We were in town for an event and wanted to try out a local burger joint, and as usual my wife hit another one out of the park with finding this place, upon arrival, parking seemed tight and the placed just seemed like a regular burger joint to me.. my wife looked at me and said " are you sure? Well, I'm sure of one thing. Whoever is in charge of the kitchen needs an honorary James Beard award! So let me just get this out of the way.. If you've read any of my reviews, you will know that I was a professional restaurant guy. I've set up commercial kitchens all across the eastern seaboard. And have expert taste buds lol, thats another way of saying I'm greedy. Well, was.. I have to write this review this way for anyone who is on the fence like I was before eating here, or someone who had a bad experience for whatever reason and decided to write a bad review.. Hands down, best burger to date that I've eaten in NC. I had the Diablo, I like spice, and even though it wasn't spicy enough for me what that burger lacked in the spice depot, it made up everywhere else! It was fugging delicious period! Then there was the fried green tomatoes, my wife loves, loves, loves fried green tomatoes! They come with 2 delicious dips and a shredded spinach garnish with a vinegarette that these folks should bottle up and sell. We actually ordered 3 salads after eating the appetizer.. My daughter had the crabbie patty and it was amazing! The place isnt very big, and was packed to the gills, the wait wasn't very long. We don't live in the Greenboro area but we will be sliding back through to check them out. If you're passing through and have a taste for great food, great service and a friendly atmosphere.. Just do it ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
