The Best Vegan Restaurants In LA, According To Radhi Devlukia-Shetty

"The Thai curries are incredible. This is also one of the places I would order from for a lot of my meat-eating friends because they get the flavors spot on, and we love their mock meat and wings. Thai food is so flavorful that you don't miss the heaviness of meat that you would probably want in other cuisines. You have the rice, you have the richness of the coconut milk, all the incredible spices that they use. Much like Indian food, it's very vibrant in flavor." - brennan carley

Food is super awesome!! First time here and I am speechless . A must try if you are in the area. I think I have to come few more times to try more cuisines here. Highly recommend this place . Inside seating is peaceful and very family friendly too.

Absolutely in love with this place! 💚 Hope Organic Kitchen truly redefines vegan dining — every dish is full of flavor, made with love, and beautifully presented. The cozy vibe and warm, welcoming service made the whole experience feel like home. Can’t wait to go back 🫶🏻

Wow,the food is some of the most filling and tasty food I have ever eaten. The spices, the seasoning, the consistency of the curry, the crispiness of The Orange Chicken. Easy to recommend. Eat well my friends.

Parking Alert: Valet parking is available in the lot, and there’s metered parking on the street. Plan accordingly! Food Alert: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This restaurant is an absolute gem! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. The Pho was comforting and aromatic, with a rich, flavorful broth that instantly warmed the soul. The Pad Thai was a delightful balance of sweet, savory, and tangy, with perfectly cooked noodles and fresh ingredients. The Yellow Curry with Fried Tofu (medium spicy) was a standout for me—creamy, fragrant, and with just the right amount of heat to enhance the flavors without overpowering them. To accompany our meal, we enjoyed the Sticky Rice and Japanese White Rice, both cooked to perfection and a great pairing with the curry. The service was exceptional—Erika was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great dining experience. I’ve attached a photo of our receipt to share the variety of dishes we enjoyed. Highly recommend H.O.P.E. for anyone looking for an unforgettable vegetarian dining experience.

H.O.P.E. is hands down one of the best vegan spots I’ve tried in LA lately. We ordered the fried broccoli, the orange “chicken,” and the Vietnamese rolls—and wow, every bite was packed with flavor. The orange chicken, in particular, was perfectly crispy and tangy, easily rivaling the real thing. The place was pretty quiet when we went, but it was late on a Tuesday night. It's a cozy, casual spot, so I can imagine it gets busier during peak hours or weekends. Service was friendly, and everything came out quickly. The menu is extensive, which makes me even more excited to go back and explore more dishes. Whether you're vegan or just curious, this spot is 100% worth a visit.

Google
My non vegan husband made a big statement, that it was the best orange chicken he ever ate. We really loved all the food. We had pineapple fried rice with shrimp which I loved because they add cranberries in it, pumpkin curry with organic tempeh, cucmber salad, and the orange chicken. All was very fresh, you can taste the high quality of ingredients. Big portions! Also the service is very friendly. Thank you and see you very soon again!

Google
H.O.P.E is a fantastic vegan option for those looking for a comforting, satisfying, healthy meal. The meals in my opinion are best enjoyed at the Restaurant fresh but still maintains some of its delicious flavors in transport. My personal favorite dish to order is the Orange chicken, Beef-less green beans, and the curried dumplings. If you enjoy Thai tea be prepared you will want more. Overall I would recommend to everyone not just vegetarians and vegans.

Yelp
Parking: street/metered (goodluck) or $10 valet. Place is good for groups, service was friendly. I noticed there was a lot of take out orders for pick/ delivery. It was pretty pack for a weekday for dinner. Luckily, no wait time. Very filling, large portions. I am no vegan but this place could turn me into one its that good. It's hard to find a vegan place where the food tastes soo delicious that you forget the food ur eating has no meat. Their soy chicken felt like I was biting into chicken meat. The Khao Soi was soo delicious!!! The soup is thick and creamy with a good kick if u like spicy. It tastes very similar to kare-kare which is a Filipino dish made of peanuts. I ordered the Khao Soi with extra veggies and tofu. I wish it had potatoes...since there was a lot of left overs, I took it home and I ended up putting potatoes in the left over and since I devoured the noodles in the resturant, I ate it with rice at home and it tasted even better with rice. I have to come back for their soup as well as try the other dishes like the sushi.

Yelp
I went to Hope restaurant for vegan food. Now I see why it's called Hope, I left hoping all vegan food tasted that good! I was there on a busy holiday and they did the best they could on service. It's a small dining area in the restaurant and parking can be hard to find (the lot is small and crowded), so sometimes I like taking it to go. I always have an amazing experience at Hope! The orange chicken is incredible, and with the pad thai, which was extremely delicious. (I always ask extra sauce on the side for orange chicken). I can't wait to explore more of their menu. I'd definitely recommend this spot to any vegan or anyone curious about trying vegan food. Great vibe and tasty dishes!

Yelp
Great ambiance and cute inside. Vegan Food to go was great so I'm sure it would have been even better fresh inside the restaurant! How I Met This Restaurant: driving 100 minutes from Thousand Oaks to California Science Center, we decided the best plan was to find a restaurant on the way and pick up instead of buying overpriced food at the center. Found HOPE on Yelp and went with it! Placed my orders online and found it had free parking during lunch time! We executed our plan too well and arrived 10 minutes early to the time when food was expected to be ready. The waitress was so nice she gave me a Thai iced tea on the house while we waited! We ordered easy to eat to go foods and it was overall a great meal with different textures and flavors that worked really well to mimic the meat counterparts. Satay (mock Chicken skewers) were chewy with peanut sauce complimented the dish well. Crispy Lemongrass chicken with sauce in the side was indeed crispy and the tangy sauce brought out the best of the vegan dish. Pineapple fried rice with fishless protein was very tasty and the purple rice was perfect, not too dry and not too mushy, flavorful but not overpowering. Nuggets with ketchup was crispy and held its form all the way through, very satisfying to bite into. The crispy seaweed quinoa roll and Muay Thai wing kicks while also crispy and had great texture, did not impress me with flavor as much. Wished the seaweed flavor stood out more but still enjoyable. The Thai iced tea and lemonade with ginger and chia seed were also great! Reasonably priced drink. As a final perk of trying soy based plant based menu from this restaurant was no stomach ache or bloating that often accompanies it with other highly processed mock meats. At least it didn't bother me personally. Looking forward to try it out more next time!

Yelp
H.O.P.E is an amazing find for a vegetarian or vegan/plant based eater. The food is presented nicely, like a high end restaurant with the quality to match. We went early on a Saturday close to the holidays so we had our choice of tables. It seemed like a lot of phone orders were being placed but that never compromised the service we received. The food came out in stages, which is good because our table was too small to fit it all at one time. We had plenty to take home to eat later or the next day. The restaurant was clean, and the location is pretty easy to find. The parking is harder but if you have been in the area, it's not a surprise. We parked a block away on the side street. I will be back to try more!

Yelp
What a treat. Amazing pad see yew. My son had chow mein which was also delicious. This place is vegan, so all the proteins are plant-based. They have names like shrimp, chicken, and beef etc. my son and I just chose Vegetables. Very nice ambience. We went here for dinner and the parking was valet. The valet guy was very nice to my son and me. This was a nice break from the horrific wildfires, which are still raging near Encino. I'm editing to mention insanely good chocolate chip cookie and the coconut ice cream

Yelp
Best vegan food in the valley. Parking could be better but otherwise, food tastes 10/10 every time I order. Crispy orange chicken, garlic beef, and pad thai are top tier.

Yelp
Truly a 5-star experience! One of the best meals I've had as of late. The restaurant is clean and chic. Love the atmosphere. I came by on a weekday around 12:45 and it definitely got busy closer to 1:30. Seems like it's a popular spot for a lunch meeting! Their menu has so many options from classic Vietnamese noodle dishes, to tacos, salads, sushi and even apps like mac and cheese and wings. There is a lot to choose from! I typically would have gone for my usual pad thai or pad see ew but I was feeling adventurous and ordered the P.E.T. spicy. It was SO GOOD! The level of spice was right on point. It had a really great kick but wasn't unbearable to eat. The veggies were cooked so well and I loved the sauce. My friend ordered a dish that had the beef-less beef with green beans. Their beef-less beef is SO good. I loved the texture. I usually shy away from vegan beef products because it has always tasted off to me, but HOPE nailed it. Highly recommend their beef-less beef and I am not even vegan! Highly recommend ordering a side of ride if you get one of their main entrées. My friend and I shared the inari roll which was amazing. I've had vegan sushi before, but this was definitely a step above. We also ordered the crispy rice which I wouldn't order again next time. the crispy rice itself was nice and crunchy but the topping was a little flavorless in my opinion. For dessert, we split the banana spring rolls and chocolate cake. Let me tell you. This chocolate cake slayed me. It was so fudgy and dense like a big brownie. I will be dreaming of this cake for some time to come. Banana spring rolls were also great. I loved the chocolate sauce drizzled on top. We didn't get ice cream on top, but next time I would since the banana inside is warm, the ice cream would pair perfectly. We had so much food leftover we got to take some home with us. I loved my experience here and I look forward to coming back! Service was excellent as well. Don't let the parking scare you. I was able to find one in the lot in front of the restaurant around lunch time.

Yelp
We had the roti dip, crispy spring rolls, and the lemon grass chicken. All were terrific. The spring rolls come out extremely hot so make sure you give them time too cool. Service was excellent.

Yelp
Favorite place. Everything is always phenomenal! Best thai food ever. Delicious, organic and great staff!! Great ambience. 20/10

Yelp
We had three dishes and a drink today! 1) green goddess plate - simple tofu and greens plate to get our greens for the night. I recommend if you want something gentle for the stomach yet flavorful. I would order again to balance out the food. 2) lemongrass chicken - fried, good crunch on outside and soft on inside. Unfortunately the lemongrass flavor didn't come out much, and it felt like a topping vs. marinate since the chicken didn't absorb. The sweetness of the sauce was a bit too strong for me, but I did like the chicken texture! I would order again in the future with hopes that recipe improves. 3) golden harvest roll - delicious and beautiful, shiitake mushrooms and dipping sauce on point. I would order again. 4) hot ginger tea - ordered less sweet and it was sweet enough!

Yelp
HOPE serves up delicious plant-based cuisine in a stylish environment-- and it's one of my favorite vegan spots in the whole valley! You really can't go wrong with any of the dishes here. If you're craving sushi, their Inari Roll is quite possibly the best sushi roll I've ever had. If noodles sound good, their Pad Thai with tofu is a classic, and comes with fresh green onion, carrot and beets as garnish. If you're looking for something a little more hearty, their Beefless Garlic Green Beans is the way to go. On my most recent visit I ordered the P.E.T (Pumpkin.Eggplant.Tofu), which is pretty out of character for me, but there's something about this dish that I find addicting. I'm not sure if it's the flavor of the Thai basil or the perfectly prepared slices of pumpkin, but this dish has quickly become a go-to for me. Whether you come for lunch or a late-night snack with friends, expect friendly service, a gorgeous ambiance and a meal to remember.

Yelp
Great food! Huge menu with so many delicious options for vegan food and beyond! Yum yum yum

Yelp
HOPE is a great restaurant for everyone! They offer a wide variety of food. Every single meal was delicious. My favorite were the wings (which are vegan of course but you can't even tell a difference! They were seasoned so well!) and miso soup. The service was great and the staff was so friendly. Not to mention the ambiance was so cute and aesthetic. I would come back again and again to try more amazing food :) If you're in the area I recommend!

Yelp
SERVICE - located in a small shopping complex - valet parking in front or street parking nearby - ambience good for semi-casual meal - good for either large or small groups - servers are friendly but since the restaurant is small and short staffed they may only come as needed to check in on the table MENU - mix of Thai inspired and western dishes - all vegan - average price ($15 per entree) FOOD - green curry dumplings (9/10): six steamed vegetable dumplings covered in a creamy green curry base topped with spiralized carrot and beetroot. This dish is from the appetizer section of the menu so it is a great option to share or eat as one person. The curry is very flavorful and coconutty with the right amount of chili and warm spices. I did not even feel the need to add extra chili paste. The dumplings are cooked well but not mushy and soak up just the right amount of curry sauce to flavor the vegetable filling. The beetroot and carrot on top are a nice visual contrast to the vibrant green. Overall a very good dish to order! WOULD I GO BACK? Yes! The menu is extensive yet everything is delicious

Yelp
I LOVE THIS PLACE SOOO MUCH! My go to Thai spot if I'm ever around this area. My favorite things to get are the Kao soi (it has such a decadent creamy rich and spicy flavor, this sauce is everything), the nachos (which is unexpected for a Thai spot but it WORKS, such a flavor bomb), and the pad see ew which it just one of the bests I've had in LA for vegan Thai spots. I haven't tried everything on the menu since I love what I love here. Any of the curries are great and noodle dishes too. I would say there entrees are more flavorful and better than the few appetizers I have eaten, but still such a great place. I wish they had a cookbook lol!

Yelp
I have gone to Hope various times! Sometimes Almost every weekend. I am extremely grateful that I can choose what oil I want my food to be cooked with and not be stuck with toxic and unhealthy oils. Their vegan food is one of the BEST in the Valley, so I'm thrilled I can eat there constantly with out being concern of toxins. I'm a devoted client. My friends also started ordering from them almost weekly lol! I even order while I'm at work, sometimes lol! I just haven't been able to try their orange "chicken" because they fry with non-healthy oils, but it looks delicious. Hopefully one day I have the choice to choose the oil for their fry dishes too and have the pleasure to try it. Highly recommended!!!!

Yelp
Just a quick update. I'm still a regular but I mainly go for takeout now as it seems many others also now do. There are many new menu items including sushi and Mexican food. Hope remains a favorite. :)

Yelp
I don't think we chose the best options for our first visit but we know peor who love this place so we'll give it another shot. We ordered the curry dumplings which were fantastic but there's so much sauce with nothing to soak it up with so we ordered a side of rice and bright it home to add veggies to it. It's a spicy string flavor. Next we ordered 3 sushi rolls. We didn't think they were anything special. Not much flavor and didn't come with any dipping sauce. We took recommendations from our waitress and were not impressed. She was very nice though. I can't find the names of the rolls we got anywhere online besides Hidden Gem. But maybe order the hot food instead of their rolls. It's nice inside. Clean. Basic. Parking is pain in that area. Meter parking or valet in the lot for $9!!! It's in a small strip plaza on Ventura.

Micah K.

Yelp
Love LOVE LOVE the food - I appreciate they they serve a little of everything, because if my wife's in the mood for Thai and I'm in the mood for sushi - they do it all well. I've only ever ordered in, so I can't speak to the ambience. My favorites are the "shrimp" tacos and the orange "chicken."

Yelp
This is our favorite place to get vegan Thai food in the valley! The staff is always super friendly as well.

Yelp
so so good! the food was amazing. our friend recommended the pineapple fried rice and curry dumplings so that's exactly what we ordered. my partner also ordered the nachos, which were good but packed in this small cast iron skillet which was interesting. overall it was delicious and we enjoyed our experience. the service was pretty good. our service was knowledgeable about the menu to offer us with great recs. the restaurant had a pleasant environment. great to dine in.

Yelp
This place has come a long way over the years. I usually get the kai ga-tiem, satay, and/or mango sticky rice. Everything else I've tried off of a friends plate has been great as well. This place does really well as a vegan Thai restaurant, good service too.

Yelp
Arrived here with work group of 6 in total, and we were pleasantly greeted as we walked in. Empty, probably because they had just opened, we arrived after 1230pm. Parking there is challenging as it is off Ventura Blvd and Laurel canyon, so its quite busy, but the lot offers valet parking (we got charged $9 for one hour). There is also metered street parking. Water was brought out in a nice glass bottle and served at room temperature. Someone ordered the fried broccoli, which did have a delicious taste to it. I even dipped it in their spicy sauces, which enhanced the flavors even more. I did notice that the waitress did take some time to come by our table and initiate start to gather our orders. Nonetheless, our orders were in, however, as I was the first one to order (orange chicken) my plate was the last one to arrive to the table (started to eat last while everyone else was munching away) Unfortunately, I was not ecstatic about eating "soy chicken" and I didn't really dig the watery sauce that it was surrounded by. Maybe it is an acquired taste, but not something that I would crave on my own per se. It was too hot to enjoy and we were running out of our lunch time, so I took the rest home. ( sitting in the fridge as of today) Yes, it was nice and crispy, however, as I would take bites of it, I was also cautious not to burn my mouth. To be honest, that chicken didn't settle well in my stomach, but didn't cause other issues, just took my appetite away for the rest of the afternoon (mind you, i hardly touched the order at the restaurant). I also ordered edamame, and that order seemed to make it to the table first, so, everyone digged in while waiting for the rest. The edamame had a really good tasting sauce and garlic flavor; that was pretty tasty. I also ordered their Thai tea and that seemed to keep me full as I waited for my food to arrive to the table. Not my style, but this place exists to please those who are not eating meat or want healthy options; then yes this place is the way to go, however, their seasonings and sauces is what makes their products stand out, so don't be shy and ask for more condiments/sauces to add on to your plate if it tastes bland or like something is missing, because it can make a difference.

Yelp
Ok, let me start by saying how horrible this place is. We walking in at 9:30, ready to order. We asked a worker is we could be seated, and she said he has to ask this other worker. Keep in mind the restaurant only had 2 parties seated at the time. The other worker said that we have to order really fast if we want to eat here because it closes in 15 mins. We were ready to eat, but she was just being to inconsiderate and extremely rude i will never go back to give them service again.

Jonathan M.

Yelp
I've had food delivered from here a couple times and I was impressed. It's too bad I'm not able to order from this app lately so I've been going to other vegan joints. I need to dine in and see how it's like in person one day.
google avatar

Mike B.

Yelp
Get rid of that idiot that comes out and says: 'let me see if we can seat you' We got there at 9:30 and they close at 9:45. More than half of the place was empty, and the others person in charge says, you can seat if you order right away. We been there multiple times with family and this time it was 2 kids and me!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Cutter P.

Yelp
Food is fine and over priced. They don't have orange chicken and broccoli, which like how? When I tried to order it. They told me I could order separately (for $24), but then asked what kind of broccoli I wanted. I said stir fried. They then asked what kind of protein. I asked, "could I do orange chicken?" They said yes. There was then a back and forth about a bunch of different items that made no sense. But they confirmed my order back to me. I get there, they put soy chicken, not orange chicken. This place sucked. And it has stupid mandatory valet parking for $9. It should not cost $54 for chicken x2, broccoli, and a side of rice... The poor hostess who had to deal with my frustration was nice though.
google avatar

Kathy Z.

Yelp
HOPE is a fusion of Thai flavors with American, Chinese, and Mexican influence. It's also vegan and they offer a handful of different protein options. I love thé satay, yellow curry, Mongolian "beef" and the fresh spring rolls. Portions are great to share or to enjoy solo. To be honest, I'm not crazy about all of the imitation meats, but I do appreciate HOPE for trying and offering so many options for so many dietary restrictions and preferences. The price is a bit high, in-line with this part of Ventura Boulevard. There's a small parking lot and metered street parking. It can be busy in this area at night.

Yelp
One of few places that never fails. Great food, decent service, Simple and clean dining area.

Yelp
Amazing food. The curry dumpling was sensational - the green curry it was in might be the tastiest green curry I've ever had. Also got the mango roll which was good (albeit a little bland, no pickled ginger or soy sauce provided). I got the sriracha noodles but I couldn't even eat them - WAY too spicy unfortunately (but very very tasty) even at medium spice, so be careful with those. The salted chocolate chip cookie was good, not great, and the butter pecan ice cream was pretty nice. Server was very kind and helpful. I liked the decor inside but idk why it looks like a closed down place from the outside - they should spruce it up! Wasn't even sure they were open when I walked up.

Yelp
First of all, I wanna start with this-I LOVE this restaurant's food; we order from here almost once a week. We normally order the Super Greens, the Veggie Lovers, and brown rice. In the past these 2 dishes came with enough juice to add the rice and enjoy, but lately they've been skimping. At first I thought, "I'll just write it in the notes when I order!"...No luck. Then I decided to call after I ordered just to make sure there was enough sauce to enjoy the rice (just like any Thai place, really). This worked, and whomever I spoke to said they'd continue to have enough sauce, but write it in the notes just in case. I did, and sadly, that didn't work, so I went back to calling. After 3 times of disappointment, I thought maybe I should call and give them a heads up. A hostess (I didn't realize it was the hostess) answered; I was nice enough-I basically told her that I've been calling about this for a while, but there's still no added sauce, and that's kind of annoying. Sure, I was passionate, but I'm never mean-that's just not how I roll. I also knew this wasn't her fault. After she relayed the message to the manager, he refused to get on the phone; he just told this poor girl to tell us this: "we will refund your money, and it's best you take your business elsewhere". Honestly, I was FLOORED-I've been a loyal customer for years, promoting HOPE to all my Studio City neighbors. Unfortunately the manager, Diego, seems to not really care for business, which is so sad. My hope is the owners see this and maybe teach Diego how to handle this better in the future. I'd love to go back to HOPE, and I also don't support businesses that have absolutely no customer service. Mind you, it was not busy at all on this night. Dear HOPE, do better.

Yelp
growing up in the valley in the 80s and 90s, we had the legendary Japanese casual joint, Shimon. HOPE is in the same location and delivers just as beautifully as its former occupants. The avo Freshi rolls were perfectly crisp, refreshing, and filling and light at the same time. The Pad Thai was spot on and not too sweet, which I completely appreciate. As I looked at other diners food, I got excited about coming back and trying their other non Thai dishes. All you OG valley people, come back to this legendary spot to welcome a new delicious Bright eatery.

Elisa H.

Yelp
It had been a while so decided to have lunch at one of our favorite plant based restaurants. Was grateful for the air conditioning on such a warm day. Started with the thai iced tea with oat milk, always, refreshing and tasty. The delicious dumplings in the green curry arrived at the table and I realized this dish would best be served with an accompanying small plate of rice, such a waste to not be able to enjoy the green curry in it's entirety . When the green beans with beef arrived, it was so good to see that it still had a wonderful flavor. The pad thai noodles looked great and was delicious although the portion size had significantly decreased. The kale and curry wrap was ok, couldn't out my finger on what was different, although it too wasn't the same as in the past. HOPE is an average plant based restaurant with nice staff working there. Would I rush back? I don't think so, there are other options in the area to explore.

Yelp
What a great find. in Studio City. For starters, we had the crispy seaweed egg roll and crispy spring rolls that tantalize our the palates. The pad Thai, pad see ew and vegetable dish filled our yearning but it was not heavy as Service was great. Our plates were cleared and replaced with fresh place settings.

Yelp
Despite not being vegan or vegetarian, I crave HOPE. I've been coming here for about 2 years for production office lunches and usually order their satay for an easy, quick eat. I came here recently with family and dined in for the first time; we ordered a bunch of items: yellow curry, bang bang shrimp, fried rolls, pad see ew, and mango sticky rice. The pad see ew tasted great, just like any other pad see ew dish I would order at a regular Thai restaurant. These days I come to HOPE mainly for the mango sticky rice when it's in season; the rice is bouncy and thick like a rice cake and tastes exactly like Bibingka (Filipino rice cake dessert). The mangoes that day were sooooo incredibly sweet, I was so happy and satisfied. Pad See Ew and Mango Sticky Rice is all this girl needs to be happy. Service is also quite good; our server was a guy named Patrick, who was attentive and fun. He was accommodating, polite, and checked on us a good amount to make sure we got everything we needed. He was the only one working the lunch shift in the dining room that day and had about 4-5 other parties to tend to, but he made sure everybody was taken care of in a timely manner. Hard-working guy with a great attitude and personality. The restaurant itself is a little small, but it's clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated. The decorations are minimal and elegant, it's a good place to meet and catch up with friends. Beware of the parking lot however; it's very small with tight spots and valet only usually. Since HOPE is located on Ventura blvd in Studio City by CBS Radford, there aren't any neighborhood streets you can park in for free that are close by, the nearest being about a 5-10 minute walk. However, there are metered spots in front of the little plaza, but they are seldom vacant.

Yelp
Restaurants like HOPE make us want to move to Los Angeles! 100% vegan, delicious items ranging many cuisines, great service, and good ambiance. Highly recommend the following - Spicy Noodles with Beefless - Kai Ga-Tiam (soy garlic chicken) - Grilled Dumplings - Wings - Quesadillas Not sure how they can make all of these distinct dishes so scrumptious, but they are. If you're a vegetarian or just want yummy food in general, visit.

Yelp
HOPE is a great vegan Thai spot. It's cozy, and is a comfortable combo of classy and casual. They do a ton of takeout and delivery business, but it's very nice to eat there -- though it's very tricky to park. It's located in a very busy segment of Ventura, so you need to score a meter. There is a parking lot in the center it's located in, but the lot is pretty competitive and usually valet-only. Above all, I have to recommend HOPE's Muay Thai Kick Wings. Get them spicy! They are soy based wings served on a stick, slathered in a drinkable savory magic sauce. These tie for my favorite wings in the world. The others are from Thuyen Vien in Anaheim. The menu offers a huge array of Thai and other Asian inspired food, with some American/ soul food classics thrown in. I always get the Spicy Noodles with tofu because it's a simple dish that I can't get enough of - the sauce is fantastic. I usually order it spicy but this past time I got spicy, I got a little more spice than I bargained for - so I might have to take it down to medium. I love that there's always a fresh array of veggies in there, it seems to rotate based on season and availability. Usually comes with fresh basil, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. My partner always gets the Orange Chicken. It's a huge serving and is unlike anything you can get anywhere else - pillowy vegan chicken softly fried, it's like a chicken donut! If you like chicken and waffles, this is the Thai equivalent. HOPE offers a wide variety of delicious hot teas that I love to try and that pair very well with the cuisine. I love taking people here because they are always really impressed with the food and it's a really comfortable environment.

Yelp
I don't know about you, but I started to like my vegan friends now. Because this place is bomb!!! The flavor is amazing. The wings are so good, I ordered extra to take home. In order to make it realistic, they put a skewer stick inside the "wing" for us to chew on. The coconut tum yum soup is creamy and light, the dip curry was also very rich. I didn't feel like I was miserable at all. I envy the vegan folks now...

Yelp
This is my all time favorite little organic, vegetarian restaurant to date! The service is excellent. I find everyone there to be very kind and efficient. The ambiance is super cute. It's VERY tiny inside, well decorated and clean. It reminds me of a little restaurant in NY I used to go to. It's cozy! And the food is AMAZING. I haven't had one dish I didn't like. I always get the crispy tofu rice to start. I'm obsessed with them. lol! I also think they are fairly priced. I would say the only bummer about this place is the parking-- it's tricky! It's only valet in the front or street parking (which in that area is hard to find.) But whatever! That's LA. LOVE H.O.P.E!

Yelp
My best friends and I have been going to H.O.P.E for quite some time now. It is truly one of our favorite restaurants in L.A and we go at least 3 times a month. The food is so amazing but the customer service is honestly out of this world. Brittany is truly a breath of fresh air. She makes every visit better than the last. She's super attentive and welcoming. She's really the best ever and we wish we could give more than just five stars for how much she amplifies our experience!

Yelp
My meal at HOPE was unforgettable. It was some of the yummiest Thai food I've had. The pineapple fried rice with the soy chicken was extremely flavorful and the Coconut Thai Tea was delicious. The staff was attentive and kind and the ambiance was friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors! I'm Not vegan but we celebrated a bday with friends who are. I had the pineapple fried rice, their spin was good. I'd go back, but I'll try something new.

Yelp
This is literally the best restaurant in LA. The food is simply outstanding. You must try out their Tom Kha Ka soup. If you like Thai Tea, try it with coconut. It is the best Thai tea that I've ever tried. Fifa was our waiter and he was very attentive, fast and easy to talk to. And the prices are a little lower than average, while food and exterior is a lot better than average. Definitely coming back here

Yelp
This is our favorite vegan Thai restarant. The food is nice and flavorful with a good amount of spice. I like that they have gluten free options for me. We'd probably visit all the time if we lived closer.
