My company ordered and paid good money I bet for a box of cookies. All these cookies in this box set are so dry and stale, I about broke my teeth on them trying to bite into them. They were so dried out they have white marks on them. Really disappointed, but appreciate my company doing something nice for their employees.

Hope’s Cookies is a special and amazing bakery. The chocolate chip cookies with the M&M’s are the best cookies I have ever had. Ice cream is homemade and absolutely delicious. I had the chocolate milkshake and it was fabulous. Hope’s cookies is super clean, warm and inviting. People working here are Bryn Mawr students and they are so kind, patient and helpful. Family and child friendly is a huge part of Hope’s Cookies. Definitely get your holiday cookies here. Super high recommended!

Cookies were dry and hard, tasted like they were at least a week old. You can get better cookies at any grocery store for a fraction of the price.

Hopes Cookie is a cute ice cream shop connected to Snaps Pizza, so it's very convenient if you want something sweet and savory. I usually stay on Hope's side; the ice cream is good. I have tried many flavors, and this time, I had a coffee flavor (I don't remember the exact name), but it had chocolate chip bits in it as well, and it was delicious. The atmosphere at Hopes Cookie is cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a sweet treat. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. I also ordered a sugar cookie, and its soft and chewy texture was delightful. The variety of options at Hopes Cookie never disappoints, making it a go-to spot for satisfying my sweet tooth. Additionally, if you pay with Apple Pay, you get a membership card where you can rack up points. I will say it's hard to get parking right outside the establishment, but there are plazas nearby where you can park and then walk over to Hopes.

Two scoops of ice cream should not be $7 anywhere. I feel like I could've received more visiting a sample table somewhere

This review is overdue, as I have been a big fan of Hope’s for some time. I actually haven’t tried their cookies, but their ice cream is top notch, IMO. I’ve tried many of the flavors and have not been disappointed yet. If you’re having a late night (or anytime) hankering for something sweet, Hope’s is a great option! Make sure to take a pint home with you in addition to whatever I’ve cream flavor you get in-store.

I think probably the most disappointing bakery experience in my life. We had a very well meaning friend order a shipped a box of cookies, as a get well present. The only positive comments I can make on the cookies was that the flavors were tasty (solely what earned you 2 stars), and the gesture from our friend was very appreciated. However what Hope shipped was a box of dry cookie crumbs. The few cookies that survived shipping (maybe 6 in total) had strong binding agents, like molasses or caramel or something that kept the cookie together. All the rest, I'm guessing in total 3 dozen, were completely obliterated. I mean literally an entire box of smashed broken cookie crumbs. All of the cookies, even the few intact ones, tasted dry, crumbly, and massed produced, as one might expect when buying Chips Ahoy. I picked these up from the delivery guy, so it isn't like the cookies sat outside for a day drying out or being manhandled by a doorman; from Hope to our door is what the pictures attached show. What a massive let down. Probably $70 for cookies & shipping, to get an end result worse than $10 worth of Famous Amos delivered via a disgruntled DoorDash driver who stomped on the package repeatedly when they left. You've got to do much better, or exit the delivery business and stick to just selling in store.

After buying Hope’s cookies at an IGA, we were amazed at how delicious they were! Perfect consistency and flavor! However, when we placed an order to be shipped to our out-of-state address, it was a whole different story. We ordered 2 doz of varying flavors- choc chip, lemon cooler, almond joy, and peanut butter. They came loosely wrapped in WAX paper and in the same twist-tie plastic bag. Thus, the flavors all overtook the other and they were a dry, crumbled-up mess!! When I called customer service, I was given a bunch of excuses (heat, ups drivers, etc) and finally offered a refund. My advice is to buy them if you see them locally but don’t waste your money ordering them for delivery.
