5). A lot of variety on the menu but what we had was alright.

Google
Made a reservation to try the new Minneapolis location this last Sunday and we were seated right away! Our server Amy was hilarious and nice. One thing to know is that the baby cakes allow you to choose one flavor, not three different flavors as the menu suggests. Warm, inviting and modern atmosphere with decent portions and about 1 million different drinks to choose from this place is a great stop for breakfast!

Google
Great restaurant! My food was a bit bland (chicken waffles) as my palate is used to more spice and flavor but the other stuff was great!!

Google
The cottage bruschetta toast turned heads as it was brought out to us. Very good!!! Complimented by a peanut butter cup latte with peep garnish for the season - was a nice touch! Overall very much recommend. Great place to pre-game brunch a Twins game!

Yelp
I really enjoyed this new location. I've been to Hope Breakfast Bar at other locations, but this may be my new favorite. I think it's in a beautiful spot with great views of the city, and the joint space with Salt & Flour means plenty of room and comfortable seating for a nice eating experience. The food was on par with the other locations, but I must say that I felt like my food came out much quicker than it ever did before at this location. Everything hot and exactly as ordered. My service gal was also nice and welcoming. Really enjoyed it and would love to visit Salt & Flour in the evening next time.

Yelp
Parking is a little tough because of how centrally located it is but there are meters available. That aside, it's an adorable place with a greenery wall to greet you and we were able to walk in on a Saturday morning and get seated within a few minutes without a reservation. They have a huge menu of food and drinks (both alcoholic and not). I got an Irish coffee that was delicious. I also got the breakfast croissant sandwich that came with a side of hash browns. Great portion for a reasonable price. Take a date here to show a cute atmosphere without breaking the budget!

Yelp
I love the aesthetics of Hope. It's welcoming and such a vibe. The restaurant was also big, compared to the other locations. Bathrooms were also very clean. The food was amazing. They have a huge menu and their drink menu is even more amazing. We tried everything from the breakfast to their coffees to their cocktail menu and it was delicious. We did not feel rushed during peak hours. Service was great!

Yelp
While on our trip to Minneapolis, my wife came across Hope Breakfast Bar. It was amazing! The wait was a bit long, 45 mins or so, but it was well worth it! Locations are only in the Minneapolis area. I had the Breakfast Sandwich. I was skeptical that it would fill me up but it surpassed my expectations. The only thing that I would suggest is to ask customers if they would prefer their bagel toasted. I do not know anything about maintaining the integrity of a bagel so take this with a grain of salt. My wife had their Fried Chicken & Waffles and her plate was empty so it is safe to say that she enjoyed it. My son, 5 years old, ordered the Wild Blueberry Pancakes, he was not a fan and probably would have just enjoyed a plain stack. I tried the pancakes myself and they were good! The place itself was very welcoming with bright colors and some pretty amazing art work. I really liked that they encourage their customers to share their hopes on a card and that their staff prays weekly for those requests. I would definitely recommend Hope Breakfast Bar.

Yelp
I'm so glad this opened in Northloop. This is hands down my current fave brunch spot in Minneapolis. In the morning it gets the sunrise and there's plenty of seating. I love the table booths. Sometimes when it gets super busy they have overflow seating in the salt and flour restaurant. Super nice staff and the menu has great options for anybody.

Yelp
I went to Hope Breakfast for the first time with some friends. I recommend making a reservation because there were only a few options when we looked online. We were sat in the Salt & Flour restaurant which neighbors Hope Breakfast Bar and is a nice spot. This restaurant is right outside of a light rail stop which would make it easy to get to that way or there is street parking that was about 2.50 an hour on a Sunday. There were limited gluten free options and the one I ended up getting was the Blackened Cauliflower & Fried Egg. The cauliflower was good and the hash browns were cooked well but it was a lot richer & heavier than I was expecting it to be. Overall, I wish there were more gluten free options and would try it again for a gluten free pancake or waffle.

Yelp
It is a beautiful new space. It appears they share a space with Salt & Flour. I guess their hours don't overlap. It was easier to get a reservation here than the St. Louis Park site, probably because it's new. Did the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs. It was good as usual. My partner did the Hawaiian Bowl. It was tasty, and a big portion. Shared a side of Buttermilk Pancakes. If you're driving, your best bet is to park in the office building next to the restaurant.

Yelp
Cute vibes, great food, fast service! We were lucky we could get a last minute brunch resy here! It's decorated well and honestly is quite a large space! Our waiter was quick to greet us and get our order going. The menu is extensive with lots of options boozy brunch as well as a coffee bar. We tried the butterscotch latte and pistachio cardamom- both delicious and creamy but very sweet so like a pre dessert. They offer milk alternatives which was also nice. For our main we got the cheddar cheese French toast and the salted cinnamon roll waffles. They were able to make accommodations to remove bacon which was nice. But guys, the French toast was sooo good- like literally grilled cheese heaven French toast. The waffles were the perfect mix of sweet and salty. I will say portion sizes were generous so be ready to share or just take home. We definitely could not finish it at all. Overall it's a great place for brunch with all the classics and some news to just hit all the comfort food goals!

Yelp
I just went for the first time recently, and I was impressed! The restaurant is so cute! They have a nice blend of savory and sweet breakfasts. I got the pork belly and biscuit, which was really good if you want something heavy and savory. The pancakes weren't that good, a bit burnt and doughy. But the food, drinks, and vibes were good. Some of the seating can be a bit crowded but otherwise, I liked it!

Yelp
The menu has so many fun and unique options it was hard to decide what to get (which is a good problem to have)! Would definitely recommend the loaded hashbrowns.

Yelp
Well, we definitely have a new favorite brunch place! It's really cute inside with cool art. Everything was SO SO GOOD, and the service was SPOT ON. I had the blackened cauliflower cheesy gratin (YUM!!) and my partner had the stuffed poblano with veggie sausage patties. Both dishes were beyond delicious. The cauliflower tasted like it had fresh garlic in it, and had just the right amount of spice. The stuffed poblanos were sublime inside handmade crispy tortillas, and the coffees were delicious, even the decaf (which is rare). I loved that they came in Stanley thermoses which kept them hot and we could pour ourselves more anytime we wanted. The hash browns were perfectly cooked, crispy and well seasoned. We said to each other when does that ever happen anywhere? We shared the mini donuts for dessert, the chocolate sauce tasted decadent and house made. Halfway through our excellent meal, we said to our server, my god, where have you been all of our lives? And they laughed and said they've only been in this location since September 30. It's closer to our house than their other locations, but you have to pay to park. Meters are your best bet, $1 an hour. We will definitely be back soon. I want to try the mimosa tower when we have more people!

Yelp
I booked a hotel about 10 minutes away from this spot and wanted to try it because of how close it was. It was an easy walk and great location between the baseball stadium and target center. The wait at 12pm was only 25 minutes but turned out to be shorter. The overall ambience in the restaurant was calm and sociable which was great for conversation. The food and service came out incredibly fast less than 10 minutes after we ordered !

Yelp
Our server was fantastic! The breakfast bagel sandwich was delicious! The sauce on the sandwich enhanced the flavor!

Yelp
Underwhelming for the price. Was chaos in the place, and took 25 minutes for my coffee to come. The stuffed pepper was hardly a pepper and basically a plate of melted cheese and an egg. There are much better breakfast places around
